01-GENESIS
01-40:7 And
he asked Pharaoh’s officers that were with
him in the ward of his lord’s house, saying, Wherefore
look ye so sadly to day?
01-44:8 Behold,
the money, which we found in our sacks’ mouths, we brought again unto thee out
of the
01-44:9 With
whomsoever of thy servants it be found, both let him die, and we also will be
my lord’s bondmen.
01-44:16 And
Judah said, What shall we say unto my lord? what shall we speak? or how shall
we clear ourselves? God hath found out the iniquity of thy servants: behold, we
are my lord’s
servants, both we, and he also with
whom the cup is found.
01-44:18 Then
Judah came near unto him, and said, Oh my lord, let thy servant, I pray thee,
speak a word in my lord’s ears, and let not
thine anger burn against thy servant: for thou art even as Pharaoh.
02-9:29 And
Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad
my hands unto the LORD; and the
thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest
know how that the earth is the Lord’s.
02-12:11 And
thus shall ye eat it; with your loins
girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat
it in haste: it is the LORD’S passover.
02-12:27 That
ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of
the LORD’S passover, who passed over the houses
of the children of
02-13:9 And
it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between
thine eyes, that the Lord’s law may be in thy
mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of
02-13:12 That
thou shalt set apart unto the LORD all that openeth the matrix, and every
firstling that cometh of a beast which thou hast; the males shall be the LORD’S.
02-32:26 Then
Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the LORD’S side? let him come unto me. And all the sons
of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.
02-35:21 And
they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit
made willing, and they brought the LORD’S offering to the work of the tabernacle of the
congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments.
02-35:24 Every
one that did offer an offering of silver and brass brought the Lord’s offering: and every man, with whom was found
shittim wood for any work of the service, brought it.
03-3:16 And
the priest shall burn them upon the altar: it
is the food of the offering made by fire for a sweet savour: all the fat is the LORD’S.
03-16:9 And
Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD’S
lot fell, and offer him for a sin
offering.
03-23:5 In
the fourteenth day of the first month
at even is the Lord’s passover.
03-27:26 Only
the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD’S
firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the
LORD’S.
03-27:30 And
all the tithe of the land, whether of
the seed of the land, or of the fruit
of the tree, is the LORD’S: it is holy
unto the LORD.
04-11:23 And
the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD’S hand
waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or
not.
04-11:29 And
Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD’S people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!
04-18:28 Thus
ye also shall offer an heave offering unto the LORD of all your tithes, which
ye receive of the children of
04-31:37 And
the LORD’S tribute of the sheep was six hundred
and threescore and fifteen.
04-31:38 And
the beeves were thirty and six
thousand; of which the LORD’S tribute was threescore and twelve.
04-31:39 And
the asses were thirty thousand and
five hundred; of which the LORD’S tribute was threescore and one.
04-31:40 And
the persons were sixteen thousand; of
which the LORD’S tribute was thirty and two persons.
04-31:41 And
Moses gave the tribute, which was the
LORD’S heave offering, unto Eleazar the priest,
as the LORD commanded Moses.
04-32:10 And
the LORD’S anger was kindled the same time, and
he sware, saying,
04-32:13 And
the LORD’S anger was kindled against Israel, and
he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation,
that had done evil in the sight of the LORD, was consumed.
05-10:14 Behold,
the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the
LORD’S thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is.
05-11:17 And
then the LORD’S
wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain,
and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest
ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you.
05-15:2 And
this is the manner of the release:
Every creditor that lendeth ought unto
his neighbour shall release it; he
shall not exact it of his neighbour,
or of his brother; because it is called the LORD’S
release.
05-32:9 For
the LORD’S portion is his people; Jacob is the
lot of his inheritance.
06-1:15 Until
the LORD have given your brethren rest, as he
hath given you, and they also have possessed the land which the LORD your
God giveth them: then ye shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy
it, which Moses the LORD’S servant gave you on
this side Jordan toward the sunrising.
06-5:15 And
the captain of the LORD’S host said unto Joshua,
Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.
06-22:19 Notwithstanding,
if the land of your possession be unclean,
then pass ye over unto the land of
the possession of the LORD, wherein the LORD’S
tabernacle dwelleth, and take possession among us: but rebel not against the
LORD, nor rebel against us, in building you an altar beside the altar of the
LORD our God.
07-11:31 Then
it shall be, that whatsoever cometh forth of the doors of my house to meet me,
when I return in peace from the children of Ammon, shall surely be the LORD’S, and I will offer it up for a burnt offering.
09-2:8 He
raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth
up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them
among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the
pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and he hath set the world upon them.
09-2:24 Nay,
my sons; for it is no good report
that I hear: ye make the Lord’s people to
transgress.
