23-ISAIAH
23-30:17 One
thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one;
at the rebuke of five shall ye flee: till ye be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on
an hill.

07-JUDGES
07-16:14 And she
fastened it with the pin, and said
unto him, The Philistines be upon
thee, Samson. And he awaked out of his sleep, and went away with the pin of the
beam, and with the web.
09-17:7 And the
staff of his spear was like a
weaver’s beam; and his spear’s head weighed six hundred shekels of iron: and
one bearing a shield went before him.
10-21:19 And there was
again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where Elhanan the son of
Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, slew the
brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver’s beam.
11-7:6 And he
made a porch of pillars; the length thereof was
fifty cubits, and the breadth thereof thirty cubits: and the porch was before them: and the other pillars and the thick beam were before
them.
12-6:2 Let us
go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place there, where we may
dwell. And he answered, Go ye.
12-6:5 But as
one was felling a beam, the ax head fell into
the water: and he cried, and said, Alas, master! for it was borrowed.
13-11:23 And he slew
an Egyptian, a man of great stature,
five cubits high; and in the Egyptian’s hand was a spear like a weaver’s beam;
and he went down to him with a staff, and plucked the spear out of the
Egyptian’s hand, and slew him with his own spear.
13-20:5 And there
was war again with the Philistines; and Elhanan the son of Jair slew Lahmi the
brother of Goliath the Gittite, whose spear staff was like a weaver’s beam.
35-2:11 For the
stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam
out of the timber shall answer it.
40-7:3 And why
beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
40-7:4 Or how
wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and,
behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
40-7:5 Thou
hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine
own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy
brother’s eye.
42-6:41 And why
beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
42-6:42 Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother,
let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself
beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of
thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in
thy brother’s eye.

11-1 KINGS
11-6:6 The nethermost
chamber was five cubits broad, and
the middle was six cubits broad, and
the third was seven cubits broad: for
without in the wall of the house he
made narrowed rests round about, that the
beams should not be fastened in the walls of
the house.
11-6:9 So he
built the house, and finished it; and covered the house with beams and boards of cedar.
11-6:36 And he
built the inner court with three rows of hewed stone, and a row of cedar beams.
11-7:2 He built also the house of the forest of Lebanon;
the length thereof was an hundred
cubits, and the breadth thereof fifty cubits, and the height thereof thirty
cubits, upon four rows of cedar pillars, with cedar beams
upon the pillars.
11-7:3 And it was covered
with cedar above upon the beams, that lay on forty five pillars,
fifteen in a row.
11-7:12 And the
great court round about was with
three rows of hewed stones, and a row of cedar beams,
both for the inner court of the house of the LORD, and for the porch of the
house.
14-3:7 He overlaid
also the house, the beams, the posts, and the
walls thereof, and the doors thereof, with gold; and graved cherubims on the
walls.
16-2:8 And a
letter unto Asaph the keeper of the king’s forest, that he may give me timber
to make beams for the gates of the palace which appertained to the house, and for the
wall of the city, and for the house that I shall enter into. And the king
granted me, according to the good hand of my God upon me.
16-3:3 But the fish gate did the sons of Hassenaah build,
who also laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof,
the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
16-3:6 Moreover
the old gate repaired Jehoiada the son of Paseah, and Meshullam the son of
Besodeiah; they laid the beams thereof, and set
up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
19-104:3 Who layeth
the beams of his chambers in the waters: who
maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
22-1:17 The beams of our house are
cedar, and our rafters of fir.

10-2 SAMUEL
10-17:28 Brought beds, and basons, and earthen vessels, and
wheat, and barley, and flour, and parched corn, and beans, and lentiles, and
parched pulse,
26-EZEKIEL
26-4:9 Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches,
and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy
side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.

01-GENESIS
01-4:13 And Cain
said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater
than I can bear.
01-13:6 And the
land was not able to bear them, that they might
dwell together: for their substance was great, so that they could not dwell
together.
01-16:11 And the
angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a
son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy
affliction.
01-17:17 Then
Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an
hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?
01-17:19 And God
said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son
indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant
with him for an everlasting covenant, and
with his seed after him.
01-17:21 But my
covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.
01-18:13 And the
LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?
01-22:23 And Bethuel begat Rebekah: these eight Milcah did bear to Nahor, Abraham’s brother.
