45-4:6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth
righteousness without works,
45-4:9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the
circumcision only, or upon the
uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for
righteousness.
48-4:15 Where is then the blessedness ye spake of? for I bear you record, that,
if it had been possible, ye would
have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me.
______________________________________________________________________
04-22:6 Come now
therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land:
for I wot that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is
cursed.
13-17:27 Now
therefore let it please thee to bless the house of thy servant, that it may be
before thee for ever: for thou blessest, O LORD, and it shall be blessed for ever.
19-65:10 Thou
waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof:
thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest
the springing thereof.
______________________________________________________________________
01-27:29 Let people
serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let
thy mother’s sons bow down to thee: cursed be
every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.
04-24:9 He
couched, he lay down as a lion, and as a great lion: who shall stir him up?
Blessed is he that blesseth thee, and cursed is he that curseth thee.
05-15:6 For the
LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee:
and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou
shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee.
19-10:3 For the wicked boasteth of his
heart’s desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth.
19-107:38 He blesseth
them also, so that they are multiplied greatly; and suffereth not their cattle
to decrease.
20-3:33 The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.
20-27:14 He that blesseth
his friend with a loud voice, rising early in the morning, it shall be counted
a curse to him.
23-65:16 That he who blesseth
himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that
sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former
troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.

01-12:2 And I
will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name
great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
01-22:17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will
multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed
shall possess the gate of his enemies;
01-27:12 My father
peradventure will feel me, and I shall seem to him as a deceiver; and I shall
bring a curse upon me, and not a blessing.
01-27:30 And it
came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an end of blessing
Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the presence of Isaac his father,
that Esau his brother came in from his hunting.
01-27:35 And he said,
Thy brother came with subtilty, and hath taken away thy blessing.
01-27:36 And he
said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? for he hath supplanted me these two times:
he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me?
01-27:38 And Esau
said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing,
my father? bless me, even me also, O my
father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.
01-27:41 And Esau
hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith
his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my
father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob.
01-28:4 And give
thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to
thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a
stranger, which God gave unto Abraham.
01-33:11 Take, I
pray thee, my blessing that is brought to thee;
because God hath dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough. And he
urged him, and he took it.
01-39:5 And it
came to pass from the time that he
had made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that the LORD
blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; and the blessing of the LORD was upon all that he had in the house, and in
the field.
01-49:28 All these are the twelve tribes of Israel: and
this is it that their father spake
unto them, and blessed them; every one according to his blessing he blessed them.
02-32:29 For Moses
had said, Consecrate yourselves to day to the LORD, even every man upon his
son, and upon his brother; that he may bestow upon you a blessing this day.
03-25:21 Then I
will command my blessing upon you in the sixth
year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.
05-11:26 Behold, I
set before you this day a blessing and a curse;
05-11:27 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your
God, which I command you this day:
05-11:29 And it
shall come to pass, when the LORD thy God hath brought thee in unto the land
whither thou goest to possess it, that thou shalt put the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount
Ebal.
05-12:15 Notwithstanding
thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thy soul lusteth
after, according to the blessing of the LORD thy
God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of
the roebuck, and as of the hart.
05-16:17 Every man shall give as he is able, according to
the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath
given thee.
05-23:5 Nevertheless
the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD thy God turned the
curse into a blessing unto thee, because the
LORD thy God loved thee.
05-28:8 The LORD
shall command the blessing upon thee in thy
storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless
thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
05-30:1 And it
shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee,
and thou shalt call them to mind
among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee,
05-30:19 I call
heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing
and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
05-33:1 And this is the blessing,
wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.
05-33:7 And this is the blessing
of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him unto
his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help to him from his enemies.
05-33:16 And for
the precious things of the earth and fulness thereof, and for the good will of him that dwelt in the bush: let the blessing come
upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him that was separated from his brethren.
05-33:23 And of
Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the LORD: possess thou the west and the
south.
06-15:19 Who answered,
Give me a blessing; for thou hast given me a
south land; give me also springs of water.
And he gave her the upper springs, and the nether springs.
07-1:15 And she said unto him, Give me a blessing: for thou hast given me a south land; give me
also springs of water. And Caleb gave her the upper springs and the nether
springs.
09-25:27 And now this blessing
which thine handmaid hath brought unto my lord, let it even be given unto the
young men that follow my lord.
10-7:29 Therefore now let it please thee to
bless the house of thy servant, that it may continue for ever before thee: for
thou, O Lord GOD, hast spoken it: and
with thy blessing let the house of thy servant
be blessed for ever.
12-5:15 And he returned to the man of God,
he and all his company, and came, and stood before
him: and he said, Behold, now I know
that there is no God in all the earth,
but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing
of thy servant.
16-9:5 Then the Levites, Jeshua, and
Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabniah, Sherebiah, Hodijah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah, said, Stand up and
bless the LORD your God for ever and ever: and blessed be thy glorious
name, which is exalted above all blessing and
praise.
16-13:2 Because they met not the children of
Israel with bread and with water, but hired Balaam against them, that he should
curse them: howbeit our God turned the curse into a blessing.
18-29:13 The blessing
of him that was ready to perish came upon me: and I caused the widow’s heart to
sing for joy.
19-3:8 Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing
is upon thy people. Selah.
19-24:5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God
of his salvation.
19-109:17 As he loved cursing, so let it come
unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so
let it be far from him.
19-129:8 Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the LORD be upon you: we bless you in the name of the LORD.
19-133:3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the
mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing,
even life for evermore.
20-10:22 The blessing
of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
20-11:11 By the blessing
of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the
wicked.
20-11:26 He that withholdeth corn, the people
shall curse him: but blessing shall be upon the head of him that
selleth it.
20-24:25 But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them.
23-19:24 In that day shall Israel be the third
with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:
23-44:3 For
I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground:
I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing
upon thine offspring:
23-65:8 Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine
is found in the cluster, and one saith,
Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes,
that I may not destroy them all.
26-34:26 And I will make them and the places
round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause
the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.
26-44:30 And the first of all the firstfruits
of all things, and every oblation of
all, of every sort of your oblations,
shall be the priest’s: ye shall also give unto the priest the first of your
dough, that he may cause the blessing to rest in
thine house.
29-2:14 Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing
behind him; even a meat offering and
a drink offering unto the LORD your God?
38-8:13 And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the
heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye
shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.
39-3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the
storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith,
saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour
you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough
to receive it.
42-24:53 And were continually in the temple,
praising and blessing God. Amen.
45-15:29 And I am sure that, when I come unto
you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing
of the gospel of Christ.
46-10:16 The cup of blessing
which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which
we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?
48-3:14 That the blessing
of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might
receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
58-6:7 For the earth which drinketh in the
rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it
is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
58-6:14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will
multiply thee.
58-12:17 For ye know how that afterward, when
he would have inherited the blessing, he was
rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully
with tears.
59-3:10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought
not so to be.
60-3:9 Not rendering evil for evil, or
railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing;
knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
66-5:12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is
the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength,
and honour, and glory, and blessing.
66-5:13 And every creature which is in
heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and
all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing,
and honour, and glory, and power, be unto
him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
66-7:12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and
honour, and power, and might, be unto
our God for ever and ever. Amen.

01-49:25 Even by the God of thy father, who shall
help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings
of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the
breasts, and of the womb:
01-49:26 The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors
unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that
was separate from his brethren.
05-28:2 And all
these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake
thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
06-8:34 And
afterward he read all the words of the law, the blessings
and cursings, according to all that is written in the book of the law.
19-21:3 For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure
gold on his head.
20-10:6 Blessings
are upon the head of the just: but
violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.
20-28:20 A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall
not be innocent.
