01-GENESIS
01-50:9 And
there went up with him both chariots and
horsemen: and it was a very great company.
02-EXODUS
02-14:7 And
he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the
chariots of Egypt, and captains over every one
of them.
02-14:9 But
the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his
horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside
Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.
02-14:17 And
I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow
them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
02-14:18 And
the Egyptians shall know that I am the
LORD, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
02-14:23 And
the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.
02-14:26 And
the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters
may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots,
and upon their horsemen.
02-14:28 And
the waters returned, and covered the chariots,
and the horsemen, and all the host of
Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of
them.
02-15:4 Pharaoh’s
chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea:
his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea.
02-15:19 For
the horse of Pharaoh went in with his chariots
and with his horsemen into the sea, and the LORD brought again the waters of
the sea upon them; but the children of Israel went on dry land in the midst of the sea.
05-11:4 And
what he did unto the army of Egypt, unto their horses, and to their chariots; how he made the water of the Red sea to
overflow them as they pursued after you, and how the LORD hath destroyed them unto this day;
05-20:1 When
thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a
people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out
of the land of Egypt.
06-11:4 And
they went out, they and all their hosts with them, much people, even as the
sand that is upon the sea shore in
multitude, with horses and chariots very many.
06-11:6 And
the LORD said unto Joshua, Be not afraid because of them: for to morrow about
this time will I deliver them up all slain before Israel: thou shalt hough
their horses, and burn their chariots with fire.
06-11:9 And
Joshua did unto them as the LORD bade him: he houghed their horses, and burnt
their chariots with fire.
06-17:16 And
the children of Joseph said, The hill is not enough for us: and all the
Canaanites that dwell in the land of the valley have chariots
of iron, both they who are of Bethshean and her towns, and they who are of the valley of Jezreel.
06-17:18 But
the mountain shall be thine; for it is a
wood, and thou shalt cut it down: and the outgoings of it shall be thine: for
thou shalt drive out the Canaanites, though they have iron chariots, and though
they be strong.
06-24:6 And
I brought your fathers out of Egypt: and ye came unto the sea; and the
Egyptians pursued after your fathers with chariots
and horsemen unto the Red sea.
07-1:19 And
the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the
inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the
valley, because they had chariots of iron.
07-4:3 And
the children of Israel cried unto the LORD: for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he mightily
oppressed the children of Israel.
07-4:7 And
I will draw unto thee to the river Kishon Sisera, the captain of Jabin’s army,
with his chariots and his multitude; and I will
deliver him into thine hand.
07-4:13 And
Sisera gathered together all his chariots, even nine hundred chariots of iron, and all the people that were with him, from Harosheth of the
Gentiles unto the river of Kishon.
07-4:15 And
the LORD discomfited Sisera, and all his chariots, and all his
host, with the edge of the sword before Barak; so that Sisera lighted down
off his chariot, and fled away on his
feet.
07-4:16 But
Barak pursued after the chariots, and after the
host, unto Harosheth of the Gentiles: and all the host of Sisera fell upon the
edge of the sword; and there was not
a man left.
07-5:28 The
mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is
his chariot so long in coming? why
tarry the wheels of his chariots?
09-8:11 And
he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will
take your sons, and appoint them for
himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.
09-8:12 And
he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to
reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots.
09-13:5 And
the Philistines gathered themselves together to fight with Israel, thirty
thousand chariots, and six thousand horsemen,
and people as the sand which is on the
sea shore in multitude: and they came up, and pitched in Michmash, eastward
from Bethaven.
10-1:6 And
the young man that told him said, As I happened by chance upon mount Gilboa,
behold, Saul leaned upon his spear; and, lo, the chariots
and horsemen followed hard after him.
10-8:4 And
David took from him a thousand chariots, and seven hundred horsemen, and twenty
thousand footmen: and David houghed all the chariot horses, but reserved of them for
an hundred chariots.
