M,460 mine
01-14:22 And
Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine
hand unto the LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth,
01-15:3 And
Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my
house is mine heir.
01-24:33 And
there was set meat before him to eat:
but he said, I will not eat, until I have told mine
errand. And he said, Speak on.
01-24:45 And
before I had done speaking in mine heart,
behold, Rebekah came forth with her pitcher on her shoulder; and she went down
unto the well, and drew water: and I
said unto her, Let me drink, I pray thee.
01-30:25 And
it came to pass, when Rachel had born Joseph, that Jacob said unto Laban, Send
me away, that I may go unto mine own place, and
to my country.
01-30:30 For
it was little which thou hadst before
I came, and it is now increased unto a multitude; and the
LORD hath blessed thee since my coming: and now when shall I provide for mine own house also?
01-31:10 And
it came to pass at the time that the cattle conceived, that I lifted up mine eyes, and saw in a dream, and, behold, the rams
which leaped upon the cattle were ringstraked,
speckled, and grisled.
01-31:40 Thus I was; in the day the drought
consumed me, and the frost by night; and my sleep departed from mine eyes.
01-31:42 Except
the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with
me, surely thou hadst sent me away now empty. God hath seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and
rebuked thee yesternight.
01-31:43 And
Laban answered and said unto Jacob, These
daughters are my daughters, and these children are my children, and these cattle
are my cattle, and all that thou
seest is mine:
and what can I do this day unto these my daughters, or unto their children
which they have born?
01-41:13 And
it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored unto mine office, and him he hanged.
01-44:21 And
thou saidst unto thy servants, Bring him down unto me, that I may set mine eyes upon him.
01-48:5 And
now thy two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, which were born unto thee in the land
of Egypt before I came unto thee into Egypt, are mine; as Reuben and Simeon, they
shall be mine.
01-49:6 O
my soul, come not thou into their secret; unto their assembly, mine honour, be not thou united: for in their anger
they slew a man, and in their selfwill they digged down a wall.
02-7:4 But
Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you, that I may lay my hand upon Egypt, and
bring forth mine armies, and my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by
great judgments.
02-7:5 And
the Egyptians shall know that I am the
LORD, when I stretch forth mine hand upon Egypt,
and bring out the children of Israel from among them.
02-7:17 Thus
saith the LORD, In this thou shalt know that I am the LORD: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine
hand upon the waters which are in the
river, and they shall be turned to blood.
02-13:2 Sanctify
unto me all the firstborn, whatsoever openeth the womb among the children of
Israel, both of man and of beast: it is mine.
02-17:9 And
Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to
morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.
02-18:4 And
the name of the other was Eliezer;
for the God of my father, said he, was mine help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh:
02-19:5 Now
therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall
be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
02-20:26 Neither
shalt thou go up by steps unto mine altar, that
thy nakedness be not discovered thereon.
02-21:14 But
if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou
shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die.
02-23:23 For
mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee
in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites,
the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.
02-32:34 Therefore
now go, lead the people unto the place of
which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine
Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit
their sin upon them.
02-33:23 And
I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see
my back parts: but my face shall not be seen.
02-34:19 All
that openeth the matrix is mine; and every firstling among thy cattle, whether ox or sheep, that is male.
03-18:4 Ye
shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances,
to walk therein: I am the LORD your
God.
03-18:30 Therefore
shall ye keep mine ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before
you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein: I am the LORD your God.
03-20:26 And
ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am
holy, and have severed you from other
people, that ye should be mine.
03-22:9 They
shall therefore keep mine ordinance, lest they
bear sin for it, and die therefore, if they profane it: I the LORD do sanctify
them.
03-25:23 The
land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.
04-3:12 And
I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead
of all the firstborn that openeth the matrix among the children of Israel:
therefore the Levites shall be mine;
04-3:13 Because
all the firstborn are mine; for on
the day that I smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt I hallowed unto me
all the firstborn in Israel, both man and beast: mine
shall they be: I am the LORD.
04-3:45 Take
the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel, and the
cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be mine: I am the
LORD.
04-8:14 Thus
shalt thou separate the Levites from among the children of Israel: and the
Levites shall be mine.
04-8:17 For
all the firstborn of the children of Israel are
mine, both
man and beast: on the day that I smote every firstborn in the land of Egypt
I sanctified them for myself.
04-10:30 And
he said unto him, I will not go; but I will depart to mine
own land, and to my kindred.
04-12:7 My
servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.
04-14:28 Say
unto them, As truly as I live, saith
the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will
I do to you:
04-16:28 And
Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these
works; for I have not done them of mine
own mind.
04-18:8 And
the LORD spake unto Aaron, Behold, I also have given thee the charge of mine heave offerings of all the hallowed things of the
children of Israel; unto thee have I given them by reason of the anointing, and
to thy sons, by an ordinance for ever.
04-22:29 And
Balaam said unto the ass, Because thou hast mocked me: I would there were a sword
in mine hand, for now would I kill thee.
04-23:11 And
Balak said unto Balaam, What hast thou done unto me? I took thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast blessed them altogether.
04-24:10 And
Balak’s anger was kindled against Balaam, and he smote his hands together: and
Balak said unto Balaam, I called thee to curse mine
enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times.
04-24:13 If
Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the
commandment of the LORD, to do either good
or bad of mine own mind; but what the LORD saith, that will I speak?
05-8:17 And
thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this
wealth.
05-10:3 And
I made an ark of shittim wood, and
hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount,
having the two tables in mine hand.
05-26:13 Then
thou shalt say before the LORD thy God, I have brought away the hallowed things
out of mine
house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to
the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments which thou
hast commanded me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I
forgotten them:
05-29:19 And
it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself
in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:
05-32:22 For
a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto
the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire
the foundations of the mountains.
05-32:23 I
will heap mischiefs upon them; I will spend mine
arrows upon them.
05-32:41 If
I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take
hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine
enemies, and will reward them that hate me.
05-32:42 I
will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my
sword shall devour flesh; and that with
the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon
the enemy.
06-14:7 Forty
years old was I when Moses the
servant of the LORD sent me from Kadeshbarnea to espy out the land; and I
brought him word again as it was in mine heart.
07-6:36 And
Gideon said unto God, If thou wilt save Israel by mine
hand, as thou hast said,
07-6:37 Behold,
I will put a fleece of wool in the floor; and
if the dew be on the fleece only, and it
be dry upon all the earth beside, then
shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine
hand, as thou hast said.
07-7:2 And
the LORD said unto Gideon, The people that are
with thee are too many for me to
give the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me,
saying, Mine own hand hath saved me.
07-8:7 And
Gideon said, Therefore when the LORD hath delivered Zebah and Zalmunna into mine hand, then I will tear your flesh with the thorns
of the wilderness and with briers.
07-11:30 And
Jephthah vowed a vow unto the LORD, and said, If thou shalt without fail deliver
the children of Ammon into mine hands,
07-16:17 That
he told her all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon mine head; for I have
been a Nazarite unto God from my mother’s womb: if I be shaven, then my
strength will go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any other man.
07-17:2 And
he said unto his mother, The eleven hundred shekels
of silver that were taken from thee, about which thou cursedst, and spakest
of also in mine ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it. And his mother
said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my
son.
07-19:23 And
the man, the master of the house, went out unto them, and said unto them, Nay,
my brethren, nay, I pray you, do not so wickedly; seeing that this man is
come into mine house, do not this folly.
08-4:6 And
the kinsman said, I cannot redeem it for
myself, lest I mar mine own inheritance: redeem
thou my right to thyself; for I cannot redeem it.