39-2:2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will
not lay it to heart, to give glory
unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I
will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed
them already, because ye do not lay it to
heart.
49-1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us
with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

06-JOSHUA
06-6:8 And it
came to pass, when Joshua had spoken unto the people, that the seven priests
bearing the seven trumpets of rams’ horns passed on before the LORD, and blew with the
trumpets: and the ark of the covenant of the LORD followed them.
06-6:9 And the
armed men went before the priests that blew with
the trumpets, and the rereward came after
the ark, the priests going on, and
blowing with the trumpets.
06-6:13 And seven
priests bearing seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark of the LORD went
on continually, and blew with the trumpets: and
the armed men went before them; but the rereward came after the ark of the
LORD, the priests going on, and
blowing with the trumpets.
06-6:16 And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the
priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua
said unto the people, Shout; for the LORD hath given you the city.
06-6:20 So the
people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the
people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great
shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city,
every man straight before him, and they took the city.
07-3:27 And it
came to pass, when he was come, that he blew a
trumpet in the mountain of Ephraim, and the children of Israel went down with
him from the mount, and he before them.
07-6:34 But the
spirit of the LORD came upon Gideon, and he blew
a trumpet; and Abiezer was gathered after him.
07-7:19 So Gideon, and the hundred men that were with him, came unto the outside of
the camp in the beginning of the
middle watch; and they had but newly set the watch: and they blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers that were in their hands.
07-7:20 And the
three companies blew the trumpets, and brake the
pitchers, and held the lamps in their left hands, and the trumpets in their
right hands to blow withal: and they
cried, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon.
07-7:22 And the
three hundred blew the trumpets, and the LORD
set every man’s sword against his fellow, even throughout all the host: and the
host fled to Bethshittah in Zererath, and
to the border of Abelmeholah, unto Tabbath.
09-13:3 And
Jonathan smote the garrison of the Philistines that was in Geba, and the Philistines heard of it. And Saul blew the trumpet
throughout all the land, saying, Let the Hebrews hear.
10-2:28 So Joab blew a trumpet, and all the people stood still, and
pursued after Israel no more, neither fought they any more.
10-18:16 And Joab blew the trumpet, and the people returned from
pursuing after Israel: for Joab held back the people.
10-20:1 And there
happened to be there a man of Belial, whose name was Sheba, the son of Bichri, a
Benjamite: and he blew a trumpet, and said, We
have no part in David, neither have
we inheritance in the son of Jesse: every man to his tents, O Israel.
10-20:22 Then the
woman went unto all the people in her wisdom. And they cut off the head of
Sheba the son of Bichri, and cast it out
to Joab. And he blew a trumpet, and they retired
from the city, every man to his tent. And Joab returned to Jerusalem unto the
king.
11-1:39 And Zadok
the priest took an horn of oil out of the tabernacle, and anointed Solomon. And
they blew the trumpet; and all the people said,
God save king Solomon.
12-9:13 Then they
hasted, and took every man his garment, and put it under him on the top of the stairs, and blew
with trumpets, saying, Jehu is king.
12-11:14 And when
she looked, behold, the king stood by a pillar, as the manner was, and the princes and the trumpeters
by the king, and all the people of the land rejoiced, and blew with trumpets: and Athaliah rent her clothes, and
cried, Treason, Treason.
40-7:25 And the
rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew,
and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
40-7:27 And the
rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew,
and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
43-6:18 And the
sea arose by reason of a great wind that blew.
44-27:13 And when
the south wind blew softly, supposing that they
had obtained their purpose, loosing thence, they sailed close by Crete.
44-28:13 And from
thence we fetched a compass, and came to Rhegium: and after one day the south
wind blew, and we came the next day to Puteoli:

02-4:11 And the
LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf,
or the seeing, or the blind? have
not I the LORD?
03-19:14 Thou shalt
not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.
