01-GENESIS
01-18:19 For
I know him, that he will command his children and his household
after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment;
that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.
01-31:37 Whereas
thou hast searched all my stuff, what hast thou found of all thy household stuff? set it here before my brethren and thy brethren, that they may judge
betwixt us both.
01-35:2 Then
Jacob said unto his household, and to all that were with him, Put away the strange gods
that are among you, and be clean, and
change your garments:
01-45:11 And
there will I nourish thee; for yet there
are five years of famine; lest thou, and thy household,
and all that thou hast, come to poverty.
01-47:12 And
Joseph nourished his father, and his brethren, and all his father’s household, with bread, according to their families.
02-1:1 Now
these are the names of the children
of
02-12:4 And
if the household be too little for the lamb, let
him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his
eating shall make your count for the lamb.
03-16:17 And
there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goeth in to
make an atonement in the holy place, until
he come out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel.
05-6:22 And
the LORD shewed signs and wonders, great and sore, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh,
and upon all his household, before our eyes:
05-14:26 And
thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen,
or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul
desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt
rejoice, thou, and thine household,
05-15:20 Thou
shalt eat it before the LORD thy God
year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, thou and thy household.
06-2:18 Behold,
when we come into the land, thou shalt
bind this line of scarlet thread in the window which thou didst let us down by:
and thou shalt bring thy father, and thy mother, and thy brethren, and all thy
father’s household, home unto thee.
06-6:25 And
Joshua saved Rahab the harlot alive, and her father’s household,
and all that she had; and she dwelleth in
06-7:14 In
the morning therefore ye shall be brought according to your tribes: and it
shall be, that the tribe which the
LORD taketh shall come according to the families thereof; and the family which the LORD shall take shall come by
households; and the household which the LORD
shall take shall come man by man.
06-7:18 And
he brought his household man by man; and Achan,
the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah,
was taken.
07-JUDGES
07-6:27 Then
Gideon took ten men of his servants, and did as the LORD had said unto him: and
so it was, because he feared his father’s
household, and the men of the city, that he
could not do it by day, that he did it by night.
07-18:25 And
the children of Dan said unto him, Let not thy voice be heard among us, lest
angry fellows run upon thee, and thou lose thy life, with the lives of thy household.
09-25:17 Now
therefore know and consider what thou wilt do; for evil is determined against
our master, and against all his household: for
he is such a son of Belial, that a man cannot speak to him.
09-27:3 And
David dwelt with Achish at Gath, he and his men, every man with his household, even David
with his two wives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the Carmelitess,
Nabal’s wife.
10-2:3 And
his men that were with him did David
bring up, every man with his household: and they
dwelt in the cities of
10-6:11 And
the ark of the LORD continued in the house of Obededom the Gittite three
months: and the LORD blessed Obededom, and all his household.
10-6:20 Then
David returned to bless his household. And
Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, How glorious was
the king of
10-15:16 And
the king went forth, and all his household after
him. And the king left ten women, which
were concubines, to keep the house.
10-16:2 And
the king said unto Ziba, What meanest thou by these? And Ziba said, The asses be for the king’s household to ride on; and the bread and summer fruit
for the young men to eat; and the wine, that such as be faint in the wilderness
may drink.
10-17:23 And
when Ahithophel saw that his counsel was not followed, he saddled his ass, and arose, and gat him home to
his house, to his city, and put his household in
order, and hanged himself, and died, and was buried in the sepulchre of his
father.
10-19:18 And
there went over a ferry boat to carry over the king’s household,
and to do what he thought good. And Shimei the son of
10-19:41 And,
behold, all the men of Israel came to the king, and said unto the king, Why
have our brethren the men of Judah stolen thee away, and have brought the king,
and his household, and all David’s men with him,
over Jordan?
11-4:6 And
Ahishar was over the household: and Adoniram the son of Abda was over the tribute.
11-4:7 And
Solomon had twelve officers over all
11-5:9 My
servants shall bring them down from
11-5:11 And
Solomon gave Hiram twenty thousand measures of wheat for food to his household, and
twenty measures of pure oil: thus gave Solomon to Hiram year by year.
