01-GENESIS
01-4:25 And Adam knew his wife again; and
she bare a son, and called his name Seth:
For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew.
01-11:3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them
thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.
01-15:10 And he took unto him all these, and
divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another:
but the birds divided he not.
01-26:21 And they digged another well, and strove for that also: and he called the name of it Sitnah.
01-26:22 And he removed from thence, and digged
another well; and for that they strove not: and he called the name of it
Rehoboth; and he said, For now the LORD hath made room for us, and we shall be
fruitful in the land.
01-26:31 And they rose up betimes in the
morning, and sware one to another: and Isaac sent them away, and they
departed from him in peace.
01-29:19 And Laban said, It is better that I give her to thee, than that I should give her
to another man: abide with me.
01-30:24 And she called his name Joseph; and
said, The LORD shall add to me another son.
01-31:49 And Mizpah; for he said, The LORD watch
between me and thee, when we are absent one from another.
01-37:9 And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said,
Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the
eleven stars made obeisance to me.
01-37:19 And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh.
01-42:1 Now when Jacob saw that there was
corn in Egypt, Jacob said unto his sons, Why do ye look one upon another?
01-42:21 And they said one to another, We are verily
guilty concerning our brother, in that we saw the anguish of his soul, when he
besought us, and we would not hear; therefore is this distress come upon us.
01-42:28 And he said unto his brethren, My
money is restored; and, lo, it is even
in my sack: and their heart failed them, and they were afraid, saying one
to another, What is this that God hath
done unto us?
01-43:7 And they said, The man asked us
straitly of our state, and of our kindred, saying, Is your father yet alive? have ye another brother? and we told him
according to the tenor of these words:
could we certainly know that he would say, Bring your brother down?
01-43:33 And they sat before him, the
firstborn according to his birthright, and the youngest according to his youth: and the men marvelled one at another.
02-10:23 They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three
days: but all the children of Israel
had light in their dwellings.
02-16:15 And when the children of Israel saw it, they said one to another, It is manna: for they wist not what it was. And Moses said unto them, This is the bread which the LORD hath given
you to eat.
02-18:16 When they have a matter, they come
unto me; and I judge between one and another,
and I do make them know the statutes
of God, and his laws.
02-21:10 If he take him another wife; her
food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.
02-21:18 And if men strive together, and one
smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed:
02-22:5 If a man shall cause a field or
vineyard to be eaten, and shall put in his beast, and shall feed in another man’s field; of the best of his own field, and
of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution.
02-22:9 For all manner of trespass, whether it be for ox, for ass, for
sheep, for raiment, or for any manner
of lost thing, which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both
parties shall come before the judges; and
whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour.
02-25:20 And the cherubims shall stretch forth
their wings on high, covering the
mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward
the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.
02-26:3 The five curtains shall be coupled
together one to another; and other five curtains shall be coupled one to another.
02-26:4 And thou shalt make loops of blue
upon the edge of the one curtain from the selvedge in the coupling; and
likewise shalt thou make in the uttermost edge of another curtain, in the coupling of
the second.
02-26:5 Fifty loops shalt thou make in the
one curtain, and fifty loops shalt thou make in the edge of the curtain that is in the coupling of the second; that
the loops may take hold one of another.
02-26:17 Two tenons shall there be in one board, set in order one against another:
thus shalt thou make for all the boards of the tabernacle.
02-26:19 And thou shalt make forty sockets of
silver under the twenty boards; two sockets under one board for his two tenons,
and two sockets under another board for his two
tenons.
02-26:21 And their forty sockets of silver; two sockets under one board,
and two sockets under another board.
02-26:25 And they shall be eight boards, and
their sockets of silver, sixteen
sockets; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board.
02-36:10 And he coupled the five curtains one
unto another:
and the other five curtains he
coupled one unto another.
02-36:11 And he made loops of blue on the edge
of one curtain from the selvedge in the coupling: likewise he made in the uttermost side of another curtain, in the coupling of
the second.
02-36:12 Fifty loops made he in one curtain,
and fifty loops made he in the edge of the curtain which was in the coupling of the second: the loops held one curtain to
another.
02-36:13 And he made fifty taches of gold, and
coupled the curtains one unto another with the
taches: so it became one tabernacle.
02-36:22 One board had two tenons, equally
distant one from another: thus did he make for all the boards of the tabernacle.
02-36:24 And forty sockets of silver he made
under the twenty boards; two sockets under one board for his two tenons, and
two sockets under another board for his two
tenons.
02-36:26 And their forty sockets of silver;
two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another
board.
02-37:8 One cherub on the end on this side,
and another cherub on the other end on that side:
out of the mercy seat made he the cherubims on the two ends thereof.
02-37:9 And the cherubims spread out their wings on high, and covered with their wings over the
mercy seat, with their faces one to another; even to the mercy seatward were the faces
of the cherubims.
02-37:19 Three bowls made after the fashion of
almonds in one branch, a knop and a flower; and three bowls made like almonds
in another branch, a knop and a flower: so throughout the six branches going
out of the candlestick.
