02-EXODUS
02-4:11 And
the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I
the LORD?
19-PSALMS
19-38:13 But
I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb
man that openeth not his mouth.
19-39:2 I
was dumb with silence, I held my peace, even from good; and my sorrow was
stirred.
19-39:9 I
was dumb, I opened not my mouth; because thou
didst it.
20-31:8 Open
thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such
as are appointed to destruction.
23-35:6 Then
shall the lame man leap as an hart,
and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the
wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.
23-53:7 He
was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought
as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
23-56:10 His
watchmen are blind: they are all
ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down,
loving to slumber.
26-3:26 And
I will make thy tongue cleave to the roof of thy mouth, that thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them a reprover: for they are a rebellious house.
26-24:27 In
that day shall thy mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and thou shalt speak,
and be no more dumb: and thou shalt be a sign
unto them; and they shall know that I am the
LORD.
26-33:22 Now
the hand of the LORD was upon me in the evening, afore he that was escaped
came; and had opened my mouth, until he came to me in the morning; and my mouth
was opened, and I was no more dumb.
27-10:15 And
when he had spoken such words unto me, I set my face toward the ground, and I
became dumb.
35-2:18 What
profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it; the molten
image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to
make dumb idols?
35-2:19 Woe
unto him that saith to the wood, Awake; to the dumb
stone, Arise, it shall teach! Behold, it is
laid over with gold and silver, and there
is no breath at all in the midst of it.
40-9:32 As they
went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man
possessed with a devil.
40-9:33 And when
the devil was cast out, the dumb spake: and the
multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.
40-12:22 Then was
brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.
40-15:30 And great
multitudes came unto him, having with them those
that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and
many others, and cast them down at Jesus’ feet; and he healed them:
40-15:31 Insomuch
that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb
to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and
they glorified the God of Israel.
41-7:37 And were
beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both
the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
41-9:17 And one
of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son,
which hath a dumb spirit;
41-9:25 When
Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit,
saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him,
and enter no more into him.
42-1:20 And,
behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to
speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou
believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.
42-11:14 And he was
casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it
came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb
spake; and the people wondered.
44-8:32 The place
of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the
slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his
shearer, so opened he not his mouth:
46-12:2 Ye
know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb
idols, even as ye were led.
61-2:16 But was
rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking
with man’s voice forbad the madness of the prophet.

02-EXODUS
02-29:14 But
the flesh of the bullock, and his skin, and his dung,
shalt thou burn with fire without the camp: it is a sin offering.
03-LEVITICUS
03-4:11 And
the skin of the bullock, and all his flesh, with his head, and with his legs,
and his inwards, and his dung,
03-8:17 But
the bullock, and his hide, his flesh, and his dung,
he burnt with fire without the camp; as the LORD commanded Moses.
03-16:27 And
the bullock for the sin offering, and
the goat for the sin offering, whose
blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy place, shall one carry
forth without the camp; and they shall burn in the fire their skins, and their
flesh, and their dung.
04-19:5 And
one shall burn the heifer in his
sight; her skin, and her flesh, and her blood, with her dung, shall he burn:
11-14:10 Therefore,
behold, I will bring evil upon the house of Jeroboam, and will cut off from
Jeroboam him that pisseth against the wall, and
him that is shut up and left in Israel, and will take away the remnant of
the house of Jeroboam, as a man taketh away dung,
till it be all gone.
12-6:25 And
there was a great famine in Samaria: and, behold, they besieged it, until an
ass’s head was sold for fourscore pieces of silver, and the fourth part of
a cab of dove’s dung for five pieces of silver.
12-9:37 And
the carcase of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the
face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.
12-18:27 But
Rabshakeh said unto them, Hath my master sent me to thy master, and to thee, to
speak these words? hath he not sent me to the men which sit on the
wall, that they may eat their own dung, and
drink their own piss with you?
16-2:13 And
I went out by night by the gate of the valley, even before the dragon well, and
to the dung port, and viewed the walls of
Jerusalem, which were broken down, and the gates thereof were consumed with
fire.
16-3:13 The
valley gate repaired Hanun, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they built it, and
set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and a
thousand cubits on the wall unto the dung gate.
16-3:14 But
the dung gate repaired Malchiah the son of
Rechab, the ruler of part of Bethhaccerem; he built it, and set up the doors
thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
16-12:31 Then
I brought up the princes of Judah upon the wall, and appointed two great companies of them that gave thanks, whereof one went on the right hand upon
the wall toward the dung gate:
18-20:7 Yet he shall perish for ever like his
own dung: they which have seen him shall say,
Where is he?
19-83:10 Which perished at Endor: they became as dung
for the earth.
23-36:12 But
Rabshakeh said, Hath my master sent me to thy master and to thee to speak these
words? hath he not sent me to the men that sit upon the
wall, that they may eat their own dung, and
drink their own piss with you?
24-8:2 And
they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven,
whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have
walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall
not be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung
upon the face of the earth.
24-9:22 Speak,
Thus saith the LORD, Even the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the
harvestman, and none shall gather them.
24-16:4 They
shall die of grievous deaths; they shall not be lamented; neither shall they be
buried; but they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth: and they shall be
consumed by the sword, and by famine; and their carcases shall be meat for the
fowls of heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.
24-25:33 And
the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither
gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon
the ground.
26-4:12 And
thou shalt eat it as barley cakes,
and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out
of man, in their sight.
26-4:15 Then
he said unto me, Lo, I have given thee cow’s dung
for man’s dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread
therewith.
36-1:17 And
I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because
they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust,
and their flesh as the dung.
39-2:3 Behold,
I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon
your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.
42-13:8 And
he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig
about it, and dung it:
50-3:8 Yea
doubtless, and I count all things but loss
for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have
suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