11-11:20 And
the sister of Tahpenes bare him Genubath his son, whom Tahpenes weaned in
Pharaoh’s house: and Genubath was in Pharaoh’s household
among the sons of Pharaoh.
12-7:9 Then
they said one to another, We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry till
the morning light, some mischief will come upon us: now therefore come, that we
may go and tell the king’s household.
12-8:1 Then
spake Elisha unto the woman, whose son he had restored to life, saying, Arise,
and go thou and thine household, and sojourn
wheresoever thou canst sojourn: for the LORD hath called for a famine; and it
shall also come upon the land seven years.
12-8:2 And
the woman arose, and did after the saying of the man of God: and she went with
her household, and sojourned in the land of the
Philistines seven years.
12-18:18 And
when they had called to the king, there came out to them Eliakim the son of
Hilkiah, which was over the household, and Shebna the scribe, and Joah the son of
Asaph the recorder.
12-18:37 Then
came Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, which was
over the household, and Shebna the scribe,
and Joah the son of Asaph the recorder, to Hezekiah with their clothes rent, and told him the words of Rabshakeh.
12-19:2 And
he sent Eliakim, which was over the household, and Shebna the scribe, and the elders of
the priests, covered with sackcloth, to Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz.
13-24:6 And
Shemaiah the son of Nethaneel the scribe, one
of the Levites, wrote them before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the
priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and before the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites: one
principal household being taken for Eleazar, and
one taken for Ithamar.
16-13:8 And
it grieved me sore: therefore I cast forth all the household
stuff of Tobiah out of the chamber.
18-1:3 His
substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred
yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all
the men of the east.
20-27:27 And
thou shalt have goats’ milk enough
for thy food, for the food of thy household, and
for the maintenance for thy maidens.
20-31:15 She
riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
20-31:21 She
is not afraid of the snow for her household: for
all her household are clothed with scarlet.
20-31:27 She
looketh well to the ways of her household, and
eateth not the bread of idleness.
23-36:22 Then
came Eliakim, the son of Hilkiah, that was
over the household, and Shebna the scribe,
and Joah, the son of Asaph, the recorder, to Hezekiah with their clothes rent, and told him the words of Rabshakeh.
23-37:2 And
he sent Eliakim, who was over the household, and Shebna the scribe, and the elders of
the priests covered with sackcloth, unto Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz.
40-10:25 It
is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his
lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?
40-10:36 And
a man’s foes shall be they of his own
household.
40-24:45 Who
then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
42-12:42 And
the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them
their portion of meat in due season?
44-10:7 And
when the angel which spake unto Cornelius was departed, he called two of his household servants, and a devout soldier of them that
waited on him continually;
44-16:15 And
when she was baptized, and her household, she
besought us, saying, If ye have
judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us.
45-16:10 Salute
Apelles approved in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus’ household.
45-16:11 Salute
Herodion my kinsman. Greet them that be of the household of Narcissus, which are in
the Lord.
46-1:16 And
I baptized also the household of Stephanas: besides,
I know not whether I baptized any other.
48-6:10 As
we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household
of faith.
49-2:19 Now
therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the
saints, and of the household of God;
50-4:22 All
the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesar’s household.
55-4:19 Salute
Prisca and Aquila, and the household of
Onesiphorus.

40-MATTHEW
40-13:27 So
the servants of the householder came and said unto
him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it
tares?
40-13:52 Then
said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which
is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder,
which bringeth forth out of his treasure things
new and old.
40-20:1 For
the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that
is an householder, which went out early in
the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.
40-21:33 Hear
another parable: There was a certain householder,
which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in
it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far
country:

01-GENESIS
01-42:33 And
the man, the lord of the country, said unto us, Hereby shall I know that ye are true men; leave one of your brethren here
with me, and take food for the
famine of your households, and be gone:
01-45:18 And
take your father and your households, and come
unto me: and I will give you the good of the land of Egypt, and ye shall eat
the fat of the land.
01-47:24 And
it shall come to pass in the increase, that ye shall give the fifth part unto Pharaoh, and four parts shall be
your own, for seed of the field, and for your food, and for them of your households, and for food for your little ones.
