01-GENESIS
01-2:16 And
the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every
tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
01-3:11 And
he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree,
whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not
eat?
01-3:17 And
unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and
hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded
thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in
sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
01-6:22 Thus
did Noah; according to all that God commanded
him, so did he.
01-7:5 And
Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded
him.
01-7:9 There
went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had
commanded Noah.
01-7:16 And
they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.
01-12:20 And
Pharaoh commanded his men concerning him: and
they sent him away, and his wife, and all that he had.
01-21:4 And
Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old, as God had commanded him.
01-32:4 And
he commanded them, saying, Thus shall ye speak
unto my lord Esau; Thy servant Jacob saith thus, I have sojourned with Laban,
and stayed there until now:
01-32:17 And
he commanded the foremost, saying, When Esau my
brother meeteth thee, and asketh thee, saying, Whose art thou? and whither goest
thou? and whose are these before thee?
01-32:19 And
so commanded he the second, and the third, and
all that followed the droves, saying, On this manner shall ye speak unto Esau,
when ye find him.
01-42:25 Then
Joseph commanded to fill their sacks with corn,
and to restore every man’s money into his sack, and to give them provision for
the way: and thus did he unto them.
01-44:1 And
he commanded the steward of his house, saying,
Fill the men’s sacks with food, as much as they can carry, and put every man’s
money in his sack’s mouth.
01-45:19 Now
thou art commanded, this do ye; take you wagons
out of the land of Egypt for your little ones, and for your wives, and bring
your father, and come.
01-47:11 And
Joseph placed his father and his brethren, and gave them a possession in the
land of Egypt, in the best of the land, in the land of Rameses, as Pharaoh had commanded.
01-50:2 And
Joseph commanded his servants the physicians to
embalm his father: and the physicians embalmed Israel.
01-50:12 And
his sons did unto him according as he commanded
them:
02-1:17 But
the midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive.
02-4:28 And
Moses told Aaron all the words of the LORD who had sent him, and all the signs
which he had commanded him.
02-5:6 And
Pharaoh commanded the same day the taskmasters
of the people, and their officers, saying,
02-7:6 And
Moses and Aaron did as the LORD commanded them,
so did they.
02-7:10 And
Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh,
and before his servants, and it became a serpent.
02-7:20 And
Moses and Aaron did so, as the LORD commanded; and
he lifted up the rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight
of Pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in
the river were turned to blood.
02-12:28 And
the children of Israel went away, and did as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.
02-12:50 Thus
did all the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded
Moses and Aaron, so did they.
02-16:16 This
is the thing which the LORD hath commanded,
Gather of it every man according to his eating, an omer for every man,
according to the number of your persons; take ye every man for them which are
in his tents.
02-16:34 As
the LORD commanded Moses, so Aaron laid it up
before the Testimony, to be kept.
02-19:7 And
Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces
all these words which the LORD commanded him.
02-23:15 Thou
shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread
seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time
appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none
shall appear before me empty:)
02-29:35 And
thus shalt thou do unto Aaron, and to his sons, according to all things which I
have commanded thee: seven days shalt thou
consecrate them.
02-31:6 And
I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of
Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that
they may make all that I have commanded thee;
02-31:11 And
the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place: according to all that
I have commanded thee shall they do.
02-32:8 They
have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded
them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have
sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought
thee up out of the land of Egypt.
02-34:4 And
he hewed two tables of stone like unto the first; and Moses rose up early in
the morning, and went up unto mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him, and took in his hand the two tables of
stone.
02-34:18 The
feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep. Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened
bread, as I commanded thee, in the time of the
month Abib: for in the month Abib thou camest out from Egypt.
02-34:34 But
when Moses went in before the LORD to speak with him, he took the vail off,
until he came out. And he came out, and spake unto the children of Israel that
which he was commanded.
02-35:1 And
Moses gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel together, and
said unto them, These are the words which the LORD hath commanded, that ye should do them.
02-35:4 And
Moses spake unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying, This
is the thing which the LORD commanded, saying,
02-35:10 And
every wise hearted among you shall come, and make all that the LORD hath commanded;
02-35:29 The
children of Israel brought a willing offering unto the LORD, every man and
woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all manner of work, which the
LORD had commanded to be made by the hand of
Moses.
02-36:1 Then
wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whom the LORD put
wisdom and understanding to know how to work all manner of work for the service
of the sanctuary, according to all that the LORD had commanded.
02-36:5 And
they spake unto Moses, saying, The people bring much more than enough for the
service of the work, which the LORD commanded to
make.
02-38:22 And
Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, made all that
the LORD commanded Moses.
02-39:1 And
of the blue, and purple, and scarlet, they made cloths of service, to do
service in the holy place, and made the holy garments for Aaron; as the LORD commanded Moses.
02-39:5 And
the curious girdle of his ephod, that was upon it, was of the same, according
to the work thereof; of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined
linen; as the LORD commanded Moses.
02-39:7 And
he put them on the shoulders of the ephod, that they should be stones for a
memorial to the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
02-39:21 And
they did bind the breastplate by his rings unto the rings of the ephod with a lace
of blue, that it might be above the curious girdle of the ephod, and that the
breastplate might not be loosed from the ephod; as the LORD commanded Moses.
02-39:26 A
bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, round about the hem of the
robe to minister in; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
02-39:29 And
a girdle of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, of
needlework; as the LORD commanded Moses.
02-39:31 And
they tied unto it a lace of blue, to fasten it on high upon the mitre; as the
LORD commanded Moses.
02-39:32 Thus
was all the work of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation finished:
and the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.
02-39:42 According
to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so the
children of Israel made all the work.
02-39:43 And
Moses did look upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it as the LORD had
commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses
blessed them.
02-40:16 Thus
did Moses: according to all that the LORD commanded
him, so did he.
02-40:19 And
he spread abroad the tent over the tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent
above upon it; as the LORD commanded Moses.
02-40:21 And
he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the vail of the covering,
and covered the ark of the testimony; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
02-40:23 And
he set the bread in order upon it before the LORD; as the LORD had commanded Moses.
02-40:25 And
he lighted the lamps before the LORD; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
02-40:27 And
he burnt sweet incense thereon; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
02-40:29 And
he put the altar of burnt offering by the door of the tabernacle of the tent of
the congregation, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat offering;
as the LORD commanded Moses.
02-40:32 When
they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near unto the
altar, they washed; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-7:36 Which
the LORD commanded to be given them of the
children of Israel, in the day that he anointed them, by a statute for ever
throughout their generations.
03-7:38 Which
the LORD commanded Moses in mount Sinai, in the
day that he commanded the children of Israel to
offer their oblations unto the LORD, in the wilderness of Sinai.
03-8:4 And
Moses did as the LORD commanded him; and the
assembly was gathered together unto the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation.
03-8:5 And
Moses said unto the congregation, This is the thing which the LORD commanded to be done.
03-8:9 And
he put the mitre upon his head; also upon the mitre, even upon his forefront,
did he put the golden plate, the holy crown; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-8:13 And
Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and put coats upon them, and girded them with
girdles, and put bonnets upon them; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
03-8:17 But
the bullock, and his hide, his flesh, and his dung, he burnt with fire without
the camp; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-8:21 And
he washed the inwards and the legs in water; and Moses burnt the whole ram upon
the altar: it was a burnt sacrifice for a sweet savour, and an offering made by
fire unto the LORD; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-8:29 And
Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before the LORD: for of
the ram of consecration it was Moses’ part; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-8:31 And
Moses said unto Aaron and to his sons, Boil the flesh at the door of the
tabernacle of the congregation: and there eat it with the bread that is in the
basket of consecrations, as I commanded, saying,
Aaron and his sons shall eat it.
03-8:34 As
he hath done this day, so the LORD hath commanded
to do, to make an atonement for you.
03-8:35 Therefore
