01-GENESIS
01-8:20 And Noah
builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every
clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the
altar.
01-22:2 And he
said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac,
whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for
a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which
I will tell thee of.
01-22:3 And Abraham
rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young
men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place
of which God had told him.
01-22:6 And
Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and
laid it upon Isaac his son; and he
took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.
01-22:7 And Isaac
spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the
fire and the wood: but where is the
lamb for a burnt offering?
01-22:8 And
Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.
01-22:13 And
Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and
took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt
offering in the stead of his son.
01-38:24 And it
came to pass about three months after, that it was told Judah, saying, Tamar thy
daughter in law hath played the harlot; and also, behold, she is with child by whoredom. And Judah
said, Bring her forth, and let her be burnt.
02-3:3 And
Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is
not burnt.
02-10:25 And Moses
said, Thou must give us also sacrifices and burnt
offerings, that we may sacrifice unto the LORD our God.
02-18:12 And
Jethro, Moses’ father in law, took a burnt
offering and sacrifices for God: and Aaron came, and all the elders of Israel,
to eat bread with Moses’ father in law before God.
02-20:24 An altar
of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep,
and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and
I will bless thee.
02-24:5 And he
sent young men of the children of Israel, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto the
LORD.
02-29:18 And thou
shalt burn the whole ram upon the altar: it is
a burnt offering unto the LORD: it is a sweet savour, an offering made by
fire unto the LORD.
02-29:25 And thou
shalt receive them of their hands, and burn them
upon the altar for a burnt offering, for a
sweet savour before the LORD: it is an
offering made by fire unto the LORD.
02-29:42 This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation before the LORD: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee.
02-30:9 Ye shall offer
no strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice,
nor meat offering; neither shall ye pour drink offering thereon.
02-30:28 And the
altar of burnt offering with all his vessels,
and the laver and his foot.
02-31:9 And the
altar of burnt offering with all his furniture,
and the laver and his foot,
02-32:6 And they
rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt
offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to
drink, and rose up to play.
02-32:20 And he
took the calf which they had made, and burnt it in the fire, and ground it to powder, and strawed it upon the water, and made the children
of Israel drink of it.
02-35:16 The altar
of burnt offering, with his brasen grate, his
staves, and all his vessels, the laver and his foot,
02-38:1 And he
made the altar of burnt offering of shittim wood: five cubits was the length thereof, and five cubits
the breadth thereof; it was foursquare;
and three cubits the height thereof.
02-40:6 And thou
shalt set the altar of the burnt offering before
the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
02-40:10 And thou
shalt anoint the altar of the burnt offering,
and all his vessels, and sanctify the altar: and it shall be an altar most
holy.
02-40:27 And he burnt sweet incense thereon; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
02-40:29 And he put
the altar of burnt offering by the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and
offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat
offering; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-1:3 If his
offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish:
he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of
the congregation before the LORD.
03-1:4 And he
shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt
offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.
03-1:6 And he
shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into
his pieces.
03-1:9 But his
inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the
altar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet
savour unto the LORD.
03-1:10 And if
his offering be of the flocks, namely, of the sheep, or of the goats,
for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male
without blemish.
03-1:13 But he
shall wash the inwards and the legs with water: and the priest shall bring it all, and burn it upon the altar: it is a
burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a
sweet savour unto the LORD.
03-1:14 And if
the burnt sacrifice for his offering to the LORD
be of fowls, then he shall bring his
offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons.
03-1:17 And he
shall cleave it with the wings thereof, but
shall not divide it asunder: and
the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire: it is a burnt
sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
03-2:12 As for
the oblation of the firstfruits, ye shall offer them unto the LORD: but they
shall not be burnt on the altar for a sweet
savour.
03-3:5 And
Aaron’s sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt
sacrifice, which is upon the wood
that is on the fire: it is an offering made by fire, of a
sweet savour unto the LORD.
03-4:7 And the
priest shall put some of the blood
upon the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the
congregation; and shall pour all the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the
altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation.
03-4:10 As it was
taken off from the bullock of the sacrifice of peace offerings: and the priest
shall burn them upon the altar of the burnt
offering.
03-4:12 Even the
whole bullock shall he carry forth without the camp unto a clean place, where
the ashes are poured out, and burn him on the wood with fire: where the ashes
are poured out shall he be burnt.
03-4:18 And he
shall put some of the blood upon the
horns of the altar which is before
the LORD, that is in the tabernacle
of the congregation, and shall pour out all the blood at the bottom of the
altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation.
03-4:24 And he
shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where
they kill the burnt offering before the LORD: it
is a sin offering.
03-4:25 And the
priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out his blood at the
bottom of the altar of burnt offering.
03-4:29 And he
shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay the sin offering
in the place of the burnt offering.
03-4:30 And the
priest shall take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood
thereof at the bottom of the altar.
03-4:33 And he
shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay it for a sin
offering in the place where they kill the burnt
offering.
03-4:34 And the
priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood
thereof at the bottom of the altar:
03-5:7 And if
he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he
hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a
sin offering, and the other for a burnt
offering.
