01-17:19 And God said,
Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my
covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.
01-17:21 But my
covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set
time in the next year.
01-21:3 And Abraham
called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac.
01-21:4 And
Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being
eight days old, as God had commanded him.
01-21:5 And
Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.
01-21:8 And the
child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Isaac was weaned.
01-21:10 Wherefore she
said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this
bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even
with Isaac.
01-21:12 And God
said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and
because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto
her voice; for in Isaac shall
thy seed be called.
01-22:2 And he
said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get
thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one
of the mountains which I will tell thee of.
01-22:3 And
Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his
young men with him, and Isaac his
son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the
place of which God had told him.
01-22:6 And
Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his
son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them
together.
01-22:7 And Isaac spake unto Abraham his
father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?
01-22:9 And they
came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there,
and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.
01-24:4 But thou
shalt go unto my country, and to my kindred, and take a wife unto my son Isaac.
01-24:14 And let it
come to pass, that the damsel to whom I shall say, Let down thy pitcher, I pray
thee, that I may drink; and she shall say, Drink, and I will give thy camels
drink also: let the same be she that thou hast appointed for thy servant
Isaac; and thereby shall I know
that thou hast shewed kindness unto my master.
01-24:62 And Isaac came from the way of the well
Lahairoi; for he dwelt in the south country.
01-24:63 And Isaac went out to meditate in the
field at the eventide: and he lifted up his eyes, and saw, and, behold, the
camels were coming.
01-24:64 And
Rebekah lifted up her eyes, and when she saw Isaac, she lighted off the camel.
01-24:66 And the
servant told Isaac all
things that he had done.
01-24:67 And Isaac brought her into his mother
Sarah’s tent, and took Rebekah, and she became his wife; and he loved her: and Isaac was comforted after his
mother’s death.
01-25:5 And
Abraham gave all that he had unto Isaac.
01-25:6 But unto
the sons of the concubines, which Abraham had, Abraham gave gifts, and sent
them away from Isaac his
son, while he yet lived, eastward, unto the east country.
01-25:9 And his
sons Isaac and
Ishmael buried him in the
01-25:11 And it
came to pass after the death of Abraham, that God blessed his son Isaac; and Isaac dwelt by the well Lahairoi.
01-25:19 And these are the generations of Isaac, Abraham’s son: Abraham begat
Isaac:
01-25:20 And Isaac was forty years old when he
took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padanaram, the
sister to Laban the Syrian.
01-25:21 And Isaac intreated the LORD for his
wife, because she was barren: and the
LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived.
01-25:26 And after
that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau’s heel; and his name
was called Jacob: and Isaac was threescore years old when she bare
them.
01-25:28 And Isaac loved Esau, because he did
eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved
Jacob.
01-26:1 And there
was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of
Abraham. And Isaac went
unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar.
01-26:6 And Isaac dwelt in Gerar:
01-26:8 And it came
to pass, when he had been there a long time, that Abimelech king of the
Philistines looked out at a window, and saw, and, behold, Isaac was sporting with Rebekah his wife.
01-26:9 And
Abimelech called Isaac, and
said, Behold, of a surety she is thy
wife: and how saidst thou, She is my
sister? And Isaac said
unto him, Because I said, Lest I die for her.
01-26:12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and
received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.
01-26:16 And
Abimelech said unto Isaac, Go
from us; for thou art much mightier than we.
01-26:17 And Isaac departed thence, and pitched
his tent in the valley of Gerar, and dwelt there.
01-26:18 And Isaac digged again the wells of
water, which they had digged in the days of Abraham his father; for the
Philistines had stopped them after the death of Abraham: and he called their
names after the names by which his father had called them.
01-26:27 And Isaac said unto them, Wherefore
come ye to me, seeing ye hate me, and have sent me away from you?
01-26:31 And they
rose up betimes in the morning, and sware one to another: and Isaac sent them away, and they departed
from him in peace.
01-26:35 Which were
a grief of mind unto Isaac and to
Rebekah.
01-27:1 And it
came to pass, that when Isaac was
old, and his eyes were dim, so that he could not see, he called Esau his eldest
son, and said unto him, My son: and he said unto him, Behold, here am I.