shall ye abide at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation day and night
seven days, and keep the charge of the LORD, that ye die not: for so I am commanded.
03-8:36 So
Aaron and his sons did all things which the LORD commanded
by the hand of Moses.
03-9:5 And
they brought that which Moses commanded before
the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and
stood before the LORD.
03-9:6 And
Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded
that ye should do: and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.
03-9:7 And
Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy
burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and for the people: and
offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded.
03-9:10 But
the fat, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver of the sin offering, he
burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
03-9:21 And
the breasts and the right shoulder Aaron waved for a wave offering before the
LORD; as Moses commanded.
03-10:1 And
Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put
fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the
LORD, which he commanded them not.
03-10:13 And
ye shall eat it in the holy place, because it is thy due, and thy sons’ due, of
the sacrifices of the LORD made by fire: for so I am commanded.
03-10:15 The
heave shoulder and the wave breast shall they bring with the offerings made by fire
of the fat, to wave it for a wave offering before the LORD; and it shall be
thine, and thy sons’ with thee, by a statute for ever; as the LORD hath commanded.
03-10:18 Behold,
the blood of it was not brought in within the holy place: ye should indeed have
eaten it in the holy place, as I commanded.
03-16:34 And
this shall be an everlasting statute unto you, to make an atonement for the
children of Israel for all their sins once a year. And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-17:2 Speak
unto Aaron, and unto his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say
unto them; This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded,
saying,
03-24:23 And
Moses spake to the children of Israel, that they should bring forth him that
had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of
Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-27:34 These
are the commandments, which the LORD commanded
Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
04-1:19 As
the LORD commanded Moses, so he numbered them in
the wilderness of Sinai.
04-1:54 And
the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.
04-2:33 But
the Levites were not numbered among the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses.
04-2:34 And
the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses: so they pitched by their standards,
and so they set forward, every one after their families, according to the house
of their fathers.
04-3:16 And
Moses numbered them according to the word of the LORD, as he was commanded.
04-3:42 And
Moses numbered, as the LORD commanded him, all
the firstborn among the children of Israel.
04-3:51 And
Moses gave the money of them that were redeemed unto Aaron and to his sons,
according to the word of the LORD, as the LORD commanded
Moses.
04-4:49 According
to the commandment of the LORD they were numbered by the hand of Moses, every
one according to his service, and according to his burden: thus were they
numbered of him, as the LORD commanded Moses.
04-8:3 And
Aaron did so; he lighted the lamps thereof over against the candlestick, as the
LORD commanded Moses.
04-8:20 And
Moses, and Aaron, and all the congregation of the children of Israel, did to
the Levites according unto all that the LORD commanded
Moses concerning the Levites, so did the children of Israel unto them.
04-8:22 And
after that went the Levites in to do their service in the tabernacle of the
congregation before Aaron, and before his sons: as the LORD had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did they
unto them.
04-9:5 And
they kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month at even in the
wilderness of Sinai: according to all that the LORD commanded
Moses, so did the children of Israel.
04-15:23 Even
all that the LORD hath commanded you by the hand
of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded
Moses, and henceforward among your generations;
04-15:36 And
all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones,
and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.
04-16:47 And
Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran into the
midst of the congregation; and, behold, the plague was begun among the people:
and he put on incense, and made an atonement for the people.
04-17:11 And
Moses did so: as the LORD commanded him, so did
he.
04-19:2 This
is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded,
saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without
spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke:
04-20:9 And
Moses took the rod from before the LORD, as he commanded
him.
04-20:27 And
Moses did as the LORD commanded: and they went up
into mount Hor in the sight of all the congregation.
04-26:4 Take
the sum of the people, from twenty years old and upward; as the LORD commanded Moses and the children of Israel, which went
forth out of the land of Egypt.
04-27:11 And
if his father have no brethren, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his
kinsman that is next to him of his family, and he shall possess it: and it
shall be unto the children of Israel a statute of judgment, as the LORD commanded Moses.
04-27:22 And
Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took
Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation:
04-27:23 And
he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.
04-29:40 And
Moses told the children of Israel according to all that the LORD commanded Moses.
04-30:1 And
Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel,
saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.
04-30:16 These
are the statutes, which the LORD commanded
Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being
yet in her youth in her father’s house.
04-31:7 And
they warred against the Midianites, as the LORD commanded
Moses; and they slew all the males.
04-31:21 And
Eleazar the priest said unto the men of war which went to the battle, This is
the ordinance of the law which the LORD commanded
Moses;
04-31:31 And
Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded
Moses.
04-31:41 And
Moses gave the tribute, which was the LORD’S heave offering, unto Eleazar the
priest, as the LORD commanded Moses.
04-31:47 Even
of the children of Israel’s half, Moses took one portion of fifty, both of man
and of beast, and gave them unto the Levites, which kept the charge of the
tabernacle of the LORD; as the LORD commanded
Moses.
04-32:28 So
concerning them Moses commanded Eleazar the
priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the
children of Israel:
04-34:13 And
Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying,
This is the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which the LORD commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the
half tribe:
04-34:29 These
are they whom the LORD commanded to divide the
inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.
04-36:2 And
they said, The LORD commanded my lord to give
the land for an inheritance by lot to the children of Israel: and my lord was commanded by the LORD to give the inheritance of
Zelophehad our brother unto his daughters.
04-36:5 And
Moses commanded the children of Israel according
to the word of the LORD, saying, The tribe of the sons of Joseph hath said
well.
04-36:10 Even
as the LORD commanded Moses, so did the
daughters of Zelophehad:
04-36:13 These
are the commandments and the judgments, which the LORD commanded
by the hand of Moses unto the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by
Jordan near Jericho.
05-1:18 And
I commanded you at that time all the things
which ye should do.
05-1:19 And
when we departed from Horeb, we went through all that great and terrible
wilderness, which ye saw by the way of the mountain of the Amorites, as the
LORD our God commanded us; and we came to
Kadeshbarnea.
05-1:41 Then
ye answered and said unto me, We have sinned against the LORD, we will go up
and fight, according to all that the LORD our God commanded
us. And when ye had girded on every man his weapons of war, ye were ready to go
up into the hill.
05-3:18 And
I commanded you at that time, saying, The LORD
your God hath given you this land to possess it: ye shall pass over armed
before your brethren the children of Israel, all that are meet for the war.
05-3:21 And
I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, Thine
eyes have seen all that the LORD your God hath done unto these two kings: so
shall the LORD do unto all the kingdoms whither thou passest.
05-4:5 Behold,
I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither
ye go to possess it.
05-4:13 And
he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded
you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of
stone.
05-4:14 And
the LORD commanded me at that time to teach you
statutes and judgments, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go over to
possess it.
05-5:12 Keep
the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee.
05-5:15 And
remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God
brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm:
therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to
keep the sabbath day.
05-5:16 Honour
thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded
thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the
land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
05-5:32 Ye
shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the
left.
05-5:33 Ye
shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you,
and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.
05-6:1 Now
these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD
your God commanded to teach you, that ye might
do them in the land whither ye go to possess it:
05-6:17 Ye
shall diligently keep the commandments of the LORD your God, and his
testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded
thee.
05-6:20 And
when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What mean the testimonies,
and the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD our God hath commanded you?
05-6:24 And
the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes,
to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive,
as it is at this day.
05-6:25 And
it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments
before the LORD our God, as he hath commanded
us.
05-9:12 And
the LORD said unto me, Arise, get thee down quickly from hence; for thy people
which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt have corrupted themselves; they are
quickly turned aside out of the way which I commanded
them; they have made them a molten image.
05-9:16 And
I looked, and, behold, ye had sinned against the LORD your God, and had made
you a molten calf: ye had turned aside quickly out of the way which the LORD
had commanded you.
05-10:5 And
I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark
which I had made; and there they be, as the LORD commanded
me.
05-12:21 If
the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far
from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD
hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and
thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.
05-13:5 And
that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath
spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land
of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of
the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to
walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.
05-17:3 And
hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon,
or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;
05-18:20 But
the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name
of other gods, even that prophet shall die.
05-20:17 But
thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the
Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the LORD thy
God hath commanded thee:
05-24:8 Take
heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according
to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.
05-26:13 Then
thou shalt say before the LORD thy God, I have brought away the hallowed things
out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the
stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy
commandments which thou hast commanded me: I
have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:
05-26:14 I
have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof
for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened
to the voice of the LORD my God, and have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.
05-26:16 This
day the LORD thy God hath commanded thee to do
these statutes and judgments: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all
thine heart, and with all thy soul.
05-27:1 And
Moses with the elders of Israel commanded the
people, saying, Keep all the commandments which I command you this day.
05-28:45 Moreover
all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake
thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of
the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:
05-29:1 These
are the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded
Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the
covenant which he made with them in Horeb.
05-31:5 And
the LORD shall give them up before your face, that ye may do unto them
according unto all the commandments which I have commanded
you.
05-31:10 And
Moses commanded them, saying, At the end of
every seven years, in the solemnity of the year of release, in the feast of
tabernacles,
05-31:25 That
Moses commanded the Levites, which bare the ark
of the covenant of the LORD, saying,
05-31:29 For
I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from
the way which I have commanded you; and evil
will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the
LORD, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.
05-33:4 Moses
commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the
congregation of Jacob.
05-34:9 And
Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his
hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the
LORD commanded Moses.
06-1:7 Only
be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to
all the law, which Moses my servant commanded
thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest
prosper whithersoever thou goest.
06-1:9 Have
not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good
courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with
thee whithersoever thou goest.
06-1:10 Then
Joshua commanded the officers of the people,
saying,
06-1:13 Remember
the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded
you, saying, The LORD your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this
land.
06-3:3 And
they commanded the people, saying, When ye see
the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, and the priests the Levites
bearing it, then ye shall remove from your place, and go after it.
06-4:8 And
the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded,
and took up twelve stones out of the midst of Jordan, as the LORD spake unto
Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried
them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.
06-4:10 For
the priests which bare the ark stood in the midst of Jordan, until every thing
was finished that the LORD commanded Joshua to
speak unto the people, according to all that Moses commanded
Joshua: and the people hasted and passed over.
06-4:17 Joshua
therefore commanded the priests, saying, Come ye
up out of Jordan.
06-6:10 And
Joshua had commanded the people, saying, Ye shall
not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, neither shall any word proceed
out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout; then shall ye shout.
06-7:11 Israel
hath sinned, and they have also transgressed my covenant which I commanded them: for they have even taken of the
accursed thing, and have also stolen, and dissembled also, and they have put it
even among their own stuff.
06-8:4 And
he commanded them, saying, Behold, ye shall lie in
wait against the city, even behind the city: go not very far from the city, but
be ye all ready:
06-8:8 And
it shall be, when ye have taken the city, that ye shall set the city on fire:
according to the commandment of the LORD shall ye do. See, I have commanded you.
06-8:27 Only
the cattle and the spoil of that city Israel took for a prey unto themselves,
according unto the word of the LORD which he commanded
Joshua.
06-8:29 And
the king of Ai he hanged on a tree until eventide: and as soon as the sun was
down, Joshua commanded that they should take his
carcase down from the tree, and cast it at the entering of the gate of the
city, and raise thereon a great heap of stones, that remaineth unto this day.
06-8:31 As
Moses the servant of the LORD commanded the
children of Israel, as it is written in the book of the law of Moses, an altar
of whole stones, over which no man hath lift up any iron: and they offered
thereon burnt offerings unto the LORD, and sacrificed peace offerings.
06-8:33 And
all Israel, and their elders, and officers, and their judges, stood on this
side the ark and on that side before the priests the Levites, which bare the
ark of the covenant of the LORD, as well the stranger, as he that was born
among them; half of them over against mount Gerizim, and half of them over
against mount Ebal; as Moses the servant of the LORD had commanded before, that they should bless the people of
Israel.
06-8:35 There
was not a word of all that Moses commanded,
which Joshua read not before all the congregation of Israel, with the women,
and the little ones, and the strangers that were conversant among them.
06-9:24 And
they answered Joshua, and said, Because it was certainly told thy servants, how
that the LORD thy God commanded his servant
Moses to give you all the land, and to destroy all the inhabitants of the land
from before you, therefore we were sore afraid of our lives because of you, and
have done this thing.
06-10:27 And
it came to pass at the time of the going down of the sun, that Joshua commanded, and they took them down off the trees, and
cast them into the cave wherein they had been hid, and laid great stones in the
cave’s mouth, which remain until this very day.
06-10:40 So
Joshua smote all the country of the hills, and of the south, and of the vale,
and of the springs, and all their kings: he left none remaining, but utterly
destroyed all that breathed, as the LORD God of Israel commanded.
06-11:12 And
all the cities of those kings, and all the kings of them, did Joshua take, and smote
them with the edge of the sword, and he utterly destroyed them, as Moses the
servant of the LORD commanded.
06-11:15 As
the LORD commanded Moses his servant, so did
Moses command Joshua, and so did Joshua; he left nothing undone of all that the
LORD commanded Moses.
06-11:20 For
it was of the LORD to harden their hearts, that they should come against Israel
in battle, that he might destroy them utterly, and that they might have no
favour, but that he might destroy them, as the LORD commanded
Moses.
06-13:6 All
the inhabitants of the hill country from Lebanon unto Misrephothmaim, and all
the Sidonians, them will I drive out from before the children of Israel: only
divide thou it by lot unto the Israelites for an inheritance, as I have commanded thee.
06-14:2 By
lot was their inheritance, as the LORD commanded
by the hand of Moses, for the nine tribes, and for the half tribe.
06-14:5 As
the LORD commanded Moses, so the children of
Israel did, and they divided the land.
06-17:4 And
they came near before Eleazar the priest, and before Joshua the son of Nun, and
before the princes, saying, The LORD commanded
Moses to give us an inheritance among our brethren. Therefore according to the
commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance among the brethren of their
father.
06-21:2 And
they spake unto them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, The LORD commanded by the hand of Moses to give us cities to
dwell in, with the suburbs thereof for our cattle.
06-21:8 And
the children of Israel gave by lot unto the Levites these cities with their
suburbs, as the LORD commanded by the hand of
Moses.
06-22:2 And
said unto them, Ye have kept all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, and have obeyed my voice in all that I commanded you:
06-23:16 When
ye have transgressed the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you, and have gone and served other gods,
and bowed yourselves to them; then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled
against you, and ye shall perish quickly from off the good land which he hath
given unto you.
07-2:20 And
the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel; and he said, Because that this
people hath transgressed my covenant which I commanded
their fathers, and have not hearkened unto my voice;
07-3:4 And
they were to prove Israel by them, to know whether they would hearken unto the
commandments of the LORD, which he commanded
their fathers by the hand of Moses.
07-4:6 And
she sent and called Barak the son of Abinoam out of Kedeshnaphtali, and said
unto him, Hath not the LORD God of Israel commanded,
saying, Go and draw toward mount Tabor, and take with thee ten thousand men of
the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun?
07-13:14 She
may not eat of any thing that cometh of the vine, neither let her drink wine or
strong drink, nor eat any unclean thing: all that I commanded
her let her observe.
07-21:10 And
the congregation sent thither twelve thousand men of the valiantest, and commanded them, saying, Go and smite the inhabitants of
Jabeshgilead with the edge of the sword, with the women and the children.

