01-GENESIS
01-40:10 And in the
vine were three branches: and it was
as though it budded, and her
blossoms shot forth; and the clusters thereof brought forth ripe grapes:
01-40:12 And Joseph
said unto him, This is the
interpretation of it: The three branches are three days:
01-49:22 Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches
run over the wall:
02-25:31 And thou
shalt make a candlestick of pure
gold: of beaten work shall the
candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches,
his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.
02-25:32 And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and
three branches of the candlestick out of the
other side:
02-25:33 Three
bowls made like unto almonds, with a
knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other
branch, with a knop and a flower: so
in the six branches that come out of the
candlestick.
02-25:35 And there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick.
02-25:36 Their
knops and their branches shall be of the same:
all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold.
02-37:18 And six branches going out of the sides thereof; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side
thereof, and three branches of the candlestick
out of the other side thereof:
02-37:19 Three
bowls made after the fashion of almonds in one branch, a knop and a flower; and
three bowls made like almonds in another branch, a knop and a flower: so
throughout the six branches going out of the
candlestick.
02-37:21 And a knop
under two branches of the same, and a knop under
two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches going out of it.
02-37:22 Their
knops and their branches were of the same: all
of it was one beaten work of pure gold.
03-23:40 And ye
shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees,
and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven
days.
16-8:15 And that
they should publish and proclaim in all their cities, and in Jerusalem, saying,
Go forth unto the mount, and fetch olive branches,
and pine branches, and myrtle branches, and palm branches,
and branches of thick trees, to make booths, as it is written.
18-15:30 He shall not
depart out of darkness; the flame shall dry up his branches,
and by the breath of his mouth shall he go away.
19-80:11 She sent
out her boughs unto the sea, and her branches
unto the river.
19-104:12 By them
shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.
23-16:8 For the
fields of Heshbon languish, and the
vine of Sibmah: the lords of the heathen have broken down the principal plants
thereof, they are come even unto
Jazer, they wandered through the
wilderness: her branches are stretched out, they
are gone over the sea.
23-17:6 Yet
gleaning grapes shall be left in it, as the shaking of an olive tree, two or three berries in the top of the
uppermost bough, four or five in the
outmost fruitful branches thereof, saith the
LORD God of Israel.
23-18:5 For afore
the harvest, when the bud is perfect, and the sour grape is ripening in the
flower, he shall both cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks, and take away and cut down the branches.
23-27:10 Yet the
defenced city shall be desolate, and the habitation forsaken, and left
like a wilderness: there shall the calf feed, and there shall he lie down, and
consume the branches thereof.
24-11:16 The LORD
called thy name, A green olive tree, fair, and
of goodly fruit: with the noise of a great tumult he hath kindled fire upon
it, and the branches of it are broken.
26-17:6 And it
grew, and became a spreading vine of low stature, whose branches turned toward him, and the roots thereof were under him:
so it became a vine, and brought forth branches,
and shot forth sprigs.
26-17:7 There was
also another great eagle with great wings and many feathers: and, behold, this
vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth her branches
toward him, that he might water it by the furrows of her plantation.
26-17:8 It was
planted in a good soil by great waters, that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that it might
be a goodly vine.
26-17:23 In the mountain
of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and
bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every
wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof
shall they dwell.
26-19:10 Thy mother
is like a vine in thy blood, planted
by the waters: she was fruitful and full of branches
by reason of many waters.
26-19:11 And she
had strong rods for the sceptres of them that bare rule, and her stature was
exalted among the thick branches, and she
appeared in her height with the multitude of her branches.
26-19:14 And fire
is gone out of a rod of her branches, which hath devoured her fruit, so that
she hath no strong rod to be a
sceptre to rule. This is a
lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation.
26-31:3 Behold,
the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon
with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud,
and of an high stature; and his top was among the thick boughs.
26-31:5 Therefore
his height was exalted above all the trees of the field, and his boughs were
multiplied, and his branches became long because
of the multitude of waters, when he shot forth.
26-31:6 All the
fowls of heaven made their nests in his boughs, and under his branches did all the beasts of the field bring forth
their young, and under his shadow dwelt all great nations.
