46-1 CORINTHIANS
46-1:5 That
in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all
utterance, and in all knowledge;
46-1:30 But
of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is
made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
46-1:31 That,
according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him
glory in the Lord.
46-2:2 For
I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
46-2:9 But
as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into
the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
46-2:11 For
what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the
Spirit of God.
46-2:14 But
the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are
foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually
discerned.
46-2:16 For
who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
46-3:17 If
any man defile the temple of God, him shall God
destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
46-3:18 Let
no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world,
let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
46-5:3 For
I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as
though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,
46-7:12 But
to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth
not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away.
46-7:13 And
the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to
dwell with her, let her not leave him.
46-7:15 But
if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A
brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
46-7:17 But
as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let
him walk. And so ordain I in all churches.
46-7:18 Is
any man called being circumcised? let him not
become uncircumcised. Is any called in uncircumcision? let him not be circumcised.
46-7:36 But
if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she
pass the flower of her age, and need
so require, let him do what he will, he sinneth
not: let them marry.
46-8:3 But
if any man love God, the same is known of him.
46-8:6 But
to us there is but one God, the
Father, of whom are all things, and
we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
46-8:10 For
if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol’s temple, shall
not the conscience of him which is weak be
emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols;
46-10:12 Wherefore
let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest
he fall.
46-11:14 Doth
not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame
unto him?
46-11:28 But
let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of
that bread, and drink of that cup.
46-11:34 And
if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye
come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I
come.
46-12:18 But
now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
46-14:2 For
he that speaketh in an unknown tongue
speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit
in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.
46-14:11 Therefore
if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me.
46-14:13 Wherefore
let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret.
46-14:28 But
if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence
in the church; and let him speak to himself, and
to God.
46-14:37 If
any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you
are the commandments of the Lord.
46-14:38 But
if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.
46-15:27 For
he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put
under him,
it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
46-15:28 And
when all things shall be subdued unto him, then
shall the Son also himself be subject unto him
that put all things under him, that God may be
all in all.
46-15:38 But
God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and
to every seed his own body.
46-16:2 Upon
the first day of the week let every
one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
46-16:11 Let
no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me: for I
look for him with the brethren.
46-16:12 As
touching our brother Apollos, I
greatly desired him to come unto you with the
brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come
when he shall have convenient time.
46-16:22 If
any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him
be Anathema Maranatha.
47-2 CORINTHIANS
47-1:19 For
the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timotheus,
was not yea and nay, but in him was yea.
47-1:20 For
all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him
Amen, unto the glory of God by us.
47-2:7 So
that contrariwise ye ought rather to
forgive him,
and comfort him,
lest perhaps such a one should be swallowed up with overmuch sorrow.
47-2:8 Wherefore
I beseech you that ye would confirm your love
toward him.
47-5:9 Wherefore
we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.
47-5:15 And
that he died for all, that they which
live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
47-5:16 Wherefore
henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ
after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
47-5:21 For
he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the
righteousness of God in him.
47-6:1 We
then, as workers together with him, beseech
you also that ye receive not the
grace of God in vain.
47-7:14 For
if I have boasted any thing to him of you, I am
not ashamed; but as we spake all things to you in truth, even so our boasting,
which I made before Titus, is found a
truth.
47-7:15 And
his inward affection is more abundant toward you, whilst he remembereth the
obedience of you all, how with fear and trembling ye received him.
47-8:18 And
we have sent with him the brother, whose praise is in the gospel throughout all the
churches;
47-9:7 Every
man according as he purposeth in his heart, so
let him give; not grudgingly, or of
necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
47-10:7 Do
ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself
that he is Christ’s, let him of himself think
this again, that, as he is Christ’s,
even so are we Christ’s.
47-10:17 But
he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
47-11:4 For
if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye
have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well
bear with him.
47-12:18 I
desired Titus, and with him I sent a brother. Did Titus make a gain of
you? walked we not in the same spirit? walked
we not in the same steps?
47-13:4 For
though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God.
For we also are weak in him, but we shall live
with him by the power of God toward you.
48-GALATIANS
48-1:1 Paul,
an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the
Father, who raised him from the dead;)
48-1:6 I
marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that
called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
48-1:8 But
though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that
which we have preached unto you, let him be
accursed.
48-1:9 As
we said before, so say I now again, If any man
preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
48-1:16 To
reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him
among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
48-1:18 Then
after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.
48-2:11 But
when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him
to the face, because he was to be blamed.
48-2:13 And
the other Jews dissembled likewise with him;
insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation.
48-3:6 Even
as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him
for righteousness.
48-4:29 But
as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him
that was born after the Spirit, even
so it is now.
48-5:8 This
persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you.
48-6:6 Let
him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
49-EPHESIANS
49-1:4 According
as he hath chosen us in him before the
foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
49-1:10 That
in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all
things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
49-1:11 In
whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the
purpose of him who worketh all things after the
counsel of his own will:
49-1:17 That
the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the
spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
49-1:20 Which
he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from
the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
49-1:22 And
hath put all things under his feet,
and gave him to
be the head over all things to
the church,
49-1:23 Which
is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all
in all.
49-2:18 For
through him we both have access by one Spirit
unto the Father.
49-3:12 In
whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
49-3:20 Now
unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly
above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
49-3:21 Unto
him be glory
in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
49-4:15 But
speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him
in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
49-4:21 If
so be that ye have heard him, and have been
taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
49-4:28 Let
him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
49-6:9 And,
ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that
your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.