01-27:5 And Rebekah
heard when Isaac spake
to Esau his son. And Esau went to the field to hunt for venison, and to bring
it.
01-27:20 And Isaac said unto his son, How is it that thou hast found it so quickly, my son? And he said,
Because the LORD thy God brought it to
me.
01-27:21 And Isaac said unto Jacob, Come near, I
pray thee, that I may feel thee, my son, whether thou be my very son Esau or not.
01-27:22 And Jacob
went near unto Isaac his
father; and he felt him, and said, The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are
the hands of Esau.
01-27:26 And his
father Isaac said
unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son.
01-27:30 And it
came to pass, as soon as Isaac had
made an end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the
presence of Isaac his
father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting.
01-27:32 And Isaac his father said unto him, Who
art thou? And he said, I am thy son, thy firstborn Esau.
01-27:33 And Isaac trembled very exceedingly,
and said, Who? where is he that hath
taken venison, and brought it me, and
I have eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall be blessed.
01-27:37 And Isaac answered and said unto Esau,
Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for
servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now
unto thee, my son?
01-27:39 And Isaac his father answered and said
unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the
dew of heaven from above;
01-27:46 And
Rebekah said to Isaac, I am
weary of my life because of the daughters of Heth: if Jacob take a wife of the
daughters of Heth, such as these which
are of the daughters of the land, what good shall my life do me?
01-28:1 And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed
him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the
daughters of Canaan.
01-28:5 And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went
to Padanaram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah,
Jacob’s and Esau’s mother.
01-28:6 When Esau
saw that Isaac had
blessed Jacob, and sent him away to Padanaram, to take him a wife from thence;
and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a
wife of the daughters of Canaan;
01-28:8 And Esau
seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father;
01-28:13 And,
behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest,
to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;
01-31:18 And he
carried away all his cattle, and all his goods which he had gotten, the cattle
of his getting, which he had gotten in Padanaram, for to go to Isaac his father in the land of
Canaan.
01-31:42 Except the
God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely thou hadst sent me away
now empty. God hath seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and
rebuked thee yesternight.
01-31:53 The God of
Abraham, and the God of Nahor, the God of their father, judge betwixt us. And
Jacob sware by the fear of his father Isaac.
01-32:9 And Jacob
said, O God of my father Abraham, and God of my father Isaac, the LORD which saidst unto me, Return unto thy
country, and to thy kindred, and I will deal well with thee:
01-35:12 And the
land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to thee I will give it, and to thy seed after
thee will I give the land.
01-35:27 And Jacob
came unto Isaac his
father unto Mamre, unto the city of Arbah, which is Hebron, where Abraham and Isaac sojourned.
01-35:28 And the
days of Isaac were
an hundred and fourscore years.
01-35:29 And Isaac gave up the ghost, and died,
and was gathered unto his people, being old
and full of days: and his sons Esau and Jacob buried him.
01-46:1 And
Israel took his journey with all that he had, and came to Beersheba, and
offered sacrifices unto the God of his father Isaac.
01-48:15 And he
blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God which fed
me all my life long unto this day,
01-48:16 The Angel
which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on
them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst
of the earth.
01-49:31 There they
buried Abraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Isaac and Rebekah his wife; and there I buried Leah.
01-50:24 And Joseph
said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out
of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
02-2:24 And
God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.
02-3:6 Moreover
he said, I am the God of thy father,
the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face;
for he was afraid to look upon God.
02-3:15 And
God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel,
The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath
sent me unto you: this is my name for
ever, and this is my memorial unto
all generations.
02-3:16 Go,
and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them, The LORD God of your
fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have
surely visited you, and seen that
which is done to you in Egypt:
02-4:5 That
they may believe that the LORD God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the
God of Isaac, and
the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.
02-6:3 And
I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to
them.
02-6:8 And
I will bring you in unto the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it
to Abraham, to Isaac, and
to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage: I am the LORD.
02-32:13 Remember
Abraham, Isaac, and
Israel, thy servants, to whom thou swarest by thine own self, and saidst unto
them, I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven, and all this land that
I have spoken of will I give unto your seed, and they shall inherit it for ever.