01-30:3 And she
said, Behold my maid Bilhah, go in unto her; and she shall bear upon my knees, that I may also have children by
her.
01-36:7 For their
riches were more than that they might dwell together; and the land wherein they
were strangers could not bear them because of
their cattle.
01-43:9 I will be
surety for him; of my hand shalt thou require him: if I bring him not unto
thee, and set him before thee, then let me bear
the blame for ever:
01-44:32 For thy
servant became surety for the lad unto my father, saying, If I bring him not
unto thee, then I shall bear the blame to my
father for ever.
01-49:15 And he saw
that rest was good, and the land that
it was pleasant; and bowed his
shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto
tribute.
02-18:22 And let them judge the people at all seasons: and
it shall be, that every great
matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so
shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear
the burden with thee.
02-20:16 Thou shalt
not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
02-25:27 Over
against the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table.
02-27:7 And the
staves shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides
of the altar, to bear it.
02-28:12 And thou
shalt put the two stones upon the shoulders of the ephod for stones of memorial unto the children of Israel: and Aaron shall
bear their names before the LORD upon his two
shoulders for a memorial.
02-28:29 And Aaron
shall bear the names of the children of Israel
in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a memorial before the LORD
continually.
02-28:30 And thou
shalt put in the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; and they
shall be upon Aaron’s heart, when he goeth in before the LORD: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his
heart before the LORD continually.
02-28:38 And it
shall be upon Aaron’s forehead, that Aaron may bear
the iniquity of the holy things, which the
children of Israel shall hallow in all their holy gifts; and it shall be always upon his forehead, that they
may be accepted before the LORD.
02-28:43 And they shall
be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the
congregation, or when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die: it
shall be a statute for ever unto him and his seed after him.
02-30:4 And two
golden rings shalt thou make to it under the crown of it, by the two corners
thereof, upon the two sides of it shalt thou make it; and they shall be for places for the staves to bear it withal.
02-37:5 And he
put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, to bear the ark.
02-37:14 Over against the border were the rings, the places
for the staves to bear the table.
02-37:15 And he
made the staves of shittim wood, and
overlaid them with gold, to bear the table.
02-37:27 And he made two rings of gold for it under the
crown thereof, by the two corners of
it, upon the two sides thereof, to be places for the staves to bear it withal.
02-38:7 And he
put the staves into the rings on the sides of the altar, to bear it withal; he made the altar hollow with boards.
03-5:1 And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing,
and is a witness, whether he hath
seen or known of it; if he do not
utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.
03-5:17 And if a soul
sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the
commandments of the LORD; though he wist it
not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his
iniquity.
03-7:18 And if any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his
peace offerings be eaten at all on the third day, it shall not be accepted,
neither shall it be imputed unto him that offereth it: it shall be an
abomination, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear
his iniquity.
03-10:17 Wherefore
have ye not eaten the sin offering in the holy place, seeing it is most holy, and God hath given it you to bear the
iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the LORD?
03-12:5 But if
she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean
two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her
purifying threescore and six days.
03-16:22 And the
goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities
unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.
03-17:16 But if he
wash them not, nor bathe his flesh;
then he shall bear his iniquity.
03-19:8 Therefore
every one that eateth it shall bear his iniquity, because he hath profaned the
hallowed thing of the LORD: and that soul shall be cut off from among his
people.
03-19:18 Thou shalt
not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the
children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.
03-20:17 And if a
man shall take his sister, his father’s daughter, or his mother’s daughter, and
see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their
people: he hath uncovered his sister’s nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.
03-20:19 And thou
shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother’s sister, nor of thy father’s sister: for he uncovereth his near kin:
they shall bear their iniquity.
03-20:20 And if a
man shall lie with his uncle’s wife, he hath uncovered his uncle’s nakedness:
they shall bear their sin; they shall die
childless.
03-22:9 They shall
therefore keep mine ordinance, lest they bear
sin for it, and die therefore, if they profane it: I the LORD do sanctify them.
03-22:16 Or suffer them to bear
the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: for I the
LORD do sanctify them.
03-24:15 And thou
shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God
shall bear his sin.
04-1:50 But thou
shalt appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the
vessels thereof, and over all things that belong
to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and
all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp
round about the tabernacle.
04-4:15 And when
Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels
of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath
shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any
holy thing, lest they die. These things
are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.