04-NUMBERS
04-18:31 And
ye shall eat it in every place, ye and your households:
for it is your reward for your
service in the tabernacle of the congregation.
05-11:6 And
what he did unto Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, the son of Reuben: how
the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and their tents, and all the substance
that was in their possession, in the
midst of all Israel:
05-12:7 And
there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that
ye put your hand unto, ye and your households,
wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee.
06-7:14 In
the morning therefore ye shall be brought according to your tribes: and it
shall be, that the tribe which the
LORD taketh shall come according to the families thereof; and the family which the LORD shall take shall come by households; and the household which the LORD shall
take shall come man by man.

01-GENESIS
01-42:19 If
ye be true men, let one of your brethren be bound in the house of your prison:
go ye, carry corn for the famine of your houses:
02-EXODUS
02-1:21 And
it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that he made them houses.
02-6:14 These
be the heads of their fathers’ houses: The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel;
Hanoch, and Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi: these be
the families of Reuben.
02-8:9 And
Moses said unto Pharaoh, Glory over me: when shall I intreat for thee, and for
thy servants, and for thy people, to destroy the frogs from thee and thy houses, that they
may remain in the river only?
02-8:11 And
the frogs shall depart from thee, and from thy houses,
and from thy servants, and from thy people; they shall remain in the river
only.
02-8:13 And
the LORD did according to the word of Moses; and the frogs died out of the houses, out of the villages, and out of the fields.
02-8:21 Else,
if thou wilt not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon thee, and upon thy
servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses:
and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of
swarms of flies, and also the ground
whereon they are.
02-8:24 And
the LORD did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants’ houses, and into
all the land of Egypt: the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies.
02-9:20 He
that feared the word of the LORD among the servants of Pharaoh made his
servants and his cattle flee into the houses:
02-10:6 And
they shall fill thy houses, and the houses of all thy servants, and the houses of all the Egyptians; which neither thy
fathers, nor thy fathers’ fathers have seen, since the day that they were upon
the earth unto this day. And he turned himself, and went out from Pharaoh.
02-12:7 And
they shall take of the blood, and strike it
on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.
02-12:13 And
the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses
where ye are: and when I see the
blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.
02-12:15 Seven
days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven
out of your houses: for whosoever eateth
leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut
off from Israel.
02-12:19 Seven
days shall there be no leaven found in your houses:
for whosoever eateth that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut off
from the congregation of Israel, whether he be a stranger, or born in the land.
02-12:23 For
the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood
upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door,
and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses
to smite you.
02-12:27 That
ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of
the LORD’S passover, who passed over the houses
of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered
our houses. And the people bowed the head and
worshipped.
03-25:31 But
the houses of the villages which have no wall
round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be
redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile.
03-25:32 Notwithstanding
the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the
Levites redeem at any time.
03-25:33 And
if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of
his possession, shall go out in the year
of jubile: for the houses of the cities of the
Levites are their possession among
the children of Israel.
04-4:22 Take
also the sum of the sons of Gershon, throughout the houses
of their fathers, by their families;
04-16:32 And
the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their
goods.
04-17:6 And
Moses spake unto the children of Israel, and every one of their princes gave
him a rod apiece, for each prince one, according to their fathers’ houses, even twelve
rods: and the rod of Aaron was among
their rods.
04-32:18 We
will not return unto our houses, until the
children of Israel have inherited every man his inheritance.
05-6:11 And
houses full of all good things, which thou filledst not, and wells digged, which thou
diggedst not, vineyards and olive trees, which thou plantedst not; when thou
shalt have eaten and be full;
05-8:12 Lest
when thou hast eaten and art full,
and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;
05-19:1 When
the LORD thy God hath cut off the nations, whose land the LORD thy God giveth
thee, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their cities, and in their houses;
06-9:12 This
our bread we took hot for our
provision out of our houses on the day we came forth
to go unto you; but now, behold, it is dry, and it is mouldy:
07-18:14 Then
answered the five men that went to spy out the country of Laish, and said unto
their brethren, Do ye know that there is in these houses
an ephod, and teraphim, and a graven image, and a molten image? now therefore
consider what ye have to do.