they commanded the children of Benjamin, saying,
Go and lie in wait in the vineyards;
08-2:15 And
when she was risen up to glean, Boaz commanded his
young men, saying, Let her glean even among the sheaves, and reproach her not:
09-2:29 Wherefore
kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine offering, which I have commanded in my habitation; and honourest thy sons
above me, to make yourselves fat with the chiefest of all the offerings of
Israel my people?
09-13:13 And
Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the
commandment of the LORD thy God, which he commanded
thee: for now would the LORD have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever.
09-13:14 But
now thy kingdom shall not continue: the LORD hath sought him a man after his
own heart, and the LORD hath commanded him to be
captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the LORD commanded thee.
09-17:20 And

the battle.
09-18:22 And
Saul commanded his servants, saying, Commune
with David secretly, and say, Behold, the king hath delight in thee, and all
his servants love thee: now therefore be the king’s son in law.
09-20:29 And
he said, Let me go, I pray thee; for our family hath a sacrifice in the city;
and my brother, he hath commanded me to be
there: and now, if I have found favour in thine eyes, let me get away, I pray
thee, and see my brethren. Therefore he cometh not unto the king’s table.
09-21:2 And
David said unto Ahimelech the priest, The king hath commanded
me a business, and hath said unto me, Let no man know any thing of the business
whereabout I send thee, and what I have commanded
thee: and I have appointed my servants to such and such a place.
10-4:12 And

