02-EXODUS
02-32:7 And the
LORD said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves:
04-NUMBERS
04-14:13 And Moses
said unto the LORD, Then the Egyptians shall hear it, (for thou broughtest up this people in thy might from among
them;)
05-9:28 Lest the
land whence thou broughtest us out say, Because
the LORD was not able to bring them into the land which he promised them, and
because he hated them, he hath brought them out to slay them in the wilderness.
05-9:29 Yet they are
thy people and thine inheritance, which thou broughtest
out by thy mighty power and by thy stretched out arm.
10-5:2 Also in
time past, when Saul was king over us, thou wast he that leddest out and broughtest in Israel: and the LORD said to thee, Thou
shalt feed my people Israel, and thou shalt be a captain over Israel.
11-8:51 For they be
thy people, and thine inheritance, which thou broughtest
forth out of Egypt, from the midst of the furnace of iron:
11-8:53 For thou didst
separate them from among all the people of the earth, to be thine
inheritance, as thou spakest by the hand of Moses thy servant, when thou broughtest our fathers out of Egypt, O Lord GOD.
13-11:2 And
moreover in time past, even when Saul was king, thou wast he that
leddest out and broughtest in Israel: and the
LORD thy God said unto thee, Thou shalt feed my people Israel, and thou shalt
be ruler over my people Israel.
16-9:7 Thou art
the LORD the God, who didst choose Abram, and broughtest
him forth out of Ur of the Chaldees, and gavest him the name of Abraham;
16-9:15 And
gavest them bread from heaven for their hunger, and broughtest
forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and promisedst them that
they should go in to possess the land which thou hadst sworn to give them.
16-9:23 Their
children also multipliedst thou as the stars of heaven, and broughtest them into the land, concerning which thou
hadst promised to their fathers, that they should go in to possess it.
19-66:11 Thou broughtest us into the net; thou laidst affliction
upon our loins.
19-66:12 Thou hast
caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but
thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.

23-48:4 Because I
knew that thou art obstinate, and thy neck is an iron sinew, and
thy brow brass;
42-LUKE

of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down

01-GENESIS
01-30:32 I will pass
through all thy flock to day, removing from thence all the speckled and spotted
cattle, and all the brown cattle among the
sheep, and the spotted and speckled among the goats: and of such shall
be my hire.
01-30:33 So shall
my righteousness answer for me in time to come, when it shall come for my hire
before thy face: every one that is not speckled and spotted among the
goats, and brown among the sheep, that shall be
counted stolen with me.
01-30:35 And he
removed that day the he goats that were ringstraked and spotted, and all the
she goats that were speckled and spotted, and every one that had some
white in it, and all the brown among the
sheep, and gave them into the hand of his sons.
01-30:40 And Jacob
did separate the lambs, and set the faces of the flocks toward the ringstraked,
and all the brown in the flock of Laban; and he
put his own flocks by themselves, and put them not unto Laban’s cattle.

01-GENESIS
01-3:15 And I
will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed;
it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
23-ISAIAH
23-28:28 Bread corn
is bruised; because he will not ever be threshing it, nor break it with the
wheel of his cart, nor bruise it with his
horsemen.
23-53:10 Yet it
pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him
to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his
seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall
prosper in his hand.
24-30:12 For thus
saith the LORD, Thy bruise is incurable, and
thy wound is grievous.
27-2:40 And the
fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces
and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it
break in pieces and bruise.
34-3:19 There
is no healing of thy bruise; thy wound is
grievous: all that hear the bruit of thee shall clap the hands over thee: for upon
whom hath not thy wickedness passed continually?
45-16:20 And the
God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet
shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

03-LEVITICUS
03-22:24 Ye shall
not offer unto the LORD that which is bruised,
or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall ye make any offering thereof in
your land.
12-2 KINGS
12-18:21 Now, behold, thou trustest upon the staff of this bruised reed, even upon Egypt, on which
if a man lean, it will go into his hand, and pierce it: so is Pharaoh
king of Egypt unto all that trust on him.
23-28:28 Bread corn
is bruised; because he will not ever be
threshing it, nor break it with the wheel of his cart, nor bruise it with
his horsemen.
23-42:3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax
shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.
23-53:5 But he was
wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised
for our iniquities: the chastisement of our
peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
26-23:3 And they
committed whoredoms in Egypt; they committed whoredoms in their youth: there
were their breasts pressed, and there they bruised
the teats of their virginity.
26-23:8 Neither
left she her whoredoms brought from Egypt: for in her youth they lay
with her, and they bruised the breasts of her
virginity, and poured their whoredom upon her.
40-12:20 A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax
shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory.
42-4:18 The
Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the
gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach
deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at
liberty them that are bruised,