09-2:1 And
Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged
over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy
salvation.
09-2:28 And
did I choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to offer upon mine
altar, to burn incense, to wear an ephod before me? and did I give unto the
house of thy father all the offerings made by fire of the children of Israel?
09-2:29 Wherefore
kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine offering,
which I have commanded in my habitation;
and honourest thy sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the chiefest of
all the offerings of Israel my people?
09-2:33 And
the man of thine, whom I shall not
cut off from mine altar, shall be to consume thine eyes, and to grieve thine heart: and all the
increase of thine house shall die in the flower of their age.
09-2:35 And
I will raise me up a faithful priest, that
shall do according to that which is in mine
heart and in my mind: and I will build him a sure house; and he shall walk
before mine anointed for ever.
09-12:3 Behold,
here I am: witness against me before
the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I
taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I
received any bribe to blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.
09-14:24 And
the men of Israel were distressed that day: for Saul had adjured the people,
saying, Cursed be the man that eateth
any food until evening, that I may be
avenged on mine enemies. So none of the people
tasted any food.
09-14:29 Then
said Jonathan, My father hath troubled the land: see, I pray you, how mine eyes have been enlightened, because I tasted a
little of this honey.
09-14:43 Then
Saul said to Jonathan, Tell me what thou hast done. And Jonathan told him, and
said, I did but taste a little honey with the end of the rod that was in mine
hand, and, lo, I must die.
09-15:14 And
Samuel said, What meaneth then this
bleating of the sheep in mine ears, and the
lowing of the oxen which I hear?
09-17:46 This
day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand;
and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the
carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and
to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a
God in Israel.
09-18:17 And
Saul said to David, Behold my elder daughter Merab, her will I give thee to
wife: only be thou valiant for me, and fight the LORD’S battles. For Saul said,
Let not mine hand be upon him, but let the hand
of the Philistines be upon him.
09-19:17 And
Saul said unto Michal, Why hast thou deceived me so, and sent away mine enemy, that he is escaped? And Michal answered Saul,
He said unto me, Let me go; why should I kill thee?
09-20:1 And
David fled from Naioth in Ramah, and came and said before Jonathan, What have I
done? what is mine iniquity? and what is my
sin before thy father, that he seeketh my life?
09-21:3 Now
therefore what is under thine hand? give me
five loaves of bread in mine hand, or what there is present.
09-21:4 And
the priest answered David, and said, There
is no common bread under mine hand, but
there is hallowed bread; if the young men have kept themselves at least from
women.
09-23:7 And
it was told Saul that David was come to Keilah. And Saul said, God hath
delivered him into mine hand; for he is shut in,
by entering into a town that hath gates and bars.
09-24:6 And
he said unto his men, The LORD forbid that I should do this thing unto my
master, the LORD’S anointed, to stretch forth mine
hand against him, seeing he is the
anointed of the LORD.
09-24:10 Behold,
this day thine eyes have seen how that the LORD had delivered thee to day into mine hand in the cave: and some bade me kill thee:
but mine
eye spared thee; and I said, I will not put forth mine
hand against my lord; for he is the
LORD’S anointed.
09-24:11 Moreover,
my father, see, yea, see the skirt of thy robe in my hand: for in that I cut
off the skirt of thy robe, and killed thee not, know thou and see that there is neither evil nor transgression
in mine hand, and I have not sinned against
thee; yet thou huntest my soul to take it.
09-24:12 The
LORD judge between me and thee, and the LORD avenge me of thee: but mine hand shall not be upon thee.
09-24:13 As
saith the proverb of the ancients, Wickedness proceedeth from the wicked: but mine hand shall not be upon thee.
09-25:33 And
blessed be thy advice, and blessed be thou, which hast kept me this day
from coming to shed blood, and from
avenging myself with mine own hand.
09-26:11 The
LORD forbid that I should stretch forth mine
hand against the LORD’S anointed: but, I pray thee, take thou now the spear
that is at his bolster, and the cruse
of water, and let us go.
09-26:18 And
he said, Wherefore doth my lord thus pursue after his servant? for what have I
done? or what evil is in mine hand?
09-26:23 The
LORD render to every man his righteousness and his faithfulness: for the LORD
delivered thee into my hand to day,
but I would not stretch forth mine hand against
the LORD’S anointed.
09-26:24 And,
behold, as thy life was much set by this day in mine
eyes, so let my life be much set by in the eyes of the LORD, and let him
deliver me out of all tribulation.
09-28:2 And
David said to Achish, Surely thou shalt know what thy servant can do. And
Achish said to David, Therefore will I make thee keeper of mine head for ever.
10-5:19 And
David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou
deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said
unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine
hand.
10-5:20 And
David came to Baalperazim, and David smote them there, and said, The LORD hath
broken forth upon mine enemies before me, as the
breach of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Baalperazim.
10-6:22 And
I will yet be more vile than thus, and will be base in mine
own sight: and of the maidservants which thou hast spoken of, of them shall I
be had in honour.
10-11:11 And
Uriah said unto David, The ark, and Israel, and Judah, abide in tents; and my
lord Joab, and the servants of my lord, are encamped in the open fields; shall
I then go into mine house, to eat and to drink,
and to lie with my wife? as thou
livest, and as thy soul liveth, I
will not do this thing.
10-14:5 And
the king said unto her, What aileth thee? And she answered, I am indeed a widow woman, and mine husband is dead.
10-14:30 Therefore
he said unto his servants, See, Joab’s field is near mine,
and he hath barley there; go and set it on fire. And Absalom’s servants set the
field on fire.
10-16:12 It
may be that the LORD will look on mine
affliction, and that the LORD will requite me good for his cursing this day.
10-18:12 And
the man said unto Joab, Though I should receive a thousand shekels of silver in mine hand, yet would I not put forth mine hand against the king’s son: for in our hearing
the king charged thee and Abishai and Ittai, saying, Beware that none touch the young man Absalom.
10-18:13 Otherwise
I should have wrought falsehood against mine own
life: for there is no matter hid from the king, and thou thyself wouldest have
set thyself against me.
10-19:37 Let
thy servant, I pray thee, turn back again, that I may die in mine own city, and
be buried by the grave of my father and of my mother. But behold thy servant
Chimham; let him go over with my lord the king; and do to him what shall seem
good unto thee.
10-22:4 I
will call on the LORD, who is worthy
to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine
enemies.
10-22:24 I
was also upright before him, and have kept myself from mine
iniquity.
10-22:35 He
teacheth my hands to war; so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.
10-22:38 I
have pursued mine enemies, and destroyed them;
and turned not again until I had consumed them.
10-22:41 Thou
hast also given me the necks of mine enemies,
that I might destroy them that hate me.
10-22:49 And
that bringeth me forth from mine enemies: thou
also hast lifted me up on high above them that rose up against me: thou hast
delivered me from the violent man.
11-1:33 The
king also said unto them, Take with you the servants of your lord, and cause
Solomon my son to ride upon mine own mule, and
bring him down to Gihon:
11-1:48 And
also thus said the king, Blessed be the
LORD God of Israel, which hath given one to
sit on my throne this day, mine eyes even seeing
it.
11-2:15 And
he said, Thou knowest that the kingdom was mine,
and that all Israel set their faces
on me, that I should reign: howbeit the kingdom is turned about, and is become
my brother’s: for it was his from the LORD.
11-2:22 And
king Solomon answered and said unto his mother, And why dost thou ask Abishag
the Shunammite for Adonijah? ask for him the kingdom also; for he is mine elder
brother; even for him, and for Abiathar the priest, and for Joab the son of
Zeruiah.