03-7:10 And every meat offering, mingled
with oil, and dry, shall all the sons of Aaron have, one as much as another.
03-19:11 Ye shall not steal, neither deal
falsely, neither lie one to another.
03-20:10 And the man that committeth adultery
with another
man’s wife, even he that
committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress
shall surely be put to death.
03-25:14 And if thou sell ought unto thy
neighbour, or buyest ought of thy
neighbour’s hand, ye shall not oppress one another:
03-25:17 Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am the LORD your God.
03-25:46 And ye shall take them as an
inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children
of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another
with rigour.
03-26:37 And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand
before your enemies.
03-27:20 And if he will not redeem the field,
or if he have sold the field to another man, it
shall not be redeemed any more.
04-5:19 And the priest shall charge her by
an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou
hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from
this bitter water that causeth the curse:
04-5:20 But if thou hast gone aside to another instead
of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside
thine husband:
04-5:29 This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead
of her husband, and is defiled;
04-8:8 Then let them take a young bullock with
his meat offering, even fine flour
mingled with oil, and another young bullock
shalt thou take for a sin offering.
04-14:4 And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into
Egypt.
04-14:24 But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully,
him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess
it.
04-23:13 And Balak said unto him, Come, I pray
thee, with me unto another place, from whence
thou mayest see them: thou shalt see
but the utmost part of them, and shalt not see them all: and curse me them from thence.
04-23:27 And Balak said unto Balaam, Come, I
pray thee, I will bring thee unto another place;
peradventure it will please God that thou mayest curse me them from thence.
04-36:9 Neither shall the inheritance remove
from one tribe to another tribe; but every one of the tribes of the
children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance.
05-4:34 Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation,
by temptations, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and
by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD
your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?
05-20:5 And the officers shall speak unto
the people, saying, What man is there that
hath built a new house, and hath not dedicated it? let him go and return to his
house, lest he die in the battle, and another
man dedicate it.
05-20:6 And what man is he that hath planted a vineyard, and hath not yet eaten of it? let him also go and return unto his house, lest
he die in the battle, and another man eat of it.
05-20:7 And what man is there that hath betrothed a wife, and hath not taken her? let
him go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man take her.
05-21:15 If a man have two wives, one beloved,
and another hated, and they have born him
children, both the beloved and the
hated; and if the firstborn son be
hers that was hated:
05-24:2 And when she is departed out of his
house, she may go and be another man’s wife.
05-25:11 When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver
her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her
hand, and taketh him by the secrets:
05-28:30 Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a vineyard, and
shalt not gather the grapes thereof.
05-28:32 Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long: and there shall be no might in thine hand.
05-29:28 And the LORD rooted them out of their
land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it
is this day.
07-2:10 And also
all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation
after them, which knew not the LORD, nor yet the works which he had done for
Israel.
07-6:29 And they
said one to another, Who hath done this thing?
And when they enquired and asked, they said, Gideon the son of Joash hath done
this thing.
07-9:37 And Gaal
spake again and said, See there come people down by the middle of the land, and
another company come along by the plain of
Meonenim.
07-10:18 And the
people and princes of Gilead said one
to another, What man is he that will begin to fight against the children of Ammon? he
shall be head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.
07-16:7 And
Samson said unto her, If they bind me with seven green withs that were never
dried, then shall I be weak, and be as another
man.
07-16:11 And he
said unto her, If they bind me fast with new ropes that never were occupied,
then shall I be weak, and be as another man.
08-2:8 Then
said Boaz unto Ruth, Hearest thou not, my daughter? Go not to glean in another field, neither go from hence, but abide here
fast by my maidens:
08-3:14 And she
lay at his feet until the morning:
and she rose up before one could know another.
And he said, Let it not be known that a woman came into the floor.
09-2:25 If one
man sin against another, the judge shall judge
him: but if a man sin against the
LORD, who shall intreat for him? Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto the
voice of their father, because the LORD would slay them.
09-10:3 Then
shalt thou go on forward from thence, and thou shalt come to the plain of
Tabor, and there shall meet thee three men going up to God to Bethel, one
carrying three kids, and another carrying three
loaves of bread, and another carrying a bottle
of wine:
09-10:6 And the
spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and
shalt be turned into another man.
09-10:9 And it
was so, that when he had turned his
back to go from Samuel, God gave him another
heart: and all those signs came to
pass that day.
09-10:11 And it
came to pass, when all that knew him beforetime saw that, behold, he prophesied
among the prophets, then the people said one to another,
What is this that is come unto the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets?
09-13:18 And another company turned the way to Bethhoron: and another company turned to the way of the border that looketh to the valley of Zeboim
toward the wilderness.
09-14:16 And the
watchmen of Saul in Gibeah of Benjamin looked; and, behold, the multitude
melted away, and they went on beating down one
another.
09-17:30 And he
turned from him toward another, and spake after
the same manner: and the people
answered him again after the former manner.
09-18:7 And the
women answered one another as they played, and said, Saul hath slain
his thousands, and David his ten thousands.