03-5:10 And he
shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest
shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall
be forgiven him.
03-6:9 Command
Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the
law of the burnt offering: It is the burnt
offering, because of the burning upon the altar all night unto the morning, and
the fire of the altar shall be burning in it.
03-6:10 And the
priest shall put on his linen garment, and his linen breeches shall he put upon
his flesh, and take up the ashes which the fire hath consumed with the burnt offering on the altar, and he shall put them
beside the altar.
03-6:12 And the
fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the
priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order upon it; and he shall burn thereon the fat
of the peace offerings.
03-6:22 And the
priest of his sons that is anointed in his stead shall offer it: it is a statute for ever unto the LORD;
it shall be wholly burnt.
03-6:23 For every
meat offering for the priest shall be wholly burnt:
it shall not be eaten.
03-6:25 Speak
unto Aaron and to his sons, saying, This is
the law of the sin offering: In the place where the burnt offering is killed shall the sin offering be killed before
the LORD: it is most holy.
03-6:30 And no
sin offering, whereof any of the
blood is brought into the tabernacle of the congregation to reconcile withal in the holy place, shall be eaten: it shall be burnt
in the fire.
03-7:2 In the
place where they kill the burnt offering shall
they kill the trespass offering: and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle round
about upon the altar.
03-7:8 And the
priest that offereth any man’s burnt offering, even the priest shall have to himself
the skin of the burnt offering which he hath
offered.
03-7:17 But the remainder
of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with fire.
03-7:19 And the
flesh that toucheth any unclean thing shall
not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire: and
as for the flesh, all that be clean shall eat thereof.
03-7:37 This is the law of the burnt offering, of the meat offering, and of the sin
offering, and of the trespass offering, and of the consecrations, and of the
sacrifice of the peace offerings;
03-8:17 But the
bullock, and his hide, his flesh, and his dung, he burnt
with fire without the camp; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-8:18 And he
brought the ram for the burnt offering: and
Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.
03-8:20 And he
cut the ram into pieces; and Moses burnt the
head, and the pieces, and the fat.
03-8:21 And he
washed the inwards and the legs in water; and Moses burnt
the whole ram upon the altar: it was a
burnt sacrifice for a sweet savour, and an offering made by fire unto the
LORD; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-8:28 And Moses
took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt offering: they were consecrations for a sweet savour: it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
03-9:2 And he
said unto Aaron, Take thee a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the LORD.
03-9:3 And unto
the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for
a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both
of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt
offering;
03-9:7 And
Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and
for the people: and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for
them; as the LORD commanded.
03-9:10 But the
fat, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-9:11 And the
flesh and the hide he burnt with fire without
the camp.
03-9:12 And he
slew the burnt offering; and Aaron’s sons
presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.
03-9:13 And they
presented the burnt offering unto him, with the
pieces thereof, and the head: and he burnt them upon the altar.
03-9:14 And he
did wash the inwards and the legs, and burnt them upon the burnt
offering on the altar.
03-9:16 And he
brought the burnt offering, and offered it
according to the manner.
03-9:17 And he
brought the meat offering, and took an handful thereof, and burnt it upon
the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the
morning.
03-9:20 And they
put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the
fat upon the altar:
03-9:22 And Aaron
lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering
of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and
peace offerings.
03-9:24 And there
came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
03-10:16 And Moses
diligently sought the goat of the sin offering, and, behold, it was burnt: and he was angry with Eleazar and Ithamar, the
sons of Aaron which were left alive, saying,
03-10:19 And Aaron
said unto Moses, Behold, this day have they offered their sin offering and
their burnt offering before the LORD; and such
things have befallen me: and if I had
eaten the sin offering to day, should it have been accepted in the sight of the
LORD?
03-12:6 And when
the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she
shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt
offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the
door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest:
03-12:8 And if
she be not able to bring a lamb, then she shall bring two turtles, or two young
pigeons; the one for the burnt offering, and the
other for a sin offering: and the priest
shall make an atonement for her, and she shall be clean.
03-13:52 He shall
therefore burn that garment, whether warp or woof, in woollen or in linen, or
any thing of skin, wherein the plague is: for it is a fretting leprosy; it shall be burnt
in the fire.
03-14:13 And he
shall slay the lamb in the place where he shall kill the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the holy place: for as the sin
offering is the priest’s, so is the trespass offering: it is most holy:
03-14:19 And the
priest shall offer the sin offering, and make an atonement for him that is to be
cleansed from his uncleanness; and afterward he shall kill the burnt offering:
03-14:20 And the
priest shall offer the burnt offering and the
meat offering upon the altar: and the priest shall make an atonement for him,
and he shall be clean.
03-14:22 And two
turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to get; and the one shall
be a sin offering, and the other a burnt
offering.
03-14:31 Even such as he is able to get, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt
offering, with the meat offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for
him that is to be cleansed before the LORD.
03-15:15 And the
priest shall offer them, the one for a
sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement
for him before the LORD for his issue.