01-GENESIS
01-40:15 For
indeed I was stolen away out of the land of the Hebrews: and here also have I
done nothing that they should put me into the dungeon.
01-41:14 Then
Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved himself, and changed his raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh.
02-12:29 And
it came to pass, that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn in the land
of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the
firstborn of the captive that was in
the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.
24-37:16 When
Jeremiah was entered into the dungeon, and into
the cabins, and Jeremiah had remained there many days;
24-38:6 Then
took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon
of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that was
in the court of the prison: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in
the dungeon there
was no water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire.
24-38:7 Now
when Ebedmelech the Ethiopian, one of the eunuchs which was in the king’s
house, heard that they had put Jeremiah in the dungeon;
the king then sitting in the gate of Benjamin;
24-38:9 My
lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to Jeremiah
the prophet, whom they have cast into the dungeon;
and he is like to die for hunger in the place where he is: for there is no more bread in the city.
24-38:10 Then
the king commanded Ebedmelech the Ethiopian, saying, Take from hence thirty men
with thee, and take up Jeremiah the prophet out of the dungeon,
before he die.
24-38:11 So
Ebedmelech took the men with him, and went into the house of the king under the
treasury, and took thence old cast clouts and old rotten rags, and let them
down by cords into the dungeon to Jeremiah.
24-38:13 So
they drew up Jeremiah with cords, and took him up out of the dungeon: and Jeremiah remained in the court of the
prison.
25-3:53 They
have cut off my life in the dungeon, and cast a
stone upon me.
25-3:55 I
called upon thy name, O LORD, out of the low dungeon.

09-1 SAMUEL
09-2:8 He
raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth
up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them
inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and he hath set the world upon them.
15-EZRA
15-6:11 Also
I have made a decree, that whosoever shall alter this word, let timber be
pulled down from his house, and being set up, let him be hanged thereon; and
let his house be made a dunghill for this.
19-113:7 He
raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth
the needy out of the dunghill;
23-25:10 For
in this mountain shall the hand of the LORD rest, and Moab shall be trodden
down under him, even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill.
27-2:5 The
king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The thing is gone from me: if ye will
not make known unto me the dream, with the interpretation thereof, ye shall be
cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made a dunghill.
27-3:29 Therefore
I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing
amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in
pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill:
because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.
42-14:35 It
is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill;
but men cast it out. He that hath
ears to hear, let him hear.