02-33:1 And
the LORD said unto Moses, Depart, and go
up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought up out of the land of
Egypt, unto the land which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give
it:
03-26:42 Then will
I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with
Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
04-32:11 Surely
none of the men that came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward,
shall see the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob; because they have not wholly
followed me:
05-1:8 Behold,
I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD sware
unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,
to give unto them and to their seed after them.
05-6:10 And it
shall be, when the LORD thy God shall have brought thee into the land which he
sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly
cities, which thou buildedst not,
05-9:5 Not for
thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thine heart, dost thou go to possess
their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth drive
them out from before thee, and that he may perform the word which the LORD
sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
05-9:27 Remember
thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and
Jacob; look not unto the stubbornness of this people, nor to their wickedness,
nor to their sin:
05-29:13 That he
may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as
he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
05-30:20 That thou
mayest love the LORD thy God, and that
thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days:
that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to
Abraham, to Isaac, and
to Jacob, to give them.
05-34:4 And the
LORD said unto him, This is the land which
I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and
unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not
go over thither.
06-24:3 And I
took your father Abraham from the other side of the flood, and led him
throughout all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his seed, and gave him Isaac.
06-24:4 And I
gave unto Isaac Jacob
and Esau: and I gave unto Esau mount Seir, to possess it; but Jacob and his
children went down into Egypt.
11-18:36 And it
came to pass at the time of the
offering of the evening sacrifice,
that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be
known this day that thou art God in
Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.
12-13:23 And the
LORD was gracious unto them, and had compassion on them, and had respect unto
them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac,
and Jacob, and would not destroy them, neither cast he them from his presence
as yet.
13-1:28 The
sons of Abraham; Isaac, and
Ishmael.
13-1:34 And
Abraham begat Isaac. The
sons of Isaac; Esau
and Israel.
13-16:16 Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham,
and of his oath unto Isaac;
13-29:18 O
LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and
of Israel, our fathers, keep this for ever in the imagination of the thoughts
of the heart of thy people, and prepare their heart unto thee:
14-30:6 So
the posts went with the letters from the king and his princes throughout all
Israel and Judah, and according to the commandment of the king, saying, Ye
children of Israel, turn again unto the LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, and he will
return to the remnant of you, that are escaped out of the hand of the kings of
Assyria.
19-105:9 Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his
oath unto Isaac;
24-33:26 Then will
I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any of
his seed to be rulers over the seed
of Abraham, Isaac, and
Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.
30-7:9 And the
high places of Isaac shall
be desolate, and the sanctuaries of Israel shall be laid waste; and I will rise
against the house of Jeroboam with the sword.
30-7:16 Now
therefore hear thou the word of the LORD: Thou sayest, Prophesy not against
Israel, and drop not thy word against
the house of Isaac.
40-1:2 Abraham
begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat
Judas and his brethren;
40-8:11 And I say
unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with
Abraham, and Isaac, and
Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
40-22:32 I am the
God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the
dead, but of the living.
41-12:26 And as
touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in the book of Moses, how
in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am
the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?
42-3:34 Which was
the son of Jacob, which was the son of Isaac, which was the
son of Abraham, which was the son of
Thara, which was the son of Nachor,
42-13:28 There
shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the
prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves
thrust out.
42-20:37 Now that
the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord
the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.
44-3:13 The God
of Abraham, and of Isaac, and
of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye
delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined
to let him go.
44-7:8 And he
gave him the covenant of circumcision: and so Abraham begat Isaac, and
circumcised him the eighth day; and Isaac begat Jacob;
and Jacob begat the twelve
patriarchs.
44-7:32 Saying, I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then
Moses trembled, and durst not behold.
45-9:7 Neither,
because they are the seed of Abraham, are
they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
45-9:10 And not
only this; but when Rebecca also had
conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
48-4:28 Now we,
brethren, as Isaac was,
are the children of promise.
58-11:9 By faith
he sojourned in the land of promise, as in
a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same
promise:
58-11:17 By faith
Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up
his only begotten son.
58-11:18 Of whom it
was said, That in Isaac shall
thy seed be called:
58-11:20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau
concerning things to come.
59-2:21 Was not
Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

01-26:19 And Isaac’s servants digged in the
valley, and found there a well of springing water.