26-31:7 Thus was
he fair in his greatness, in the length of his branches:
for his root was by great waters.
26-31:8 The
cedars in the garden of God could not hide him: the fir trees were not like his
boughs, and the chesnut trees were not like his branches;
nor any tree in the garden of God was like unto him in his beauty.
26-31:9 I have
made him fair by the multitude of his branches:
so that all the trees of Eden, that were in
the garden of God, envied him.
26-31:12 And strangers,
the terrible of the nations, have cut him off, and have left him: upon the
mountains and in all the valleys his branches
are fallen, and his boughs are broken by all the rivers of the land; and all
the people of the earth are gone down from his shadow, and have left him.
26-31:13 Upon his
ruin shall all the fowls of the heaven remain, and all the beasts of the field
shall be upon his branches:
26-36:8 But ye, O
mountains of Israel, ye shall shoot forth your branches,
and yield your fruit to my people of Israel; for they are at hand to come.
27-4:14 He cried
aloud, and said thus, Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit:
let the beasts get away from under it, and the fowls from his branches:
27-4:21 Whose
leaves were fair, and the fruit
thereof much, and in it was meat for
all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt, and upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had their habitation:
28-11:6 And the sword
shall abide on his cities, and shall consume his branches,
and devour them, because of their own
counsels.
28-14:6 His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the
olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.
29-1:7 He hath
laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and
cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.
34-2:2 For the
LORD hath turned away the excellency of Jacob, as the excellency of Israel: for the emptiers have emptied them out, and
marred their vine branches.
38-4:12 And I
answered again, and said unto him, What be
these two olive branches which through the
two golden pipes empty the golden oil out
of themselves?
40-13:32 Which
indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest
among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge
in the branches thereof.
40-21:8 And a
very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.
41-4:32 But when
it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth
out great branches; so that the fowls of the air
may lodge under the shadow of it.
41-11:8 And many
spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches
off the trees, and strawed them in
the way.
42-13:19 It is like
a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew,
and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.
43-12:13 Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him,
and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the
King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.
43-15:5 I am the
vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the
same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
45-11:16 For if the
firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy,
so are the branches.
45-11:17 And if
some of the branches be broken off, and thou,
being a wild olive tree, wert grafted in among them, and with them partakest of
the root and fatness of the olive tree;
45-11:18 Boast not
against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest
not the root, but the root thee.
45-11:19 Thou wilt
say then, The branches were broken off, that I
might be grafted in.
45-11:21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take
heed lest he also spare not thee.
45-11:24 For if thou
wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted
contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be
the natural branches,
be grafted into their own olive tree?

38-ZECHARIAH
38-3:2 And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke
thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath
chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not
this a brand plucked out of the fire?

26-EZEKIEL
26-32:10 Yea, I
will make many people amazed at thee, and their kings shall be horribly afraid
for thee, when I shall brandish my sword before them;
and they shall tremble at every moment,
every man for his own life, in the day of thy fall.

07-JUDGES
07-15:5 And when
he had set the brands on fire, he let them go into the standing corn of the
Philistines, and burnt up both the shocks, and also the standing corn, with the
vineyards and olives.

02-EXODUS
02-27:4 And thou shalt
make for it a grate of network of brass;
and upon the net shalt thou make four brasen
rings in the four corners thereof.
02-35:16 The altar
of burnt offering, with his brasen grate, his
staves, and all his vessels, the laver and his foot,
02-38:4 And he
made for the altar a brasen grate of network
under the compass thereof beneath unto the midst of it.
02-38:10 Their
pillars were twenty, and their brasen sockets twenty; the hooks of the pillars and
their fillets were of silver.
02-38:30 And therewith
he made the sockets to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the brasen altar, and the brasen
grate for it, and all the vessels of the altar,
02-39:39 The brasen altar, and his grate of brass, his staves, and
all his vessels, the laver and his foot,
03-6:28 But the
earthen vessel wherein it is sodden shall be broken: and if it be sodden in a brasen pot, it shall be both scoured, and rinsed in
water.