25-LAMENTATIONS
25-4:5 They
that did feed delicately are desolate in the streets: they that were brought up
in scarlet embrace dunghills.

27-3:1 Nebuchadnezzar
the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the

23-ISAIAH

17-ESTHER
17-7:5 Then
the king Ahasuerus answered and said unto Esther the queen, Who is he, and

18-JOB
18-32:6 And
Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I am young, and ye are very
old; wherefore I was afraid, and durst not shew
you mine opinion.
40-22:46 And
no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst
any man from that day forth ask him
any more questions.
41-12:34 And
when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far
from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst
ask him any question.
42-20:40 And
after that they durst not ask him any question at all.
43-21:12 Jesus
saith unto them, Come and dine. And
none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art
thou? knowing that it was the Lord.
44-5:13 And
of the rest durst no man join himself to them:
but the people magnified them.
44-7:32 Saying, I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of
Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst
not behold.
65-1:9 Yet
Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the
body of Moses, durst not bring against him a
railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

01-GENESIS
01-2:7 And
the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the
breath of life; and man became a living soul.
01-3:14 And
the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above
every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
01-3:19 In
the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground;
for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust
shalt thou return.
01-13:16 And
I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth:
so that if a man can number the dust of the
earth, then shall thy seed also be
numbered.
01-18:27 And
Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the
Lord, which am but dust and ashes:
01-28:14 And
thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and
thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to
the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be
blessed.
02-8:16 And
the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout
all the land of Egypt.
02-8:17 And
they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in
beast; all the dust of the land became lice
throughout all the land of Egypt.
02-9:9 And
it shall become small dust in all the land of
Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with
blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.
03-14:41 And
he shall cause the house to be scraped within round about, and they shall pour
out the dust that they scrape off without the
city into an unclean place:
03-17:13 And
whatsoever man there be of the
children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunteth
and catcheth any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the
blood thereof, and cover it with dust.
04-5:17 And
the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest
shall take, and put it into the
water:
04-23:10 Who
can count the dust of Jacob, and the number of
the fourth part of Israel? Let me die
the death of the righteous, and let my last end be like his!
05-9:21 And
I took your sin, the calf which ye had made, and burnt it with fire, and
stamped it, and ground it very small, even until it was as small as dust:
and I cast the dust thereof into the brook that
descended out of the mount.
05-28:24 The
LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust:
from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.
05-32:24 They shall be burnt with hunger, and
devoured with burning heat, and with bitter destruction: I will also send the
teeth of beasts upon them, with the poison of serpents of the dust.
06-7:6 And
Joshua rent his clothes, and fell to the earth upon his face before the ark of
the LORD until the eventide, he and the elders of Israel, and put dust upon their heads.
09-2:8 He
raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the
dunghill, to set them among princes,
and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and he hath set the
world upon them.
10-16:13 And
as David and his men went by the way, Shimei went along on the hill’s side over
against him, and cursed as he went, and threw stones at him, and cast dust.
10-22:43 Then
did I beat them as small as the dust of the
earth, I did stamp them as the mire of the street, and did spread them abroad.
11-16:2 Forasmuch
as I exalted thee out of the dust, and made thee
prince over my people Israel; and thou hast walked in the way of Jeroboam, and
hast made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins;
11-18:38 Then
the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and
the stones, and the dust, and licked up the
water that was in the trench.
11-20:10 And
Benhadad sent unto him, and said, The gods do so unto me, and more also, if the
dust of Samaria shall suffice for handfuls for
all the people that follow me.
12-13:7 Neither
did he leave of the people to Jehoahaz but fifty horsemen, and ten chariots,
and ten thousand footmen; for the king of Syria had destroyed them, and had
made them like the dust by threshing.
12-23:12 And
the altars that were on the top of
the upper chamber of Ahaz, which the kings of Judah had made, and the altars
which Manasseh had made in the two courts of the house of the LORD, did the
king beat down, and brake them down
from thence, and cast the dust of them into the
brook Kidron.
14-1:9 Now,
O LORD God, let thy promise unto David my father be established: for thou hast
made me king over a people like the dust of the
earth in multitude.
14-34:4 And
they brake down the altars of Baalim in his presence; and the images, that were on high above them, he cut down;