03-15:30 And the
priest shall offer the one for a sin
offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement
for her before the LORD for the issue of her uncleanness.
03-16:3 Thus
shall Aaron come into the holy place: with
a young bullock for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt
offering.
03-16:5 And he
shall take of the congregation of the children of Israel two kids of the goats
for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt
offering.
03-16:24 And he
shall wash his flesh with water in the holy place, and put on his garments, and
come forth, and offer his burnt offering, and
the burnt offering of the people, and make an
atonement for himself, and for the people.
03-17:8 And thou
shalt say unto them, Whatsoever man there
be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers which sojourn among you,
that offereth a burnt offering or sacrifice,
03-19:6 It shall
be eaten the same day ye offer it, and on the morrow: and if ought remain until
the third day, it shall be burnt in the fire.
03-20:14 And if a
man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness:
they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they;
that there be no wickedness among you.
03-21:9 And the daughter
of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her
father: she shall be burnt with fire.
03-22:18 Speak unto
Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them,
Whatsoever he be of the house of
Israel, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his
vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto the LORD
for a burnt offering;
03-23:12 And ye shall
offer that day when ye wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish of the first
year for a burnt offering unto the LORD.
03-23:18 And ye
shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and
one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be for a burnt offering unto the LORD,
with their meat offering, and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of sweet savour unto the LORD.
03-23:37 These are the
feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to
be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the
LORD, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a
sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day:
04-6:11 And the
priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for
that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.
04-6:14 And he
shall offer his offering unto the LORD, one he lamb of the first year without blemish for a burnt
offering, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish for a sin
offering, and one ram without blemish for peace offerings,
04-6:16 And the
priest shall bring them before the
LORD, and shall offer his sin offering, and his burnt
offering:
04-7:15 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:21 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:27 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:33 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:39 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:45 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:51 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:57 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:63 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:69 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:75 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:81 One young
bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt
offering:
04-7:87 All the
oxen for the burnt offering were twelve bullocks, the rams twelve, the lambs of the first year
twelve, with their meat offering: and the kids of the goats for sin offering
twelve.
04-8:12 And the
Levites shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks: and thou shalt
offer the one for a sin offering, and
the other for a burnt offering, unto the LORD, to make an atonement
for the Levites.
04-10:10 Also in
the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of
your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt
offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to
you for a memorial before your God: I am the
LORD your God.
04-11:1 And when the people complained, it
displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it;
and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them
that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.
04-11:3 And he
called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.
04-15:3 And will
make an offering by fire unto the LORD, a burnt
offering, or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in
your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd, or of
the flock:
04-15:5 And the
fourth part of an hin of wine for a
drink offering shalt thou prepare with the burnt
offering or sacrifice, for one lamb.
04-15:8 And when
thou preparest a bullock for a burnt offering, or for
a sacrifice in performing a vow, or peace offerings unto the LORD:
04-15:24 Then it
shall be, if ought be committed by
ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation
shall offer one young bullock for a burnt
offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD, with his meat offering, and his
drink offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin
offering.
04-16:39 And
Eleazar the priest took the brasen censers, wherewith they that were burnt had offered; and they were made broad plates for a covering of the altar:
04-19:17 And for an
unclean person they shall take of the
ashes of the burnt heifer of purification for
sin, and running water shall be put thereto in a vessel:
04-23:3 And Balaam
said unto Balak, Stand by thy burnt offering,
and I will go: peradventure the LORD will come to meet me: and whatsoever he
sheweth me I will tell thee. And he went to an high place.
04-23:6 And he
returned unto him, and, lo, he stood by his burnt
sacrifice, he, and all the princes of Moab.
04-23:15 And he
said unto Balak, Stand here by thy burnt
offering, while I meet the LORD yonder.
04-23:17 And when
he came to him, behold, he stood by his burnt
offering, and the princes of Moab with him. And Balak said unto him, What hath
the LORD spoken?
04-28:3 And thou
shalt say unto them, This is the
offering made by fire which ye shall offer unto the LORD; two lambs of the
first year without spot day by day, for a
continual burnt offering.
04-28:6 It is a continual burnt offering, which was ordained in mount Sinai for
a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.
04-28:10 This is the burnt
offering of every sabbath, beside the continual burnt
offering, and his drink offering.
04-28:11 And in the beginnings of your months ye shall
offer a burnt offering unto the LORD; two
young bullocks, and one ram, seven lambs of the first year without spot;
04-28:13 And a
several tenth deal of flour mingled with oil for a meat offering unto one lamb; for a burnt offering of a sweet
savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.
04-28:14 And their
drink offerings shall be half an hin of wine unto a bullock, and the third part of an hin unto a ram, and a fourth part of an hin unto a lamb: this is the burnt
offering of every month throughout the months of the year.
04-28:15 And one
kid of the goats for a sin offering unto the LORD shall be offered, beside the
continual burnt offering, and his drink
offering.
04-28:19 But ye
shall offer a sacrifice made by fire for a
burnt offering unto the LORD; two young
bullocks, and one ram, and seven lambs of the first year: they shall be unto
you without blemish:
04-28:23 Ye shall
offer these beside the burnt offering in the
morning, which is for a continual burnt offering.