10-10:18 And
the Syrians fled before Israel; and David slew the men of seven hundred chariots of
the Syrians, and forty thousand horsemen, and smote Shobach the captain of
their host, who died there.
10-15:1 And
it came to pass after this, that Absalom prepared him chariots
and horses, and fifty men to run before him.
11-1:5 Then
Adonijah the son of Haggith exalted himself, saying, I will be king: and he
prepared him chariots and horsemen, and fifty
men to run before him.
11-4:26 And
Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots,
and twelve thousand horsemen.
11-9:19 And
all the cities of store that Solomon had, and cities for his chariots, and cities for his horsemen, and that which
Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem, and in Lebanon, and in all the land of
his dominion.
11-9:22 But
of the children of Israel did Solomon make no bondmen: but they were men of war, and his servants, and
his princes, and his captains, and rulers of his chariots,
and his horsemen.
11-10:26 And
Solomon gathered together chariots and horsemen:
and he had a thousand and four hundred chariots,
and twelve thousand horsemen, whom he bestowed in the cities for chariots, and with the king at Jerusalem.
11-16:9 And
his servant Zimri, captain of half his chariots, conspired against him, as he was in Tirzah,
drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza steward of his house in Tirzah.
11-20:1 And
Benhadad the king of Syria gathered all his host together: and there were thirty and two kings with
him, and horses, and chariots: and he went up
and besieged Samaria, and warred against it.
11-20:21 And
the king of Israel went out, and smote the horses and chariots,
and slew the Syrians with a great slaughter.
11-22:31 But
the king of Syria commanded his thirty and two captains that had rule over his chariots, saying, Fight neither with small nor great,
save only with the king of Israel.
11-22:32 And
it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots
saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, Surely it is
the king of Israel. And they turned aside to fight against him: and
Jehoshaphat cried out.
11-22:33 And
it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots
perceived that it was not the king of
Israel, that they turned back from pursuing him.
12-6:14 Therefore
sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a
great host: and they came by night, and compassed the city about.
12-6:15 And
when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an
host compassed the city both with horses and chariots.
And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do?
12-6:17 And
Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And
the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the
mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
12-7:6 For
the Lord had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host: and they said one to another, Lo, the
king of Israel hath hired against us the kings of the Hittites, and the kings
of the Egyptians, to come upon us.
12-8:21 So
Joram went over to Zair, and all the chariots
with him: and he rose by night, and smote the Edomites which compassed him
about, and the captains of the chariots: and the
people fled into their tents.
12-10:2 Now
as soon as this letter cometh to you, seeing your master’s sons are with you, and there are with you chariots and
horses, a fenced city also, and armour;
12-13:7 Neither
did he leave of the people to Jehoahaz but fifty horsemen, and ten chariots, and ten thousand footmen; for the king of
Syria had destroyed them, and had made them like the dust by threshing.
12-18:24 How
then wilt thou turn away the face of one captain of the least of my master’s
servants, and put thy trust on Egypt for chariots
and for horsemen?
12-19:23 By
thy messengers thou hast reproached the Lord, and hast said, With the multitude
of my chariots I am come up to the height of the
mountains, to the sides of Lebanon, and will cut down the tall cedar trees
thereof, and the choice fir trees
thereof: and I will enter into the lodgings of his borders, and into the forest of his Carmel.
12-23:11 And
he took away the horses that the kings of Judah had given to the sun, at the
entering in of the house of the LORD, by the chamber of Nathanmelech the
chamberlain, which was in the
suburbs, and burned the chariots of the sun with
fire.
13-18:4 And
David took from him a thousand chariots, and seven
thousand horsemen, and twenty thousand footmen: David also houghed all the
chariot horses, but reserved of them
an hundred chariots.
13-19:6 And
when the children of Ammon saw that they had made themselves odious to David,
Hanun and the children of Ammon sent a thousand talents of silver to hire them chariots and horsemen out of Mesopotamia, and out of
Syriamaachah, and out of Zobah.