and the groves, and the carved images, and the molten images, he brake in
pieces, and made dust of them, and strowed it upon
the graves of them that had sacrificed unto them.
18-2:12 And
when they lifted up their eyes afar off, and knew him not, they lifted up their
voice, and wept; and they rent every one his mantle, and sprinkled dust upon their heads toward heaven.
18-4:19 How
much less in them that dwell in
houses of clay, whose foundation is in
the dust, which
are crushed before the moth?
18-5:6 Although
affliction cometh not forth of the dust, neither
doth trouble spring out of the ground;
18-7:5 My
flesh is clothed with worms and clods of dust;
my skin is broken, and become loathsome.
18-7:21 And
why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity? for now
shall I sleep in the dust; and thou shalt seek
me in the morning, but I shall not be.
18-10:9 Remember,
I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into
dust again?
18-14:19 The
waters wear the stones: thou washest away the things which grow out of the dust
of the earth; and thou destroyest the hope of man.
18-16:15 I
have sewed sackcloth upon my skin, and defiled my horn in the dust.
18-17:16 They
shall go down to the bars of the pit, when our
rest together is in the dust.
18-20:11 His
bones are full of the sin of his
youth, which shall lie down with him in the dust.
18-21:26 They
shall lie down alike in the dust, and the worms
shall cover them.
18-22:24 Then
shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the
brooks.
18-27:16 Though
he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare
raiment as the clay;
18-28:6 The
stones of it are the place of
sapphires: and it hath dust of gold.
18-30:19 He
hath cast me into the mire, and I am become like dust
and ashes.
18-34:15 All
flesh shall perish together, and man shall turn again unto dust.
18-38:38 When
the dust groweth into hardness, and the clods
cleave fast together?
18-39:14 Which
leaveth her eggs in the earth, and warmeth them in dust,
18-40:13 Hide
them in the dust together; and bind their faces in secret.
18-42:6 Wherefore
I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.
19-7:5 Let
the enemy persecute my soul, and take it;
yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.
19-18:42 Then
did I beat them small as the dust before the
wind: I did cast them out as the dirt in the streets.
19-22:15 My
strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and
thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
19-22:29 All
they that be fat upon earth shall eat
and worship: all they that go down to the dust
shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
19-30:9 What
profit is there in my blood, when I
go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee?
shall it declare thy truth?
19-44:25 For
our soul is bowed down to the dust: our belly
cleaveth unto the earth.
19-72:9 They
that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; and his enemies shall lick
the dust.
19-78:27 He
rained flesh also upon them as dust, and
feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea:
19-102:14 For
thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
19-103:14 For
he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
19-104:29 Thou
hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die,
and return to their dust.
19-113:7 He
raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the
dunghill;
19-119:25 DALETH.
My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me
according to thy word.
20-8:26 While
as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
21-3:20 All
go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all
turn to dust again.
21-12:7 Then
shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and
the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
23-2:10 Enter
into the rock, and hide thee in the dust, for
fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty.
23-5:24 Therefore
as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness,
and their blossom shall go up as dust: because
they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the
Holy One of Israel.
23-25:12 And
the fortress of the high fort of thy walls shall he bring down, lay low, and bring to the ground, even to the dust.
23-26:5 For
he bringeth down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he layeth it low; he
layeth it low, even to the ground; he
bringeth it even to the dust.
23-26:19 Thy
dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they
arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust:
for thy dew is as the dew of herbs,
and the earth shall cast out the dead.
23-29:4 And
thou shalt be brought down, and shalt
speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust, and thy voice shall be, as of one that hath a
familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust.
23-29:5 Moreover
the multitude of thy strangers shall be like small dust,
and the multitude of the terrible ones shall
be as chaff that passeth away: yea, it shall be at an instant suddenly.
23-34:7 And
the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and
their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust
made fat with fatness.
23-34:9 And
the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become
burning pitch.
23-40:12 Who
hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with
the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth
in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?
23-40:15 Behold,
the nations are as a drop of a
bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the
balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing.
23-41:2 Who
raised up the righteous man from the
east, called him to his foot, gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? he gave them as the dust