19-PSALMS
19-49:10 For he seeth that wise men die, likewise
the fool and the brutish person perish,
and leave their wealth to others.
19-92:6 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand
this.
19-94:8 Understand,
ye brutish among the people: and ye fools,
when will ye be wise?
20-12:1 Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he
that hateth reproof is brutish.
20-30:2 Surely I am more brutish

23-19:11 Surely the
princes of Zoan are fools, the counsel of the wise counsellors of
Pharaoh is become brutish: how say ye unto
Pharaoh, I am the son of the wise, the son of ancient kings?
24-10:8 But they are altogether brutish
and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities.
24-10:14 Every man is brutish
in his knowledge: every founder is confounded by the graven
image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath

24-10:21 For the

24-51:17 Every man is brutish

10-2 SAMUEL
10-22:31 As for God,
his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a
buckler to all them that trust in him.
13-1 CHRONICLES
13-5:18 The sons
of Reuben, and the Gadites, and half the tribe of Manasseh, of valiant men, men
able to bear buckler and sword, and to shoot
with bow, and skilful in war, were four and forty thousand seven hundred
and threescore, that went out to the war.
13-12:8 And of
the Gadites there separated themselves unto David into the hold to the
wilderness men of might, and men of war fit for the battle, that
could handle shield and buckler, whose faces were
like the faces of lions, and were as swift as the roes upon the
mountains;
19-18:2 The LORD is
my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler,
and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
19-18:30 As for God,
his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
19-35:2 Take hold
of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine
help.
19-91:4 He shall cover
thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall
be thy shield and buckler.
20-2:7 He
layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.
24-46:3 Order ye
the buckler and shield, and draw near to battle.
26-23:24 And they
shall come against thee with chariots, wagons, and wheels, and with an assembly
of people, which shall set against thee buckler
and shield and helmet round about: and I will set judgment before them, and
they shall judge thee according to their judgments.
26-26:8 He shall
slay with the sword thy daughters in the field: and he shall make a fort
against thee, and cast a mount against thee, and lift up the buckler against thee.

26-38:4 And I

and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of
armour, even a great company with bucklers

26-39:9 And they

the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth
boughs like a plant.
18-38:27 To satisfy

19-PSALMS
19-132:17 There will I make the horn of David to bud: I have ordained a lamp for mine anointed.
22-7:12 Let us get
up early to the vineyards; let us see if the vine flourish, whether the
tender grape appear, and the pomegranates bud

23-18:5 For afore
the harvest, when the bud is perfect, and the
sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall both cut off the sprigs with
pruning hooks, and take away and cut down the branches.
23-27:6 He shall
cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.
23-55:10 For as the
rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but
watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud,
that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
23-61:11 For as the
earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden
causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will
cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
26-16:7 I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased and
waxen great, and thou art come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are
fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare.
26-29:21 In that
day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud
forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and
they shall know that I am the LORD.
28-8:7 For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap
the whirlwind: it hath no stalk: the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up.