04-4:25 And they
shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and
the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the covering of the
badgers’ skins that is above upon it,
and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,
04-5:31 Then
shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.
04-7:9 But unto
the sons of Kohath he gave none: because the service of the sanctuary belonging
unto them was that they should bear upon their shoulders.
04-9:13 But the
man that is clean, and is not in a
journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover, even the same soul shall be cut
off from among his people: because he brought not the offering of the LORD in
his appointed season, that man shall bear his
sin.
04-11:14 I am not
able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.
04-11:17 And I will
come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not
thyself alone.
04-14:27 How long shall I bear
with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of
Israel, which they murmur against me.
04-14:33 And your children
shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear
your whoredoms, until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness.
04-14:34 After the
number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise.
04-18:1 And the
LORD said unto Aaron, Thou and thy sons and thy father’s house with thee shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary: and thou and thy
sons with thee shall bear the iniquity of your
priesthood.
04-18:22 Neither
must the children of Israel henceforth come nigh the tabernacle of the
congregation, lest they bear sin, and die.
04-18:23 But the
Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they
shall bear their iniquity: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations, that
among the children of Israel they have no inheritance.
04-18:32 And ye
shall bear no sin by reason of it, when ye have
heaved from it the best of it: neither shall ye pollute the holy things of the
children of Israel, lest ye die.
04-30:15 But if he
shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her
iniquity.
05-1:9 And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am
not able to bear you myself alone:
05-1:12 How can I
myself alone bear your cumbrance, and your
burden, and your strife?
05-1:31 And in
the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that the LORD thy God bare thee, as a
man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye
went, until ye came into this place.
05-5:20 Neither
shalt thou bear false witness against thy
neighbour.
05-10:8 At that
time the LORD separated the tribe of Levi, to bear
the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to stand before the LORD to minister unto
him, and to bless in his name, unto this day.
05-28:57 And toward
her young one that cometh out from between her feet, and toward her children
which she shall bear: for she shall eat them for
want of all things secretly in the
siege and straitness, wherewith thine enemy shall distress thee in thy gates.
06-3:8 And thou
shalt command the priests that bear the ark of
the covenant, saying, When ye are come to the brink of the water of Jordan, ye
shall stand still in Jordan.
06-3:13 And it
shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the LORD, the Lord of all the earth,
shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the
waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the
waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap.
06-4:16 Command
the priests that bear the ark of the testimony,
that they come up out of Jordan.
06-6:4 And
seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets
of rams’ horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and
the priests shall blow with the trumpets.
06-6:6 And
Joshua the son of Nun called the priests, and said unto them, Take up the ark
of the covenant, and let seven priests bear
seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark of the LORD.
07-13:3 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto the woman,
and said unto her, Behold now, thou art
barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son.
07-13:5 For, lo,
thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no
razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from
the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the
Philistines.
07-13:7 But he
said unto me, Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear
a son; and now drink no wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean thing: for the child shall be a Nazarite
to God from the womb to the day of his death.
08-1:12 Turn
again, my daughters, go your way; for
I am too old to have an husband. If I should say, I have hope, if I should have an husband also to
night, and should also bear sons;
09-17:34 And David
said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and
a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock:
09-17:36 Thy
servant slew both the lion and the bear: and
this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied
the armies of the living God.
09-17:37 David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me out
of the paw of the lion, and out of
the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of
the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD
be with thee.
10-17:8 For, said
Hushai, thou knowest thy father and his men, that they be mighty men, and they be chafed
in their minds, as a bear robbed of her whelps
in the field: and thy father is a man
of war, and will not lodge with the people.
10-18:19 Then said
Ahimaaz the son of Zadok, Let me now run, and bear
the king tidings, how that the LORD hath avenged him of his enemies.
10-18:20 And Joab
said unto him, Thou shalt not bear tidings this
day, but thou shalt bear tidings another day:
but this day thou shalt bear no tidings, because
the king’s son is dead.
11-3:21 And when I rose in the morning to give my child
suck, behold, it was dead: but when I
had considered it in the morning, behold, it was not my son, which I did bear.
11-21:10 And set two men, sons of Belial, before him, to bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst
blaspheme God and the king. And then carry
him out, and stone him, that he may die.