09-14:3 And
Ahiah, the son of Ahitub, Ichabod’s brother, the son of Phinehas, the son of
Eli, the LORD’S priest in Shiloh, wearing an
ephod. And the people knew not that Jonathan was gone.
09-16:6 And
it came to pass, when they were come, that he looked on Eliab, and said, Surely
the Lord’s anointed is before him.
09-17:47 And
all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for
the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give you into our hands.
09-18:17 And
Saul said to David, Behold my elder daughter Merab, her will I give thee to
wife: only be thou valiant for me, and fight the LORD’S
battles. For Saul said, Let not mine hand be upon him, but let the hand of the
Philistines be upon him.
09-22:21 And
Abiathar shewed David that Saul had slain the LORD’S
priests.
09-24:6 And
he said unto his men, The LORD forbid that I should do this thing unto my
master, the LORD’S anointed, to stretch forth
mine hand against him, seeing he is the
anointed of the LORD.
09-24:10 Behold,
this day thine eyes have seen how that the LORD had delivered thee to day into
mine hand in the cave: and some bade me kill thee: but mine eye spared thee; and I said, I will not put forth mine hand
against my lord; for he is the LORD’S anointed.
09-26:9 And
David said to Abishai, Destroy him not: for who can stretch forth his hand
against the LORD’S anointed, and be guiltless?
09-26:11 The
LORD forbid that I should stretch forth mine hand against the LORD’S anointed: but, I pray thee, take thou now the
spear that is at his bolster, and the
cruse of water, and let us go.
09-26:16 This
thing is not good that thou hast
done. As the LORD liveth, ye are worthy to die, because ye have not
kept your master, the LORD’S anointed. And now
see where the king’s spear is, and
the cruse of water that was at his
bolster.
09-26:23 The
LORD render to every man his righteousness and his faithfulness: for the LORD
delivered thee into my hand to day,
but I would not stretch forth mine hand against the LORD’S
anointed.
10-1:14 And
David said unto him, How wast thou not afraid to stretch forth thine hand to
destroy the LORD’S anointed?
10-1:16 And
David said unto him, Thy blood be upon
thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain the LORD’S anointed.
10-19:21 But
Abishai the son of Zeruiah answered and said, Shall not Shimei be put to death
for this, because he cursed the LORD’S anointed?
10-20:6 And
David said to Abishai, Now shall Sheba the son of Bichri do us more harm than did Absalom: take thou thy lord’s servants, and pursue after him, lest he get him
fenced cities, and escape us.
10-21:7 But
the king spared Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan the son of Saul, because of
the LORD’S oath that was between them, between David and Jonathan the son of Saul.
11-18:13 Was
it not told my lord what I did when Jezebel slew the prophets of the LORD, how
I hid an hundred men of the Lord’s prophets by
fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water?
12-11:17 And
Jehoiada made a covenant between the LORD and the king and the people, that
they should be the LORD’S people; between the
king also and the people.
12-13:17 And
he said, Open the window eastward. And he opened it. Then Elisha said, Shoot. And he shot. And he said, The arrow of
the LORD’S deliverance, and the arrow of
deliverance from Syria: for thou shalt smite the Syrians in Aphek, till thou
have consumed them.
13-21:3 And
Joab answered, The LORD make his people an hundred times so many more as they be: but, my lord the king, are they not all my lord’s servants? why then doth my lord require this
thing? why will he be a cause of trespass to Israel?
14-7:2 And
the priests could not enter into the house of the LORD, because the glory of
the LORD had filled the LORD’S house.
14-23:16 And
Jehoiada made a covenant between him, and between all the people, and between
the king, that they should be the LORD’S people.
19-11:4 The
LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’S throne is
in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
19-22:28 For
the kingdom is the LORD’S: and he is
the governor among the nations.
19-24:1 The
earth is the LORD’S,
and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
19-113:3 From
the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to
be praised.
19-115:16 The
heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s:
but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
19-116:19 In
the courts of the Lord’s house, in the midst of
thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.
19-118:23 This
is the LORD’S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.
19-137:4 How
shall we sing the Lord’s song in a strange land?
20-16:11 A
just weight and balance are the Lord’s: all the weights of the bag are his work.
23-2:2 And
it shall come to pass in the last days, that
the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be
established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills;
and all nations shall flow unto it.
23-22:18 He
will surely violently turn and toss thee like
a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots
of thy glory shall be the shame of
thy lord’s house.
23-34:8 For
it is the day of the Lord’s vengeance, and
the year of recompenses for the controversy of Zion.
23-40:2 Speak
ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is
accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the Lord’s hand double for all her sins.
23-42:19 Who
is blind, but my servant? or deaf, as
my messenger that I sent? who is blind as he that is perfect, and blind as the Lord’s
servant?