07-18:22 And when they were a good way from the
house of Micah, the men that were in
the houses near to Micah’s house were gathered
together, and overtook the children of Dan.
11-9:10 And
it came to pass at the end of twenty years, when Solomon had built the two houses, the house of the LORD, and the king’s house,
11-13:32 For
the saying which he cried by the word of the LORD against the altar in Bethel, and
against all the houses of the high places which are in the cities of Samaria, shall
surely come to pass.
11-20:6 Yet
I will send my servants unto thee to morrow about this time, and they shall
search thine house, and the houses of thy
servants; and it shall be, that whatsoever
is pleasant in thine eyes, they shall put it
in their hand, and take it away.
12-17:29 Howbeit
every nation made gods of their own, and put them in the houses of the high places
which the Samaritans had made, every nation in their cities wherein they dwelt.
12-17:32 So
they feared the LORD, and made unto themselves of the lowest of them priests of
the high places, which sacrificed for them in the houses
of the high places.
12-23:7 And
he brake down the houses of the sodomites, that were by the house of the LORD, where the
women wove hangings for the grove.
12-23:19 And
all the houses also of the high places that were in the cities of Samaria, which the
kings of Israel had made to provoke the
LORD to anger, Josiah took away, and did to them according to all the acts
that he had done in Bethel.
12-25:9 And
he burnt the house of the LORD, and the king’s house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, and every great man’s house burnt he with fire.
13-15:1 And
David made him houses in the city of David, and prepared a place for
the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent.
13-28:11 Then
David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of the houses thereof, and of the treasuries thereof, and of
the upper chambers thereof, and of the inner parlours thereof, and of the place
of the mercy seat,
13-29:4 Even three thousand talents of gold, of
the gold of Ophir, and seven thousand talents of refined silver, to overlay the
walls of the houses withal:
14-25:5 Moreover
Amaziah gathered Judah together, and made them captains over thousands, and
captains over hundreds, according to the houses
of their fathers, throughout all Judah
and Benjamin: and he numbered them from twenty years old and above, and found
them three hundred thousand choice men,
able to go forth to war, that could handle spear and shield.
14-34:11 Even
to the artificers and builders gave they it,
to buy hewn stone, and timber for couplings, and to floor the houses which the kings of Judah had destroyed.
14-35:4 And
prepare yourselves by the houses of your fathers, after your courses, according to
the writing of David king of Israel, and according to the writing of Solomon
his son.
16-4:14 And
I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the
rest of the people, Be not ye afraid of them: remember the Lord, which is great and terrible, and fight
for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses.
16-5:3 Some also there were that said, We have
mortgaged our lands, vineyards, and houses, that
we might buy corn, because of the dearth.
16-5:11 Restore,
I pray you, to them, even this day, their lands, their vineyards, their
oliveyards, and their houses, also the hundredth
part of the money, and of the corn,
the wine, and the oil, that ye exact of them.
16-7:4 Now
the city was large and great: but the
people were few therein, and the houses were not
builded.
16-9:25 And
they took strong cities, and a fat land, and possessed houses
full of all goods, wells digged, vineyards, and oliveyards, and fruit trees in
abundance: so they did eat, and were filled, and became fat, and delighted
themselves in thy great goodness.
16-10:34 And
we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood
offering, to bring it into the house
of our God, after the houses of our fathers, at
times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of the LORD our God, as it is written in the law:
18-1:4 And
his sons went and feasted in their houses, every one his day; and sent and called for their
three sisters to eat and to drink with them.
18-3:15 Or
with princes that had gold, who filled their houses
with silver:
18-4:19 How
much less in them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are
crushed before the moth?
18-15:28 And
he dwelleth in desolate cities, and in
houses which no man inhabiteth, which are ready
to become heaps.
18-21:9 Their
houses are
safe from fear, neither is the
rod of God upon them.
18-22:18 Yet
he filled their houses with good things: but the counsel of the wicked is
far from me.
18-24:16 In
the dark they dig through houses, which they had marked for themselves in
the daytime: they know not the light.
19-49:11 Their
inward thought is, that their houses shall
continue for ever, and their
dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.
19-83:12 Who
said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God
in possession.