50-PHILIPPIANS
50-1:29 For
unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
50-2:7 But
made himself of no reputation, and took upon him
the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
50-2:9 Wherefore
God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
50-2:22 But
ye know the proof of him, that, as a son with
the father, he hath served with me in the gospel.
50-2:23 Him therefore I hope to send presently, so soon as I
shall see how it will go with me.
50-2:27 For
indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him
only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.
50-2:28 I
sent him therefore the more carefully, that,
when ye see him again, ye may rejoice, and that I
may be the less sorrowful.
50-2:29 Receive
him therefore in the Lord with all gladness; and
hold such in reputation:
50-3:9 And
be found in him, not having mine own
righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of
Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
50-3:10 That
I may know him, and the power of his
resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto
his death;
51-COLOSSIANS
51-1:16 For
by him were all things created, that are in
heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or
principalities, or powers: all things were created by him,
and for him:
51-1:17 And
he is before all things, and by him all things
consist.
51-1:19 For
it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
51-1:20 And,
having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him
to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
51-2:6 As
ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:
51-2:7 Rooted
and built up in him, and stablished in the
faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
51-2:9 For
in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead
bodily.
51-2:10 And
ye are complete in him, which is the head of all
principality and power:
51-2:12 Buried
with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen
with him through
the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him
from the dead.
51-2:13 And
you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he
quickened together with him, having forgiven you
all trespasses;
51-3:4 When
Christ, who is our life, shall
appear, then shall ye also appear with him in
glory.
51-3:10 And
have put on the new man, which is
renewed in knowledge after the image of him that
created him:
51-3:17 And
whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all
in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
51-4:10 Aristarchus
my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister’s son to Barnabas, (touching
whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;)
51-4:13 For
I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for
you, and them that are in Laodicea
and them in Hierapolis.
52-1 THESSALONIANS
52-4:14 For
if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in
Jesus will God bring with him.
52-5:10 Who
died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
53-2 THESSALONIANS
53-1:12 That
the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord
Jesus Christ.
53-2:1 Now
we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
53-2:9 Even him, whose
coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying
wonders,
53-3:14 And
if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no
company with him, that he may be ashamed.
53-3:15 Yet
count him not
as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
54-1 TIMOTHY
54-1:16 Howbeit
for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth
all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
54-5:1 Rebuke
not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brethren;
55-2 TIMOTHY
55-1:12 For
the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for
I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that
which I have committed unto him against that
day.
55-1:18 The
Lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of
the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus,
thou knowest very well.
55-2:4 No
man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him
who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
55-2:11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be
dead with him,
we shall also live with him:
55-2:12 If
we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
55-2:26 And
that they may recover themselves out
of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him
at his will.
55-4:11 Only
Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with
thee: for he is profitable to me for the ministry.
55-4:14 Alexander
the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him
according to his works:
56-TITUS
56-1:16 They
profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and
disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
57-PHILEMON
57-1:12 Whom
I have sent again: thou therefore receive him,
that is, mine own bowels:
57-1:15 For
perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever;
57-1:17 If
thou count me therefore a partner, receive him
as myself.
58-HEBREWS
58-1:5 For
unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I
begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a
Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
58-1:6 And
again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let
all the angels of God worship him.
58-2:3 How
shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to
be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
58-2:6 But
one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of
him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
58-2:7 Thou
madest him a little lower than the angels; thou
crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst
set him over the works of thy hands:
58-2:8 Thou
hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in
subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.
58-2:10 For
it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are
all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their
salvation perfect through sufferings.
58-2:13 And
again, I will put my trust in him. And again,
Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
58-2:14 Forasmuch
then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise
took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
58-2:16 For
verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the
seed of Abraham.
58-2:17 Wherefore
in all things it behoved him to be made like
unto his brethren, that he might be a
merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining
to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
58-3:2 Who
was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was
faithful in all his house.
58-4:13 Neither
is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
58-5:5 So
also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said
unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I
begotten thee.
58-5:7 Who
in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with
strong crying and tears unto him that was able
to save him from death, and was heard in that he
feared;
58-5:9 And
being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them
that obey him;
58-6:6 If
they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify
to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
58-7:1 For
this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning
from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him;
58-7:6 But
he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and
blessed him that had the promises.
58-7:10 For
he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
58-7:21 (For
those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him,
The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art
a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)
58-7:25 Wherefore
he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for
them.
58-9:9 Which
was a figure for the time then
present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the
conscience;
58-9:28 So
Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto
salvation.
58-10:30 For
we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense,
saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
58-10:38 Now
the just shall live by faith: but if any
man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
58-11:5 By
faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found,
because God had translated him: for before his
translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
58-11:6 But
without faith it is impossible to
please him:
for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
58-11:9 By
faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob,
the heirs with him of the same promise:
58-11:11 Through
faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered
of a child when she was past age, because she judged him
faithful who had promised.
58-11:12 Therefore
sprang there even of one, and him as good as
dead, so many as the stars of the sky
in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.
58-11:19 Accounting
that God was able to raise him up,
even from the dead; from whence also he received him
in a figure.
58-11:27 By
faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as
seeing him who is invisible.
58-12:2 Looking
unto Jesus the author and finisher of our
faith; who for the joy that was set before him
endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of
the throne of God.
58-12:3 For
consider him that endured such contradiction of
sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
58-12:5 And
ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My
son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art
rebuked of him:
