12-24:1 In
his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim
became his servant three years: then he turned and rebelled against him.
12-24:10 At
that time the servants of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up
against Jerusalem, and the city was besieged.
12-24:11 And
Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came against the city,
and his servants did besiege it.
12-25:1 And
it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the
tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar
king of Babylon came, he, and all his host, against Jerusalem, and pitched
against it: and they built forts against it round about.
12-25:8 And
in the fifth month, on the seventh day of
the month, which is the nineteenth
year of king Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan,
captain of the guard, a servant of the king of Babylon, unto Jerusalem:
12-25:22 And
as for the people that remained in
the land of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had left,
even over them he made Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, ruler.
13-6:15 And
Jehozadak went into captivity, when
the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.
14-36:6 Against
him came up Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and bound him in
fetters, to carry him to Babylon.
14-36:7 Nebuchadnezzar also carried of the vessels of the house
of the LORD to Babylon, and put them in his temple at Babylon.
14-36:10 And
when the year was expired, king Nebuchadnezzar sent, and brought him to
Babylon, with the goodly vessels of the house of the LORD, and made Zedekiah
his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem.
14-36:13 And
he also rebelled against king Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear
by God: but he stiffened his neck, and hardened his heart from turning unto the
LORD God of Israel.
15-1:7 Also
Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of the LORD, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and
had put them in the house of his gods;
15-2:1 Now
these are the children of the
province that went up out of the captivity, of those which had been carried
away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away
unto Babylon, and came again unto Jerusalem and Judah, every one unto his city;
15-5:12 But
after that our fathers had provoked the God of heaven unto wrath, he gave them
into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, the Chaldean, who
destroyed this house, and carried the people away into Babylon.
15-5:14 And
the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was in Jerusalem, and brought them into
the temple of Babylon, those did Cyrus the king take out of the temple of
Babylon, and they were delivered unto one,
whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom
he had made governor;
15-6:5 And
also let the golden and silver vessels of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took forth out of the temple which is at Jerusalem, and brought unto
Babylon, be restored, and brought again unto the temple which is at Jerusalem, every one to his place, and place them in the house of God.
16-7:6 These
are the children of the province,
that went up out of the captivity, of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away,
and came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one unto his city;
17-2:6 Who
had been carried away from Jerusalem with the captivity which had been carried
away with Jeconiah king of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had
carried away.
24-27:6 And
now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar
the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field have I given him
also to serve him.
24-27:8 And
it shall come to pass, that the
nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar
the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the
king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the LORD, with the sword, and
with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his
hand.
24-27:20 Which
Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took not, when he
carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah from Jerusalem
to Babylon, and all the nobles of Judah and Jerusalem;
24-28:3 Within
two full years will I bring again into this place all the vessels of the LORD’S
house, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took away from this
place, and carried them to Babylon:
24-28:11 And
Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the LORD;
Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the
neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet
Jeremiah went his way.
24-28:14 For
thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon
the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar
king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of
the field also.
24-29:1 Now
these are the words of the letter
that Jeremiah the prophet sent from Jerusalem unto the residue of the elders
which were carried away captives, and to the priests, and to the prophets, and
to all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had carried away captive
from Jerusalem to Babylon;
24-29:3 By
the hand of Elasah the son of Shaphan, and Gemariah the son of Hilkiah, (whom
Zedekiah king of Judah sent unto Babylon to Nebuchadnezzar
king of Babylon) saying,
24-34:1 The
word which came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, when Nebuchadnezzar
king of Babylon, and all his army, and all the kingdoms of the earth of his
dominion, and all the people, fought against Jerusalem, and against all the
cities thereof, saying,