04-16:39 And
Eleazar the priest took the brasen censers, wherewith
they that were burnt had offered; and they were made broad plates for a covering of the altar:
11-4:13 The son
of Geber, in Ramothgilead; to him pertained
the towns of Jair the son of Manasseh, which are in Gilead; to him also
pertained the region of Argob, which is
in Bashan, threescore great cities with walls and brasen
bars:
11-7:30 And every
base had four brasen wheels, and plates of
brass: and the four corners thereof had undersetters: under the laver were undersetters molten, at the side of
every addition.
11-8:64 The same
day did the king hallow the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD for there he offered burnt
offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings: because the brasen altar that was
before the LORD was too little to
receive the burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace
offerings.
11-14:27 And king
Rehoboam made in their stead brasen shields, and
committed them unto the hands of the
chief of the guard, which kept the door of the king’s house.
12-16:14 And he
brought also the brasen altar, which was before the LORD, from the forefront
of the house, from between the altar and the house of the LORD, and put it on
the north side of the altar.
12-16:15 And king
Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest, saying, Upon the great altar burn the morning
burnt offering, and the evening meat offering, and the king’s burnt sacrifice,
and his meat offering, with the burnt offering of all the people of the land,
and their meat offering, and their drink offerings; and sprinkle upon it all
the blood of the burnt offering, and all the blood of the sacrifice: and the brasen altar shall be for me to enquire by.
12-16:17 And king
Ahaz cut off the borders of the bases, and removed the laver from off them; and
took down the sea from off the brasen oxen that were under it, and put it upon a
pavement of stones.
12-18:4 He
removed the high places, and brake the images, and cut down the groves, and
brake in pieces the brasen serpent that Moses
had made: for unto those days the children of Israel did burn incense to it:
and he called it Nehushtan.
12-25:13 And the
pillars of brass that were in the
house of the LORD, and the bases, and the brasen
sea that was in the house of the
LORD, did the Chaldees break in pieces, and carried the brass of them to
Babylon.
13-18:8 Likewise
from Tibhath, and from Chun, cities of Hadarezer, brought David very much
brass, wherewith Solomon made the brasen sea,
and the pillars, and the vessels of brass.
14-1:5 Moreover
the brasen altar, that Bezaleel the son of Uri,
the son of Hur, had made, he put before the tabernacle of the LORD: and Solomon
and the congregation sought unto it.
14-1:6 And
Solomon went up thither to the brasen altar
before the LORD, which was at the
tabernacle of the congregation, and offered a thousand burnt offerings upon it.
14-6:13 For
Solomon had made a brasen scaffold, of five
cubits long, and five cubits broad, and three cubits high, and had set it in
the midst of the court: and upon it he stood, and kneeled down upon his knees
before all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth his hands toward
heaven,
14-7:7 Moreover
Solomon hallowed the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD: for there he offered burnt
offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings, because the brasen altar which Solomon had made was not able to
receive the burnt offerings, and the meat offerings, and the fat.
24-1:18 For,
behold, I have made thee this day a defenced city, and an iron pillar, and brasen walls against the whole land, against the kings
of Judah, against the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against
the people of the land.
24-15:20 And I will
make thee unto this people a fenced brasen wall:
and they shall fight against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee: for
I am with thee to save thee and to
deliver thee, saith the LORD.
24-52:17 Also the
pillars of brass that were in the
house of the LORD, and the bases, and the brasen
sea that was in the house of the
LORD, the Chaldeans brake, and carried all the brass of them to Babylon.
24-52:20 The two
pillars, one sea, and twelve brasen bulls that were under the bases, which king Solomon
had made in the house of the LORD: the brass of all these vessels was without
weight.
26-9:2 And,
behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lieth toward the
north, and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer’s
inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brasen altar.
41-7:4 And when they come from the market, except
they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received
to hold, as the washing of cups, and
pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.

01-4:22 And
Zillah, she also bare Tubalcain, an instructer of every artificer in brass and iron: and the sister of Tubalcain was Naamah.
02-EXODUS
02-25:3 And this is the
offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass,
02-26:11 And thou
shalt make fifty taches of brass, and put the
taches into the loops, and couple the tent together, that it may be one.
02-26:37 And thou
shalt make for the hanging five pillars of
shittim wood, and overlay them
with gold, and their hooks shall be of gold: and thou shalt cast
five sockets of brass for them.
