Rehoboam slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of

01-46:21 And the
sons of Benjamin were Belah, and
Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and
Huppim, and Ard.
04-26:40 And the
sons of Bela were Ard and Naaman: of Ard, the family of the Ardites: and of Naaman, the family of the Naamites.
12-5:1 Now
Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a
great man with his master, and honourable, because by him the LORD had given
deliverance unto Syria: he was also a mighty man in valour, but he was a leper.
12-5:6 And
he brought the letter to the king of Israel, saying, Now when this letter is
come unto thee, behold, I have therewith sent
Naaman my servant to thee, that thou mayest recover him
of his leprosy.
12-5:9 So
Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and
stood at the door of the house of Elisha.
12-5:11 But
Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I
thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the
LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper.
12-5:17 And
Naaman said, Shall there not then, I pray thee, be
given to thy servant two mules’ burden of earth? for thy servant will
henceforth offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice unto other gods, but unto
the LORD.
12-5:20 But
Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath
spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that
which he brought: but, as the LORD
liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him.
12-5:21 So
Gehazi followed after Naaman. And when Naaman saw him running after him, he lighted down
from the chariot to meet him, and said, Is
all well?
12-5:23 And
Naaman said, Be content, take two talents. And he urged
him, and bound two talents of silver in two bags, with two changes of garments,
and laid them upon two of his
servants; and they bare them before
him.
12-5:27 The
leprosy therefore of Naaman shall cleave unto thee, and unto
thy seed for ever. And he went out from his presence a leper as white as snow.
13-8:4 And
Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,
13-8:7 And
Naaman, and Ahiah, and Gera, he removed them, and begat
Uzza, and Ahihud.
42-4:27 And many
lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was
cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.

09-25:3 Now
the name of the man was Nabal; and the name of his wife Abigail: and she was a woman of good understanding,
and of a beautiful countenance: but the man was
churlish and evil in his doings; and he was
of the house of Caleb.
09-25:4 And
David heard in the wilderness that Nabal did shear his sheep.
09-25:5 And
David sent out ten young men, and David said unto the young men, Get you up to
Carmel, and go to Nabal, and greet him in my name:
09-25:9 And
when David’s young men came, they spake to Nabal
according to all those words in the name of David, and ceased.
09-25:10 And
Nabal answered David’s servants, and said, Who is David? and who is the son of Jesse? there be many servants now a days that break away
every man from his master.
09-25:19 And
she said unto her servants, Go on before me; behold, I come after you. But she
told not her husband Nabal.
09-25:25 Let
not my lord, I pray thee, regard this man of Belial, even Nabal: for as his name is, so is he; Nabal is his
name, and folly is with him: but I
thine handmaid saw not the young men of my lord, whom thou didst send.
09-25:26 Now
therefore, my lord, as the LORD
liveth, and as thy soul liveth,
seeing the LORD hath withholden thee from coming to shed blood, and from avenging thyself with thine own hand, now let
thine enemies, and they that seek evil to my lord, be as Nabal.
09-25:34 For
in very deed, as the LORD God of
Israel liveth, which hath kept me back from hurting thee, except thou hadst
hasted and come to meet me, surely there had not been left unto Nabal by the morning light any that pisseth against the
wall.
09-25:36 And
Abigail came to Nabal; and, behold, he held a feast in his house, like
the feast of a king; and Nabal’s heart was
merry within him, for he was very
drunken: wherefore she told him nothing, less or more, until the morning light.
09-25:37 But
it came to pass in the morning, when the wine was gone out of Nabal, and his wife had told him these things, that his
heart died within him, and he became as a
stone.
09-25:38 And
it came to pass about ten days after, that
the LORD smote Nabal, that he died.
09-25:39 And
when David heard that Nabal was dead, he said, Blessed be the LORD, that hath pleaded the cause
of my reproach from the hand of Nabal, and hath kept his servant from
evil: for the LORD hath returned the wickedness of Nabal upon
his own head. And David sent and communed with Abigail, to take her to him to
wife.
09-30:5 And
David’s two wives were taken captives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail
the wife of Nabal the Carmelite.
10-3:3 And
his second, Chileab, of Abigail the wife of Nabal the
Carmelite; and the third, Absalom the son of Maacah the daughter of Talmai king
of Geshur;

09-25:14 But
one of the young men told Abigail, Nabal’s wife, saying, Behold, David sent

Abigail came to Nabal; and, behold, he held a feast in his house, like the
feast of a king; and Nabal’s heart was merry within him, for he was
very drunken: wherefore she told him nothing, less or more, until the
morning light.
09-27:3 And
David dwelt with Achish at Gath, he and his men, every man with his household, even David with his two wives, Ahinoam
the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the Carmelitess, Nabal’s
wife.
10-2:2 So
David went up thither, and his two wives also, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and
Abigail Nabal’s wife the Carmelite.

11-21:1 And
it came to pass after these things, that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard, which was in Jezreel, hard by the palace of
Ahab king of Samaria.
11-21:2 And
Ahab spake unto Naboth, saying, Give me thy vineyard, that I may have
it for a garden of herbs, because it is near
unto my house: and I will give thee for it a better vineyard than it; or, if it seem good to thee, I will give
thee the worth of it in money.
11-21:3 And
Naboth said to Ahab, The LORD forbid it me, that I
should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.
11-21:4 And
Ahab came into his house heavy and displeased because of the word which Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him: for he had
said, I will not give thee the inheritance of my fathers. And he laid him down
upon his bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no bread.
11-21:6 And
he said unto her, Because I spake unto Naboth the Jezreelite, and said unto
him, Give me thy vineyard for money; or else, if it please thee, I will give
thee another vineyard for it: and he
answered, I will not give thee my vineyard.
11-21:7 And
Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise,
and eat bread, and let thine heart be
merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.
11-21:8 So
she wrote letters in Ahab’s name, and sealed them with his seal, and sent the letters unto the elders and to the
nobles that were in his city,
dwelling with Naboth.
11-21:9 And
she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people:
11-21:12 They
proclaimed a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people.
11-21:13 And
there came in two men, children of Belial, and sat before him: and the men of
Belial witnessed against him, even against
Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did blaspheme God and the king. Then they
carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, that he died.
11-21:14 Then
they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth is stoned, and is dead.
11-21:15 And
it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was
stoned, and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the
vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee
for money: for Naboth is not alive, but dead.
11-21:16 And
it came to pass, when Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, that Ahab rose up to go
down to the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, to take
possession of it.
11-21:18 Arise,
go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, which is
in Samaria: behold, he is in the
vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to possess it.
11-21:19 And
thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Hast thou killed, and
also taken possession? And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the
LORD, In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth shall
dogs lick thy blood, even thine.
12-9:21 And
Joram said, Make ready. And his chariot was made ready. And Joram king of
Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went
out against Jehu, and met him in the portion of Naboth the
Jezreelite.
12-9:25 Then
said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Take
up, and cast him in the portion of
the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember how that, when I
and thou rode together after Ahab his father, the LORD laid this burden upon
him;
12-9:26 Surely
I have seen yesterday the blood of Naboth, and the blood of his sons, saith
the LORD; and I will requite thee in this plat, saith the LORD. Now therefore
take and cast him into the plat of ground, according to the word of the
LORD.

Baasha the son of Ahijah, of the house of Issachar, conspired against him; and
Baasha smote him at Gibbethon, which belonged