of Abner in Hebron.
10-5:25 And
David did so, as the LORD had commanded him; and
smote the Philistines from Geba until thou come to Gazer.
10-7:7 In
all the places wherein I have walked with all the children of Israel spake I a
word with any of the tribes of Israel, whom I commanded
to feed my people Israel, saying, Why build ye not me an house of cedar?
10-7:11 And
as since the time that I commanded judges to be
over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from all thine enemies.
Also the LORD telleth thee that he will make thee an house.
10-9:11 Then
said Ziba unto the king, According to all that my lord the king hath commanded his servant, so shall thy servant do. As for
Mephibosheth, said the king, he shall eat at my table, as one of the king’s
sons.
10-13:28 Now
Absalom had commanded his servants, saying, Mark
ye now when Amnon’s heart is merry with wine, and when I say unto you, Smite
Amnon; then kill him, fear not: have not I commanded
you? be courageous, and be valiant.
10-13:29 And
the servants of Absalom did unto Amnon as Absalom had commanded.
Then all the king’s sons arose, and every man gat him up upon his mule, and
fled.

10-21:14 And

the king commanded, and they brought great

11-8:58 That
he may incline our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his
commandments, and his statutes, and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers.
11-9:4 And
if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, in integrity of heart,
and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded
thee, and wilt keep my statutes and my judgments:
11-11:10 And
had commanded him concerning this thing, that he
should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD commanded.
11-11:11 Wherefore
the LORD said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee, and thou hast
not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded
thee, I will surely rend the kingdom from thee, and will give it to thy
servant.
11-13:21 And
he cried unto the man of God that came from Judah, saying, Thus saith the LORD,
Forasmuch as thou hast disobeyed the mouth of the LORD, and hast not kept the
commandment which the LORD thy God commanded
thee,
11-15:5 Because
David did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, and turned not aside
from any thing that he commanded him all the
days of his life, save only in the matter of Uriah the Hittite.
11-17:4 And
it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there.

that ye shall do; A third part of you that enter in on the sabbath shall even
be keepers of the watch of the king’s house;
12-11:9 And
the captains over the hundreds did according to all things that Jehoiada the
priest commanded: and they took every man his
men that were to come in on the sabbath, with them that should go out on the
sabbath, and came to Jehoiada the priest.
12-11:15 But
Jehoiada the priest commanded the captains of
the hundreds, the officers of the host, and said unto them, Have her forth
without the ranges: and him that followeth her kill with the sword. For the
priest had said, Let her not be slain in the house of the LORD.
12-14:6 But
the children of the murderers he slew not: according unto that which is written

children be put to death for the fathers; but every man shall be put to death
for his own sin.

Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt offering, and the evening meat
offering, and the king’s burnt sacrifice, and his meat offering, with the burnt
offering of all the people of the land, and their meat offering, and their
drink offerings; and sprinkle upon it all the blood of the burnt offering, and
all the blood of the sacrifice: and the brasen altar shall be for me to enquire
by.
12-16:16 Thus
did Urijah the priest, according to all that king Ahaz commanded.
12-17:13 Yet
the LORD testified against Israel, and against Judah, by all the prophets, and by

and my statutes, according to all the law which I commanded
your fathers, and which I sent to you by my servants the prophets.
12-17:27 Then
the king of Assyria commanded, saying, Carry
thither one of the priests whom ye brought from thence; and let them go and
dwell there, and let him teach them the manner of the God of the land.
12-17:34 Unto
this day they do after the former manners: they fear not the LORD, neither do
they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and
commandment which the LORD commanded the
children of Jacob, whom he named Israel;
12-18:6 For
he clave to the LORD, and departed not from following him, but kept his
commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses.
12-18:12 Because
they obeyed not the voice of the LORD their God, but transgressed his covenant,
and all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded,
and would not hear them, nor do them.
12-21:8 Neither
will I make the feet of Israel move any more out of the land which I gave their
fathers; only if they will observe to do according to all that I have commanded them, and according to all the law that my
servant Moses commanded them.