11-3:26 Then
spake the woman whose the living child was
unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my
lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said,
Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it.
11-9:3 And
the LORD said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou
hast made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put
my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
11-10:6 And
she said to the king, It was a true report that I heard in mine own land of thy acts and of thy wisdom.
11-10:7 Howbeit
I believed not the words, until I came, and mine
eyes had seen it: and, behold, the
half was not told me: thy wisdom and prosperity exceedeth the fame which I
heard.
11-11:21 And
when Hadad heard in Egypt that David slept with his fathers, and that Joab the
captain of the host was dead, Hadad said to Pharaoh, Let me depart, that I may
go to mine own country.
11-11:33 Because
that they have forsaken me, and have worshipped Ashtoreth the goddess of the
Zidonians, Chemosh the god of the Moabites, and Milcom the god of the children of
Ammon, and have not walked in my ways, to do that which is right in mine eyes,
and to keep my statutes and my
judgments, as did David his father.
11-14:8 And
rent the kingdom away from the house of David, and gave it thee: and yet thou hast not been as my servant
David, who kept my commandments, and who followed me with all his heart, to do that only which was right in mine eyes;
11-20:3 Thy
silver and thy gold is mine; thy wives also and thy children, even the goodliest, are mine.
11-21:20 And
Ahab said to Elijah, hast thou found me, O mine
enemy? And he answered, I have found thee;
because thou hast sold thyself to work evil in the sight of the LORD.
12-4:13 And
he said unto him, Say now unto her, Behold, thou hast been careful for us with
all this care; what is to be done for
thee? wouldest thou be spoken for to the king, or to the captain of the host?
And she answered, I dwell among mine own people.
12-5:26 And
he said unto him, Went not mine heart with thee, when the man turned again
from his chariot to meet thee? Is it a
time to receive money, and to receive garments, and oliveyards, and vineyards,
and sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and maidservants?
12-6:32 But
Elisha sat in his house, and the elders sat with him; and the king sent a man from before him: but ere the messenger came to
him, he said to the elders, See ye how this son of a murderer hath sent to take
away mine head? look, when the messenger cometh,
shut the door, and hold him fast at the door: is not the sound of his master’s feet behind him?
12-10:6 Then
he wrote a letter the second time to them, saying, If ye be mine, and if ye will hearken unto my voice, take ye the heads of the men your
master’s sons, and come to me to Jezreel by to morrow this time. Now the king’s
sons, being seventy persons, were with the great men of the city,
which brought them up.
12-10:30 And
the LORD said unto Jehu, Because thou hast done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes, and hast
done unto the house of Ahab according to all that was in mine heart, thy children of
the fourth generation shall sit on
the throne of Israel.
12-18:34 Where
are the gods of Hamath, and of Arpad?
where are the gods of Sepharvaim,
Hena, and Ivah? have they delivered Samaria out of mine
hand?
12-18:35 Who
are they among all the gods of the
countries, that have delivered their country out of mine
hand, that the LORD should deliver Jerusalem out of mine
hand?
12-19:28 Because
thy rage against me and thy tumult is come up into mine
ears, therefore I will put my hook in thy nose, and my bridle in thy lips, and
I will turn thee back by the way by which thou camest.
12-19:34 For
I will defend this city, to save it, for mine
own sake, and for my servant David’s sake.
12-20:6 And
I will add unto thy days fifteen years; and I will deliver thee and this city
out of the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will defend this city for mine own sake, and for my servant David’s sake.
12-20:15 And
he said, What have they seen in thine house? And Hezekiah answered, All the things that are in mine house have they seen:
there is nothing among my treasures that I have not shewed them.
12-21:14 And
I will forsake the remnant of mine inheritance,
and deliver them into the hand of their enemies; and they shall become a prey
and a spoil to all their enemies;
13-12:17 And
David went out to meet them, and answered and said unto them, If ye be come
peaceably unto me to help me, mine heart shall
be knit unto you: but if ye be come to
betray me to mine enemies, seeing there is no wrong in mine hands, the God of our fathers look thereon, and rebuke it.
13-14:10 And
David enquired of God, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? and wilt
thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD
said unto him, Go up; for I will deliver them into thine hand.
13-14:11 So
they came up to Baalperazim; and David smote them there. Then David said, God
hath broken in upon mine enemies by mine hand like the breaking forth of waters: therefore
they called the name of that place Baalperazim.
13-16:22 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
13-17:14 But
I will settle him in mine house and in my
kingdom for ever: and his throne shall be established for evermore.
13-17:16 And
David the king came and sat before the LORD, and said, Who am I, O LORD God, and what is
mine house, that thou hast brought me
hitherto?
13-22:18 Is not the LORD your God with you? and
hath he not given you rest on every
side? for he hath given the inhabitants of the land into mine hand; and the land is subdued before the LORD,
and before his people.
13-28:2 Then
David the king stood up upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren, and my
people: As for me, I had in mine
heart to build an house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and
for the footstool of our God, and had made ready for the building:
13-29:3 Moreover,
because I have set my affection to the house of my God, I have of mine own proper good, of gold and silver, which I have given to the house of my
God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house,
13-29:17 I
know also, my God, that thou triest the heart, and hast pleasure in
uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of mine
heart I have willingly offered all these things: and now have I seen with joy
thy people, which are present here, to offer willingly unto thee.
14-7:15 Now
mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.
14-7:16 For
now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for
ever: and mine eyes and mine
heart shall be there perpetually.
14-9:5 And
she said to the king, It was a true
report which I heard in mine own land of thine
acts, and of thy wisdom:
14-9:6 Howbeit
I believed not their words, until I came, and mine
eyes had seen it: and, behold, the
one half of the greatness of thy wisdom was not told me: for thou exceedest the fame that I heard.
14-29:10 Now
it is in mine
heart to make a covenant with the LORD God of Israel, that his fierce wrath may
turn away from us.
14-32:13 Know
ye not what I and my fathers have done unto all the people of other lands? were the gods of the
nations of those lands any ways able to deliver their lands out of mine hand?
14-32:14 Who
was there among all the gods of those
nations that my fathers utterly destroyed, that could deliver his people out of
mine hand, that your God should be able to
deliver you out of mine hand?
14-32:15 Now
therefore let not Hezekiah deceive you, nor persuade you on this manner,
neither yet believe him: for no god of any nation or kingdom was able to
deliver his people out of mine hand, and out of
the hand of my fathers: how much less shall your God deliver you out of mine hand?
14-32:17 He
wrote also letters to rail on the LORD God of Israel, and to speak against him,
saying, As the gods of the nations of other
lands have not delivered their people out of mine
hand, so shall not the God of Hezekiah deliver his people out of mine hand.
16-7:5 And
my God put into mine heart to gather together
the nobles, and the rulers, and the people, that they might be reckoned by
genealogy. And I found a register of the genealogy of them which came up at the
first, and found written therein,
18-3:10 Because
it shut not up the doors of my mother’s womb,
nor hid sorrow from mine eyes.
18-4:12 Now
a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear
received a little thereof.
18-4:16 It
stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine
eyes, there was silence, and I heard
a voice, saying,
18-6:11 What
is my strength, that I should hope?
and what is mine
end, that I should prolong my life?
18-7:7 O
remember that my life is wind: mine eye shall no more see good.
18-7:21 And
why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity? for now shall I sleep in the dust; and
thou shalt seek me in the morning, but I shall
not be.
18-9:20 If
I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn
me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse.
18-9:31 Yet
shalt thou plunge me in the ditch, and mine own
clothes shall abhor me.