12-18:14 And
Hezekiah king of Judah sent to the king of Assyria to Lachish, saying, I have
offended; return from me: that which thou puttest on me will I bear. And the king of Assyria appointed unto Hezekiah
king of Judah three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold.
12-19:30 And the
remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall yet again take root
downward, and bear fruit upward.
13-5:18 The sons
of Reuben, and the Gadites, and half the tribe of Manasseh, of valiant men, men
able to bear buckler and sword, and to shoot
with bow, and skilful in war, were four
and forty thousand seven hundred and threescore, that went out to the war.
14-2:2 And
Solomon told out threescore and ten thousand men to bear
burdens, and fourscore thousand to hew in the mountain, and three thousand and
six hundred to oversee them.
17-1:22 For he
sent letters into all the king’s provinces, into every province according to
the writing thereof, and to every people after their language, that every man
should bear rule in his own house, and that it should be published according to the
language of every people.
19-75:3 The earth
and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear
up the pillars of it. Selah.
19-89:50 Remember,
Lord, the reproach of thy servants; how I
do bear in my bosom the reproach of all the mighty people;
19-91:12 They shall bear thee
up in their hands, lest thou dash thy
foot against a stone.
20-9:12 If thou
be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear
it.
20-12:24 The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.
20-17:12 Let a bear robbed of her whelps meet a man, rather than a
fool in his folly.
20-18:14 The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity;
but a wounded spirit who can bear?
20-28:15 As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a
wicked ruler over the poor people.
20-30:21 For three things the earth is disquieted, and for
four which it cannot bear:
22-4:2 Thy
teeth are like a flock of sheep that are even shorn, which came
up from the washing; whereof every one bear
twins, and none is barren among them.
23-1:14 Your new
moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I
am weary to bear them.
23-7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign;
Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear
a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
23-11:7 And the
cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones
shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
23-37:31 And the remnant
that is escaped of the house of Judah shall again take root downward, and bear fruit upward:
23-46:4 And even to your old age I am he; and
even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you.
23-46:7 They bear him upon the shoulder, they carry him, and set
him in his place, and he standeth; from his place shall he not remove: yea, one shall cry unto him, yet can he not
answer, nor save him out of his trouble.
23-52:11 Depart ye,
depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.
23-53:11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge
shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear
their iniquities.
23-54:1 Sing, O
barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for
more are the children of the desolate
than the children of the married wife, saith the LORD.
24-5:31 The
prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear
rule by their means; and my people love to
have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?
24-10:19 Woe is me for
my hurt! my wound is grievous: but I said, Truly this is a grief, and I must bear it.
24-17:21 Thus saith
the LORD; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no
burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in
by the gates of Jerusalem;
24-17:27 But if ye
will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of
Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof,
and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.
24-29:6 Take ye
wives, and beget sons and daughters; and take wives for your sons, and give
your daughters to husbands, that they may bear
sons and daughters; that ye may be increased there, and not diminished.
24-31:19 Surely
after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote
upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea,
even confounded, because I did bear the reproach
of my youth.
24-44:22 So that
the LORD could no longer bear, because of the
evil of your doings, and because of
the abominations which ye have committed; therefore is your land a desolation,
and an astonishment, and a curse, without an inhabitant, as at this day.
25-3:10 He was unto me as a bear lying in wait, and as a lion in secret places.
25-3:27 It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.
26-4:4 Lie thou
also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: according to the number of the days that
thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their
iniquity.
26-4:5 For I
have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the
days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear
the iniquity of the house of Israel.
26-4:6 And when
thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I
have appointed thee each day for a year.
26-12:6 In their
sight shalt thou bear it upon thy shoulders, and carry it forth in the twilight: thou shalt cover thy face, that thou see
not the ground: for I have set thee for a
sign unto the house of Israel.
26-12:12 And the
prince that is among them shall bear upon his shoulder
in the twilight, and shall go forth: they shall dig through the wall to carry
out thereby: he shall cover his face, that he see not the ground with his eyes.
26-14:10 And they
shall bear the punishment of their iniquity: the
punishment of the prophet shall be even as the punishment of him that seeketh unto him;
26-16:52 Thou also,
which hast judged thy sisters, bear thine own
shame for thy sins that thou hast committed more abominable than they: they are
more righteous than thou: yea, be thou confounded also, and bear thy shame, in that thou hast justified thy
sisters.