23-44:5 One
shall say, I am the Lord’s; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto the LORD, and surname
himself by the name of Israel.
23-59:1 Behold,
the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot
save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
24-5:10 Go
ye up upon her walls, and destroy; but make not a full end: take away her
battlements; for they are not the LORD’S.
24-7:2 Stand
in the gate of the Lord’s house, and proclaim
there this word, and say, Hear the word of the LORD, all ye of Judah, that enter in at these gates to worship the LORD.
24-13:17 But
if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep
sore, and run down with tears, because the Lord’s
flock is carried away captive.
24-19:14 Then
came Jeremiah from Tophet, whither the LORD had sent him to prophesy; and he
stood in the court of the LORD’S house; and said
to all the people,
24-25:17 Then
took I the cup at the LORD’S hand, and made all
the nations to drink, unto whom the LORD had sent me:
24-26:2 Thus
saith the LORD; Stand in the court of the LORD’S
house, and speak unto all the cities of Judah, which come to worship in the LORD’S house, all the words that I command thee to
speak unto them; diminish not a word:
24-26:10 When
the princes of Judah heard these things, then they came up from the king’s
house unto the house of the LORD, and sat down in the entry of the new gate of
the LORD’S house.
24-27:16 Also
I spake to the priests and to all this people, saying, Thus saith the LORD;
Hearken not to the words of your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying,
Behold, the vessels of the LORD’S house shall
now shortly be brought again from Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.
24-28:3 Within
two full years will I bring again into this place all the vessels of the LORD’S house, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took
away from this place, and carried them to Babylon:
24-28:6 Even
the prophet Jeremiah said, Amen: the LORD do so: the LORD perform thy words
which thou hast prophesied, to bring again the vessels of the LORD’S house, and all that is carried away captive,
from Babylon into this place.
24-36:6 Therefore
go thou, and read in the roll, which thou hast written from my mouth, the words
of the LORD in the ears of the people in the LORD’S
house upon the fasting day: and also thou shalt read them in the ears of all
Judah that come out of their cities.
24-36:8 And
Baruch the son of Neriah did according to all that Jeremiah the prophet
commanded him, reading in the book the words of the LORD in the LORD’S house.
24-36:10 Then
read Baruch in the book the words of Jeremiah in the house of the LORD, in the
chamber of Gemariah the son of Shaphan the scribe, in the higher court, at the
entry of the new gate of the LORD’S house, in
the ears of all the people.
24-51:6 Flee
out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in
her iniquity; for this is the time of
the LORD’S vengeance; he will render unto her a
recompence.
24-51:7 Babylon
hath been a golden cup in the LORD’S hand, that made all the earth drunken: the
nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad.
24-51:51 We
are confounded, because we have heard reproach: shame hath covered our faces:
for strangers are come into the sanctuaries of the LORD’S
house.
25-2:22 Thou
hast called as in a solemn day my terrors round about, so that in the day of
the LORD’S anger none escaped nor remained:
those that I have swaddled and brought up hath mine enemy consumed.
25-3:22 It is of the LORD’S
mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
26-8:14 Then
he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD’S
house which was toward the north;
and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.
26-8:16 And
he brought me into the inner court of the LORD’S
house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch
and the altar, were about five and
twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces
toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.
26-10:4 Then
the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled
with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the LORD’S glory.
26-10:19 And
the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight:
when they went out, the wheels also were beside
them, and every one stood at the door
of the east gate of the LORD’S house; and the
glory of the God of Israel was over
them above.
26-11:1 Moreover
the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the LORD’S house, which looketh eastward: and behold at
the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of
Azur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.
27-9:17 Now
therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications,
and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord’s sake.
28-9:3 They
shall not dwell in the LORD’S land; but Ephraim
shall return to Egypt, and they shall eat unclean things in Assyria.
29-1:9 The
meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the
priests, the LORD’S ministers, mourn.
31-1:21 And
saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the
kingdom shall be the LORD’S.
33-6:2 Hear
ye, O mountains, the LORD’S controversy, and ye
strong foundations of the earth: for the LORD hath a controversy with his
people, and he will plead with Israel.
33-6:9 The
LORD’S voice crieth unto the city, and the man of wisdom shall see thy name:
hear ye the rod, and who hath appointed it.
35-2:16 Thou
art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin be uncovered:
the cup of the LORD’S right hand shall be turned
unto thee, and shameful spewing shall be on
thy glory.
36-1:8 And
it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD’S sacrifice,
that I will punish the princes, and the king’s children, and all such as are
clothed with strange apparel.
36-1:18 Neither
their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by
the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them
that dwell in the land.
36-2:2 Before
the decree bring forth, before the
day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD come upon you,
before the day of the LORD’S anger come upon
you.
36-2:3 Seek
ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek
righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD’S anger.