20-1:13 We
shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses
with spoil:
20-30:26 The
conies are but a feeble folk, yet
make they their houses in the rocks;
21-2:4 I
made me great works; I builded me houses; I
planted me vineyards:
23-3:14 The
LORD will enter into judgment with the ancients of his people, and the princes
thereof: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses.
23-5:9 In
mine ears said the LORD of hosts, Of
a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and fair, without inhabitant.
23-6:11 Then
said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without
inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the
land be utterly desolate,
23-8:14 And
he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of
offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin
and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
23-13:16 Their
children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.
23-13:21 But
wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses
shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and satyrs
shall dance there.
23-13:22 And
the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.
23-15:3 In
their streets they shall gird themselves with sackcloth: on the tops of their houses, and in their streets, every one shall howl,
weeping abundantly.
23-22:10 And
ye have numbered the houses of Jerusalem, and
the houses have ye broken down to fortify the
wall.
23-32:13 Upon
the land of my people shall come up thorns and
briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city:
23-42:22 But
this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes,
and they are hid in prison houses: they are for
a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.
23-65:21 And
they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards,
and eat the fruit of them.
24-5:7 How
shall I pardon thee for this? thy children have forsaken me, and sworn by them that are no gods: when I had fed
them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops
in the harlots’ houses.
24-5:27 As
a cage is full of birds, so are their
houses full of deceit: therefore they are become
great, and waxen rich.
24-6:12 And
their houses shall be turned unto others, with their fields and wives together:
for I will stretch out my hand upon the inhabitants of the land, saith the
LORD.
24-17:22 Neither
carry forth a burden out of your houses on the
sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I
commanded your fathers.
24-18:22 Let
a cry be heard from their houses, when thou
shalt bring a troop suddenly upon them: for they have digged a pit to take me,
and hid snares for my feet.
24-19:13 And
the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, shall be defiled as the
place of Tophet, because of all the houses upon
whose roofs they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have
poured out drink offerings unto other gods.
24-29:5 Build
ye houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them;
24-29:28 For
therefore he sent unto us in Babylon,
saying, This captivity is long: build
ye houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
24-32:15 For
thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Houses
and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land.
24-32:29 And
the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this
city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose
roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto
other gods, to provoke me to anger.
24-33:4 For
thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning the houses
of this city, and concerning the houses of the
kings of Judah, which are thrown down by the mounts, and by the sword;
24-35:9 Nor
to build houses for us to dwell in: neither have
we vineyard, nor field, nor seed:
24-39:8 And
the Chaldeans burned the king’s house, and the houses
of the people, with fire, and brake down the walls of Jerusalem.
24-43:12 And
I will kindle a fire in the houses of the gods
of Egypt; and he shall burn them, and carry them away captives: and he shall
array himself with the land of Egypt, as a shepherd putteth on his garment; and
he shall go forth from thence in peace.
24-43:13 He
shall break also the images of Bethshemesh, that is in the land of Egypt; and the houses
of the gods of the Egyptians shall he burn with fire.
24-52:13 And
burned the house of the LORD, and the king’s house; and all the houses of Jerusalem, and all the houses of the great men, burned he with fire:
25-5:2 Our
inheritance is turned to strangers, our houses
to aliens.
26-7:24 Wherefore
I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to
cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.
26-11:3 Which
say, It is not near; let us build houses: this city
is the caldron, and we be the
flesh.
26-16:41 And
they shall burn thine houses with fire, and execute
judgments upon thee in the sight of many women: and I will cause thee to cease
from playing the harlot, and thou also shalt give no hire any more.
26-23:47 And
the company shall stone them with stones, and dispatch them with their swords;
they shall slay their sons and their daughters, and burn up their houses with fire.
26-26:12 And
they shall make a spoil of thy riches, and make a prey of thy merchandise: and
they shall break down thy walls, and destroy thy pleasant houses: and they shall lay thy stones and thy timber
and thy dust in the midst of the water.
26-28:26 And
they shall dwell safely therein, and shall build houses,
and plant vineyards; yea, they shall dwell with confidence, when I have
executed judgments upon all those that despise them round about them; and they
shall know that I am the LORD their
God.