01-26:20 And the
herdmen of Gerar did strive with Isaac’s herdmen, saying, The water is ours: and he called the name of the well Esek; because they
strove with him.
01-26:25 And he
builded an altar there, and called upon the name of the LORD, and pitched his
tent there: and there Isaac’s
servants digged a well.
01-26:32 And it
came to pass the same day, that Isaac’s servants came, and told him concerning the well
which they had digged, and said unto him, We have found water.

12-19:2 And he
sent Eliakim, which was over the
household, and Shebna the scribe, and the elders of the priests, covered with
sackcloth, to Isaiah the
prophet the son of Amoz.
12-19:5 So the
servants of king Hezekiah came to Isaiah.
12-19:6 And Isaiah said unto them, Thus shall
ye say to your master, Thus saith the LORD, Be not afraid of the words which
thou hast heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed
me.
12-19:20 Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to
Hezekiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, That which thou hast prayed to me against Sennacherib king of
Assyria I have heard.
12-20:1 In those
days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came to him, and said unto him,
Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order; for thou shalt die, and not
live.
12-20:4 And it
came to pass, afore Isaiah was
gone out into the middle court, that the word of the LORD came to him, saying,
12-20:7 And Isaiah said, Take a lump of figs.
And they took and laid it on the
boil, and he recovered.
12-20:8 And
Hezekiah said unto Isaiah, What
shall be the sign that the LORD will
heal me, and that I shall go up into the house of the LORD the third day?
12-20:9 And Isaiah said, This sign shalt thou
have of the LORD, that the LORD will do the thing that he hath spoken: shall
the shadow go forward ten degrees, or go back ten degrees?
12-20:11 And Isaiah the prophet cried unto the
LORD: and he brought the shadow ten degrees backward, by which it had gone down
in the dial of Ahaz.
12-20:14 Then came Isaiah the prophet unto king
Hezekiah, and said unto him, What said these men? and from whence came they
unto thee? And Hezekiah said, They are come from a far country, even from Babylon.
12-20:16 And Isaiah said unto Hezekiah, Hear the
word of the LORD.
12-20:19 Then said
Hezekiah unto Isaiah, Good
is the word of the LORD which thou
hast spoken. And he said, Is it not good, if peace and truth be in my days?
14-26:22 Now
the rest of the acts of Uzziah, first and last, did Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, write.
14-32:20 And
for this cause Hezekiah the king, and
the prophet Isaiah the
son of Amoz, prayed and cried to heaven.
14-32:32 Now
the rest of the acts of Hezekiah, and his goodness, behold, they are written in the vision of Isaiah the prophet, the son of
Amoz, and in the book of the kings of
Judah and Israel.
23-1:1 The
vision of Isaiah the
son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah,
Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of
Judah.
23-2:1 The
word that Isaiah the son
of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.
23-7:3 Then
said the LORD unto Isaiah, Go
forth now to meet Ahaz, thou, and Shearjashub thy son, at the end of the
conduit of the upper pool in the highway of the fuller’s field;
23-13:1 The
burden of Babylon, which Isaiah the
son of Amoz did see.
23-20:2 At
the same time spake the LORD by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go and loose the
sackcloth from off thy loins, and put off thy shoe from thy foot. And he did
so, walking naked and barefoot.
23-20:3 And
the LORD said, Like as my servant Isaiah hath walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and wonder upon Egypt and
upon Ethiopia;
23-37:2 And
he sent Eliakim, who was over the
household, and Shebna the scribe, and the elders of the priests covered with
sackcloth, unto Isaiah the
prophet the son of Amoz.
23-37:5 So
the servants of king Hezekiah came to Isaiah.
23-37:6 And
Isaiah said unto them, Thus shall
ye say unto your master, Thus saith the LORD, Be not afraid of the words that
thou hast heard, wherewith the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed
me.
23-37:21 Then
Isaiah the son of Amoz sent unto
Hezekiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Whereas thou hast prayed
to me against Sennacherib king of Assyria:
23-38:1 In
those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and
said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt
die, and not live.
23-38:4 Then
came the word of the LORD to Isaiah, saying,
23-38:21 For
Isaiah had said, Let them take a
lump of figs, and lay it for a
plaister upon the boil, and he shall recover.