26-16:54 That thou
mayest bear thine own shame, and mayest be
confounded in all that thou hast done, in that thou art a comfort unto them.
26-17:8 It was
planted in a good soil by great waters, that it might bring forth branches, and
that it might bear fruit, that it might be a
goodly vine.
26-17:23 In the
mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth
boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar:
and under it shall dwell all fowl of every
wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.
26-18:19 Yet say ye,
Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the
father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath
done them, he shall surely live.
26-18:20 The soul
that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear
the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear
the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him,
and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
26-23:35 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast forgotten me, and cast me behind thy
back, therefore bear thou also thy lewdness and
thy whoredoms.
26-23:49 And they
shall recompense your lewdness upon you, and ye shall bear
the sins of your idols: and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
26-32:30 There be the princes of the north, all of
them, and all the Zidonians, which are gone down with the slain; with their
terror they are ashamed of their might; and they lie uncircumcised with them that be slain by the sword, and bear their shame with them that go down to the pit.
26-34:29 And I will raise up for them a plant of renown,
and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.
26-36:7 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; I have lifted up mine hand, Surely the heathen that are about you, they shall bear their shame.
26-36:15 Neither
will I cause men to hear in thee the
shame of the heathen any more, neither shalt thou bear
the reproach of the people any more, neither shalt thou cause thy nations to
fall any more, saith the Lord GOD.
26-44:10 And the
Levites that are gone away far from me, when Israel went astray, which went astray away from me after their idols; they
shall even bear their iniquity.
26-44:12 Because
they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to
fall into iniquity; therefore have I lifted up mine hand against them, saith
the Lord GOD, and they shall bear their
iniquity.
26-44:13 And they
shall not come near unto me, to do the office of a priest unto me, nor to come
near to any of my holy things, in the most holy place: but they shall bear their
shame, and their abominations which they have committed.
26-46:20 Then said
he unto me, This is the place where
the priests shall boil the trespass offering
and the sin offering, where they shall bake the meat offering; that they
bear them not
out into the utter court, to sanctify the people.
27-2:39 And after
thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of
brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth.
27-7:5 And
behold another beast, a second, like to a bear,
and it raised up itself on one side, and it
had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said
thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
28-9:16 Ephraim
is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear
no fruit: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of
their womb.
28-13:8 I will
meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her
whelps, and will rend the caul of their heart, and there will I devour them
like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them.
30-5:19 As if a man
did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or
went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him.
30-7:10 Then
Amaziah the priest of Bethel sent to Jeroboam king of Israel, saying, Amos hath
conspired against thee in the midst of the house of Israel: the land is not
able to bear all his words.
33-6:16 For the
statutes of Omri are kept, and all the works of the house of Ahab, and ye walk in their counsels; that I should make thee
a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof an hissing: therefore ye shall
bear the reproach of my people.
33-7:9 I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have
sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he
will bring me forth to the light, and I
shall behold his righteousness.
36-1:11 Howl, ye
inhabitants of Maktesh, for all the merchant people are cut down; all they that
bear silver are cut off.
37-2:12 If one bear holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with
his skirt do touch bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat, shall it be
holy? And the priests answered and said, No.
38-5:10 Then said
I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear
the ephah?
38-6:13 Even he
shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear
the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest
upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
40-3:11 I indeed
baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier
than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he
shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with
fire:
40-4:6 And
saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is
written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot
against a stone.
40-19:18 He saith
unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit
adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear
false witness,
40-27:32 And as
they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to
bear his cross.
41-10:19 Thou
knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do
not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy
father and mother.
41-15:21 And they compel one Simon a Cyrenian, who passed
by, coming out of the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to bear his cross.
42-1:13 But the
angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife
Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt
call his name John.
42-4:11 And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot
against a stone.
42-11:48 Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers:
for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.
42-13:9 And if it bear
fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.
42-14:27 And whosoever doth not bear
his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
42-18:7 And shall
not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?
42-18:20 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit
adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear
false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.
42-23:26 And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one
Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the
country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear
it after Jesus.
43-1:7 The same
came for a witness, to bear witness of the
Light, that all men through him might
believe.
43-1:8 He was
not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
43-2:8 And he
saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the
governor of the feast. And they bare it.
43-3:28 Ye
yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am
not the Christ, but that I am sent before him.