09-20:41 And as soon as the lad was gone, David
arose out of a place toward the
south, and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed himself three times: and they kissed one another, and wept one with another,
until David exceeded.
09-21:11 And the
servants of Achish said unto him, Is not
this David the king of the land? did they not sing one to another of him in dances, saying, Saul hath slain his
thousands, and David his ten thousands?
09-29:5 Is not this David, of whom they sang one
to another in dances, saying, Saul slew his
thousands, and David his ten thousands?
10-11:25 Then David
said unto the messenger, Thus shalt thou say unto Joab, Let not this thing
displease thee, for the sword devoureth one as well as another: make thy battle more strong against
the city, and overthrow it: and
encourage thou him.
10-18:20 And Joab
said unto him, Thou shalt not bear tidings this day, but thou shalt bear
tidings another day: but this day thou shalt bear no tidings, because the king’s son
is dead.
10-18:26 And the
watchman saw another man running: and the watchman called unto the
porter, and said, Behold another man running alone. And the king said, He
also bringeth tidings.
11-6:27 And he
set the cherubims within the inner house:
and they stretched forth the wings of the cherubims, so that the wing of the
one touched the one wall, and the
wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the midst of the house.
11-7:8 And his
house where he dwelt had another court within the porch, which was of the like work. Solomon made also an house for
Pharaoh’s daughter, whom he had taken to
wife, like unto this porch.
11-11:23 And God
stirred him up another
adversary, Rezon the son of Eliadah, which fled from his lord Hadadezer
king of Zobah:
11-13:10 So he went
another way, and returned not by the way that he
came to Bethel.
11-14:5 And the
LORD said unto Ahijah, Behold, the wife of Jeroboam cometh to ask a thing of
thee for her son; for he is sick: thus and thus shalt thou say unto her: for it shall be, when she cometh in, that
she shall feign herself to be another woman.
11-14:6 And it
was so, when Ahijah heard the sound
of her feet, as she came in at the door, that he said, Come in, thou wife of
Jeroboam; why feignest thou thyself to be
another? for I am sent to thee with heavy
tidings.
11-18:6 So they
divided the land between them to pass throughout it: Ahab went one way by himself, and Obadiah went another way by himself.
11-20:37 Then he
found another man, and said, Smite me, I pray
thee. And the man smote him, so that in smiting he wounded him.
11-21:6 And he
said unto her, Because I spake unto Naboth the Jezreelite, and said unto him,
Give me thy vineyard for money; or else, if it please thee, I will give thee another vineyard
for it: and he answered, I will not
give thee my vineyard.
11-22:20 And the
LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead?
And one said on this manner, and another said on
that manner.
12-1:11 Again
also he sent unto him another captain of fifty with
his fifty. And he answered and said unto him, O man of God, thus hath the king
said, Come down quickly.
12-3:23 And they
said, This is blood: the kings are surely slain, and they
have smitten one another: now therefore, Moab, to the spoil.
12-7:3 And
there were four leprous men at the entering in of the gate: and they said one to another, Why
sit we here until we die?
12-7:6 For the
Lord had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise
of horses, even the noise of a great
host: and they said one to another, Lo, the king of Israel hath hired against us
the kings of the Hittites, and the kings of the Egyptians, to come upon us.
12-7:8 And when
these lepers came to the uttermost part of the camp, they went into one tent,
and did eat and drink, and carried thence silver, and gold, and raiment, and
went and hid it; and came again, and
entered into another tent, and carried thence also, and went and hid it.
12-7:9 Then
they said one to another, We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry till the morning light, some mischief will come upon
us: now therefore come, that we may
go and tell the king’s household.
12-10:21 And Jehu
sent through all Israel: and all the
worshippers of Baal came, so that there was not a man left that came not. And
they came into the house of Baal; and the house of Baal was full from one end
to another.
12-14:8 Then
Amaziah sent messengers to Jehoash, the son of Jehoahaz son of Jehu, king of
Israel, saying, Come, let us look one another in
the face.
12-14:11 But
Amaziah would not hear. Therefore Jehoash king of Israel went up; and he and
Amaziah king of Judah looked one another in the
face at Bethshemesh, which belongeth to
Judah.
12-21:16 Moreover
Manasseh shed innocent blood very much, till he had filled Jerusalem from one
end to another; beside his sin wherewith he made
Judah to sin, in doing that which was evil
in the sight of the LORD.
13-2:26 Jerahmeel
had also another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.
13-16:20 And when they went from nation to nation,
and from one kingdom to another people;
13-17:5 For I
have not dwelt in an house since the day that I brought up Israel unto this
day; but have gone from tent to tent, and from one tabernacle to another.
13-24:5 Thus were
they divided by lot, one sort with another; for
the governors of the sanctuary, and governors of the house of God, were of the sons of Eleazar, and of the sons
of Ithamar.
13-26:12 Among
these were the divisions of the
porters, even among the chief men, having wards one against another, to minister in the house of the LORD.
14-18:19 And the
LORD said, Who shall entice Ahab king of Israel, that he may go up and fall at
Ramothgilead? And one spake saying after this manner, and another saying after that manner.