13-19:7 So
they hired thirty and two thousand chariots, and
the king of Maachah and his people; who came and pitched before Medeba. And the
children of Ammon gathered themselves together from their cities, and came to
battle.
13-19:18 But
the Syrians fled before Israel; and David slew of the Syrians seven thousand men which fought in chariots, and forty thousand footmen, and killed
Shophach the captain of the host.
14-1:14 And
Solomon gathered chariots and horsemen: and he
had a thousand and four hundred chariots, and
twelve thousand horsemen, which he placed in the chariot cities, and with the
king at Jerusalem.
14-8:9 But
of the children of Israel did Solomon make no servants for his work; but they were men of war, and chief of his
captains, and captains of his chariots and
horsemen.
14-9:25 And
Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots,
and twelve thousand horsemen; whom he bestowed in the chariot cities, and with
the king at Jerusalem.
14-12:3 With
twelve hundred chariots, and threescore thousand
horsemen: and the people were without
number that came with him out of Egypt; the Lubims, the Sukkiims, and the
Ethiopians.
14-14:9 And
there came out against them Zerah the Ethiopian with an host of a thousand
thousand, and three hundred chariots; and came
unto Mareshah.
14-16:8 Were
not the Ethiopians and the Lubims a huge host, with very many chariots and horsemen? yet, because thou didst rely on
the LORD, he delivered them into thine hand.
14-18:30 Now
the king of Syria had commanded the captains of the chariots
that were with him, saying, Fight ye
not with small or great, save only with the king of Israel.
14-18:31 And
it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots
saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, It is the
king of Israel. Therefore they compassed about him to fight: but Jehoshaphat
cried out, and the LORD helped him; and God moved them to depart from him.
14-18:32 For
it came to pass, that, when the captains of the chariots
perceived that it was not the king of Israel, they turned back again from
pursuing him.
14-21:9 Then
Jehoram went forth with his princes, and all his chariots
with him: and he rose up by night, and smote the Edomites which compassed him
in, and the captains of the chariots.
19-20:7 Some
trust in chariots,
and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
19-68:17 The
chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands
of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.
22-1:9 I
have compared thee, O my love, to a company of horses in Pharaoh’s chariots.
22-6:12 Or
ever I was aware, my soul made me like the
chariots of Amminadib.
23-2:7 Their
land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures; their land is also full of
horses, neither is there any end of
their chariots:
23-22:6 And
Elam bare the quiver with chariots of men and horsemen, and Kir uncovered the
shield.
23-22:7 And
it shall come to pass, that thy
choicest valleys shall be full of chariots, and
the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.
23-22:18 He
will surely violently turn and toss thee like
a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord’s house.
23-31:1 Woe
to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they
are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not
unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD!
23-36:9 How
then wilt thou turn away the face of one captain of the least of my master’s
servants, and put thy trust on Egypt for chariots
and for horsemen?
23-37:24 By
thy servants hast thou reproached the Lord, and hast said, By the multitude of
my chariots am I come up to the height of the
mountains, to the sides of Lebanon; and I will cut down the tall cedars
thereof, and the choice fir trees
thereof: and I will enter into the height of his border, and the forest of his Carmel.
23-66:15 For,
behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots
like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of
fire.
23-66:20 And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto the LORD out of all
nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in
litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith
the LORD, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into
the house of the LORD.
24-4:13 Behold,
he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots shall be as a whirlwind: his horses are
swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are spoiled.
24-17:25 Then
shall there enter into the gates of this city kings and princes sitting upon
the throne of David, riding in chariots and on
horses, they, and their princes, the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of
Jerusalem: and this city shall remain for ever.
24-22:4 For
if ye do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this
house kings sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people.
24-46:9 Come
up, ye horses; and rage, ye chariots; and let
the mighty men come forth; the Ethiopians and the Libyans, that handle the
shield; and the Lydians, that handle and bend
the bow.