24-39:5 But
the Chaldeans’ army pursued after them, and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of
Jericho: and when they had taken him, they brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon to Riblah in the land of
Hamath, where he gave judgment upon him.
27-1:1 In
the third year of the reign of Jehoiakim king of Judah came Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon unto Jerusalem, and
besieged it.
27-1:18 Now
at the end of the days that the king had said he should bring them in, then the
prince of the eunuchs brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar.
27-2:1 And
in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadnezzar
dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from
him.
27-2:28 But
there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy
dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;
27-2:46 Then
the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face, and worshipped
Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an oblation and sweet odours unto
him.
27-3:1 Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose
height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he
set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.
27-3:2 Then
Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the
princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the
counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come to the
dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.
27-3:3 Then
the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the
counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, were gathered
together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar
the king had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up.
27-3:5 That at what time ye hear the sound of
the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick,
ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar
the king hath set up:
27-3:7 Therefore
at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp,
sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and
the languages, fell down and worshipped
the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.
27-3:9 They
spake and said to the king Nebuchadnezzar, O king, live for ever.
27-3:13 Then
Nebuchadnezzar in his
rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they
brought these men before the king.
27-3:14 Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and
Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have
set up?
27-3:16 Shadrach,
Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar,
we are not careful to answer thee in
this matter.
27-3:19 Then
was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage
was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace
one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.
27-3:24 Then
Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in
haste, and spake, and said unto his
counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They
answered and said unto the king, True, O king.
27-3:26 Then
Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning
fiery furnace, and spake, and said,
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth,
and come hither. Then Shadrach,
Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire.
27-3:28 Then Nebuchadnezzar
spake, and said, Blessed be the God of
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his
servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king’s word, and yielded
their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own
God.
27-4:1 Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all people, nations, and
languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you.
27-4:4 I
Nebuchadnezzar was at rest in mine house, and
flourishing in my palace:
27-4:18 This
dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now thou, O Belteshazzar,
declare the interpretation thereof, forasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make
known unto me the interpretation: but thou art
able; for the spirit of the holy gods is
in thee.
27-4:28 All
this came upon the king Nebuchadnezzar.
27-4:31 While
the word was in the king’s mouth,
there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O
king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is
departed from thee.
27-4:33 The
same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from
men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven,
till his hairs were grown like eagles’ feathers,
and his nails like birds’ claws.
27-4:34 And
at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto
heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High,
and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his
kingdom is from generation to
generation:
27-4:37 Now
I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of
heaven, all whose works are truth,
and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.
27-5:2 Belshazzar,
whiles he tasted the wine, commanded to bring the golden and silver vessels
which his father Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of the temple which was in Jerusalem; that the king, and his
princes, his wives, and his concubines, might drink therein.
27-5:11 There
is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the
spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding
and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I say, thy father, made master of the
magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers;
27-5:18 O
thou king, the most high God gave Nebuchadnezzar thy father a kingdom, and
majesty, and glory, and honour:

24-21:2 Inquire,
I pray thee, of the LORD for us; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon maketh
war against us; if so be that the LORD will deal with us according to all his
wondrous works, that he may go up from us.
24-21:7 And
afterward, saith the LORD, I will deliver Zedekiah king of Judah, and his
servants, and the people, and such as are left in this city from the
pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of
their enemies, and into the hand of those that seek their life: and he shall
smite them with the edge of the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have
pity, nor have mercy.
24-22:25 And
I will give thee into the hand of them that seek thy life, and into the hand of them whose face thou fearest, even
into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of
the Chaldeans.
24-24:1 The
LORD shewed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs were set before the temple of the LORD, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive
Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the
carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon.
24-25:1 The
word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah in the fourth
year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that was the first year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon;
24-25:9 Behold,
I will send and take all the families of the north, saith the LORD, and Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and
will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and
against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make
them an astonishment, and an hissing, and perpetual desolations.
24-29:21 Thus
saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, of Ahab the son of Kolaiah, and of
Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, which prophesy a lie unto you in my name; Behold,
I will deliver them into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he
shall slay them before your eyes;
24-32:1 The
word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD in the tenth year of Zedekiah king of
Judah, which was the eighteenth year
of Nebuchadrezzar.
24-32:28 Therefore
thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the
Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he
shall take it:
24-35:11 But
it came to pass, when Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon came up
into the land, that we said, Come, and let us go to Jerusalem for fear of the
army of the Chaldeans, and for fear of the army of the Syrians: so we dwell at Jerusalem.
24-37:1 And
king Zedekiah the son of Josiah reigned instead of Coniah the son of Jehoiakim,
whom Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon made king in the land of
Judah.
24-39:1 In
the ninth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the tenth month, came Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon and all his army against
Jerusalem, and they besieged it.
24-39:11 Now
Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon gave charge concerning
Jeremiah to Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, saying,
24-43:10 And
say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will
send and take Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and
will set his throne upon these stones that I have hid; and he shall spread his
royal pavilion over them.
24-44:30 Thus
saith the LORD; Behold, I will give Pharaohhophra king of Egypt into the hand
of his enemies, and into the hand of them that seek his life; as I gave
Zedekiah king of Judah into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, his
enemy, and that sought his life.
24-46:2 Against
Egypt, against the army of Pharaohnecho king of Egypt, which was by the river
Euphrates in Carchemish, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon smote in
the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah.
24-46:13 The
word that the LORD spake to Jeremiah the prophet, how Nebuchadrezzar
king of Babylon should come and smite
the land of Egypt.
24-46:26 And
I will deliver them into the hand of those that seek their lives, and into the
hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of
his servants: and afterward it shall be inhabited, as in the days of old, saith
the LORD.
24-49:28 Concerning
Kedar, and concerning the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadrezzar
king of Babylon shall smite, thus saith the LORD; Arise ye, go up to Kedar, and
spoil the men of the east.
24-49:30 Flee,
get you far off, dwell deep, O ye inhabitants of Hazor, saith the LORD; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath taken counsel
against you, and hath conceived a purpose against you.
24-50:17 Israel
is a scattered sheep; the lions have
driven him away: first the king of
Assyria hath devoured him; and last this Nebuchadrezzar
king of Babylon hath broken his bones.
24-51:34 Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon hath devoured me, he
hath crushed me, he hath made me an empty vessel, he hath swallowed me up like
a dragon, he hath filled his belly with my delicates, he hath cast me out.
24-52:4 And
it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the
tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadrezzar
king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, and pitched
against it, and built forts against it round about.
24-52:12 Now
in the fifth month, in the tenth day of
the month, which was the nineteenth
year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan,
captain of the guard, which served
the king of Babylon, into Jerusalem,
24-52:28 This
is the people whom Nebuchadrezzar carried away captive: in the seventh
year three thousand Jews and three and twenty:
24-52:29 In
the eighteenth year of Nebuchadrezzar he carried away captive
from Jerusalem eight hundred thirty and two persons:
24-52:30 In
the three and twentieth year of Nebuchadrezzar Nebuzaradan the captain
of the guard carried away captive of the Jews seven hundred forty and five
persons: all the persons were four
thousand and six hundred.
26-26:7 For
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring upon Tyrus Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, a king of kings, from the
north, with horses, and with chariots, and with horsemen, and companies, and
much people.
26-29:18 Son
of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve
a great service against Tyrus: every head was
made bald, and every shoulder was peeled:
yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had
served against it:
26-29:19 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her
multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for
his army.
26-30:10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon.