14-20:23 For the
children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir,
utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of
the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another.
14-25:17 Then
Amaziah king of Judah took advice, and sent to Joash, the son of Jehoahaz, the
son of Jehu, king of Israel, saying, Come, let us see one another in the face.
14-25:21 So Joash
the king of Israel went up; and they saw one another
in the face, both he and Amaziah king
of Judah, at Bethshemesh, which belongeth
to Judah.
14-32:5 Also he
strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall without, and repaired Millo in the city of David, and made darts and
shields in abundance.
15-4:21 Give ye
now commandment to cause these men to cease, and that this city be not builded,
until another
commandment shall be given from me.
15-9:11 Which
thou hast commanded by thy servants the prophets, saying, The land, unto which
ye go to possess it, is an unclean land with the filthiness of the people of
the lands, with their abominations, which have filled it from one end to another with their uncleanness.
16-3:19 And next
to him repaired Ezer the son of Jeshua, the ruler of Mizpah, another piece over against the going up to the armoury
at the turning of the wall.
16-3:21 After him
repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah the son of Koz another
piece, from the door of the house of Eliashib even to the end of the house of
Eliashib.
16-3:24 After him
repaired Binnui the son of Henadad another
piece, from the house of Azariah unto the turning of the wall, even unto the corner.
16-3:27 After
them the Tekoites repaired another piece, over
against the great tower that lieth out, even unto the wall of Ophel.
16-3:30 After him
repaired Hananiah the son of Shelemiah, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, another piece. After him repaired Meshullam the son of
Berechiah over against his chamber.
16-4:19 And I
said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, The
work is great and large, and we are
separated upon the wall, one far from another.
16-9:3 And they
stood up in their place, and read in the book of the law of the LORD their God one fourth part of the day; and another fourth
part they confessed, and worshipped the LORD their God.
17-1:7 And they
gave them drink in vessels of gold,
(the vessels being diverse one from another,)
and royal wine in abundance, according to the state of the king.
17-1:19 If it
please the king, let there go a royal commandment from him, and let it be
written among the laws of the Persians and the Medes, that it be not altered,
That Vashti come no more before king Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal
estate unto another that is better than she.
17-4:14 For if
thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from
another place; but thou and thy father’s house
shall be destroyed: and who knoweth
whether thou art come to the kingdom for such
a time as this?
17-9:19 Therefore
the Jews of the villages, that dwelt in the unwalled towns, made the fourteenth
day of the month Adar a day of gladness
and feasting, and a good day, and of sending portions one to another.
17-9:22 As the
days wherein the Jews rested from their enemies, and the month which was turned
unto them from sorrow to joy, and from mourning into a good day: that they should make them days of
feasting and joy, and of sending portions one to another,
and gifts to the poor.
18-1:16 While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from
heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and
I only am escaped alone to tell thee.
18-1:17 While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The Chaldeans made out three bands,
and fell upon the camels, and have carried them away, yea, and slain the
servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.
18-1:18 While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, Thy sons and thy daughters were eating and drinking wine in their
eldest brother’s house:
18-13:9 Is it
good that he should search you out? or as one man mocketh another, do ye so
mock him?
18-19:27 Whom I
shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my
reins be consumed within me.
18-21:25 And another dieth in the bitterness of his soul, and never
eateth with pleasure.
18-31:8 Then let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.
18-31:10 Then let my wife grind unto another, and let others bow down upon her.
18-41:16 One is so
near to another, that no air can come between
them.
18-41:17 They are
joined one to another, they stick together, that
they cannot be sundered.
19-16:4 Their
sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten
after another
god:
their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names
into my lips.
19-75:7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
19-105:13 When they
went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another
people;
19-109:8 Let his
days be few; and let another take his office.
19-145:4 One
generation shall praise thy works to another,
and shall declare thy mighty acts.
20-25:9 Debate
thy cause with thy neighbour himself; and
discover not a secret to another:
20-27:2 Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a
stranger, and not thine own lips.
21-1:4 One generation passeth away, and another generation
cometh: but the earth abideth for
ever.
21-4:10 For if
they fall, the one will lift up his fellow:
but woe to him that is alone when he
falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
21-8:9 All this
have I seen, and applied my heart unto every work that is done under the sun: there
is a time wherein one man ruleth over another
to his own hurt.
22-5:9 What is thy beloved more than another beloved, O thou fairest among women? what is thy beloved more than another beloved,
that thou dost so charge us?
23-3:5 And the
people shall be oppressed, every one by another,
and every one by his neighbour: the
child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against
the honourable.
23-6:3 And one
cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full
of his glory.
23-13:8 And they
shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows
shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames.
23-28:11 For with
stammering lips and another tongue will he speak
to this people.
23-42:8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.
23-44:5 One shall
say, I am the Lord’s; and another shall call himself
by the name of Jacob; and another shall
subscribe with his hand unto the
LORD, and surname himself by the name
of Israel.
