the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, saw the mourning in the floor of
Atad, they said, This is a grievous
mourning to the Egyptians:
wherefore the name of it was called Abelmizraim, which is beyond

flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the
Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the

in the sight of the Egyptians:
and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty:

go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon
thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses: and the
houses of the Egyptians
shall be full of swarms of flies, and
also the ground whereon they are.
02-8:26 And Moses said, It is not meet so to
do; for we shall sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians to the LORD our God: lo, shall we sacrifice
the abomination of the Egyptians
before their eyes, and will they not stone us?
02-9:11 And the magicians could not stand
before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians, and
upon all the Egyptians.
02-10:6 And they shall fill thy houses, and

fathers, nor thy fathers’ fathers have seen, since the day that they were upon
the earth unto this day. And he turned himself, and went out from Pharaoh.
02-11:3 And the LORD gave the people favour
in the sight of the Egyptians.
Moreover the man Moses was very great

02-12:23 For the LORD will pass through to
smite the Egyptians; and
when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD
will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your
houses to smite you.
02-12:27 That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the LORD’S passover,
who passed over the houses of the children of

02-12:35 And the children of
02-12:36 And the LORD gave the people favour
in the sight of the Egyptians,
so that they lent unto them such things
as they required. And they spoiled the Egyptians.
02-14:4 And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart,
that he shall follow after them; and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon
all his host; that the Egyptians
may know that I am the LORD. And they
did so.
02-14:9 But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his
horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth,
before Baalzephon.
02-14:10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the

02-14:12 Is
not this the word that we did tell thee in
02-14:13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear
ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to
you to day: for the Egyptians
whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
02-14:17 And I, behold, I will harden the

and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all

02-14:18 And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his
chariots, and upon his horsemen.
02-14:20 And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of
02-14:23 And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst
of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s
horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.
02-14:24 And it came to pass, that in the
morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud,
and troubled the host of the Egyptians,

that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of

out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and
upon their horsemen.
02-14:27 And Moses stretched forth his hand
over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and
the Egyptians
fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
02-14:30 Thus the LORD saved

the LORD did upon the Egyptians:
and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses.
02-15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently
hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in
his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I
will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.
02-18:8 And Moses told his father in law all
that the LORD had done unto Pharaoh and to the Egyptians for Israel’s sake, and all the travail that had come upon them by the way, and how the LORD delivered them.
02-18:9 And Jethro rejoiced for all the
goodness which the LORD had done to
02-18:10 And Jethro said, Blessed be the LORD, who hath delivered you out
of the hand of the Egyptians,
and out of the hand of Pharaoh, who hath delivered the people from under the
hand of the Egyptians.
02-19:4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles’ wings, and brought you unto myself.
02-32:12 Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, and say, For
mischief did he bring them out, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume
them from the face of the earth? Turn from thy fierce wrath, and repent of this
evil against thy people.
04-14:13 And Moses
said unto the LORD, Then the Egyptians shall hear it, (for thou broughtest up this people in thy might from among
them;)
04-20:15 How our fathers
went down into
04-33:3 And they
departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first
month; on the morrow after the passover the children of
04-33:4 For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the LORD had
smitten among them: upon their gods also the LORD executed judgments.
05-26:6 And the Egyptians evil entreated us, and
afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage:
06-24:6 And I
brought your fathers out of
06-24:7 And when
they cried unto the LORD, he put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea upon
them, and covered them; and your eyes have seen what I have done in Egypt: and
ye dwelt in the wilderness a long season.
07-6:9 And
I delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians, and out of the hand of all that oppressed
you, and drave them out from before you, and gave you their land;
07-10:11 And
the LORD said unto the children of
09-4:8 Woe
unto us! who shall deliver us out of the hand of these mighty Gods? these are the Gods that smote the Egyptians with all the plagues in
the wilderness.
09-6:6 Wherefore
then do ye harden your hearts, as the Egyptians and Pharaoh hardened their hearts? when he
had wrought wonderfully among them, did they not let the people go, and they
departed?
09-10:18 And
said unto the children of Israel, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I brought
up Israel out of Egypt, and delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians, and out of the hand of
all kingdoms, and of them that
oppressed you:
12-7:6 For
the Lord had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a
noise of horses, even the noise of a
great host: and they said one to another, Lo, the king of Israel hath hired
against us the kings of the Hittites, and the kings of the Egyptians, to come upon us.
15-9:1 Now
when these things were done, the princes came to me, saying, The people of
Israel, and the priests, and the Levites, have not separated themselves from
the people of the lands, doing according
to their abominations, even of the
Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the
Moabites, the Egyptians,
and the Amorites.
23-19:2 And
I will set the Egyptians
against the Egyptians:
and they shall fight every one against his brother, and every one against his
neighbour; city against city, and kingdom
against kingdom.
23-19:4 And
the Egyptians
will I give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule
over them, saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts.
23-19:21 And
the LORD shall be known to
23-19:23 In
that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian
shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the
Assyrians.