18-10:6 That
thou enquirest after mine iniquity, and
searchest after my sin?
18-10:14 If
I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity.
18-10:15 If
I be wicked, woe unto me; and if I be
righteous, yet will I not lift up my
head. I am full of confusion;
therefore see thou mine affliction;
18-13:1 Lo,
mine eye hath seen all this, mine ear hath heard and
understood it.
18-13:14 Wherefore
do I take my flesh in my teeth, and put my life in mine
hand?
18-13:15 Though
he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.
18-13:23 How
many are mine
iniquities and sins? make me to know my transgression and my sin.
18-14:17 My
transgression is sealed up in a bag,
and thou sewest up mine iniquity.
18-16:4 I
also could speak as ye do: if your
soul were in my soul’s stead, I could heap up words against you, and shake mine head at you.
18-16:9 He
teareth me in his wrath, who hateth
me: he gnasheth upon me with his teeth; mine
enemy sharpeneth his eyes upon me.
18-16:17 Not
for any injustice in mine hands: also my prayer is pure.
18-16:20 My
friends scorn me: but mine eye poureth out tears unto God.
18-17:2 Are there not mockers with me? and doth
not mine eye continue in their provocation?
18-17:7 Mine eye also is dim by reason of sorrow, and all my
members are as a shadow.
18-17:13 If
I wait, the grave is mine house: I have made my bed in the darkness.
18-19:4 And
be it indeed that I have erred, mine error remaineth with myself.
18-19:10 He
hath destroyed me on every side, and I am gone: and mine
hope hath he removed like a tree.
18-19:13 He
hath put my brethren far from me, and mine
acquaintance are verily estranged from me.
18-19:15 They
that dwell in mine house, and my maids, count me
for a stranger: I am an alien in their sight.
18-19:17 My
breath is strange to my wife, though I intreated for the children’s sake of mine
own body.
18-19:27 Whom
I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall
behold, and not another; though my
reins be consumed within me.
18-27:5 God
forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me.
18-27:7 Let
mine enemy be as the wicked, and he that riseth
up against me as the unrighteous.
18-31:1 I
made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should
I think upon a maid?
18-31:6 Let
me be weighed in an even balance that God may know mine
integrity.
18-31:7 If
my step hath turned out of the way, and mine
heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot
hath cleaved to mine hands;
18-31:9 If
mine heart have been deceived by a woman, or if I have laid wait at my neighbour’s
door;
18-31:12 For
it is a fire that consumeth to destruction, and would root out all mine increase.
18-31:22 Then let mine
arm fall from my shoulder blade, and mine arm be
broken from the bone.
18-31:25 If
I rejoiced because my wealth was great,
and because mine hand had gotten much;
18-31:33 If
I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine
iniquity in my bosom:
18-31:35 Oh
that one would hear me! behold, my desire is,
that the Almighty would answer me, and that
mine adversary had written a book.
18-32:6 And
Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I am young, and ye are very
old; wherefore I was afraid, and durst not shew you mine
opinion.
18-32:10 Therefore
I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine
opinion.
18-32:17 I said, I will answer also my part, I
also will shew mine opinion.
18-33:8 Surely
thou hast spoken in mine hearing, and I have
heard the voice of thy words, saying,
18-40:4 Behold,
I am vile; what shall I answer thee? I will lay mine
hand upon my mouth.
18-41:11 Who
hath prevented me, that I should repay him?
whatsoever is under the whole heaven is mine.
18-42:5 I
have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine
eye seeth thee.
19-3:3 But
thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my
glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
19-3:7 Arise,
O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine
enemies upon the cheek bone; thou
hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
19-5:8 Lead
me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine
enemies; make thy way straight before my face.
19-6:7 Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old
because of all mine enemies.
19-6:10 Let
all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let
them return and be ashamed suddenly.
19-7:4 If
I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered
him that without cause is mine enemy:)
19-7:5 Let
the enemy persecute my soul, and take it;
yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.
19-7:6 Arise,
O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou
hast commanded.
19-7:8 The
LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness,
and according to mine integrity that is in me.
19-9:3 When
mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall
and perish at thy presence.
19-13:2 How
long shall I take counsel in my soul, having
sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine
enemy be exalted over me?
19-13:3 Consider
and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
19-13:4 Lest
mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I
am moved.
19-16:5 The
LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my
lot.
19-17:3 Thou
hast proved mine heart; thou hast visited me in the night; thou hast tried me, and shalt find nothing; I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.
19-18:3 I
will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to
be praised: so shall I be saved from mine
enemies.
19-18:23 I
was also upright before him, and I kept myself from mine
iniquity.
19-18:34 He
teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.
19-18:37 I
have pursued mine enemies, and overtaken them:
neither did I turn again till they were consumed.
19-18:40 Thou
hast also given me the necks of mine enemies;
that I might destroy them that hate me.
19-18:48 He
delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou
liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from
the violent man.
19-23:5 Thou
preparest a table before me in the presence of mine
enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
19-25:2 O
my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.
19-25:11 For
thy name’s sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity;
for it is great.
19-25:15 Mine eyes are ever
toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.
19-25:18 Look
upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive
all my sins.
19-25:19 Consider
mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate
me with cruel hatred.
19-26:1 Judge
me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity:
I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore
I shall not slide.
19-26:3 For
thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.
19-26:6 I
will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I
compass thine altar, O LORD:
19-26:11 But
as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem
me, and be merciful unto me.
19-27:2 When
the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my
flesh, they stumbled and fell.
19-27:6 And
now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in
his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto
the LORD.
19-27:11 Teach
me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.
19-27:12 Deliver
me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for
false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.
19-31:9 Have
mercy upon me, O LORD, for I am in trouble: mine
eye is consumed with grief, yea, my
soul and my belly.
19-31:10 For
my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength faileth
because of mine iniquity, and my bones are
consumed.
19-31:11 I
was a reproach among all mine enemies, but
especially among my neighbours, and a fear to mine
acquaintance: they that did see me without fled from me.
19-31:15 My
times are in thy hand: deliver me
from the hand of mine enemies, and from them
that persecute me.
19-32:5 I
acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity
have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and
thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
19-32:8 I
will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide
thee with mine eye.
19-35:2 Take
hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine
help.
19-35:13 But
as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was
sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.
19-35:15 But
in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered
themselves together: yea, the abjects
gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; they did tear me, and
ceased not:
19-35:19 Let
not them that are mine enemies wrongfully
rejoice over me: neither let them
wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.
19-35:26 Let
them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and
dishonour that magnify themselves against
me.
19-38:4 For
mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for
me.
19-38:10 My
heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me.
19-38:18 For
I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry
for my sin.
19-38:19 But
mine enemies are
lively, and they are strong: and
they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied.
19-38:20 They
also that render evil for good are mine
adversaries; because I follow the thing
that good is.
19-39:4 LORD,
make me to know mine end, and the measure of my
days, what it is; that I may know how
frail I am.
19-39:5 Behold,
thou hast made my days as an
handbreadth; and mine age is as nothing before thee: verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. Selah.
19-40:6 Sacrifice
and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears
hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.
19-40:12 For
innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine
iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are
more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my
heart faileth me.
19-41:5 Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and
his name perish?
19-41:9 Yea,
mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted,
which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his
heel against me.
19-41:11 By
this I know that thou favourest me, because mine
enemy doth not triumph over me.
19-41:12 And
as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity,
and settest me before thy face for ever.
19-42:10 As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto
me, Where is thy God?
19-49:4 I
will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open
my dark saying upon the harp.
19-50:10 For
every beast of the forest is mine, and the
cattle upon a thousand hills.
19-50:11 I
know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.
19-50:12 If
I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.
19-51:2 Wash
me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me
from my sin.
19-51:9 Hide
thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine
iniquities.
19-54:4 Behold,
God is mine
helper: the Lord is with them that
uphold my soul.
19-54:5 He
shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them
off in thy truth.
19-54:7 For
he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine
eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.
19-55:13 But
it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine
acquaintance.
19-56:2 Mine enemies would daily swallow me up: for they be many
that fight against me, O thou most High.
19-56:9 When
I cry unto thee, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me.
19-59:1 Deliver
me from mine enemies, O my God: defend me from
them that rise up against me.
19-59:10 The
God of my mercy shall prevent me: God shall let me see my desire upon mine enemies.
19-60:7 Gilead
is mine,
and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is
the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;
19-69:3 I
am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine
eyes fail while I wait for my God.
19-69:4 They
that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are
mighty: then I restored that which I
took not away.
19-69:18 Draw
nigh unto my soul, and redeem it:
deliver me because of mine enemies.
19-69:19 Thou
hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all
before thee.
19-71:10 For
mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay
wait for my soul take counsel together,
19-77:4 Thou
holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that
I cannot speak.
19-77:6 I
call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.
19-88:8 Thou
hast put away mine acquaintance far from me;
thou hast made me an abomination unto them: I
am shut up, and I cannot come forth.
19-88:9 Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD, I
have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee.
19-88:18 Lover
and friend hast thou put far from me, and
mine acquaintance into darkness.
19-89:21 With
whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also
shall strengthen him.
19-92:11 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine
ears shall hear my desire of the
wicked that rise up against me.
19-101:3 I
will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I
hate the work of them that turn aside; it
shall not cleave to me.
19-101:6 Mine eyes shall
be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that
walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.
19-102:8 Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are
sworn against me.
19-105:15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
19-108:8 Gilead
is mine;
Manasseh is mine;
Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is
my lawgiver;
19-109:20 Let this be the reward of mine adversaries
from the LORD, and of them that speak evil against my soul.
19-109:29 Let
mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let
them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.
19-116:8 For
thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine
eyes from tears, and my feet from
falling.
19-119:11 Thy
word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not
sin against thee.
19-119:18 Open
thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous
things out of thy law.
19-119:37 Turn
away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.
19-119:82 Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou
comfort me?
19-119:92 Unless
thy law had been my delights, I
should then have perished in mine affliction.
19-119:98 Thou
through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine
enemies: for they are ever with me.
19-119:112 I
have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes
alway, even unto the end.
19-119:121 AIN. I have done judgment and justice:
leave me not to mine oppressors.
19-119:123 Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of
thy righteousness.
19-119:136 Rivers
of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep
not thy law.
19-119:139 My
zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have
forgotten thy words.
19-119:148 Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.
19-119:153 RESH. Consider mine
affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.
19-119:157 Many
are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet
do I not decline from thy testimonies.
19-121:1 I
will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from
whence cometh my help.
19-123:1 Unto
thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest
in the heavens.
19-131:1 LORD,
my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty:
neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.
19-132:4 I
will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine
eyelids,
19-132:17 There
will I make the horn of David to bud: I have ordained a lamp for mine anointed.
19-138:7 Though
I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth
thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies,
and thy right hand shall save me.
19-139:2 Thou
knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou
understandest my thought afar off.
19-139:22 I
hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine
enemies.
19-141:8 But
mine eyes are
unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul
destitute.
19-143:9 Deliver
me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee
to hide me.
19-143:12 And
of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy
all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy
servant.
20-5:13 And
have not obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine
ear to them that instructed me!
20-8:14 Counsel
is mine,
and sound wisdom: I am understanding;
I have strength.
20-23:15 My
son, if thine heart be wise, my heart shall rejoice, even mine.
21-1:16 I
communed with mine own heart, saying, Lo, I am
come to great estate, and have gotten more wisdom than all they that have been before me in Jerusalem: yea, my heart had great
experience of wisdom and knowledge.
21-2:1 I
said in mine heart, Go to now, I will prove thee
with mirth, therefore enjoy pleasure: and, behold, this also is vanity.
21-2:3 I
sought in mine heart to give myself unto wine,
yet acquainting mine heart with wisdom; and to
lay hold on folly, till I might see what was
that good for the sons of men, which they should do under the heaven all
the days of their life.
21-2:10 And
whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from
them, I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my
labour: and this was my portion of all my labour.
21-3:17 I
said in mine heart, God shall judge the
righteous and the wicked: for there is a
time there for every purpose and for every work.
21-3:18 I
said in mine heart concerning the estate of the
sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they
themselves are beasts.
21-7:25 I
applied mine heart to know, and to search, and
to seek out wisdom, and the reason of
things, and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness and madness:
21-8:16 When
I applied mine heart to know wisdom, and to see
the business that is done upon the earth: (for also there is that neither day nor night seeth sleep with his eyes:)
22-1:6 Look
not upon me, because I am black,
because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me;
they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but
mine own vineyard have I not kept.
22-2:16 My
beloved is mine,
and I am his: he feedeth among the
lilies.
22-6:3 I
am my beloved’s, and my beloved is mine:
he feedeth among the lilies.
22-8:12 My
vineyard, which is mine, is before
me: thou, O Solomon, must have a
thousand, and those that keep the fruit thereof two hundred.
23-1:15 And
when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine
eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are
full of blood.
23-1:16 Wash
you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
23-1:24 Therefore
saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me
of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:
23-5:9 In
mine ears said
the LORD of hosts, Of a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and fair, without inhabitant.
23-6:5 Then
said I, Woe is me! for I am undone;
because I am a man of unclean lips,
and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.
23-10:5 O
Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff
in their hand is mine indignation.
23-10:25 For
yet a very little while, and the indignation shall cease, and mine anger in their destruction.
23-13:3 I
have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even
them that rejoice in my highness.
23-16:4 Let
mine outcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a
covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the
spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.
23-16:11 Wherefore
my bowels shall sound like an harp for Moab, and mine
inward parts for Kirharesh.
23-19:25 Whom
the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.
23-22:14 And
it was revealed in mine ears by the LORD of
hosts, Surely this iniquity shall not be purged from you till ye die, saith the
Lord GOD of hosts.
23-29:23 But
when he seeth his children, the work of mine
hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy
One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.
23-37:29 Because
thy rage against me, and thy tumult, is come up into mine
ears, therefore will I put my hook in thy nose, and my bridle in thy lips, and
I will turn thee back by the way by which thou camest.
23-37:35 For
I will defend this city to save it for mine own
sake, and for my servant David’s sake.
23-38:12 Mine age is departed, and is removed from me as a
shepherd’s tent: I have cut off like a weaver my life: he will cut me off with
pining sickness: from day even to
night wilt thou make an end of me.
23-38:14 Like
a crane or a swallow, so did I
chatter: I did mourn as a dove: mine eyes fail with looking upward: O LORD, I am
oppressed; undertake for me.
23-39:4 Then
said he, What have they seen in thine house? And Hezekiah answered, All that is in mine
house have they seen: there is nothing among my treasures that I have not
shewed them.
23-42:1 Behold
my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put
my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.
23-43:1 But
now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O
Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
23-43:25 I,
even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
23-45:4 For
Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel mine elect,
I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not
known me.