04-28:24 After this
manner ye shall offer daily, throughout the seven days, the meat of the
sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: it shall be offered
beside the continual burnt offering, and his
drink offering.
04-28:27 But ye
shall offer the burnt offering for a sweet
savour unto the LORD; two young bullocks, one ram, seven lambs of the first
year;
04-28:31 Ye shall
offer them beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, (they shall be
unto you without blemish) and their drink offerings.
04-29:2 And ye
shall offer a burnt offering for a sweet savour
unto the LORD; one young bullock, one ram, and
seven lambs of the first year without blemish:
04-29:6 Beside
the burnt offering of the month, and his meat offering,
and the daily burnt offering, and his meat
offering, and their drink offerings, according unto their manner, for a sweet
savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.
04-29:8 But ye
shall offer a burnt offering unto the LORD for a sweet savour; one young bullock,
one ram, and seven lambs of the first
year; they shall be unto you without blemish:
04-29:11 One kid of
the goats for a sin offering; beside
the sin offering of atonement, and the continual burnt
offering, and the meat offering of it, and their drink offerings.
04-29:13 And ye
shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made
by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; thirteen young bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year;
they shall be without blemish:
04-29:16 And one kid
of the goats for a sin offering;
beside the continual burnt offering, his meat
offering, and his drink offering.
04-29:19 And one
kid of the goats for a sin offering;
beside the continual burnt offering, and the meat
offering thereof, and their drink offerings.
04-29:22 And one
goat for a sin offering; beside the
continual burnt offering, and his meat offering,
and his drink offering.
04-29:25 And one
kid of the goats for a sin offering;
beside the continual burnt offering, his meat
offering, and his drink offering.
04-29:28 And one
goat for a sin offering; beside the
continual burnt offering, and his meat offering,
and his drink offering.
04-29:31 And one
goat for a sin offering; beside the
continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and
his drink offering.
04-29:34 And one
goat for a sin offering; beside the
continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and
his drink offering.
04-29:36 But ye
shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made by
fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: one bullock, one ram, seven lambs of the
first year without blemish:
04-29:38 And one
goat for a sin offering; beside the
continual burnt offering, and his meat offering,
and his drink offering.
04-29:39 These things ye shall do unto the LORD in your
set feasts, beside your vows, and your freewill offerings, for your burnt offerings, and for your meat offerings, and for
your drink offerings, and for your peace offerings.
04-31:10 And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt, and all
their goodly castles, with fire.
05-9:21 And I
took your sin, the calf which ye had made, and burnt
it with fire, and stamped it, and ground
it very small, even until it was as small as dust: and I cast the dust thereof
into the brook that descended out of the mount.
05-12:6 And
thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and
your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your
vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your
flocks:
05-12:11 Then there
shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his name to
dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and
the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the
LORD:
05-12:13 Take heed
to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt
offerings in every place that thou seest:
05-12:14 But in the
place which the LORD shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer
thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all
that I command thee.
05-12:27 And thou
shalt offer thy burnt offerings, the flesh and
the blood, upon the altar of the LORD thy God: and the blood of thy sacrifices
shall be poured out upon the altar of the LORD thy God, and thou shalt eat the
flesh.
05-12:31 Thou shalt
not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he
hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters
they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
05-27:6 Thou
shalt build the altar of the LORD thy God of whole stones: and thou shalt offer
burnt offerings thereon unto the LORD thy God:
05-32:24 They shall be burnt
with hunger, and devoured with burning heat, and with bitter destruction: I
will also send the teeth of beasts upon them, with the poison of serpents of
the dust.
05-33:10 They shall
teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall put incense before
thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thine
altar.
06-6:24 And they burnt the city with fire, and all that was therein: only the silver, and the
gold, and the vessels of brass and of iron, they put into the treasury of the
house of the LORD.
06-7:15 And it
shall be, that he that is taken with
the accursed thing shall be burnt with fire, he
and all that he hath: because he hath transgressed the covenant of the LORD,
and because he hath wrought folly in Israel.
06-8:28 And
Joshua burnt Ai, and made it an heap for ever, even a desolation unto this day.
06-8:31 As Moses
the servant of the LORD commanded the children of Israel, as it is written in
the book of the law of Moses, an altar of whole stones, over which no man hath
lift up any iron: and they offered
thereon burnt offerings unto the LORD, and
sacrificed peace offerings.
06-11:9 And
Joshua did unto them as the LORD bade him: he houghed their horses, and burnt their chariots with fire.
06-11:11 And they
smote all the souls that were therein
with the edge of the sword, utterly destroying them: there was not any left to breathe: and he burnt Hazor with fire.
06-22:23 That we
have built us an altar to turn from following the LORD, or if to offer thereon burnt offering or meat offering, or if to offer peace
offerings thereon, let the LORD himself require it;
06-22:26 Therefore
we said, Let us now prepare to build us an altar, not for burnt offering, nor for sacrifice:
06-22:27 But that it
may be a witness between us, and you,
and our generations after us, that we might do the service of the LORD
before him with our burnt offerings, and with
our sacrifices, and with our peace offerings; that your children may not say to
our children in time to come, Ye have no part in the LORD.
06-22:28 Therefore
said we, that it shall be, when they should so
say to us or to our generations in time to come, that we may say again, Behold the pattern of the altar
of the LORD, which our fathers made, not for burnt
offerings, nor for sacrifices; but it is a
witness between us and you.
06-22:29 God forbid that we should rebel against the LORD,
and turn this day from following the LORD, to build an altar for burnt offerings, for meat offerings, or for sacrifices, beside the altar of the LORD our God that
is before his tabernacle.
07-6:26 And build
an altar unto the LORD thy God upon the top of this rock, in the ordered place,
and take the second bullock, and offer a burnt
sacrifice with the wood of the grove which thou shalt cut down.
07-11:31 Then it
shall be, that whatsoever cometh forth of the doors of my house to meet me,
when I return in peace from the children of Ammon, shall surely be the LORD’S,
and I will offer it up for a burnt offering.
07-13:16 And the
angel of the LORD said unto Manoah, Though thou detain me, I will not eat of
thy bread: and if thou wilt offer a burnt
offering, thou must offer it unto the LORD. For Manoah knew not that he was an angel of the LORD.
07-13:23 But his wife
said unto him, If the LORD were pleased to kill us, he would not have received
a burnt offering and a meat offering at our
hands, neither would he have shewed us all these things, nor would as at this time have told us such things as these.
07-15:5 And when
he had set the brands on fire, he let them
go into the standing corn of the Philistines, and burnt
up both the shocks, and also the standing corn, with the vineyards and olives.
07-15:6 Then the
Philistines said, Who hath done this? And they answered, Samson, the son in law
of the Timnite, because he had taken his wife, and given her to his companion.
And the Philistines came up, and burnt her and her father with fire.
07-15:14 And when he came unto Lehi, the Philistines shouted
against him: and the spirit of the
LORD came mightily upon him, and the cords that were upon his arms became as flax that was burnt with fire, and his bands loosed from off his
hands.
07-18:27 And they
took the things which Micah had made,
and the priest which he had, and came unto Laish, unto a people that were at quiet and secure: and they
smote them with the edge of the sword, and burnt
the city with fire.
07-20:26 Then all
the children of Israel, and all the people, went up, and came unto the house of
God, and wept, and sat there before the LORD, and fasted that day until even,
and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings
before the LORD.
07-21:4 And it
came to pass on the morrow, that the people rose early, and built there an
altar, and offered burnt offerings and peace
offerings.
09-2:15 Also
before they burnt the fat, the priest’s servant
came, and said to the man that sacrificed, Give flesh to roast for the priest;
for he will not have sodden flesh of thee, but raw.
09-6:14 And the cart
came into the field of Joshua, a Bethshemite, and stood there, where there was a great stone: and they clave
the wood of the cart, and offered the kine a burnt
offering unto the LORD.
09-6:15 And the
Levites took down the ark of the LORD, and the coffer that was with it, wherein the jewels of gold were, and put them on the
great stone: and the men of Bethshemesh offered burnt
offerings and sacrificed sacrifices the same day unto the LORD.
09-7:9 And Samuel took a sucking lamb, and offered it for a burnt
offering wholly unto the LORD: and Samuel cried unto the LORD for
Israel; and the LORD heard him.
09-7:10 And as
Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the
Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered with a great
thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and
discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel.
09-10:8 And thou
shalt go down before me to Gilgal; and, behold, I will come down unto thee, to
offer burnt offerings, and to sacrifice sacrifices of peace offerings: seven days shalt
thou tarry, till I come to thee, and shew thee what thou shalt do.
09-13:9 And Saul
said, Bring hither a burnt offering to me, and
peace offerings. And he offered the burnt
offering.
09-13:10 And it came
to pass, that as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, behold, Samuel came; and Saul went out
to meet him, that he might salute him.
09-13:12 Therefore
said I, The Philistines will come down now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made
supplication unto the LORD: I forced myself therefore, and offered a burnt offering.
09-15:22 And Samuel
said, Hath the LORD as great delight
in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying
the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is
better than sacrifice, and to
hearken than the fat of rams.
09-31:12 All the
valiant men arose, and went all night, and took the body of Saul and the bodies
of his sons from the wall of Bethshan, and came to Jabesh, and burnt them there.
10-6:17 And they
brought in the ark of the LORD, and set it in his place, in the midst of the
tabernacle that David had pitched for it: and David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD.
10-6:18 And as
soon as David had made an end of offering burnt
offerings and peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD of
hosts.
10-24:22 And
Araunah said unto David, Let my lord the king take and offer up what seemeth good unto him: behold, here be oxen for burnt sacrifice, and threshing instruments and other instruments of the oxen for wood.
10-24:24 And the
king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it of thee at a price: neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me
nothing. So David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of
silver.
10-24:25 And David
built there an altar unto the LORD, and offered burnt
offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD was intreated for the land, and the
plague was stayed from Israel.
11-3:3 And
Solomon loved the LORD, walking in the statutes of David his father: only he
sacrificed and burnt incense in high places.
11-3:4 And the
king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there; for that was the great high place: a thousand burnt
offerings did Solomon offer upon that altar.
11-3:15 And
Solomon awoke; and, behold, it was a
dream. And he came to Jerusalem, and stood before the ark of the covenant of
the LORD, and offered up burnt offerings, and
offered peace offerings, and made a feast to all his servants.
11-8:64 The same
day did the king hallow the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD for there he offered burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of
the peace offerings: because the brasen altar that was before the LORD was too
little to receive the burnt offerings, and meat
offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings.
11-9:16 For Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up,
and taken Gezer, and burnt it with fire, and
slain the Canaanites that dwelt in the city, and given it for a present unto his daughter, Solomon’s wife.
11-9:25 And three
times in a year did Solomon offer burnt
offerings and peace offerings upon the altar which he built unto the LORD, and
he burnt incense upon the altar that was before the LORD. So he finished the
house.
11-11:8 And
likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt
incense and sacrificed unto their gods.
11-12:33 So he
offered upon the altar which he had made in Bethel the fifteenth day of the
eighth month, even in the month which
he had devised of his own heart; and ordained a feast unto the children of
Israel: and he offered upon the altar, and burnt
incense.
11-13:2 And he
cried against the altar in the word of the LORD, and said, O altar, altar, thus
saith the LORD; Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah
by name; and upon thee shall he offer the priests of the high places that burn
incense upon thee, and men’s bones shall be burnt
upon thee.
11-15:13 And also
Maachah his mother, even her he removed from being queen, because she had made an idol in a grove; and Asa
destroyed her idol, and burnt it by the brook Kidron.
11-16:18 And it
came to pass, when Zimri saw that the city was taken, that he went into the
palace of the king’s house, and burnt the king’s
house over him with fire, and died,
11-18:33 And he put
the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt
sacrifice, and on the wood.
11-18:38 Then the
fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt
sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water
that was in the trench.
11-22:43 And he
walked in all the ways of Asa his father; he turned not aside from it, doing that which was right in the eyes of the
LORD: nevertheless the high places were not taken away; for the people offered and burnt
incense yet in the high places.
12-1:14 Behold,
there came fire down from heaven, and burnt up the
two captains of the former fifties with their fifties: therefore let my life
now be precious in thy sight.
12-3:27 Then he
took his eldest son that should have reigned in his stead, and offered him for a burnt
offering upon the wall. And there was great indignation against Israel: and
they departed from him, and returned to their
own land.
12-5:17 And
Naaman said, Shall there not then, I pray thee, be given to thy servant two
mules’ burden of earth? for thy servant will henceforth offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice unto other gods, but unto
the LORD.
12-10:24 And when
they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt
offerings, Jehu appointed fourscore men without, and said, If any of the men whom I have brought into your hands escape, he that letteth him go, his life shall be for the life of him.
12-10:25 And it
came to pass, as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, that Jehu said to the guard and to the
captains, Go in, and slay them; let
none come forth. And they smote them with the edge of the sword; and the guard
and the captains cast them out, and
went to the city of the house of Baal.
12-12:3 But the
high places were not taken away: the people still sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places.
12-14:4 Howbeit
the high places were not taken away: as yet the people did sacrifice and burnt incense on the high places.
12-15:4 Save that
the high places were not removed: the people sacrificed and burnt incense still on the high places.
12-16:4 And he
sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places,
and on the hills, and under every green tree.
12-16:13 And he burnt his burnt
offering and his meat offering, and poured his drink offering, and sprinkled
the blood of his peace offerings, upon the altar.
12-16:15 And king Ahaz
commanded Urijah the priest, saying, Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt offering, and the evening meat offering, and the
king’s burnt sacrifice, and his meat offering,
with the burnt offering of all the people of the
land, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings; and sprinkle upon it
all the blood of the burnt offering, and all the
blood of the sacrifice: and the brasen altar shall be for me to enquire by.
12-17:11 And there
they burnt incense in all the high places, as did the heathen whom the LORD carried
away before them; and wrought wicked things to provoke the LORD to anger:
12-17:31 And the
Avites made Nibhaz and Tartak, and the Sepharvites burnt
their children in fire to Adrammelech and Anammelech, the gods of Sepharvaim.
12-25:9 And he burnt the house of the LORD, and the king’s house, and
all the houses of Jerusalem, and every great man’s house burnt he with fire.
13-6:49 But Aaron
and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt
offering, and on the altar of incense, and
were appointed for all the work of the place
most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses
the servant of God had commanded.
13-16:1 So they
brought the ark of God, and set it in the midst of the tent that David had
pitched for it: and they offered burnt
sacrifices and peace offerings before God.
13-16:2 And when
David had made an end of offering the burnt
offerings and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD.