37-1:2 Thus
speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, This people say, The time is not come, the
time that the LORD’S house should be built.
37-1:13 Then
spake Haggai the LORD’S messenger in the LORD’S message unto the people, saying, I am with you, saith the LORD.
37-2:18 Consider
now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day that the
foundation of the LORD’S temple was laid,
consider it.
38-14:20 In
that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD;
and the pots in the LORD’S house shall be like
the bowls before the altar.
40-21:42 Jesus
saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the
builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
40-25:18 But
he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.
41-12:11 This
was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in
our eyes?
42-2:26 And
it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death,
before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.
42-12:47 And
that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and
prepared not himself, neither did
according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.
42-16:5 So
he called every one of his lord’s debtors unto him, and said unto the first, How
much owest thou unto my lord?
45-14:8 For
whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the
Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s.
46-7:22 For
he that is called in the Lord, being a
servant, is the Lord’s freeman: likewise also he
that is called, being free, is
Christ’s servant.
46-10:21 Ye
cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers
of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.
46-10:26 For
the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof.
46-10:28 But
if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for
his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord’s,
and the fulness thereof:
46-11:20 When
ye come together therefore into one place, this
is not to eat the Lord’s supper.
46-11:26 For
as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.
46-11:29 For
he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to
himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.
48-1:19 But
other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord’s
brother.
60-2:13 Submit
yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s
sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;
66-1:10 I was in
the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind
me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

asked water, and she gave him milk; she brought forth butter in a lordly dish.

01-GENESIS
01-19:2 And
he said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you,
into your servant’s house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye
shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide
in the street all night.
04-NUMBERS
04-21:28 For
there is a fire gone out of Heshbon, a flame from the city of Sihon: it hath
consumed Ar of Moab, and the lords of the high places of Arnon.
05-10:17 For
the LORD your God is God of gods, and
Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible,
which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:
06-13:3 From
Sihor, which is before Egypt, even
unto the borders of Ekron northward, which
is counted to the Canaanite: five lords of
the Philistines; the Gazathites, and the Ashdothites, the Eshkalonites, the
Gittites, and the Ekronites; also the Avites:
07-3:3 Namely, five lords
of the Philistines, and all the Canaanites, and the Sidonians, and the Hivites
that dwelt in mount Lebanon, from mount Baalhermon unto the entering in of Hamath.
07-16:5 And
the lords of the Philistines came up unto her,
and said unto her, Entice him, and see wherein his great strength lieth, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict
him: and we will give thee every one of us eleven hundred pieces of silver.
07-16:8 Then
the lords of the Philistines brought up to her
seven green withs which had not been dried, and she bound him with them.
07-16:18 And
when Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called for
the lords of the Philistines, saying, Come up
this once, for he hath shewed me all his heart. Then the lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and brought
money in their hand.
07-16:23 Then
the lords of the Philistines gathered them
together for to offer a great sacrifice unto Dagon their god, and to rejoice:
for they said, Our god hath delivered Samson our enemy into our hand.
07-16:27 Now
the house was full of men and women; and all the lords
of the Philistines were there; and there were upon the roof about three
thousand men and women, that beheld while Samson made sport.
07-16:30 And
Samson said, Let me die with the Philistines. And he bowed himself with all his might; and the house fell upon
the lords, and upon all the people that were therein. So the dead which he slew
at his death were more than they which
he slew in his life.
09-5:8 They
sent therefore and gathered all the lords of the
Philistines unto them, and said, What shall we do with the ark of the God of
Israel? And they answered, Let the ark of the God of Israel be carried about
unto Gath. And they carried the ark of the God of Israel about thither.
09-5:11 So
they sent and gathered together all the lords of
the Philistines, and said, Send away the ark of the God of Israel, and let it
go again to his own place, that it slay us not, and our people: for there was a
deadly destruction throughout all the city; the hand of God was very heavy
there.
09-6:4 Then
said they, What shall be the trespass
offering which we shall return to him? They answered, Five golden emerods, and
five golden mice, according to the
number of the lords of the Philistines: for one
plague was on you all, and on your lords.
09-6:12 And
the kine took the straight way to the way of Bethshemesh, and went along the highway, lowing as they went, and turned not
aside to the right hand or to the left; and the lords of the Philistines went after them unto the
border of Bethshemesh.
09-6:16 And
when the five lords of the Philistines had seen it, they returned to Ekron the same day.
09-6:18 And
the golden mice, according to the
number of all the cities of the Philistines belonging
to the five lords, both of fenced cities, and of country villages, even unto the great
stone of Abel, whereon they set down the
ark of the LORD: which stone remaineth unto
this day in the field of Joshua, the Bethshemite.
09-7:7 And
when the Philistines heard that the children of Israel were gathered together