23-39:3 Then
came Isaiah the
prophet unto king Hezekiah, and said unto him, What said these men? and from
whence came they unto thee? And Hezekiah said, They are come from a far country
unto me, even from Babylon.
23-39:5 Then
said Isaiah to
Hezekiah, Hear the word of the LORD of hosts:
23-39:8 Then
said Hezekiah to Isaiah, Good
is the word of the LORD which thou
hast spoken. He said moreover, For there shall be peace and truth in my days.

40-10:4 Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.
40-26:14 Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief
priests,
41-3:19 And Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into
an house.
41-14:10 And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief
priests, to betray him unto them.
42-6:16 And Judas the
brother of James, and Judas Iscariot, which also was the traitor.
42-22:3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of
the twelve.
43-6:71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of

43-12:4 Then saith one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, which should betray him,

43-13:26 Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when
I have dipped it. And when he had
dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
43-14:22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest
thyself unto us, and not unto the world?

10-2:8 But
Abner the son of Ner, captain of Saul’s host, took Ishbosheth
the son of Saul, and brought him over to Mahanaim;
10-2:10 Ishbosheth Saul’s son was forty years old when he began to reign over Israel, and reigned
two years. But the house of Judah followed David.
10-2:12 And
Abner the son of Ner, and the servants of Ishbosheth
the son of Saul, went out from Mahanaim to Gibeon.
10-2:15 Then
there arose and went over by number twelve of Benjamin, which pertained to Ishbosheth
the son of Saul, and twelve of the servants of David.
10-3:7 And
Saul had a concubine, whose name was Rizpah,
the daughter of Aiah: and Ishbosheth said to Abner, Wherefore hast thou
gone in unto my father’s concubine?
10-3:8 Then
was Abner very wroth for the words of Ishbosheth, and said, Am I a dog’s head, which against Judah

10-4:12 And
David commanded his young men, and they slew them, and cut off their hands and

and buried it in the sepulchre of
Abner in Hebron.

angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction.
01-16:15 And Hagar
bare Abram a son: and Abram called his son’s name, which Hagar bare, Ishmael.
01-16:16 And Abram was fourscore and six years old, when
Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram.
01-17:18 And
Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before thee!
01-17:20 And as for
Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him,
and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes
shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.
01-17:23 And
Abraham took Ishmael his son, and all that were born in his house,
and all that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham’s
house; and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin in the selfsame day, as God
had said unto him.
01-17:25 And Ishmael his son was
thirteen years old, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.
01-17:26 In the
selfsame day was Abraham circumcised, and Ishmael his
son.
01-25:9 And his

01-25:12 Now these are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham’s son, whom Hagar the Egyptian,
Sarah’s handmaid, bare unto Abraham:
01-25:13 And these are the names of the sons of Ishmael, by their names, according to their
generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebajoth; and Kedar, and
Adbeel, and Mibsam,
01-25:16 These are the sons of Ishmael, and
these are their names, by their
towns, and by their castles; twelve princes according to their nations.
01-25:17 And these are the years of the life of Ishmael, an hundred and thirty and seven years: and he
gave up the ghost and died; and was gathered unto his people.
01-28:9 Then went
Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath
the daughter of Ishmael Abraham’s son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be
his wife.
12-25:23 And when
all the captains of the armies, they and their men, heard that the king of
Babylon had made Gedaliah governor, there came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, even Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and Johanan the son of
Careah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth the Netophathite, and Jaazaniah the
son of a Maachathite, they and their men.
12-25:25 But it
came to pass in the seventh month, that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, the son of
Elishama, of the seed royal, came, and ten men with him, and smote Gedaliah,
that he died, and the Jews and the Chaldees that were with him at Mizpah.
13-1:28 The
sons of Abraham; Isaac, and Ishmael.
13-1:29 These
are their generations: The firstborn
of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,
13-1:31 Jetur,
Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.
13-8:38 And
Azel had six sons, whose names are these,
Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and
Hanan. All these were the sons of
Azel.
13-9:44 And
Azel had six sons, whose names are these,
Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and
Hanan: these were the sons of Azel.