13-16:40 To offer burnt offerings unto the LORD upon the altar of the burnt offering continually morning and evening, and to do according to all that is written
in the law of the LORD, which he commanded Israel;
13-21:23 And Ornan said
unto David, Take it to thee, and let
my lord the king do that which is good
in his eyes: lo, I give thee the oxen
also for burnt
offerings, and the threshing instruments for wood, and the wheat for the meat
offering; I give it all.
13-21:24 And king David
said to Ornan, Nay; but I will verily buy it for the full price: for I will not
take that which is thine for the LORD, nor offer burnt
offerings without cost.
13-21:26 And David
built there an altar unto the LORD, and offered burnt
offerings and peace offerings, and called upon the LORD; and he answered him
from heaven by fire upon the altar of burnt
offering.
13-21:29 For the
tabernacle of the LORD, which Moses made in the wilderness, and the altar of
the burnt offering, were at that season in the high place at Gibeon.
13-22:1 Then
David said, This is the house of the
LORD God, and this is the altar of
the burnt offering for Israel.
13-23:31 And to
offer all burnt sacrifices unto the LORD in the
sabbaths, in the new moons, and on the set feasts, by number, according to the
order commanded unto them, continually before the LORD:
13-29:21 And they
sacrificed sacrifices unto the LORD, and offered burnt
offerings unto the LORD, on the morrow after that day, even a thousand bullocks, a thousand rams, and a thousand lambs, with their drink offerings, and sacrifices in
abundance for all Israel:
14-1:6 And
Solomon went up thither to the brasen altar before the LORD, which was at the tabernacle of the
congregation, and offered a thousand burnt
offerings upon it.
14-2:4 Behold,
I build an house to the name of the LORD my God, to dedicate it to him, and to burn before him sweet incense, and for the continual
shewbread, and for the burnt offerings morning
and evening, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts of
the LORD our God. This is an ordinance for
ever to Israel.
14-4:6 He made
also ten lavers, and put five on the right hand, and five on the left, to wash
in them: such things as they offered for the burnt
offering they washed in them; but the sea was
for the priests to wash in.
14-7:1 Now when
Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and
consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices;
and the glory of the LORD filled the house.
14-7:7 Moreover
Solomon hallowed the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD: for there he offered burnt offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings,
because the brasen altar which Solomon had made was not able to receive the burnt offerings, and the meat offerings, and the fat.
14-8:12 Then
Solomon offered burnt offerings unto the LORD on
the altar of the LORD, which he had built before the porch,
14-13:11 And they
burn unto the LORD every morning and every evening burnt
sacrifices and sweet incense: the shewbread also set they in order upon the pure table; and the candlestick of gold
with the lamps thereof, to burn every evening: for we keep the charge of the
LORD our God; but ye have forsaken him.
14-15:16 And also concerning Maachah the mother of Asa the
king, he removed her from being queen,
because she had made an idol in a grove: and Asa cut down her idol, and stamped
it, and burnt
it at the brook Kidron.
14-23:18 Also Jehoiada
appointed the offices of the house of the LORD by the hand of the priests the
Levites, whom David had distributed in the house of the LORD, to offer the burnt offerings of the LORD, as it is written in the law of Moses, with rejoicing and with singing,
as it was ordained by David.
14-24:14 And when
they had finished it, they brought
the rest of the money before the king and Jehoiada, whereof were made vessels
for the house of the LORD, even vessels
to minister, and to offer withal, and
spoons, and vessels of gold and silver. And they offered burnt offerings in the house of the LORD continually
all the days of Jehoiada.
14-28:3 Moreover
he burnt incense in the valley of the son of
Hinnom, and burnt his children in the fire,
after the abominations of the heathen whom the LORD had cast out before the
children of Israel.
14-28:4 He
sacrificed also and burnt incense in the high
places, and on the hills, and under every green tree.
14-29:7 Also they
have shut up the doors of the porch, and put out the lamps, and have not burned
incense nor offered burnt offerings in the holy place unto the God of Israel.
14-29:18 Then they
went in to Hezekiah the king, and said, We have cleansed all the house of the
LORD, and the altar of burnt offering, with all
the vessels thereof, and the shewbread table, with all the vessels thereof.
14-29:24 And the
priests killed them, and they made reconciliation with their blood upon the
altar, to make an atonement for all Israel: for the king commanded that the burnt
offering and the sin offering should be
made for all Israel.
14-29:27 And
Hezekiah commanded to offer the burnt offering
upon the altar. And when the burnt offering
began, the song of the LORD began also with
the trumpets, and with the instruments ordained
by David king of Israel.
14-29:28 And all
the congregation worshipped, and the singers sang, and the trumpeters sounded: and all this continued until the burnt
offering was finished.
14-29:31 Then Hezekiah
answered and said, Now ye have consecrated yourselves unto the LORD, come near
and bring sacrifices and thank offerings into the house of the LORD. And the
congregation brought in sacrifices and thank offerings; and as many as were of
a free heart burnt offerings.
14-29:32 And the
number of the burnt offerings, which the
congregation brought, was threescore and ten bullocks, an hundred rams, and two hundred lambs: all these were for a burnt
offering to the LORD.