23-47:6 I
was wroth with my people, I have polluted mine
inheritance, and given them into thine hand: thou didst shew them no mercy;
upon the ancient hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.
23-48:5 I
have even from the beginning declared it to
thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee:
lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done
them, and my graven image, and my molten image, hath commanded them.
23-48:9 For
my name’s sake will I defer mine anger, and for
my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off.
23-48:11 For
mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.
23-48:13 Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth,
and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when
I call unto them, they stand up together.
23-49:22 Thus
saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine
hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people: and they shall
bring thy sons in their arms, and thy
daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.
23-50:4 The
Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to
speak a word in season to him that is weary:
he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine
ear to hear as the learned.
23-50:5 The
Lord GOD hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious,
neither turned away back.
23-50:8 He is near that justifieth me; who will
contend with me? let us stand together: who is
mine adversary? let him come near to me.
23-50:11 Behold,
all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves
about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks that ye have kindled. This shall ye have
of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.
23-51:5 My
righteousness is near; my salvation
is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the
people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine
arm shall they trust.
23-51:16 And
I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the
foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.
23-56:5 Even
unto them will I give in mine house and within
my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give
them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
23-56:7 Even
them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of
prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar;
for mine house shall be called an house of
prayer for all people.
23-60:7 All
the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth
shall minister unto thee: they shall come up with acceptance on mine altar, and I will glorify the house of my glory.
23-63:3 I
have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their
blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment.
23-63:4 For
the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come.
23-63:5 And
I looked, and there was none to help;
and I wondered that there was none to
uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation
unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.
23-63:6 And
I will tread down the people in mine anger, and
make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.
23-65:9 And
I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my
mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and
my servants shall dwell there.
23-65:12 Therefore
will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter:
because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but
did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.
23-65:16 That
he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth;
and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the
former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.
23-65:22 They
shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat:
for as the days of a tree are the
days of my people, and mine elect shall long
enjoy the work of their hands.
23-66:2 For
all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite
spirit, and trembleth at my word.
23-66:4 I
also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because
when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did
evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.
24-2:7 And
I brought you into a plentiful country, to eat the fruit thereof and the
goodness thereof; but when ye entered, ye defiled my land, and made mine heritage an abomination.
24-3:12 Go
and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding
Israel, saith the LORD; and I will
not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever.
24-3:15 And
I will give you pastors according to mine heart,
which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
24-7:20 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, mine anger and
my fury shall be poured out upon this place, upon man, and upon beast, and upon
the trees of the field, and upon the fruit of the ground; and it shall burn,
and shall not be quenched.
24-9:1 Oh
that my head were waters, and mine eyes a
fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the
daughter of my people!
24-11:15 What
hath my beloved to do in mine house, seeing she hath wrought lewdness with
many, and the holy flesh is passed from thee? when thou doest evil, then thou
rejoicest.
24-12:3 But
thou, O LORD, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine
heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them
for the day of slaughter.
24-12:7 I
have forsaken mine house, I have left mine heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my
soul into the hand of her enemies.
24-12:8 Mine heritage is unto me as a lion in the forest; it
crieth out against me: therefore have I hated it.
24-12:9 Mine heritage is
unto me as a speckled bird, the
birds round about are against her;
come ye, assemble all the beasts of the field, come to devour.
24-12:14 Thus
saith the LORD against all mine evil neighbours,
that touch the inheritance which I have caused my people Israel to inherit;
Behold, I will pluck them out of their land, and pluck out the house of Judah
from among them.
24-13:17 But
if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine
eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the Lord’s flock is
carried away captive.
24-14:17 Therefore
thou shalt say this word unto them; Let mine
eyes run down with tears night and day, and let them not cease: for the virgin
daughter of my people is broken with a great breach, with a very grievous blow.
24-15:14 And
I will make thee to pass with thine
enemies into a land which thou
knowest not: for a fire is kindled in mine
anger, which shall burn upon you.
24-15:16 Thy
words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing
of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O
LORD God of hosts.
24-16:17 For
mine eyes are
upon all their ways: they are not hid from my face, neither is their
iniquity hid from mine eyes.
24-16:18 And
first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double; because they have
defiled my land, they have filled mine
inheritance with the carcases of their detestable and abominable things.
24-16:21 Therefore,
behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my
name is The LORD.
24-17:4 And
thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and
I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not:
for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever.
24-18:6 O
house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold,
as the clay is in the potter’s hand,
so are ye in mine
hand, O house of Israel.
24-20:9 Then
I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine
heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing,
and I could not stay.
24-23:9 Mine heart within me is broken because of the
prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man, and like a man whom wine
hath overcome, because of the LORD, and because of the words of his holiness.
24-24:6 For
I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I
will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and
not pluck them up.
24-32:8 So
Hanameel mine uncle’s son came to me in the
court of the prison according to the word of the LORD, and said unto me, Buy my
field, I pray thee, that is in
Anathoth, which is in the country of
Benjamin: for the right of inheritance is
thine, and the redemption is thine;
buy it for thyself. Then I knew that
this was the word of the LORD.
24-32:12 And
I gave the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch the son of Neriah, the son of
Maaseiah, in the sight of Hanameel mine uncle’s son, and in the presence of the
witnesses that subscribed the book of the purchase, before all the Jews that
sat in the court of the prison.
24-32:31 For
this city hath been to me as a
provocation of mine anger and of my fury from
the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from
before my face,
24-32:37 Behold,
I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I
will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:
24-33:5 They
come to fight with the Chaldeans, but it
is to fill them with the dead bodies of men, whom I have slain in mine anger and in my fury, and for all whose
wickedness I have hid my face from this city.
24-42:18 For
thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As mine
anger and my fury hath been poured forth upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem; so
shall my fury be poured forth upon you, when ye shall enter into Egypt: and ye
shall be an execration, and an astonishment, and a curse, and a reproach; and
ye shall see this place no more.
24-44:6 Wherefore
my fury and mine anger was poured forth, and was
kindled in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem; and they are
wasted and desolate, as at this day.
24-44:28 Yet
a small number that escape the sword shall return out of the land of Egypt into
the land of Judah, and all the remnant of Judah, that are gone into the land of
Egypt to sojourn there, shall know whose words shall stand, mine, or theirs.
24-48:31 Therefore
will I howl for Moab, and I will cry out for all Moab; mine heart shall mourn for the men
of Kirheres.
24-48:36 Therefore
mine heart shall sound for Moab like pipes, and mine heart shall sound like pipes for the men of
Kirheres: because the riches that he
hath gotten are perished.
24-50:11 Because
ye were glad, because ye rejoiced, O ye destroyers of mine
heritage, because ye are grown fat as the heifer at grass, and bellow as bulls;
24-51:25 Behold,
I am against thee, O destroying
mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch
out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from
the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain.
25-1:16 For
these things I weep; mine eye, mine eye
runneth down with water, because the comforter that should relieve my soul is
far from me: my children are desolate, because the enemy prevailed.
25-1:19 I
called for my lovers, but they
deceived me: my priests and mine elders gave up
the ghost in the city, while they sought their meat to relieve their souls.
25-1:20 Behold,
O LORD; for I am in distress: my
bowels are troubled; mine heart is turned within
me; for I have grievously rebelled: abroad the sword bereaveth, at home there is as death.
25-1:21 They
have heard that I sigh: there is none
to comfort me: all mine enemies have heard of my
trouble; they are glad that thou hast done it:
thou wilt bring the day that thou
hast called, and they shall be like unto me.