43-5:31 If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.
43-5:36 But I
have greater witness than that of
John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works
that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father
hath sent me.
43-8:14 Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither
I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.
43-8:18 I am one
that bear witness of myself, and the Father that
sent me beareth witness of me.
43-10:25 Jesus
answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my
Father’s name, they bear witness of me.
43-15:4 Abide in
me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear
fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide
in me.
43-15:8 Herein is
my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so
shall ye be my disciples.
43-15:27 And ye also shall bear
witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.
43-16:12 I have yet
many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear
them now.
43-18:23 Jesus answered him, If I have spoken evil, bear witness of the evil: but if well, why
smitest thou me?
43-18:37 Pilate
therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that
I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world,
that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every
one that is of the truth heareth my voice.
44-9:15 But the
Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the
children of Israel:
44-15:10 Now
therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which
neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
44-18:14 And when
Paul was now about to open his mouth,
Gallio said unto the Jews, If it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O ye Jews, reason would that I should bear with you:
44-22:5 As also the high priest doth bear me witness, and all the estate of the elders:
from whom also I received letters unto the brethren, and went to Damascus, to
bring them which were there bound unto Jerusalem, for to be punished.
44-23:11 And the night following the Lord stood by him, and
said, Be of good cheer, Paul: for as thou hast testified of me in
Jerusalem, so must thou bear witness also at
Rome.
44-27:15 And when
the ship was caught, and could not bear up into
the wind, we let her drive.
45-10:2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not
according to knowledge.
45-13:9 For this,
Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou
shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not
covet; and if there be any other
commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love
thy neighbour as thyself.
45-15:1 We then
that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of
the weak, and not to please ourselves.
46-3:2 I have
fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither
yet now are ye able.
46-10:13 There hath
no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful,
who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the
temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
46-15:49 And as we
have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear
the image of the heavenly.
47-8:3 For to their power, I bear
record, yea, and beyond their power they were willing of themselves;
47-11:1 Would to God ye could bear
with me a little in my folly: and
indeed bear with me.
47-11:4 For if he
that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye
have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well
bear with him.
48-4:15 Where is
then the blessedness ye spake of? for I bear you
record, that, if it had been possible,
ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me.
48-5:10 I have
confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but
he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment,
whosoever he be.
48-6:2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law
of Christ.
48-6:5 For
every man shall bear his own burden.
48-6:17 From henceforth
let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the
marks of the Lord Jesus.
51-4:13 For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you,
and them that are in Laodicea and
them in Hierapolis.
54-5:14 I will
therefore that the younger women marry, bear
children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak
reproachfully.
58-9:28 So Christ
was once offered to bear the sins of many; and
unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto
salvation.
59-3:12 Can the
fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries?
either a vine, figs? so can no
fountain both yield salt water and fresh.
62-1:2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear
witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father,
and was manifested unto us;)
62-5:7 For
there are three that bear record in heaven, the
Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
62-5:8 And there
are three that bear witness in earth, the
Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
64-1:12 Demetrius
hath good report of all men, and of
the truth itself: yea, and we also bear record; and ye know that our record is true.
66-2:2 I know
thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them
which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
66-13:2 And the
beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear,
and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and
his seat, and great authority.

09-1 SAMUEL
09-17:34 And David
said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and
a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock:
09-17:36 Thy
servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this
uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the
armies of the living God.
09-17:37 David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me
out of the paw of the lion, and out
of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out
of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the
LORD be with thee.
10-17:8 For, said
Hushai, thou knowest thy father and his men, that they be mighty men, and they be chafed
in their minds, as a bear robbed of her whelps
in the field: and thy father is a man
of war, and will not lodge with the people.
20-17:12 Let a bear robbed of her whelps meet a man, rather than a
fool in his folly.
20-28:15 As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a
wicked ruler over the poor people.
23-11:7 And the
cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones
shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
25-3:10 He was unto me as a bear lying in wait, and as a lion in secret places.
27-7:5 And
behold another beast, a second, like to a bear,
and it raised up itself on one side, and it
had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said
thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
28-13:8 I will
meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her
whelps, and will rend the caul of their heart, and there will I devour them
like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them.
30-5:19 As if a
man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or
went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him.
66-13:2 And the
beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear,
and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and
his seat, and great authority.
