11-1 KINGS
11-6:5 And
against the wall of the house he built chambers
round about, against the walls of the
house round about, both of the temple
and of the oracle: and he made chambers round
about:
11-6:10 And
then he built chambers against all the house, five cubits high: and they rested
on the house with timber of cedar.
13-1 CHRONICLES
13-9:26 For
these Levites, the four chief porters, were in their set office, and were over the chambers
and treasuries of the house of God.
13-9:33 And
these are the singers, chief of the
fathers of the Levites, who remaining in
the chambers were
free: for they were employed in that work
day and night.
13-23:28 Because
their office was to wait on the sons
of Aaron for the service of the house of the LORD, in the courts, and in the chambers, and in the purifying of all holy things, and
the work of the service of the house of God;
13-28:11 Then
David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of the houses
thereof, and of the treasuries thereof, and of the upper chambers thereof, and of the inner parlours thereof,
and of the place of the mercy seat,
13-28:12 And
the pattern of all that he had by the spirit, of the courts of the house of the
LORD, and of all the chambers round about, of
the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries of the dedicated
things:
14-3:9 And
the weight of the nails was fifty
shekels of gold. And he overlaid the upper chambers
with gold.
14-31:11 Then
Hezekiah commanded to prepare chambers in the
house of the LORD; and they prepared them,
15-8:29 Watch
ye, and keep them, until ye weigh them before the chief of the priests and
the Levites, and chief of the fathers of Israel, at Jerusalem, in the chambers of the house of the LORD.
16-10:37 And
that we should bring the firstfruits
of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine
and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of
the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground unto the Levites, that the
same Levites might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.
16-10:38 And
the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take
tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house
of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure
house.
16-10:39 For
the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the offering of the
corn, of the new wine, and the oil, unto the chambers,
where are the vessels of the
sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and
we will not forsake the house of our God.
16-12:44 And
at that time were some appointed over the chambers
for the treasures, for the offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes,
to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions of the law for
the priests and Levites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites
that waited.
16-13:9 Then
I commanded, and they cleansed the chambers: and
thither brought I again the vessels of the house of God, with the meat offering
and the frankincense.
18-9:9 Which
maketh Arcturus, Orion, and Pleiades, and the chambers
of the south.
19-104:3 Who
layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who
maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
19-104:13 He
watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth
is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
19-105:30 Their
land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers
of their kings.
20-7:27 Her
house is the way to hell, going down
to the chambers of death.
20-24:4 And
by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with
all precious and pleasant riches.
22-1:4 Draw
me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will
remember thy love more than wine: the upright love thee.
23-26:20 Come,
my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and
shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until
the indignation be overpast.
24-22:13 Woe
unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that
useth his neighbour’s service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;
24-22:14 That
saith, I will build me a wide house and large chambers,
and cutteth him out windows; and it is cieled
with cedar, and painted with vermilion.
24-35:2 Go
unto the house of the Rechabites, and speak unto them, and bring them into the house
of the LORD, into one of the chambers, and give
them wine to drink.
26-8:12 Then
said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of
Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers
of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the
earth.
26-21:14 Thou
therefore, son of man, prophesy, and smite thine
hands together, and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of
the slain: it is the sword of the
great men that are slain, which
entereth into their privy chambers.
26-40:7 And
every little chamber was one reed long, and one reed broad;
and between the little chambers were five cubits; and the threshold of
the gate by the porch of the gate within was
one reed.
26-40:10 And
the little chambers of the gate eastward were three on this side, and three on
that side; they three were of one
measure: and the posts had one measure on this side and on that side.
26-40:12 The
space also before the little chambers was one cubit on this side, and the space was
one cubit on that side: and the little chambers
were six cubits on this side, and six
cubits on that side.
26-40:16 And
there were narrow windows to the
little chambers, and to their posts within the
gate round about, and likewise to the arches: and windows were round about inward: and upon each post were palm
trees.
26-40:17 Then
brought he me into the outward court, and, lo, there were chambers, and a pavement
made for the court round about: thirty chambers were upon the pavement.
26-40:21 And
the little chambers thereof were three on this side and three on that side; and the posts
thereof and the arches thereof were after the measure of the first gate: the