25-2:11 Mine eyes do fail with tears, my bowels are troubled,
my liver is poured upon the earth, for the destruction of the daughter of my
people; because the children and the sucklings swoon in the streets of the
city.
25-2:22 Thou
hast called as in a solemn day my terrors round about, so that in the day of
the LORD’S anger none escaped nor remained: those that I have swaddled and
brought up hath mine enemy consumed.
25-3:19 Remembering
mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and
the gall.
25-3:48 Mine eye runneth down with rivers of water for the
destruction of the daughter of my people.
25-3:49 Mine eye trickleth down, and ceaseth not, without any
intermission,
25-3:51 Mine eye affecteth mine
heart because of all the daughters of my city.
25-3:52 Mine enemies chased me sore, like a bird, without
cause.
25-3:54 Waters
flowed over mine head; then I said, I am cut off.
26-5:11 Wherefore,
as I live, saith the Lord GOD;
Surely, because thou hast defiled my sanctuary with all thy detestable things,
and with all thine abominations, therefore will I also diminish thee; neither shall mine eye spare, neither will I have any pity.
26-5:13 Thus
shall mine anger be accomplished, and I will
cause my fury to rest upon them, and I will be comforted: and they shall know
that I the LORD have spoken it in my
zeal, when I have accomplished my fury in them.
26-7:3 Now
is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine
anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense
upon thee all thine abominations.
26-7:4 And
mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I
have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations
shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
26-7:8 Now
will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according
to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thine abominations.
26-7:9 And
mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have
pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye
shall know that I am the LORD that
smiteth.
26-8:1 And
it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of
the month, as I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me,
that the hand of the Lord GOD fell there upon me.
26-8:3 And
he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the
earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the
door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy,
which provoketh to jealousy.
26-8:5 Then
said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north.
So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the
north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in
the entry.
26-8:18 Therefore
will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not
spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet
will I not hear them.
26-9:1 He
cried also in mine ears with a loud voice,
saying, Cause them that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.
26-9:5 And
to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye
after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye
pity:
26-9:10 And
as for me also, mine eye shall not spare, neither
will I have pity, but I will
recompense their way upon their head.
26-11:20 That
they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine
ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.
26-12:7 And
I did so as I was commanded: I brought forth my stuff by day, as stuff for
captivity, and in the even I digged through the wall with mine hand; I brought it forth in the twilight, and
I bare it upon my shoulder in their sight.
26-13:9 And
mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see
vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people,
neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither
shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
26-13:13 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even rend it
with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it.
26-14:13 Son
of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I
stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break
the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off
man and beast from it:
26-16:8 Now
when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my
skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered
into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord GOD, and thou becamest mine.
26-16:18 And
tookest thy broidered garments, and coveredst them: and thou hast set mine oil and mine
incense before them.
26-17:19 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live,
surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my
covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.
26-18:4 Behold,
all souls are mine; as the soul of the father,
so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul
that sinneth, it shall die.
26-20:5 And
say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when I chose Israel, and
lifted up mine hand unto the seed of the house
of Jacob, and made myself known unto them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted
up mine hand unto them, saying, I am the LORD your God;
26-20:6 In
the day that I lifted up mine hand unto them, to bring them forth of the land
of Egypt into a land that I had espied for them, flowing with milk and honey,
which is the glory of all lands:
26-20:17 Nevertheless
mine eye spared them from destroying them,
neither did I make an end of them in the wilderness.
26-20:22 Nevertheless
I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name’s
sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose
sight I brought them forth.
26-20:23 I
lifted up mine hand unto them also in the
wilderness, that I would scatter them among the heathen, and disperse them
through the countries;
26-20:28 For when I had brought them into the
land, for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them, then they saw every high
hill, and all the thick trees, and they offered there their sacrifices, and
there they presented the provocation of their offering: there also they made
their sweet savour, and poured out there their drink offerings.
26-20:40 For
in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the
height of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, there shall all the house of Israel, all
of them in the land, serve me: there will I accept them, and there will I
require your offerings, and the firstfruits of your oblations, with all your
holy things.
26-20:42 And
ye shall know that I am the LORD,
when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers.
26-21:17 I
will also smite mine hands together, and I will
cause my fury to rest: I the LORD have said it.
26-21:31 And
I will pour out mine indignation upon thee, I
will blow against thee in the fire of my wrath, and deliver thee into the hand
of brutish men, and skilful to
destroy.
26-22:8 Thou
hast despised mine holy things, and hast
profaned my sabbaths.
26-22:13 Behold,
therefore I have smitten mine hand at thy
dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been in the
midst of thee.
26-22:20 As they gather silver, and brass, and
iron, and lead, and tin, into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire upon
it, to melt it; so will I gather you in mine
anger and in my fury, and I will leave you
there, and melt you.
26-22:26 Her
priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine
holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have
they shewed difference between the
unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am
profaned among them.
26-22:31 Therefore
have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I
have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed
upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.
26-23:4 And
the names of them were Aholah the
elder, and Aholibah her sister: and they were mine,
and they bare sons and daughters. Thus were
their names; Samaria is Aholah,
and Jerusalem Aholibah.
26-23:5 And
Aholah played the harlot when she was mine; and
she doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians her
neighbours,
26-23:39 For
when they had slain their children to their idols, then they came the same day
into my sanctuary to profane it; and, lo, thus have they done in the midst of mine house.
26-23:41 And
satest upon a stately bed, and a table prepared before it, whereupon thou hast
set mine incense and mine
oil.
26-25:7 Behold,
therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon
thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut thee off
from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will
destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am
the LORD.
26-25:13 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine
hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it
desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword.
26-25:14 And
I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall
do in Edom according to mine anger and according
to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord GOD.
26-25:16 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will stretch out mine
hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the
remnant of the sea coast.
26-29:3 Speak,
and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am
against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the
midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.
26-29:9 And
the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the LORD: because he hath said, The
river is mine,
and I have made it.
26-35:3 And
say unto it, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O mount Seir, I am against thee, and I will stretch out mine hand against thee, and I will make thee most
desolate.
26-35:10 Because
thou hast said, These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it; whereas the LORD was
there:
26-36:7 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; I have lifted up mine
hand, Surely the heathen that are about
you, they shall bear their shame.
26-36:21 But
I had pity for mine holy name, which the house
of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went.
26-36:22 Therefore
say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel,
but for mine holy name’s sake, which ye have
profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.
26-37:19 Say
unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph,
which is in the hand of Ephraim, and
the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make
them one stick, and they shall be one in mine
hand.
26-43:8 In
their setting of their threshold by my thresholds, and their post by my posts,
and the wall between me and them, they have even defiled my holy name by their
abominations that they have committed: wherefore I have consumed them in mine anger.
26-44:8 And
ye have not kept the charge of mine holy things:
but ye have set keepers of my charge in my sanctuary for yourselves.
26-44:12 Because
they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to
fall into iniquity; therefore have I lifted up mine
hand against them, saith the Lord GOD, and they shall bear their iniquity.
26-44:24 And
in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall
keep my laws and my statutes in all mine
assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths.
26-47:14 And
ye shall inherit it, one as well as another: concerning the which I lifted up mine
hand to give it unto your fathers: and this land shall fall unto you for
inheritance.
27-4:4 I
Nebuchadnezzar was at rest in mine house, and
flourishing in my palace:
27-4:10 Thus
were the visions of mine head in my bed; I saw, and behold, a tree in the
midst of the earth, and the height thereof was
great.