23-48:11 For mine
own sake, even for mine own sake,
will I do it: for how should my name be
polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.
23-57:8 Behind
the doors also and the posts hast thou set up thy remembrance: for thou hast discovered thyself to another
than me, and art gone up; thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made thee a covenant with them; thou lovedst their
bed where thou sawest it.
23-65:15 And ye
shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:
23-65:22 They shall
not build, and another inhabit; they shall not
plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are
the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their
hands.
23-66:23 And it
shall come to pass, that from one new
moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me,
saith the LORD.
24-3:1 They
say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man’s, shall he return unto her again? shall not
that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many
lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD.
24-13:14 And I will
dash them one against another, even the fathers
and the sons together, saith the LORD:
I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them.
24-18:4 And the
vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
24-18:14 Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field?
or shall the cold flowing waters that
come from another place be forsaken?
24-22:26 And I will
cast thee out, and thy mother that bare thee, into another
country, where ye were not born; and there shall ye die.
24-25:26 And all
the kings of the north, far and near, one with another,
and all the kingdoms of the world, which are
upon the face of the earth: and
the king of Sheshach shall drink after them.
24-36:28 Take thee
again another roll, and write in it all the
former words that were in the first roll, which Jehoiakim the king of Judah
hath burned.
24-36:32 Then took
Jeremiah another roll, and gave it to Baruch the
scribe, the son of Neriah; who wrote therein from the mouth of Jeremiah all the
words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire: and there were added besides unto
them many like words.
24-46:16 He made
many to fall, yea, one fell upon another: and they said, Arise, and let us go
again to our own people, and to the land of our nativity, from the oppressing
sword.
24-51:31 One post
shall run to meet another, and one messenger to
meet another, to shew the king of Babylon that
his city is taken at one end,
24-51:46 And lest
your heart faint, and ye fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land; a
rumour shall both come one year, and
after that in another
year shall come a rumour, and
violence in the land, ruler against ruler.
26-1:9 Their
wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went
every one straight forward.
26-1:11 Thus were their faces: and their wings were stretched
upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.
26-3:13 I heard also the noise of the wings of
the living creatures that touched one another,
and the noise of the wheels over against them, and a noise of a great rushing.
26-4:8 And,
behold, I will lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side
to another, till thou hast ended the days of thy
siege.
26-4:17 That they
may want bread and water, and be astonied one with another,
and consume away for their iniquity.
26-10:9 And when
I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and
another wheel by another
cherub: and the appearance of the
wheels was as the colour of a beryl
stone.
26-12:3 Therefore,
thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for removing, and remove by day in their
sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another
place in their sight: it may be they
will consider, though they be a
rebellious house.
26-15:7 And I
will set my face against them; they shall go out from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and ye shall know
that I am the LORD, when I set my
face against them.
26-17:7 There was
also another great eagle with great wings and
many feathers: and, behold, this
vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth her branches toward him,
that he might water it by the furrows of her plantation.
26-19:5 Now when
she saw that she had waited, and her
hope was lost, then she took another of her
whelps, and made him a young lion.
26-22:11 And one
hath committed abomination with his neighbour’s wife; and another hath lewdly defiled his daughter in law; and another in thee hath humbled his sister, his father’s
daughter.
26-24:23 And your
tires shall be upon your heads, and
your shoes upon your feet: ye shall
not mourn nor weep; but ye shall pine away for your iniquities, and mourn one
toward another.
26-33:30 Also, thou
son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the
walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another,
every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word
that cometh forth from the LORD.
26-37:16 Moreover,
thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the
children of Israel his companions:
then take another stick, and write upon it, For
Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all
the house of Israel his companions:
26-37:17 And join
them one to another into one stick; and they
shall become one in thine hand.
26-40:13 He
measured then the gate from the roof of one
little chamber to the roof of another: the breadth was five and twenty cubits, door against door.
26-40:26 And there were seven steps to go up to it,
and the arches thereof were before
them: and it had palm trees, one on
this side, and another on that side, upon the
posts thereof.
26-40:49 The length
of the porch was twenty cubits, and
the breadth eleven cubits; and he brought
me by the steps whereby they went up to it: and there were pillars
by the posts, one on this side, and another on
that side.
26-41:6 And the
side chambers were three, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered into
the wall which was of the house for
the side chambers round about, that they might have hold, but they had not hold
in the wall of the house.
26-41:11 And the
doors of the side chambers were toward
the place that was left, one door
toward the north, and another door toward the
south: and the breadth of the place
that was left was five cubits round
about.
26-47:14 And ye
shall inherit it, one as well as another: concerning
the which I lifted up mine hand to give it unto your fathers: and this land shall fall unto you for
inheritance.
27-2:39 And after
thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to
thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall
bear rule over all the earth.
27-2:43 And
whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves
with the seed of men: but they shall
not cleave one to another, even as iron is not
mixed with clay.
27-5:6 Then the
king’s countenance was changed, and his thoughts troubled him, so that the
joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another.
27-5:17 Then
Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give
thy rewards to another; yet I will read the
writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation.
27-7:3 And four
great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
27-7:5 And
behold another beast, a second, like to a bear,
and it raised up itself on one side, and it
had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise,
devour much flesh.
27-7:6 After
this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard,
which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four
heads; and dominion was given to it.
27-7:8 I
considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of
the first horns plucked up by the roots:
and, behold, in this horn were eyes
like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
27-7:24 And the
ten horns out of this kingdom are ten
kings that shall arise: and another
shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall
subdue three kings.
27-8:13 Then I
heard one saint speaking, and another saint said
unto that certain saint which spake,
How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of
desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?
28-3:3 And I
said unto her, Thou shalt abide for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot,
and thou shalt not be for another man:
so will I also be for thee.
28-4:4 Yet let
no man strive, nor reprove another: for thy people are as they that strive with the priest.
29-1:3 Tell ye
your children of it, and let your
children tell their children, and
their children another generation.
29-2:8 Neither
shall one thrust another; they shall walk every
one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they
shall not be wounded.
30-4:7 And also
I have withholden the rain from you, when there
were yet three months to the harvest:
and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city:
one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.
34-2:4 The
chariots shall rage in the streets, they shall justle one against another in the broad ways: they shall seem like torches, they shall run like the lightnings.
38-2:3 And,
behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another
angel went out to meet him,
38-8:21 And the
inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the
LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts:
I will go also.
38-11:9 Then said
I, I will not feed you: that that
dieth, let it die; and that that is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let
the rest eat every one the flesh of another.
39-3:16 Then they
that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was
written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his
name.
40-2:12 And being
warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed
into their own country another way.
40-8:9 For I am
a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go,
and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he
cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
40-8:21 And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer
me first to go and bury my father.
40-10:23 But when
they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall
not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.
40-11:3 And said
unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?
40-13:24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The
kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
40-13:31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The
kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and
sowed in his field:
40-13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of
heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of
meal, till the whole was leavened.
40-19:9 And I say
unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another,
committeth adultery: and whoso
marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.
40-21:33 Hear another parable:
There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round
about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to
husbandmen, and went into a far country:
40-21:35 And the
husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another,
and stoned another.
40-22:5 But they
made light of it, and went their
ways, one to his farm, another to his
merchandise:
40-24:2 And Jesus
said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall
not be left here one stone upon another, that
shall not be thrown down.
40-24:10 And then
shall many be offended, and shall betray one another,
and shall hate one another.
40-25:15 And unto
one he gave five talents, to another two, and to
another one; to every man according to his
several ability; and straightway took his journey.
40-25:32 And before
him shall be gathered all nations:
and he shall separate them one from another, as
a shepherd divideth his sheep from
the goats:
40-26:71 And when
he was gone out into the porch, another maid saw him, and said unto them that
were there, This fellow was also with
Jesus of Nazareth.
40-27:38 Then were
there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left.
41-4:41 And they
feared exceedingly, and said one to another,
What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?
41-9:10 And they
kept that saying with themselves, questioning one with another
what the rising from the dead should mean.
41-9:50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it?
Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.
41-10:11 And he
saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.
41-10:12 And if a
woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another,
she committeth adultery.
41-12:4 And again
he sent unto them another servant; and at him
they cast stones, and wounded him in
the head, and sent him away
shamefully handled.
41-12:5 And again
he sent another; and him they killed, and many
others; beating some, and killing some.
41-13:2 And Jesus
answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be
left one stone upon another, that shall not be
thrown down.
41-14:19 And they
began to be sorrowful, and to say unto him one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I?
41-14:58 We heard
him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three
days I will build another made without hands.
41-16:12 After that
he appeared in another form unto two of them, as
they walked, and went into the country.
42-2:15 And it
came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds
said one to another, Let us now go even unto
Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made
known unto us.
42-6:6 And it
came to pass also on another sabbath, that he
entered into the synagogue and taught:
and there was a man whose right hand was withered.
42-6:11 And they
were filled with madness; and communed one with another
what they might do to Jesus.
42-7:8 For I
also am a man set under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say unto
one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and
he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
42-7:19 And John
calling unto him two of his disciples
sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou
he that should come? or look we for another?
42-7:20 When the
men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying,
Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
42-7:32 They are
like unto children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We have piped unto you, and ye
have not danced; we have mourned to you, and ye have not wept.
42-8:25 And he
said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one
to another, What manner of man is this! for he
commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.
42-9:56 For the
Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them. And they went to another
village.
42-9:59 And he
said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord,
suffer me first to go and bury my father.
42-9:61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let
me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.
42-12:1 In the mean
time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people,
insomuch that they trode one upon another, he
began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the
Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
42-14:19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I
go to prove them: I pray thee have
me excused.
42-14:20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I
cannot come.
42-14:31 Or what
king, going to make war against another king,
sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to
meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?
42-16:7 Then said
he to another, And how much owest thou? And he
said, An hundred measures of wheat. And he said unto him, Take thy bill, and
write fourscore.
42-16:12 And if ye
have not been faithful in that which is another
man’s, who shall give you that which is your own?