12-23:4 And
the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, and
the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the door, to bring forth
out of the temple of the LORD all the vessels that were made for Baal, and for
the grove, and for all the host of heaven: and he burned them without Jerusalem
in the fields of Kidron, and carried the ashes of them unto Bethel.
12-23:21 And
the king commanded all the people, saying, Keep
the passover unto the LORD your God, as it is written in the book of this
covenant.
13-6:49 But
Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the
altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the place most holy,
and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of
God had commanded.
13-14:16 David
therefore did as God commanded him: and they
smote the host of the Philistines from Gibeon even to Gazer.
13-15:15 And
the children of the Levites bare the ark of God upon their shoulders with the
staves thereon, as Moses commanded according to
the word of the LORD.
13-16:15 Be
ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded
to a thousand generations;
13-16:40 To
offer burnt offerings unto the LORD upon the altar of the burnt offering
continually morning and evening, and to do according to all that is written in
the law of the LORD, which he commanded Israel;
13-17:6 Wheresoever
I have walked with all Israel, spake I a word to any of the judges of Israel,
whom I commanded to feed my people, saying, Why
have ye not built me an house of cedars?
13-17:10 And
since the time that I commanded judges to be
over my people Israel. Moreover I will subdue all thine enemies. Furthermore I
tell thee that the LORD will build thee an house.
13-21:17 And
David said unto God, Is it not I that commanded
the people to be numbered? even I it is that have sinned and done evil indeed;
but as for these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, O
LORD my God, be on me, and on my father’s house; but not on thy people, that
they should be plagued.
13-21:18 Then
the angel of the LORD commanded Gad to say to
David, that David should go up, and set up an altar unto the LORD in the

the LORD commanded the angel; and he put up his
sword again into the sheath thereof.
13-22:2 And
David commanded to gather together the strangers
that were in the land of Israel; and he set masons to hew wrought stones to
build the house of God.
13-22:17 David
also commanded all the princes of Israel to help
Solomon his son, saying,
13-23:31 And
to offer all burnt sacrifices unto the LORD in the sabbaths, in the new moons,
and on the set feasts, by number, according to the order commanded unto them, continually before the LORD:
13-24:19 These
were the orderings of them in their service to come into the house of the LORD,
according to their manner, under Aaron their father, as the LORD God of Israel
had commanded him.
14-7:17 And
as for thee, if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, and do
according to all that I have commanded thee, and
shalt observe my statutes and my judgments;
14-8:14 And
he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the

minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required: the porters
also by their courses at every gate: for so had David the man of God commanded.

the Levites and all Judah did according to all things that Jehoiada the priest
had commanded, and took every man his men that
were to come in on the sabbath, with them that were to go out on the sabbath:
for Jehoiada the priest dismissed not the courses.
14-25:4 But
he slew not their children, but did as it is written in the law in the book of
Moses, where the LORD commanded, saying, The
fathers shall not die for the children, neither shall the children die for the
fathers, but every man shall die for his own sin.
14-29:21 And
they brought seven bullocks, and seven rams, and seven lambs, and seven he
goats, for a sin offering for the kingdom, and for the sanctuary, and for
Judah. And he commanded the priests the sons of
Aaron to offer them on the altar of the LORD.

altar, to make an atonement for all Israel: for the king commanded that the burnt offering and the sin offering
should be made for all Israel.

Hezekiah commanded to offer the burnt offering
upon the altar. And when the burnt offering began, the song of the LORD began

Hezekiah the king and the princes commanded the Levites
to sing praise unto the LORD with the words of David, and of Asaph the seer.

14-31:4 Moreover
he commanded the people that dwelt in Jerusalem
to give the portion of the priests and the Levites, that they might be
encouraged in the law of the LORD.
14-31:11 Then
Hezekiah commanded to prepare chambers in the
house of the LORD; and they prepared them,
14-32:12 Hath
not the same Hezekiah taken away his high places and his altars, and commanded Judah and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall
worship before one altar, and burn incense upon it?
14-33:8 Neither
will I any more remove the foot of Israel from out of the land which I have
appointed for your fathers; so that they will take heed to do all that I have commanded them, according to the whole law and the
statutes and the ordinances by the hand of Moses.
14-33:16 And
he repaired the altar of the LORD, and sacrificed thereon peace offerings and
thank offerings, and commanded Judah to serve
the LORD God of Israel.

the king commanded Hilkiah, and Ahikam the son
of Shaphan, and Abdon the son of Micah, and Shaphan the scribe, and Asaiah a
servant of the king’s, saying,
14-35:21 But
he sent ambassadors to him, saying, What have I to do with thee, thou king of
Judah? I come not against thee this day, but against the house wherewith I have
war: for God commanded me to make haste: forbear
thee from meddling with God, who is with me, that he destroy thee not.
15-4:3 But
Zerubbabel, and Jeshua, and the rest of the chief of the fathers of Israel,

the king of Persia hath commanded us.