to his sword, and as driven stubble
to his bow.
23-47:1 Come
down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of
Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no
throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender
and delicate.
23-49:23 And
kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they
shall bow down to thee with their face
toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy
feet; and thou shalt know that I am the
LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.
23-52:2 Shake
thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself
from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
23-65:25 The
wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the
bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all
my holy mountain, saith the LORD.
25-2:10 The
elders of the daughter of Zion sit upon the ground, and keep silence: they have cast up dust
upon their heads; they have girded themselves with sackcloth: the virgins of
Jerusalem hang down their heads to the ground.
25-3:29 He
putteth his mouth in the dust; if so be there
may be hope.
26-24:7 For
her blood is in the midst of her; she set it upon the top of a rock; she poured
it not upon the ground, to cover it with dust;
26-26:4 And
they shall destroy the walls of Tyrus, and break down her towers: I will also
scrape her dust from her, and make her like the
top of a rock.
26-26:10 By
reason of the abundance of his horses their dust
shall cover thee: thy walls shall shake at the noise of the horsemen, and of
the wheels, and of the chariots, when he shall enter into thy gates, as men
enter into a city wherein is made a breach.
26-26:12 And
they shall make a spoil of thy riches, and make a prey of thy merchandise: and
they shall break down thy walls, and destroy thy pleasant houses: and they
shall lay thy stones and thy timber and thy dust
in the midst of the water.
26-27:30 And
shall cause their voice to be heard against thee, and shall cry bitterly, and
shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall
wallow themselves in the ashes:
27-12:2 And
many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth
shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
30-2:7 That
pant after the dust of the earth on the head of
the poor, and turn aside the way of the meek: and a man and his father will go
in unto the same maid, to profane my
holy name:
33-1:10 Declare
ye it not at Gath, weep ye not at
all: in the house of Aphrah roll thyself in the dust.
33-7:17 They
shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall
move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD
our God, and shall fear because of thee.
34-1:3 The
LORD is slow to anger, and great in
power, and will not at all acquit the
wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the
clouds are the dust of his feet.
34-3:18 Thy
shepherds slumber, O king of Assyria: thy nobles shall dwell in the dust: thy
people is scattered upon the mountains, and no man gathereth them.
35-1:10 And
they shall scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them: they
shall deride every strong hold; for they shall heap dust,
and take it.
36-1:17 And
I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because
they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung.
38-9:3 And
Tyrus did build herself a strong hold, and heaped up silver as the dust, and fine gold as the mire of the streets.
40-10:14 And
whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of
that house or city, shake off the dust of your
feet.
41-6:11 And
whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off
the dust under your feet for a testimony against
them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha
in the day of judgment, than for that city.
42-9:5 And
whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very
dust from your feet for a testimony against
them.
42-10:11 Even
the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on
us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the
kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
44-13:51 But
they shook off the dust of their feet against
them, and came unto Iconium.
44-22:23 And
as they cried out, and cast off their clothes,
and threw dust into the air,
66-18:19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas,
alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by
reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

05-DEUTERONOMY
05-25:5 If
brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the
dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband’s brother shall go in
unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty
of an husband’s brother unto her.
05-25:7 And
if the man like not to take his brother’s wife, then let his brother’s wife go
up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband’s brother refuseth to raise
up unto his brother a name in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband’s brother.
14-8:14 And
he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the
priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise and
minister before the priests, as the duty of
every day required: the porters also by their courses at every gate: for so had
David the man of God commanded.
15-3:4 They
kept also the feast of tabernacles, as it
is written, and offered the daily
burnt offerings by number, according to the custom, as the duty of every day required;
21-12:13 Let
us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his
commandments: for this is the whole duty of
man.
42-17:10 So
likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you,
say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
45-15:27 It
hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have
been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty
is also to minister unto them in carnal things.