14-29:34 But the
priests were too few, so that they could not flay all the burnt offerings: wherefore their brethren the Levites
did help them, till the work was ended, and until the other priests had sanctified themselves: for the Levites were more upright in heart to sanctify
themselves than the priests.
14-29:35 And also
the burnt offerings were in abundance, with the fat of the peace offerings, and the
drink offerings for every burnt offering. So the service of the house of the
LORD was set in order.
14-30:15 Then they
killed the passover on the fourteenth day
of the second month: and the priests and the Levites were ashamed, and
sanctified themselves, and brought in the burnt
offerings into the house of the LORD.
14-31:2 And
Hezekiah appointed the courses of the priests and the Levites after their
courses, every man according to his service, the priests and Levites for burnt offerings and for peace offerings, to minister,
and to give thanks, and to praise in the gates of the tents of the LORD.
14-31:3 He appointed also the king’s portion of
his substance for the burnt offerings, to wit, for the morning and evening burnt offerings, and the burnt
offerings for the sabbaths, and for the new moons, and for the set feasts, as it is written in the law of the LORD.
14-34:5 And he burnt the bones of the priests upon their altars, and
cleansed Judah and Jerusalem.
14-35:12 And they
removed the burnt offerings, that they might
give according to the divisions of the families of the people, to offer unto
the LORD, as it is written in the book
of Moses. And so did they with the
oxen.
14-35:14 And
afterward they made ready for themselves, and for the priests: because the
priests the sons of Aaron were busied in
offering of burnt offerings and the fat until
night; therefore the Levites prepared for themselves, and for the priests the
sons of Aaron.
14-35:16 So all the
service of the LORD was prepared the same day, to keep the passover, and to
offer burnt offerings upon the altar of the
LORD, according to the commandment of king Josiah.
14-36:19 And they burnt the
house of God, and brake down the wall of Jerusalem, and burnt all the palaces
thereof with fire, and destroyed all the goodly vessels thereof.
15-3:2 Then
stood up Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and his brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel
the son of Shealtiel, and his brethren, and builded the altar of the God of
Israel, to offer burnt offerings thereon, as it is written in the law of Moses the
man of God.
15-3:3 And they
set the altar upon his bases; for fear was
upon them because of the people of those countries: and they offered burnt offerings thereon unto the LORD, even burnt
offerings morning and evening.
15-3:4 They
kept also the feast of tabernacles, as it
is written, and offered the daily
burnt offerings by number, according to the
custom, as the duty of every day required;
15-3:5 And
afterward offered the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons, and of all the
set feasts of the LORD that were consecrated, and of every one that willingly
offered a freewill offering unto the LORD.
15-3:6 From the
first day of the seventh month began they to offer burnt
offerings unto the LORD. But the foundation of the temple of the LORD was not yet laid.
15-6:9 And that
which they have need of, both young bullocks, and rams, and lambs, for the burnt offerings of the God of heaven, wheat, salt,
wine, and oil, according to the appointment of the priests which are at Jerusalem, let it be given them
day by day without fail:
15-8:35 Also the children of those that had been
carried away, which were come out of the captivity, offered burnt offerings unto the God of Israel, twelve
bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and seven lambs, twelve
he goats for a sin offering: all this was a burnt
offering unto the LORD.
16-10:33 For the
shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for
the set feasts, and for the holy things, and
for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.
18-1:5 And it
was so, when the days of their feasting
were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the
morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for
Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts.
Thus did Job continually.
18-42:8 Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and
seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you:
for him will I accept: lest I deal with you after
your folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like my servant Job.
19-20:3 Remember
all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt
sacrifice; Selah.
19-40:6 Sacrifice
and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not
required.
19-50:8 I will
not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt
offerings, to have been continually
before me.
19-51:16 For thou
desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it:
thou delightest not in burnt offering.
19-51:19 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of
righteousness, with burnt offering and
whole burnt offering: then shall they offer
bullocks upon thine altar.
19-66:13 I will go
into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay
thee my vows,
19-66:15 I will
offer unto thee burnt sacrifices of fatlings,
with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.
23-1:11 To what
purpose is the multitude of your
sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt
offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of
bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
23-40:16 And
Lebanon is not sufficient to burn,
nor the beasts thereof sufficient for a burnt
offering.
23-43:23 Thou hast
not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt
offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused
thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense.
23-56:7 Even them
will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer:
their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for
mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.
23-61:8 For I the
LORD love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt

offerings or sacrifices:

fast, I will not hear their cry; and when they offer burnt
offering and an oblation, I will not accept them: but I will consume them by
the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence.

house of the LORD.
24-19:5 They have
built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt
offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into
my mind:

do sacrifice continually.

chambers and the entries thereof were by
the posts of the gates, where they washed the burnt
offering.

offering.

shalt offer them before the LORD, and the priests shall cast salt upon them,

lamb out of the flock, out of two hundred, out of the fat pastures of Israel;

26-45:17 And it
shall be the prince’s part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink
offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all

meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the
peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.

shall go forth; but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.

after his going forth one shall shut
the gate.