the same time came to them Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and
Shetharboznai, and their companions, and said thus unto them, Who hath commanded you to build this house, and to make up this
wall?
15-5:9 Then
asked we those elders, and said unto them thus, Who commanded
you to build this house, and to make up these walls?
15-7:23 Whatsoever
is commanded by the God of heaven, let it be
diligently done for the house of the God of heaven: for why should there be
wrath against the realm of the king and his sons?
15-9:11 Which
thou hast commanded by thy servants the
prophets, saying, The land, unto which ye go to possess it, is an unclean land
with the filthiness of the people of the lands, with their abominations, which
have filled it from one end to another with their uncleanness.
16-8:1 And
all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that was
before the water gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of
the law of Moses, which the LORD had commanded
to Israel.
16-8:14 And
they found written in the law which the LORD had commanded
by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of
the seventh month:
16-13:5 And
he had prepared for him a great chamber, where aforetime they laid the meat
offerings, the frankincense, and the vessels, and the tithes of the corn, the
new wine, and the oil, which was commanded to be
given to the Levites, and the singers, and the porters; and the offerings of
the priests.
16-13:9 Then
I commanded, and they cleansed the chambers: and
thither brought I again the vessels of the house of God, with the meat offering
and the frankincense.
16-13:19 And
it came to pass, that when the gates of Jerusalem began to be dark before the
sabbath, I commanded that the gates should be
shut, and charged that they should not be opened till after the sabbath: and
some of my servants set I at the gates, that there should no burden be brought
in on the sabbath day.
16-13:22 And
I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse
themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the
sabbath day. Remember me, O my God,
concerning this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy mercy.
17-1:10 On
the seventh day, when the heart of the king was merry with wine, he commanded Mehuman, Biztha, Harbona, Bigtha, and
Abagtha, Zethar, and Carcas, the seven chamberlains that served in the presence
of Ahasuerus the king,
17-1:17 For
this deed of the queen shall come abroad
unto all women, so that they shall despise their husbands in their eyes, when
it shall be reported, The king Ahasuerus commanded
Vashti the queen to be brought in before him, but she came not.
17-3:2 And
all the king’s servants, that were in
the king’s gate, bowed, and reverenced Haman: for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai bowed not, nor
did him reverence.
17-3:12 Then
were the king’s scribes called on the thirteenth day of the first month, and
there was written according to all that Haman had commanded
unto the king’s lieutenants, and to the governors that were over every province, and to the rulers of every people of
every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people after their language; in the name of king Ahasuerus
was it written, and sealed with the king’s ring.
17-4:13 Then
Mordecai commanded to answer Esther, Think not
with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king’s house, more than all the
Jews.
17-4:17 So
Mordecai went his way, and did according to all that Esther had commanded him.
17-6:1 On
that night could not the king sleep, and he commanded
to bring the book of records of the chronicles; and they were read before the
king.
17-8:9 Then
were the king’s scribes called at that time in the third month, that is, the month Sivan, on the three and
twentieth day thereof; and it was
written according to all that Mordecai commanded
unto the Jews, and to the lieutenants, and the deputies and rulers of the
provinces which are from India unto
Ethiopia, an hundred twenty and seven provinces, unto every province according
to the writing thereof, and unto every people after their language, and to the
Jews according to their writing, and according to their language.
17-9:14 And
the king commanded it so to be done: and the
decree was given at Shushan; and they hanged Haman’s ten sons.
17-9:25 But
when Esther came before the king, he commanded by letters that his wicked device, which he
devised against the Jews, should return upon his own head, and that he and his
sons should be hanged on the gallows.
18-38:12 Hast
thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his
place;
18-42:9 So
Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and
Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as the LORD commanded them: the LORD also accepted Job.
19-7:6 Arise,
O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies:
and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
19-33:9 For
he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.
19-68:28 Thy
God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O
God, that which thou hast wrought for us.
19-78:5 For
he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them
known to their children:
19-78:23 Though
he had commanded the clouds from above, and
opened the doors of heaven,
19-105:8 He
hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand
generations.
19-106:34 They
did not destroy the nations, concerning whom the LORD commanded
them:
19-111:9 He
sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded
his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is
his name.
19-119:4 Thou
hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
19-119:138 Thy
testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous
and very faithful.
19-133:3 As
the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that
descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.
19-148:5 Let
them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded,
and they were created.
23-13:3 I
have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also
called my mighty ones for mine anger, even
them that rejoice in my highness.
23-34:16 Seek
ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none
shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded,
and his spirit it hath gathered them.
23-45:12 I
have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host
have I commanded.
23-48:5 I
have even from the beginning declared it to
thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee:
lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done them, and my graven image, and my
molten image, hath commanded them.
24-7:22 For
I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded
them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt
offerings or sacrifices:
24-7:23 But
this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my
voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all
the ways that I have commanded you, that it may
be well unto you.
24-7:31 And
they have built the high places of Tophet, which is in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to burn their sons and their
daughters in the fire; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my heart.
24-11:4 Which
I commanded your fathers in the day that I brought them forth out of the
land of Egypt, from the iron furnace, saying, Obey my voice, and do them,
according to all which I command you: so shall ye be my people, and I will be
your God:
24-11:8 Yet
they obeyed not, nor inclined their ear, but walked every one in the
imagination of their evil heart: therefore I will bring upon them all the words
of this covenant, which I commanded them to do; but they did them not.
24-13:5 So
I went, and hid it by Euphrates, as the LORD commanded
me.
24-13:6 And
it came to pass after many days, that the LORD said unto me, Arise, go to
Euphrates, and take the girdle from thence, which I commanded
thee to hide there.
24-14:14 Then
the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not,
neither have I commanded them, neither spake
unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of
nought, and the deceit of their heart.
24-17:22 Neither
carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work,
but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded
your fathers.
24-19:5 They
have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into
my mind:
24-23:32 Behold,
I am against them that prophesy false
dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their
lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded
them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD.
24-26:8 Now
it came to pass, when Jeremiah had made an end of speaking all that the LORD
had commanded him to speak unto all the people, that the priests and the prophets
and all the people took him, saying, Thou shalt surely die.
24-29:23 Because
they have committed villany in Israel, and have committed adultery with their
neighbours’ wives, and have spoken lying words in my name, which I have not commanded them; even I know, and am a witness, saith the LORD.
24-32:35 And
they built the high places of Baal, which are
in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters
to pass through the fire unto Molech;
which I commanded them not, neither came it into
my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.
24-35:6 But
they said, We will drink no wine: for Jonadab the son of Rechab our father commanded us, saying, Ye shall drink no wine, neither ye, nor your sons for ever:
24-35:10 But
we have dwelt in tents, and have obeyed, and done according to all that Jonadab
our father commanded us.
24-35:14 The
words of Jonadab the son of Rechab, that he commanded
his sons not to drink wine, are performed; for unto this day they drink none,
but obey their father’s commandment: notwithstanding I have spoken unto you,
rising early and speaking; but ye hearkened not unto me.
24-35:16 Because
the sons of Jonadab the son of Rechab have performed the commandment of their
father, which he commanded them; but this people
hath not hearkened unto me:
24-35:18 And
Jeremiah said unto the house of the Rechabites, Thus saith the LORD of hosts,
the God of Israel; Because ye have obeyed the commandment of Jonadab your
father, and kept all his precepts, and done according unto all that he hath commanded you:
24-36:5 And
Jeremiah commanded Baruch, saying, I am shut up; I cannot go into the house
of the LORD:
24-36:8 And
Baruch the son of Neriah did according to all that Jeremiah the prophet commanded him, reading in the book the words of the
LORD in the LORD’S house.
24-36:26 But
the king commanded Jerahmeel the son of
Hammelech, and Seraiah the son of Azriel, and Shelemiah the son of Abdeel, to
take Baruch the scribe and Jeremiah the prophet: but the LORD hid them.
24-37:21 Then
Zedekiah the king commanded that they should
commit Jeremiah into the court of the prison, and that they should give him
daily a piece of bread out of the bakers’ street, until all the bread in the
city were spent. Thus Jeremiah remained in the court of the prison.
24-38:10 Then
the king commanded Ebedmelech the Ethiopian,
saying, Take from hence thirty men with thee, and take up Jeremiah the prophet
out of the dungeon, before he die.
24-38:27 Then
came all the princes unto Jeremiah, and asked him: and he told them according
to all these words that the king had commanded.
So they left off speaking with him; for the matter was not perceived.
24-50:21 Go
up against the land of Merathaim, even against
it, and against the inhabitants of Pekod: waste and utterly destroy after them,
saith the LORD, and do according to all that I have commanded
thee.
24-51:59 The
word which Jeremiah the prophet commanded
Seraiah the son of Neriah, the son of Maaseiah, when he went with Zedekiah the
king of Judah into Babylon in the fourth year of his reign. And this Seraiah was a quiet prince.
25-1:17 Zion
spreadeth forth her hands, and there is none
to comfort her: the LORD hath commanded
concerning Jacob, that his
adversaries should be round about
him: Jerusalem is as a menstruous woman among them.
25-2:17 The
LORD hath done that which he had
devised; he hath fulfilled his word that he had commanded
in the days of old: he hath thrown down, and hath not pitied: and he hath
caused thine enemy to rejoice over
thee, he hath set up the horn of thine adversaries.
26-9:11 And,
behold, the man clothed with linen, which had
the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, I have done as thou
hast commanded me.
26-10:6 And
it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take
fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and
stood beside the wheels.
26-12:7 And
I did so as I was commanded: I brought forth my
stuff by day, as stuff for captivity, and in the even I digged through the wall
with mine hand; I brought it forth in
the twilight, and I bare it upon my shoulder in their sight.
26-24:18 So
I spake unto the people in the morning: and at even my wife died; and I did in
the morning as I was commanded.
26-37:7 So
I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I
prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came
together, bone to his bone.
26-37:10 So
I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath
came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding
great army.
27-2:2 Then
the king commanded to call the magicians, and
the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his
dreams. So they came and stood before the king.