03-21:18 For
whatsoever man he be that hath a
blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or
any thing superfluous,
03-22:22 Blind, or broken, or maimed, or
having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the LORD,
nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD.
05-15:21 And if
there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto the LORD
thy God.
05-16:19 Thou shalt
not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a
gift doth blind the
eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.
05-27:18 Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way. And
all the people shall say, Amen.
05-28:29 And thou
shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper
in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man
shall save thee.
09-12:3 Behold, here I am: witness against me before the LORD, and before his anointed:
whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded?
whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I received any bribe to blind mine
eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.
10-5:6 And the king and his men went to
Jerusalem unto the Jebusites, the inhabitants of
the land: which spake unto David, saying, Except thou take away the blind and the lame, thou shalt not
come in hither: thinking, David cannot come in hither.
10-5:8 And David said on that day,
Whosoever getteth up to the gutter, and smiteth the Jebusites, and the lame and
the blind, that are hated of David’s soul, he shall be chief and captain. Wherefore
they said, The blind and
the lame shall not come into the house.
18-29:15 I was eyes to the blind, and feet was I to the lame.
19-146:8 The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the
LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:
23-29:18 And in that day shall the deaf hear
the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.
23-35:5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears
of the deaf shall be unstopped.
23-42:7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison,
and them that sit in darkness out of
the prison house.
23-42:16 And
I will bring the blind by a way that
they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them,
and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake
them.
23-42:18 Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see.
23-42:19 Who is blind, but my
servant? or deaf, as my messenger that I
sent? who is blind as he that
is perfect, and blind as the
Lord’s servant?
23-43:8 Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and
the deaf that have ears.
23-56:10 His watchmen are blind: they
are all ignorant, they are all dumb
dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.
23-59:10 We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noon day as
in the night; we are in desolate
places as dead men.
24-31:8 Behold, I will bring them from the
north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with
child and her that travaileth with child together: a great company shall return
thither.
25-4:14 They have wandered as blind men in
the streets, they have polluted themselves with blood, so that men could not
touch their garments.
36-1:17 And I will bring distress upon men,
that they shall walk like blind men, because
they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust,
and their flesh as the dung.
39-1:8 And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye offer the lame
and sick, is it not evil? offer it
now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person?
saith the LORD of hosts.
40-9:27 And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and
saying, Thou son of David, have mercy
on us.
40-9:28 And when he was come into the house,
the blind men
came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this?
They said unto him, Yea, Lord.
40-11:5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the
lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor
have the gospel preached to them.
40-12:22 Then was brought unto him one
possessed with a devil, blind, and
dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.
40-15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the
ditch.
40-15:30 And great multitudes came unto him,
having with them those that were lame,
blind, dumb, maimed, and many
others, and cast them down at Jesus’ feet; and he healed them:
40-15:31 Insomuch that the multitude wondered,
when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and
the blind to
see: and they glorified the God of Israel.
40-20:30 And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side,
when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O
Lord, thou son of David.
40-21:14 And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he
healed them.
40-23:16 Woe unto you, ye blind guides,
which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a
debtor!
40-23:17 Ye
fools and blind: for whether
is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?
40-23:19 Ye
fools and blind: for
whether is greater, the gift, or the
altar that sanctifieth the gift?
40-23:24 Ye
blind
guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
40-23:26 Thou
blind Pharisee,
cleanse first that which is within
the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
41-8:22 And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they
bring a blind man
unto him, and besought him to touch him.
41-8:23 And
he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and
when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he
saw ought.
41-10:46 And they came to Jericho: and as he
went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of
Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.
41-10:49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded
him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise;
he calleth thee.
41-10:51 And Jesus answered and said unto him,
What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my
sight.
42-4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me
to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to
preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that
are bruised,
42-6:39 And he spake a parable unto them,
Can the blind lead
the blind? shall
they not both fall into the ditch?
42-7:21 And in that same hour he cured many
of their infirmities and plagues, and