42-16:18 Whosoever
putteth away his wife, and marrieth another,
committeth adultery: and whosoever
marrieth her that is put away from her husband
committeth adultery.
42-19:20 And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept
laid up in a napkin:
42-19:44 And shall
lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not
leave in thee one stone upon another; because
thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.
42-20:11 And again
he sent another servant: and they beat him also, and entreated him shamefully, and sent him away
empty.
42-21:6 As for these things which ye behold, the
days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
42-22:58 And after
a little while another saw him, and said, Thou
art also of them. And Peter said, Man, I am not.
42-22:59 And about
the space of one hour after another confidently
affirmed, saying, Of a truth this fellow also
was with him: for he is a Galilaean.
42-24:17 And he
said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another,
as ye walk, and are sad?
42-24:32 And they
said one to another, Did not our heart burn
within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the
scriptures?
43-4:33 Therefore
said the disciples one to another, Hath any man
brought him ought to eat?
43-4:37 And
herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another
reapeth.
43-5:7 The
impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to
put me into the pool: but while I am
coming, another steppeth down before me.
43-5:32 There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that
the witness which he witnesseth of me is true.
43-5:43 I am come
in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not:
if another shall come in his own name, him ye
will receive.
43-5:44 How can ye
believe, which receive honour one of another,
and seek not the honour that cometh from
God only?
43-13:22 Then the
disciples looked one on another, doubting of
whom he spake.
43-13:34 A new
commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another;
as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
43-13:35 By this
shall all men know that ye are my
disciples, if ye have love one to another.
43-14:16 And I will
pray the Father, and he shall give you another
Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
43-15:12 This is my
commandment, That ye love one another, as I have
loved you.
43-15:17 These
things I command you, that ye love one another.
43-18:15 And Simon
Peter followed Jesus, and so did another disciple:
that disciple was known unto the high priest, and went in with Jesus into the
palace of the high priest.
43-19:37 And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom
they pierced.
43-21:18 Verily,
verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and
walkedst whither thou wouldest: but
when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.
44-1:20 For it is
written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man
dwell therein: and his bishoprick
let another take.
44-2:7 And they
were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another,
Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
44-2:12 And they
were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another,
What meaneth this?
44-7:18 Till another king arose, which knew not Joseph.
44-7:26 And the
next day he shewed himself unto them as they strove, and would have set them at
one again, saying, Sirs, ye are brethren; why do ye wrong one to another?
44-10:28 And he
said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a
Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another
nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or
unclean.
44-12:17 But he,
beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how
the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go shew these things
unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went into another place.
44-13:35 Wherefore
he saith also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
44-17:7 Whom
Jason hath received: and these all
do contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, one
Jesus.
44-19:32 Some
therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused; and
the more part knew not wherefore they were come together.
44-19:38 Wherefore
if Demetrius, and the craftsmen which are with him, have a matter against any
man, the law is open, and there are deputies: let them implead one another.
44-21:6 And when
we had taken our leave one of another, we took
ship; and they returned home again.
44-21:34 And some
cried one thing, some another, among the
multitude: and when he could not
know the certainty for the tumult, he commanded him to be carried into the
castle.
45-1:27 And
likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their
lust one toward another; men with men working
that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their
error which was meet.
45-2:1 Therefore
thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that
judgest doest the same things.
45-2:15 Which
shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing
witness, and their thoughts the mean
while accusing or else excusing one another;)
45-2:21 Thou
therefore which teachest another, teachest thou
not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?
45-7:3 So then
if, while her husband liveth, she be
married to another man, she shall be called an
adulteress: but if her husband be
dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be
married to another man.
45-7:4 Wherefore,
my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye
should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead,
that we should bring forth fruit unto God.
45-7:23 But I see
another law in my members, warring against the
law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my
members.
45-9:21 Hath not
the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto
honour, and another unto dishonour?
45-12:5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and
every one members one of another.
45-12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
45-12:16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men
of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
45-13:8 Owe no
man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
45-14:2 For one
believeth that he may eat all things:
another, who is weak, eateth herbs.
45-14:4 Who art
thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his
own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
45-14:5 One man
esteemeth one day above another: another
esteemeth every day alike. Let every man
be fully persuaded in his own mind.
45-14:13 Let us not
therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man
put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.
45-14:19 Let us
therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith
one may edify another.
45-15:5 Now the
God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:
45-15:7 Wherefore
receive ye one another, as Christ also received
us to the glory of God.
45-15:14 And I
myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of
goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.
45-15:20 Yea, so
have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should
build upon another man’s foundation:
45-16:16 Salute one
another with an holy kiss. The churches of
Christ salute you.
46-3:4 For while
one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?
46-3:10 According
to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have
laid the foundation, and another buildeth
thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
46-4:6 And
these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might
learn in us not to think of men above
that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.
46-4:7 For who
maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not
receive? now if thou didst receive it, why
dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?
46-6:1 Dare any
of you, having a matter against another, go to
law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
46-6:7 Now
therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye
not rather suffer yourselves to be
defrauded?