01-GENESIS
01-11:4 And they
said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower,
whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be
scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
01-11:8 So the
LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they
left off to build the city.
02-EXODUS
02-20:25 And if
thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build
it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it.
04-23:1 And
Balaam said unto Balak, Build me here seven
altars, and prepare me here seven oxen and seven rams.
04-23:29 And Balaam
said unto Balak, Build me here seven altars, and
prepare me here seven bullocks and seven rams.
04-32:16 And they
came near unto him, and said, We will build
sheepfolds here for our cattle, and cities for our little ones:
04-32:24 Build you cities for your little ones, and folds for
your sheep; and do that which hath proceeded out of your mouth.
05-20:20 Only the
trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt
destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build
bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued.
05-25:9 Then
shall his brother’s wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his
face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that
will not build up his brother’s house.
05-27:5 And there
shalt thou build an altar unto the LORD thy God,
an altar of stones: thou shalt not lift up any iron tool upon
them.
05-27:6 Thou
shalt build the altar of the LORD thy God of
whole stones: and thou shalt offer burnt offerings thereon unto the LORD thy
God:
05-28:30 Thou shalt
betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou
shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.
06-22:26 Therefore
we said, Let us now prepare to build us an
altar, not for burnt offering, nor for sacrifice:
06-22:29 God forbid
that we should rebel against the LORD, and turn this day from following the
LORD, to build an altar for burnt offerings, for
meat offerings, or for sacrifices, beside the altar of the LORD our God that is
before his tabernacle.
07-6:26 And build an altar unto the LORD thy God upon the top of this
rock, in the ordered place, and take the second bullock, and offer a burnt
sacrifice with the wood of the grove which thou shalt cut down.
08-4:11 And all
the people that were in the gate, and the elders, said, We are witnesses.
The LORD make the woman that is come into thine house like Rachel and like
Leah, which two did build the house of Israel:
and do thou worthily in Ephratah, and be famous in Bethlehem:
09-2:35 And I
will raise me up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which
is in mine heart and in my mind: and I will build
him a sure house; and he shall walk before mine anointed for ever.
10-7:5 Go and
tell my servant David, Thus saith the LORD, Shalt thou build
me an house for me to dwell in?
10-7:7 In all the
places wherein I have walked with all the children of Israel spake I a word
with any of the tribes of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people Israel,
saying, Why build ye not me an house of cedar?
10-7:13 He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the
throne of his kingdom for ever.
10-7:27 For thou,
O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, hast revealed to thy servant, saying, I will build thee an house: therefore hath thy servant found
in his heart to pray this prayer unto thee.
10-24:21 And
Araunah said, Wherefore is my lord the king come to his servant? And David
said, To buy the threshingfloor of thee, to build
an altar unto the LORD, that the plague may be stayed from the people.
11-2:36 And the king
sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Build
thee an house in Jerusalem, and dwell there, and go not forth thence any
whither.
11-5:3 Thou
knowest how that David my father could not build
an house unto the name of the LORD his God for the wars which were about him on
every side, until the LORD put them under the soles of his feet.
11-5:5 And,
behold, I purpose to build an house unto the
name of the LORD my God, as the LORD spake unto David my father, saying, Thy
son, whom I will set upon thy throne in thy room, he shall build an house unto my name.
11-5:18 And
Solomon’s builders and Hiram’s builders did hew them, and the
stonesquarers: so they prepared timber and stones to build
the house.
11-6:1 And it
came to pass in the four hundred and eightieth year after the children of
Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon’s
reign over Israel, in the month Zif, which is the second month, that he
began to build the house of the LORD.
11-8:16 Since the
day that I brought forth my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of
all the tribes of Israel to build an house, that
my name might be therein; but I chose David to be over my people Israel.
11-8:17 And it was
in the heart of David my father to build an
house for the name of the LORD God of Israel.
11-8:18 And the
LORD said unto David my father, Whereas it was in thine heart to build an house unto my name, thou didst well that it
was in thine heart.
11-8:19 Nevertheless
thou shalt not build the house; but thy son that
shall come forth out of thy loins, he shall build
the house unto my name.
11-9:15 And this is
the reason of the levy which king Solomon raised; for to build the house of the LORD, and his own house, and
Millo, and the wall of Jerusalem, and Hazor, and Megiddo, and Gezer.
11-9:19 And all
the cities of store that Solomon had, and cities for his chariots, and cities
for his horsemen, and that which Solomon desired to build
in Jerusalem, and in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.
11-9:24 But
Pharaoh’s daughter came up out of the city of David unto her house which Solomon
had built for her: then did he build Millo.
11-11:7 Then did
Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the
abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for
Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon.
11-11:38 And it
shall be, if thou wilt hearken unto all that I command thee, and wilt walk in
my ways, and do that is right in my sight, to keep my statutes and my
commandments, as David my servant did; that I will be with thee, and build thee a sure house, as I built for David, and
will give Israel unto thee.
11-16:34 In his
days did Hiel the Bethelite build Jericho: he
laid the foundation thereof in Abiram his firstborn, and set up the gates
thereof in his youngest son Segub, according to the word of the LORD,
which he spake by Joshua the son of Nun.
13-14:1 Now Hiram
king of Tyre sent messengers to David, and timber of cedars, with masons and
carpenters, to build him an house.
13-17:4 Go and
tell David my servant, Thus saith the LORD, Thou shalt not build me an house to dwell in:
13-17:10 And since
the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel. Moreover I
will subdue all thine enemies. Furthermore I tell thee that the LORD will build thee an house.
13-17:12 He shall build me an house, and I will stablish his throne for
ever.
13-17:25 For thou, O
my God, hast told thy servant that thou wilt build
him an house: therefore thy servant hath found in his heart to pray
before thee.
13-21:22 Then David
said to Ornan, Grant me the place of this threshingfloor, that I may build an altar therein unto the LORD: thou shalt grant
it me for the full price: that the plague may be stayed from the people.
13-22:2 And David
commanded to gather together the strangers that were in the land of
Israel; and he set masons to hew wrought stones to build
the house of God.
13-22:6 Then he
called for Solomon his son, and charged him to build
an house for the LORD God of Israel.
13-22:7 And David
said to Solomon, My son, as for me, it was in my mind to build an house unto the name of the LORD my God:
13-22:8 But the
word of the LORD came to me, saying, Thou hast shed blood abundantly, and hast
made great wars: thou shalt not build an house
unto my name, because thou hast shed much blood upon the earth in my sight.
13-22:10 He shall build an house for my name; and he shall be my son,
and I will be his father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom
over Israel for ever.
13-22:11 Now, my
son, the LORD be with thee; and prosper thou, and build
the house of the LORD thy God, as he hath said of thee.
13-22:19 Now set your
heart and your soul to seek the LORD your God; arise therefore, and build ye the sanctuary of the LORD God, to bring the