24-47:3 At
the noise of the stamping of the hoofs of his strong horses, at the rushing of his chariots,
and at the rumbling of his wheels,
the fathers shall not look back to their children
for feebleness of hands;
24-50:37 A
sword is upon their horses, and upon
their chariots, and upon all the mingled people
that are in the midst of her; and
they shall become as women: a sword is upon
her treasures; and they shall be robbed.
26-23:24 And
they shall come against thee with chariots,
wagons, and wheels, and with an assembly of people, which shall set against thee buckler and shield and helmet round
about: and I will set judgment before them, and they shall judge thee according
to their judgments.
26-26:7 For
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring upon Tyrus Nebuchadrezzar king of
Babylon, a king of kings, from the north, with horses, and with chariots, and with horsemen, and companies, and much
people.
26-26:10 By
reason of the abundance of his horses their dust shall cover thee: thy walls
shall shake at the noise of the horsemen, and of the wheels, and of the chariots, when he shall enter into thy gates, as men
enter into a city wherein is made a breach.
26-27:20 Dedan
was thy merchant in precious clothes
for chariots.
26-39:20 Thus
ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots,
with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord GOD.
27-11:40 And
at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of
the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall
enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.
29-2:5 Like
the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains
shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as
a strong people set in battle array.
33-5:10 And
it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD, that I will cut off thy
horses out of the midst of thee, and I will destroy thy chariots:
34-2:3 The
shield of his mighty men is made red, the valiant men are in scarlet: the chariots shall be with flaming torches in the day
of his preparation, and the fir trees shall be terribly shaken.
34-2:4 The
chariots shall rage in the streets, they shall
justle one against another in the broad ways: they shall seem like torches,
they shall run like the lightnings.
34-2:13 Behold,
I am against thee, saith the LORD of
hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the
smoke, and the sword shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey
from the earth, and the voice of thy messengers shall no more be heard.
34-3:2 The
noise of a whip, and the noise of the rattling of the wheels, and of the
pransing horses, and of the jumping chariots.
35-3:8 Was
the LORD displeased against the rivers? was
thine anger against the rivers? was thy
wrath against the sea, that thou didst ride upon thine horses and thy chariots
of salvation?
37-2:22 And
I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the
kingdoms of the heathen; and I will overthrow the chariots,
and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down,
every one by the sword of his brother.
38-6:1 And
I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the
mountains were mountains of brass.
66-9:9 And they had breastplates, as it
were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many
horses running to battle.
66-18:13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments,
and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and
sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and
souls of men.

45-14:15 But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom
Christ died.

46-8:1 Now as touching things offered unto
idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up, but charity edifieth.
46-13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men
and of angels, and have not charity, I
am become as sounding brass, or a
tinkling cymbal.
46-13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all
mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could
remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
46-13:3 And though I bestow all my goods to
feed the poor, and though I give my
body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
46-13:4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity
envieth not; charity
vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
46-13:8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
46-13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the
greatest of these is charity.
46-14:1 Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy.
46-16:14 Let all your things be done with charity.
51-3:14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
52-3:6 But now when Timotheus came from
you unto us, and brought us good tidings of your faith and charity, and that ye have good
remembrance of us always, desiring greatly to see us, as we also to see you:
53-1:3 We are bound to thank God always
for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly,
and the charity of
every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;
54-1:5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:
54-2:15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved
in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
54-4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be
thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in
purity.
55-2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow
righteousness, faith, charity,
peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
55-3:10 But thou hast fully known my
doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
56-2:2 That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate,
sound in faith, in charity, in
patience.
60-4:8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude
of sins.
60-5:14 Greet ye one another with a kiss of charity. Peace be with you all that are in Christ Jesus. Amen.
61-1:7 And to godliness brotherly
kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
64-1:6 Which have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom if
thou bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shalt do well:
65-1:12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you,
feeding themselves without fear: clouds they
are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth,
without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
66-2:19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith,
and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

24-8:17 For,
behold, I will send serpents, cockatrices, among you, which will not be charmed, and they shall bite you,