46-7:7 For I
would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of
God, one after this manner, and another after
that.
46-10:29 Conscience,
I say, not thine own, but of the other:
for why is my liberty judged of another man’s conscience?
46-11:21 For in
eating every one taketh before other his
own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.
46-11:33 Wherefore,
my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.
46-12:8 For to
one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another
the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
46-12:9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
46-12:10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another
discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
46-12:25 That there
should be no schism in the body; but that
the members should have the same care one for another.
46-14:30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.
46-15:39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh
of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and
another of birds.
46-15:40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies
terrestrial: but the glory of the
celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
46-15:41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars:
for one star differeth from another star
in glory.
46-16:20 All the
brethren greet you. Greet ye one another with an
holy kiss.
47-10:16 To preach
the gospel in the regions beyond you,
and not to boast in another man’s line of things made ready to our hand.
47-11:4 For if he
that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we
have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might
well bear with him.
47-13:12 Greet one another with an holy kiss.
48-1:6 I marvel
that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ
unto another gospel:
48-1:7 Which is
not another; but there be some that trouble you,
and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
48-5:13 For,
brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one
another.
48-5:15 But if ye
bite and devour one another, take heed that ye
be not consumed one of another.
48-5:26 Let us
not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another,
envying one another.
48-6:4 But let
every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself
alone, and not in another.
49-4:2 With all
lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
49-4:25 Wherefore
putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
49-4:32 And be ye
kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving
one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath
forgiven you.
49-5:21 Submitting
yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
51-3:9 Lie not
one to another, seeing that ye have put off the
old man with his deeds;
51-3:13 Forbearing
one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
51-3:16 Let the
word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,
singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
52-3:12 And the
Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even
as we do toward you:
52-4:9 But as
touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.
52-4:18 Wherefore
comfort one another with these words.
52-5:11 Wherefore
comfort yourselves together, and edify one another,
even as also ye do.
54-5:21 I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus
Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring
one before another, doing nothing by partiality.
56-3:3 For we
ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers
lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
58-3:13 But
exhort one another daily, while it is called To
day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
58-4:8 For if
Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
58-5:6 As he
saith also in another place, Thou art a priest
for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
58-7:11 If
therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people
received the law,) what further need was
there that another priest should rise after
the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?
58-7:13 For he of
whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another
tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar.
58-7:15 And it is
yet far more evident: for that after
the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another
priest,
58-10:24 And let us
consider one another to provoke unto love and to
good works:
58-10:25 Not
forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
59-2:25 Likewise
also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the
messengers, and had sent them out another way?
59-4:11 Speak not
evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh
evil of his brother, and judgeth his
brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a
judge.
59-4:12 There is
one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
59-5:9 Grudge
not one against another, brethren, lest ye be
condemned: behold, the judge
standeth before the door.
59-5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another,
that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth
much.
60-1:22 Seeing ye
have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned
love of the brethren, see that ye love
one another with a pure heart fervently:
60-3:8 Finally,
be ye all of one mind, having
compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
60-4:9 Use
hospitality one to another without grudging.
60-4:10 As every
man hath received the gift, even so minister
the same one to another, as good stewards of the
manifold grace of God.
60-5:5 Likewise,
ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another,
and be clothed with humility: for
God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.
60-5:14 Greet ye
one another with a kiss of charity. Peace be with you all that are in Christ
Jesus. Amen.
62-1:7 But if
we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son
cleanseth us from all sin.
62-3:11 For this
is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
62-3:23 And this
is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ,
and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
62-4:7 Beloved,
let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and
knoweth God.
62-4:11 Beloved,
if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
62-4:12 No man
hath seen God at any time. If we love one another,
God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
63-1:5 And now
I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but
that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.
66-6:4 And
there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to
him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill
one another:
and there was given unto him a great sword.
66-7:2 And I
saw another angel ascending from the east,
having the seal of the living God:
and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt
the earth and the sea,
66-8:3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a
golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon
the golden altar which was before the throne.
66-10:1 And I saw
another mighty angel come down from heaven,
clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as
pillars of fire:
66-11:10 And they
that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall
send gifts one to another; because these two
prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
66-12:3 And there
appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a
great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his
heads.
66-13:11 And I
beheld another beast coming up out of the earth;
and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
66-14:6 And I saw
another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having
the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to
every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
66-14:8 And there
followed another angel, saying, Babylon is
fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the
wine of the wrath of her fornication.
66-14:15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a
loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to
reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
66-14:17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in
heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
66-14:18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power
over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying,
Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth;
for her grapes are fully ripe.
66-15:1 And I saw
another sign in heaven, great and marvellous,
seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath
of God.
66-16:7 And I
heard another out of the altar say, Even so,
Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are
thy judgments.
66-18:1 And after
these things I saw another angel come down from
heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
66-18:4 And I
heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come
out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye
receive not of her plagues.
66-20:12 And I saw
the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another
book was opened, which is the book of
life: and the dead were judged out
of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