ark of the covenant of the LORD, and the holy vessels of God, into the house
that is to be built to the name of the LORD.
13-28:2 Then
David the king stood up upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren, and my
people: As for me, I had in mine heart to build an house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and
for the footstool of our God, and had made ready for the building:
13-28:3 But God
said unto me, Thou shalt not build an house for
my name, because thou hast been a man of war, and hast shed blood.
13-28:6 And he
said unto me, Solomon thy son, he shall build my
house and my courts: for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be
his father.
13-28:10 Take heed
now; for the LORD hath chosen thee to build an
house for the sanctuary: be strong, and do it.
13-29:16 O LORD our
God, all this store that we have prepared to build
thee an house for thine holy name cometh of thine hand, and is all
thine own.
13-29:19 And give
unto Solomon my son a perfect heart, to keep thy commandments, thy testimonies,
and thy statutes, and to do all these things, and to build the palace, for the which I have made
provision.
14-2:1 And
Solomon determined to build an house for the
name of the LORD, and an house for his kingdom.
14-2:3 And
Solomon sent to Huram the king of Tyre, saying, As thou didst deal with David
my father, and didst send him cedars to build
him an house to dwell therein, even so deal with me.
14-2:4 Behold,
I build an house to the name of the LORD my God,
to dedicate it to him, and to burn before him sweet incense, and
for the continual shewbread, and for the burnt offerings morning and evening,
on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts of the LORD our
God. This is an ordinance for ever to Israel.
14-2:5 And the
house which I build is great: for great is
our God above all gods.
14-2:6 But who
is able to build him an house, seeing the heaven
and heaven of heavens cannot contain him? who am I then, that I should build him an house, save only to burn sacrifice before
him?
14-2:9 Even to
prepare me timber in abundance: for the house which I am about to build shall be wonderful great.
14-2:12 Huram
said moreover, Blessed be the LORD God of Israel, that made heaven and
earth, who hath given to David the king a wise son, endued with prudence and
understanding, that might build an house for the
LORD, and an house for his kingdom.
14-3:1 Then
Solomon began to build the house of the LORD at
Jerusalem in mount Moriah, where the Lord appeared unto David his
father, in the place that David had prepared in the threshingfloor of Ornan the
Jebusite.
14-3:2 And he
began to build in the second day of the
second month, in the fourth year of his reign.
14-6:5 Since
the day that I brought forth my people out of the land of Egypt I chose no city
among all the tribes of Israel to build an house
in, that my name might be there; neither chose I any man to be a ruler over my
people Israel:
14-6:7 Now it
was in the heart of David my father to build an house
for the name of the LORD God of Israel.
14-6:8 But the
LORD said to David my father, Forasmuch as it was in thine heart to build an house for my name, thou didst well in that it
was in thine heart:
14-6:9 Notwithstanding
thou shalt not build the house; but thy son
which shall come forth out of thy loins, he shall build
the house for my name.
14-8:6 And
Baalath, and all the store cities that Solomon had, and all the chariot cities,
and the cities of the horsemen, and all that Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem, and in Lebanon, and throughout all
the land of his dominion.
14-14:7 Therefore
he said unto Judah, Let us build these cities,
and make about them walls, and towers, gates, and bars, while the
land is yet before us; because we have sought the LORD our God, we have
sought him, and he hath given us rest on every side. So they built and
prospered.
14-35:3 And said
unto the Levites that taught all Israel, which were holy unto the LORD, Put the
holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel did build; it shall not be a burden upon your
shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel,
14-36:23 Thus saith
Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the LORD God of heaven
given me; and he hath charged me to build him an
house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of
all his people? The LORD his God be with him, and let him go up.
15-1:2 Thus
saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms
of the earth; and he hath charged me to build
him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.
15-1:3 Who is
there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up
to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build
the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in
Jerusalem.
15-1:5 Then
rose up the chief of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and
the Levites, with all them whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the house of the LORD which is in
Jerusalem.
15-4:2 Then
they came to Zerubbabel, and to the chief of the fathers, and said unto them,
Let us build with you: for we seek your God, as
ye do; and we do sacrifice unto him since the days of Esarhaddon king of
Assur, which brought us up hither.
15-4:3 But
Zerubbabel, and Jeshua, and the rest of the chief of the fathers of Israel,
said unto them, Ye have nothing to do with us to build
an house unto our God; but we ourselves together will build
unto the LORD God of Israel, as king Cyrus the king of Persia hath commanded
us.
15-5:2 Then
rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and
began to build the house of God which is at
Jerusalem: and with them were the prophets of God helping them.
15-5:3 At the
same time came to them Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and
Shetharboznai, and their companions, and said thus unto them, Who hath
commanded you to build this house, and to make
up this wall?
15-5:9 Then
asked we those elders, and said unto them thus, Who commanded you to build this house, and to make up these walls?
15-5:11 And thus
they returned us answer, saying, We are the servants of the God of heaven and
earth, and build the house that was builded
these many years ago, which a great king of Israel builded and set up.
15-5:13 But in
the first year of Cyrus the king of Babylon the same king Cyrus made a
decree to build this house of God.
15-5:17 Now
therefore, if it seem good to the king, let there be search made in the king’s
treasure house, which is there at Babylon, whether it be so, that
a decree was made of Cyrus the king to build
this house of God at Jerusalem, and let the king send his pleasure to us
concerning this matter.
15-6:7 Let the
work of this house of God alone; let the governor of the Jews and the elders of
the Jews build this house of God in his place.
16-2:5 And I
said unto the king, If it please the king, and if thy servant have found favour
in thy sight, that thou wouldest send me unto Judah, unto the city of my
fathers’ sepulchres, that I may build it.
16-2:17 Then said
I unto them, Ye see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lieth waste,
and the gates thereof are burned with fire: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a
reproach.
16-2:18 Then I
told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king’s
words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good
work.
16-2:20 Then
answered I them, and said unto them, The God of heaven, he will prosper us;
therefore we his servants will arise and build:
but ye have no portion, nor right, nor memorial, in Jerusalem.
16-3:3 But the
fish gate did the sons of Hassenaah build, who also
laid the beams thereof, and set up the
doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
16-4:3 Now
Tobiah the Ammonite was by him, and he said, Even that which they build, if a fox go up, he shall even break down their
stone wall.
16-4:10 And Judah
said, The strength of the bearers of burdens is decayed, and there is much
rubbish; so that we are not able to build the
wall.
19-28:5 Because
they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall
destroy them, and not build them up.
19-51:18 Do good in
thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the
walls of Jerusalem.
19-69:35 For God
will save Zion, and will build the cities of
Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.