27-4:34 And
at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine
eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding
returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that
liveth for ever, whose dominion is an
everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from
generation to generation:
27-4:36 At
the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors
and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent
majesty was added unto me.
27-8:3 Then
I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold,
there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns
were high; but one was higher than the other, and the
higher came up last.
27-10:5 Then
I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a
certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were
girded with fine gold of Uphaz:
28-2:5 For
their mother hath played the harlot: she that conceived them hath done
shamefully: for she said, I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my
flax, mine oil and my drink.
28-2:10 And
now will I discover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, and none shall
deliver her out of mine hand.
28-8:5 Thy
calf, O Samaria, hath cast thee off; mine anger is kindled against them: how long will it be ere they attain to innocency?
28-8:13 They
sacrifice flesh for the sacrifices of
mine offerings, and eat it; but the LORD accepteth them not; now will he remember their
iniquity, and visit their sins: they shall return to Egypt.
28-9:15 All
their wickedness is in Gilgal: for
there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of
mine house, I will love them no more: all their
princes are revolters.
28-11:8 How
shall I give thee up, Ephraim? how shall
I deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? how shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine
heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together.
28-11:9 I
will not execute the fierceness of mine anger, I
will not return to destroy Ephraim: for I am
God, and not man; the Holy One in the midst of thee: and I will not enter
into the city.
28-13:11 I
gave thee a king in mine anger, and took him away in my wrath.
28-13:14 I
will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O
death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance
shall be hid from mine eyes.
28-14:4 I
will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.
30-1:8 And
I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre
from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against
Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.
30-9:2 Though
they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take
them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:
30-9:4 And
though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the
sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine
eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.
32-2:2 And
said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto
the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice.
33-7:8 Rejoice
not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I
shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.
33-7:10 Then
she that is mine
enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover
her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine
eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the
streets.
35-1:12 Art thou not from everlasting, O LORD my
God, mine Holy One? we shall not die. O LORD,
thou hast ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, thou hast established
them for correction.
35-3:19 The
LORD God is my strength, and he will
make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he
will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the
chief singer on my stringed instruments.
36-1:4 I
will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and
upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal
from this place, and the name of the
Chemarims with the priests;
36-3:8 Therefore
wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for
my determination is to gather the
nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even
all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of
my jealousy.
36-3:10 From
beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
37-1:9 Ye
looked for much, and, lo, it came to
little; and when ye brought it home,
I did blow upon it. Why? saith the LORD of hosts. Because of mine house that is
waste, and ye run every man unto his own house.
37-2:8 The
silver is mine,
and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.
38-1:18 Then
lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four
horns.
38-2:1 I
lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and
behold a man with a measuring line in his hand.
38-2:9 For,
behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and
they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the LORD of
hosts hath sent me.
38-5:1 Then
I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked,
and behold a flying roll.
38-5:9 Then
lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold,
there came out two women, and the wind was
in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they
lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.
38-6:1 And
I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked,
and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the
mountains were mountains of brass.
38-8:6 Thus
saith the LORD of hosts; If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this
people in these days, should it also be marvellous in mine
eyes? saith the LORD of hosts.
38-9:8 And
I will encamp about mine house because of the army,
because of him that passeth by, and because of him that returneth: and no
oppressor shall pass through them any more: for now have I seen with mine eyes.
38-10:3 Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished
the goats: for the LORD of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and
hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.
38-11:14 Then
I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the
brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
38-12:4 In
that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his
rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes
upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with
blindness.
38-13:7 Awake,
O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and
the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine
hand upon the little ones.
39-1:6 A
son honoureth his father, and a
servant his master: if then I be a
father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my
fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye
say, Wherein have we despised thy name?
39-1:7 Ye
offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye
say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of the LORD is contemptible.
39-1:10 Who
is there even among you that would
shut the doors for nought? neither do
ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you,
saith the LORD of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.
39-3:7 Even
from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine
ordinances, and have not kept them. Return
unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said,
Wherein shall we return?
39-3:10 Bring
ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD
of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a
blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
39-3:17 And
they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in
that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his
own son that serveth him.
40-7:24 Therefore
whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and
doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a
rock:
40-7:26 And
every one that heareth these sayings of mine,
and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house
upon the sand:
40-20:15 Is
it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine
own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?
40-20:23 And
he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the
baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left,
is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.
40-25:27 Thou
oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received
mine own with usury.
41-9:24 And
straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I
believe; help thou mine unbelief.
41-10:40 But
to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine
to give; but it shall be given to them for
whom it is prepared.
42-1:44 For,
lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine
ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.
42-2:30 For
mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
42-9:38 And,
behold, a man of the company cried out, saying, Master, I beseech thee, look upon
my son: for he is mine only child.
42-11:6 For
a friend of mine in his journey is come to me,
and I have nothing to set before him?
42-18:3 And
there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.
42-19:23 Wherefore
then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have
required mine own with usury?
42-19:27 But
those mine enemies, which would not that I
should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
43-2:4 Jesus
saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine
hour is not yet come.
43-5:30 I
can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I
judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine
own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
43-6:38 For
I came down from heaven, not to do mine own
will, but the will of him that sent me.
43-7:16 Jesus
answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine,
but his that sent me.
43-8:50 And
I seek not mine own glory: there is one that
seeketh and judgeth.
43-9:11 He
answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam,
and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight.
43-9:15 Then
again the Pharisees also asked him how he had received his sight. He said unto
them, He put clay upon mine eyes, and I washed,
and do see.
43-9:30 The
man answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know
not from whence he is, and yet he
hath opened mine eyes.
43-10:14 I
am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and
am known of mine.
43-14:24 He
that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.
43-16:14 He
shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine,
and shall shew it unto you.
43-16:15 All
things that the Father hath are mine: therefore
said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall
shew it unto you.
43-17:10 And
all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.
44-11:6 Upon
the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I
considered, and saw fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and
creeping things, and fowls of the air.
44-13:22 And
when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom
also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own
heart, which shall fulfil all my will.
44-21:13 Then
Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine
heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for
the name of the Lord Jesus.
44-26:4 My
manner of life from my youth, which was at the first among mine own nation at Jerusalem, know all the Jews;
45-11:13 For
I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I
magnify mine office:
45-12:19 Dearly
beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather
give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the
Lord.
45-16:13 Salute
Rufus chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine.
45-16:23 Gaius
mine host, and of the whole church, saluteth
you. Erastus the chamberlain of the city saluteth you, and Quartus a brother.
46-1:15 Lest
any should say that I had baptized in mine own
name.
46-4:3 But
with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man’s
judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
46-9:2 If
I be not an apostle unto others, yet doubtless I am to you: for the seal of mine apostleship are ye in the Lord.
46-9:3 Mine answer to them that do examine me is this,
46-10:33 Even
as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.
46-16:21 The
salutation of me Paul with mine own hand.
47-11:26 In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren;
47-11:30 If
I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities.
47-12:5 Of
such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities.
48-1:14 And
profited in the Jews’ religion above many my equals in mine
own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.
48-6:11 Ye
see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine
own hand.
50-1:4 Always
in every prayer of mine for you all making
request with joy,
50-3:9 And
be found in him, not having mine own
righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of
Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
53-3:17 The
salutation of Paul with mine own hand, which is
the token in every epistle: so I write.
56-1:4 To
Titus, mine
own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our
Saviour.
57-1:12 Whom
I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels:
57-1:18 If
he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought,
put that on mine account;
57-1:19 I
Paul have written it with mine own hand, I will repay it: albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine
own self besides.
66-22:16 I
Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you
these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