02-27:2 And thou shalt
make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: his horns shall be of the
same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass.
02-27:3 And thou
shalt make his pans to receive his ashes, and his shovels, and his basons, and
his fleshhooks, and his firepans: all the vessels thereof thou shalt make of brass.
02-27:4 And thou
shalt make for it a grate of network of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brasen
rings in the four corners thereof.
02-27:6 And thou
shalt make staves for the altar, staves of
shittim wood, and overlay them with brass.
02-27:10 And the
twenty pillars thereof and their twenty sockets shall be of brass; the hooks of the
pillars and their fillets shall be of silver.
02-27:11 And
likewise for the north side in length there
shall be hangings of an hundred cubits
long, and his twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of brass; the hooks of the pillars
and their fillets of silver.
02-27:17 All the
pillars round about the court shall be filleted
with silver; their hooks shall be of silver,
and their sockets of brass.
02-27:18 The length
of the court shall be an hundred
cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.
02-27:19 All the
vessels of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof,
and all the pins of the court, shall be
of brass.
02-30:18 Thou shalt
also make a laver of brass, and his foot also of brass, to wash withal: and thou shalt put it between the
tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein.
02-31:4 To devise
cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,
02-35:5 Take ye
from among you an offering unto the LORD: whosoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, an offering of the LORD;
gold, and silver, and brass,
02-35:24 Every one
that did offer an offering of silver and brass
brought the Lord’s offering: and every man, with whom was found shittim wood
for any work of the service, brought it.
02-35:32 And to
devise curious works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,
02-36:18 And he
made fifty taches of brass to couple the tent together, that it might be
one.
02-36:38 And the
five pillars of it with their hooks: and he overlaid their chapiters and their
fillets with gold: but their five sockets were
of brass.
02-38:2 And he
made the horns thereof on the four corners of it; the horns thereof were of the
same: and he overlaid it with brass.
02-38:3 And he made all the vessels of the altar, the
pots, and the shovels, and the basons, and the fleshhooks, and the firepans: all the vessels thereof made he of
brass.
02-38:5 And he
cast four rings for the four ends of the grate of brass,
to be places for the staves.
02-38:6 And he made
the staves of shittim wood, and
overlaid them with brass.
02-38:8 And he
made the laver of brass, and the foot of it of brass, of the lookingglasses of the women assembling, which assembled at the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation.
02-38:11 And for
the north side the hangings were an
hundred cubits, their pillars were twenty,
and their sockets of brass twenty; the hooks of
the pillars and their fillets of silver.
02-38:17 And the
sockets for the pillars were of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver; and the overlaying of their
chapiters of silver; and all the
pillars of the court were filleted
with silver.
02-38:19 And their pillars were four, and their sockets of
brass four; their hooks of silver, and the overlaying of their chapiters and their
fillets of silver.
02-38:20 And all the pins of the tabernacle, and of the
court round about, were of brass.
02-38:29 And the brass of the offering was seventy talents, and two thousand and four hundred shekels.
02-39:39 The brasen
altar, and his grate of brass, his staves, and
all his vessels, the laver and his foot,
03-26:19 And I will
break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your
earth as brass:
04-21:9 And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put
it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.
04-31:22 Only the
gold, and the silver, the brass, the iron, the tin,
and the lead,
05-8:9 A land
wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou
mayest dig brass.
05-28:23 And thy
heaven that is over thy head shall be
brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.
05-33:25 Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; and as thy days, so shall thy strength be.
06-6:19 But all
the silver, and gold, and vessels of brass and
iron, are consecrated unto the LORD:
they shall come into the treasury of the LORD.
06-6:24 And they
burnt the city with fire, and all that was
therein: only the silver, and the gold, and the vessels of brass and of iron, they put into the treasury of the
house of the LORD.
06-22:8 And he
spake unto them, saying, Return with much riches unto your tents, and with very
much cattle, with silver, and with gold, and with brass,
and with iron, and with very much raiment: divide the spoil of your enemies
with your brethren.
07-16:21 But the Philistines took him, and put out his
eyes, and brought him down to Gaza, and bound him with fetters of brass; and he did grind in the prison house.