I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to
all generations. Selah.

LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his
glory.

LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman
waketh but in vain.

up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.

thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house.

break down, and a time to build up;

upon her a palace of silver: and if she be a door, we will
inclose her with boards of cedar.
23-9:10 The
bricks are fallen down, but we will build with
hewn stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.

raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not
for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.

waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou
shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and
their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my
favour have I had mercy on thee.

the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they
shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
23-65:21 And they
shall build houses, and inhabit them; and
they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
23-65:22 They shall
not build, and another inhabit; they shall not
plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my
people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23-66:1 Thus
saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my
footstool: where is the house that ye build
unto me? and where is the place of my rest?

have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to
throw down, to build, and to plant.

what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom,
to build and to plant it;

saith, I will build me a wide house and large
chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is cieled with cedar, and
painted with vermilion.

down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.

fruit of them;

plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
24-31:4 Again I
will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O
virgin of Israel: thou shalt again be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go
forth in the dances of them that make merry.
24-31:28 And it
shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up,
and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I
watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith
the LORD.
24-33:7 And I
will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to return, and
will build them, as at the first.

shall ye build house, nor sow seed, nor plant
vineyard, nor have any: but all your days ye shall dwell in tents; that
ye may live many days in the land where ye be strangers.
24-35:9 Nor to build houses for us to dwell in: neither have we
vineyard, nor field, nor seed:

still abide in this land, then will I build you,
and not pull you down, and I will plant you, and not pluck you up:
for I repent me of the evil that I have done unto you.

siege against it, and build a fort against it,
and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set battering
rams against it round about.

say, It is not near; let us build houses:
this city is the caldron, and we be the flesh.

to cast a mount, and to build a fort.
26-28:26 And they
shall dwell safely therein, and shall build
houses, and plant vineyards; yea, they shall dwell with confidence, when I have

shall know that I am the LORD their God.

shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall
bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a
priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
38-6:15 And they that

days I will build another made without hands.