14-19:11 And,
behold, Amariah the chief priest is over
you in all matters of the LORD; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the
ruler of the house of Judah, for all the king’s matters: also the Levites shall be officers before you. Deal
courageously, and the LORD shall be with the good.
14-23:1 And
in the seventh year Jehoiada strengthened himself, and took the captains of
hundreds, Azariah the son of Jeroham, and Ishmael the
son of Jehohanan, and Azariah the son of Obed, and Maaseiah the son of Adaiah,
and Elishaphat the son of Zichri, into covenant with him.
15-10:22 And
of the sons of Pashur; Elioenai, Maaseiah, Ishmael,
Nethaneel, Jozabad, and Elasah.
24-40:8 Then they
came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, even Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and
Johanan and Jonathan the sons of Kareah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth, and
the sons of Ephai the Netophathite, and Jezaniah the son of a Maachathite, they
and their men.
24-40:14 And said
unto him, Dost thou certainly know that Baalis the king of the Ammonites hath
sent Ishmael the son of Nethaniah to slay thee? But Gedaliah
the son of Ahikam believed them not.
24-40:15 Then
Johanan the son of Kareah spake to Gedaliah in Mizpah secretly, saying, Let me
go, I pray thee, and I will slay Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and no man
shall know it: wherefore should he
slay thee, that all the Jews which are gathered unto thee should be scattered,
and the remnant in Judah perish?
24-40:16 But
Gedaliah the son of Ahikam said unto Johanan the son of Kareah, Thou shalt not
do this thing: for thou speakest falsely of Ishmael.
24-41:1 Now it
came to pass in the seventh month, that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah the son of Elishama, of
the seed royal, and the princes of the king, even ten men with him, came unto
Gedaliah the son of Ahikam to Mizpah; and there they did eat bread together in
Mizpah.
24-41:2 Then
arose Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and the ten men that were
with him, and smote Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan with the
sword, and slew him, whom the king of Babylon had made governor over the land.
24-41:3 Ishmael also slew all the Jews that were with him, even with Gedaliah, at Mizpah, and the
Chaldeans that were found there, and the
men of war.
24-41:6 And Ishmael the son of Nethaniah went forth from Mizpah to
meet them, weeping all along as he went: and it came to pass, as he met them,
he said unto them, Come to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam.
24-41:7 And it
was so, when they came into the midst
of the city, that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah slew them, and cast them into the midst of the pit,
he, and the men that were with him.
24-41:8 But ten
men were found among them that said unto Ishmael,
Slay us not: for we have treasures in the field, of wheat, and of barley, and
of oil, and of honey. So he forbare, and slew them not among their brethren.
24-41:9 Now the
pit wherein Ishmael had cast all the dead bodies of the men, whom
he had slain because of Gedaliah, was it
which Asa the king had made for fear of Baasha king of Israel: and Ishmael the
son of Nethaniah filled it with them that
were slain.
24-41:10 Then Ishmael carried away captive all the residue of the
people that were in Mizpah, even the king’s daughters, and all the
people that remained in Mizpah, whom Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard had
committed to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam: and Ishmael the
son of Nethaniah carried them away captive, and departed to go over to the
Ammonites.
24-41:11 But when
Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces that were with him, heard of all the evil
that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah had done,
24-41:12 Then they
took all the men, and went to fight with Ishmael the
son of Nethaniah, and found him by the great waters that are in Gibeon.
24-41:13 Now it
came to pass, that when all the
people which were with Ishmael saw Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the
captains of the forces that were with
him, then they were glad.
24-41:14 So all the
people that Ishmael had carried away captive from Mizpah cast about
and returned, and went unto Johanan the son of Kareah.
24-41:15 But Ishmael the son of Nethaniah escaped from Johanan with
eight men, and went to the Ammonites.
24-41:16 Then took
Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces that were with him, all the remnant of the
people whom he had recovered from Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, from
Mizpah, after that he had slain Gedaliah
the son of Ahikam, even mighty men of
war, and the women, and the children, and the eunuchs, whom he had brought
again from Gibeon:
24-41:18 Because of
the Chaldeans: for they were afraid of them, because Ishmael the
son of Nethaniah had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, whom the king of Babylon
made governor in the land.