length thereof was fifty cubits, and
the breadth five and twenty cubits.
26-40:29 And
the little chambers thereof, and the posts
thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures: and there were windows in it and in the
arches thereof round about: it was fifty
cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.
26-40:33 And
the little chambers thereof, and the posts
thereof, and the arches thereof, were according
to these measures: and there were windows
therein and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.
26-40:36 The
little chambers thereof, the posts thereof, and
the arches thereof, and the windows to it round about: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five
and twenty cubits.
26-40:38 And
the chambers and the entries thereof were by the posts of the gates, where
they washed the burnt offering.
26-40:44 And
without the inner gate were the chambers of the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate; and
their prospect was toward the south: one
at the side of the east gate having the
prospect toward the north.
26-41:6 And
the side chambers were three, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered
into the wall which was of the house
for the side chambers round about, that they
might have hold, but they had not hold in the wall of the house.
26-41:7 And
there was an enlarging, and a winding
about still upward to the side chambers: for the
winding about of the house went still upward round about the house: therefore
the breadth of the house was still upward,
and so increased from the lowest chamber to the highest by the midst.
26-41:8 I
saw also the height of the house round about: the foundations of the side chambers were a
full reed of six great cubits.
26-41:9 The
thickness of the wall, which was for
the side chamber without, was five
cubits: and that which was left was the place of the side chambers
that were within.
26-41:10 And
between the chambers was the wideness of twenty cubits round about the house on every
side.
26-41:11 And
the doors of the side chambers were toward the place that was left, one door toward the north, and another
door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was left was five cubits round about.
26-41:26 And
there were narrow windows and palm
trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch, and upon the side chambers
of the house, and thick planks.
26-42:4 And
before the chambers was a walk of ten cubits breadth inward, a way of one cubit; and their
doors toward the north.
26-42:5 Now
the upper chambers were shorter: for the galleries were higher than these, than the
lower, and than the middlemost of the building.
26-42:7 And
the wall that was without over
against the chambers, toward the utter court on
the forepart of the chambers, the length thereof
was fifty cubits.
26-42:8 For
the length of the chambers that were in the utter court was fifty cubits: and, lo, before the
temple were an hundred cubits.
26-42:9 And
from under these chambers was the entry on the east side, as one goeth into them from the
utter court.
26-42:10 The
chambers were
in the thickness of the wall of the court toward the east, over against the
separate place, and over against the building.
26-42:11 And
the way before them was like the
appearance of the chambers which were toward the north, as long as they, and as broad as they: and all their
goings out were both according to
their fashions, and according to their doors.
26-42:12 And
according to the doors of the chambers that were toward the south was a door in the head of the way, even the way directly before the wall
toward the east, as one entereth into them.
26-42:13 Then
said he unto me, The north chambers and the south chambers,
which are before the separate place,
they be holy chambers,
where the priests that approach unto the LORD shall eat the most holy things:
there shall they lay the most holy things, and the meat offering, and the sin
offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy.
26-44:19 And
when they go forth into the utter court, even
into the utter court to the people, they shall put off their garments
wherein they ministered, and lay them in the holy chambers,
and they shall put on other garments; and they shall not sanctify the people
with their garments.
26-45:5 And
the five and twenty thousand of length, and the ten thousand of breadth, shall
also the Levites, the ministers of the house, have for themselves, for a
possession for twenty chambers.
26-46:19 After
he brought me through the entry, which was
at the side of the gate, into the holy chambers
of the priests, which looked toward the north: and, behold, there was a place on the two sides westward.
40-24:26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you,
Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers;
believe it not.

09-1 SAMUEL
09-17:4 And
there went out a champion out of the camp of the
Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span.
09-17:23 And
as he talked with them, behold, there came up the champion,
the Philistine of Gath, Goliath by name, out of the armies of the Philistines,
and spake according to the same words: and David heard them.
09-17:51 Therefore
David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of
the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the
Philistines saw their champion was dead, they
fled.

09-6:9 And

not his hand that smote us: it was a chance
that happened to us.
10-1:6 And
the young man that told him said, As I happened by chance
upon mount Gilboa, behold, Saul leaned upon his spear; and, lo, the chariots
and horsemen followed hard after him.
21-9:11 I
returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet
bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to
men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to
them all.
42-10:31 And by chance
there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on
the other side.