26-33:30 Also,
thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by
the walls and in the doors of the houses, and
speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and
hear what is the word that cometh forth from the LORD.
26-45:4 The
holy portion of the land shall be for
the priests the ministers of the sanctuary, which shall come near to minister
unto the LORD: and it shall be a place for their houses,
and an holy place for the sanctuary.
27-2:5 The
king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The thing is gone from me: if ye will
not make known unto me the dream, with the interpretation thereof, ye shall be
cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made a
dunghill.
27-3:29 Therefore
I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing
amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in
pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill:
because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.
28-11:11 They
shall tremble as a bird out of Egypt, and as a dove out of the land of Assyria:
and I will place them in their houses, saith the
LORD.
29-2:9 They
shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall
climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at
the windows like a thief.
30-3:15 And
I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the LORD.
30-5:11 Forasmuch
therefore as your treading is upon
the poor, and ye take from him burdens of wheat: ye have built houses of hewn stone, but ye shall not dwell in them;
ye have planted pleasant vineyards, but ye shall not drink wine of them.
33-1:14 Therefore
shalt thou give presents to Moreshethgath: the houses
of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings
of Israel.
33-2:2 And
they covet fields, and take them by
violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his
house, even a man and his heritage.
33-2:9 The
women of my people have ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children have ye taken away my glory for ever.
36-1:9 In
the same day also will I punish all those that leap on the threshold, which
fill their masters’ houses with violence and
deceit.
36-1:13 Therefore
their goods shall become a booty, and their houses
a desolation: they shall also build houses, but
not inhabit them; and they shall
plant vineyards, but not drink the wine thereof.
36-2:7 And
the coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; they shall feed
thereupon: in the houses of Ashkelon shall they
lie down in the evening: for the LORD their God shall visit them, and turn away
their captivity.
37-1:4 Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in
your cieled houses, and this house lie waste?
38-14:2 For
I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be
taken, and the houses rifled, and the women
ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue
of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
40-11:8 But
what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? behold, they that
wear soft clothing are in kings’ houses.
40-19:29 And
every one that hath forsaken houses, or
brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for
my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting
life.
40-23:14 Woe
unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore
ye shall receive the greater damnation.
41-8:3 And
if I send them away fasting to their own houses,
they will faint by the way: for divers of them came from far.
41-10:30 But
he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses,
and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with
persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
41-12:40 Which
devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make
long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.
42-16:4 I
am resolved what to do, that, when I am put out of the stewardship, they may
receive me into their houses.
42-20:47 Which
devour widows’ houses, and for a shew make long
prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation.
44-4:34 Neither
was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands
or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the
things that were sold,
46-11:22 What?
have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or
despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to
you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you
not.
54-3:12 Let
the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
55-3:6 For
of this sort are they which creep into houses,
and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
56-1:11 Whose
mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses,
teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre’s sake.

20-21:9 It is better to dwell in a corner of the
housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide
house.

a wide house.

him which is on the housetop not come down to
take any thing out of his house:

let him that is on the housetop not go down into
the house, neither enter therein, to
take any thing out of his house:
42-LUKE
42-5:19 And
when they could not find by what way they
might bring him in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop, and let him down through the tiling with his couch into the midst before Jesus.
42-17:31 In
that day, he which shall be upon the housetop,
and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that
is in the field, let him likewise not return back.

the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter

sixth hour:

19-PSALMS
19-129:6 Let
them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:
23-ISAIAH
23-22:1 The
burden of the valley of vision. What aileth thee now, that thou art wholly gone
up to the housetops?
23-37:27 Therefore
their inhabitants were of small
power, they were dismayed and confounded: they were as the grass of the field, and as
the green herb, as the grass on
the housetops, and as corn blasted before it be grown up.
24-48:38 There shall be lamentation generally
upon all the housetops of Moab, and in the
streets thereof: for I have broken Moab like a vessel wherein is no pleasure, saith the LORD.
36-1:5 And
them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops;
and them that worship and that swear
by the LORD, and that swear by Malcham;
40-10:27 What
I tell you in darkness, that speak ye
in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that
preach ye upon the housetops.
42-12:3 Therefore
whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that
which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