to destroy all the wise men of
Babylon.

odours unto him.
27-3:4 Then
an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O
people, nations, and languages,
27-3:13 Then
Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
Then they brought these men before the king.
27-3:19 Then
was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore
he spake, and commanded that they should
heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.
27-3:20 And
he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach,
Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.
27-4:26 And
whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the
tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have
known that the heavens do rule.
27-5:2 Belshazzar,
whiles he tasted the wine, commanded to bring
the golden and silver vessels which his father Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of
the temple which was in Jerusalem;
that the king, and his princes, his wives, and his concubines, might drink
therein.
27-5:29 Then
commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel
with scarlet, and put a chain of gold
about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the
third ruler in the kingdom.
27-6:16 Then
the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and
cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel,
Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.
27-6:23 Then
was the king exceeding glad for him, and commanded
that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of
the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his
God.
27-6:24 And
the king commanded, and they brought those men
which had accused Daniel, and they cast them
into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions
had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came
at the bottom of the den.
30-2:12 But
ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and commanded
the prophets, saying, Prophesy not.
38-1:6 But
my words and my statutes, which I commanded my
servants the prophets, did they not take hold of your fathers? and they
returned and said, Like as the LORD of hosts thought to do unto us, according
to our ways, and according to our doings, so hath he dealt with us.
39-4:4 Remember
ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded
unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the

priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded,
for a testimony unto them.

grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven,

mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

he commanded the multitude to sit down on the
ground.

them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded
you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto

every man his work, and commanded the porter to
watch.

he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and
offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded,
for a testimony unto them.
42-8:29 (For

wilderness.)

and yet there is room.

he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.

have done that which was our duty to do.

unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him,

speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
44-5:34 Then
stood there up one in the council, a Pharisee, named Gamaliel, a doctor of the
law, had in reputation among all the people, and commanded

to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded
that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.