26-29:18 Son
of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve
a great service against Tyrus: every head was
made bald, and every shoulder was peeled:
yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had
served against it:
26-29:19 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her
multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for
his army.
26-30:10 Thus
saith the Lord GOD; I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the
hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon.

24-39:13 So
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard sent, and Nebushasban,
Rabsaris, and Nergalsharezer, Rabmag, and all the king of Babylon’s princes;

12-25:8 And
in the fifth month, on the seventh day of
the month, which is the nineteenth
year of king Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan,
captain of the guard, a servant of the king of Babylon, unto Jerusalem:
12-25:11 Now
the rest of the people that were left
in the city, and the fugitives that fell away to the king of Babylon, with the
remnant of the multitude, did Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard
carry away.
12-25:20 And
Nebuzaradan captain of the guard took these, and brought
them to the king of Babylon to Riblah:
24-39:9 Then
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away
captive into Babylon the remnant of the people that remained in the city, and
those that fell away, that fell to him, with the rest of the people that
remained.
24-39:10 But
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard left of the poor
of the people, which had nothing, in the land of Judah, and gave them vineyards
and fields at the same time.
24-39:11 Now
Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon gave charge concerning Jeremiah to Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, saying,
24-39:13 So
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard sent, and Nebushasban,
Rabsaris, and Nergalsharezer, Rabmag, and all the king of Babylon’s princes;
24-40:1 The
word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, after that Nebuzaradan
the captain of the guard had let him go from Ramah, when he had taken him being
bound in chains among all that were carried away captive of Jerusalem and
Judah, which were carried away captive unto Babylon.
24-41:10 Then
Ishmael carried away captive all the residue of the people that were in Mizpah, even the king’s daughters, and all the people that remained in
Mizpah, whom Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard had committed to
Gedaliah the son of Ahikam: and Ishmael the son of Nethaniah carried them away
captive, and departed to go over to the Ammonites.
24-43:6 Even men, and women, and children, and
the king’s daughters, and every person that Nebuzaradan
the captain of the guard had left with Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of
Shaphan, and Jeremiah the prophet, and Baruch the son of Neriah.
24-52:12 Now
in the fifth month, in the tenth day of
the month, which was the nineteenth
year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan,
captain of the guard, which served
the king of Babylon, into Jerusalem,
24-52:15 Then
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away
captive certain of the poor of the
people, and the residue of the people that remained in the city, and those that
fell away, that fell to the king of Babylon, and the rest of the multitude.
24-52:16 But
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard left certain of the poor of the land for
vinedressers and for husbandmen.
24-52:26 So
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard took them, and
brought them to the king of Babylon to Riblah.
24-52:30 In
the three and twentieth year of Nebuchadrezzar Nebuzaradan
the captain of the guard carried away captive of the Jews seven hundred forty
and five persons: all the persons were four
thousand and six hundred.

18-JOB
18-23:12 Neither
have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of
his mouth more than my necessary food.
44-ACTS
44-13:46 Then
Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary
that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it
from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the
Gentiles.
44-15:28 For
it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden
than these necessary things;
44-28:10 Who
also honoured us with many honours; and when we departed, they laded us with such things as were necessary.
46-12:22 Nay,
much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:
47-9:5 Therefore
I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren,
that they would go before unto you, and make up before hand your bounty,
whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness.
50-2:25 Yet
I supposed it necessary to send to you
Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labour, and fellowsoldier, but your
messenger, and he that ministered to my wants.
56-3:14 And
let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary
uses, that they be not unfruitful.
58-9:23 It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be
purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices
than these.

44-20:34 Yea,
ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.
47-2 CORINTHIANS
47-6:4 But
in all things approving ourselves as
the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
47-12:10 Therefore
I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities,
in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I
strong.

Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might
fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Necho from
the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.

carried him to Egypt.

01-GENESIS
01-27:16 And
she put the skins of the kids of the goats upon his hands, and upon the smooth
of his neck:
01-27:40 And
by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to
pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off
thy neck.
01-33:4 And
Esau ran to meet him, and embraced him, and fell on his neck, and kissed him: and they wept.
01-41:42 And
Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph’s hand, and
arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck;
01-45:14 And
he fell upon his brother Benjamin’s neck, and
wept; and Benjamin wept upon his neck.
01-46:29 And
Joseph made ready his chariot, and went up to meet Israel his father, to
Goshen, and presented himself unto him; and he fell on his neck, and wept on his neck
a good while.
01-49:8 Judah,
thou art he whom thy brethren shall
praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father’s children shall bow
down before thee.
02-13:13 And
every firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb; and if thou wilt not
redeem it, then thou shalt break his neck: and
all the firstborn of man among thy children shalt thou redeem.
02-34:20 But
the firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb: and if thou redeem him not, then shalt thou break his neck. All the firstborn of thy sons thou shalt redeem.
And none shall appear before me empty.
03-5:8 And
he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin
offering first, and wring off his head from his neck,
but shall not divide it asunder:
05-21:4 And
the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which
is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer’s neck there in the valley:
05-28:48 Therefore
shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in
hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron
upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.
05-31:27 For
I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck:
behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious against
the LORD; and how much more after my death?
09-4:18 And
it came to pass, when he made mention of the ark of God, that he fell from off
the seat backward by the side of the gate, and his neck
brake, and he died: for he was an old man, and heavy. And he had judged Israel
forty years.
12-17:14 Notwithstanding
they would not hear, but hardened their necks, like to the neck of their fathers, that did not believe in the
LORD their God.
14-36:13 And
he also rebelled against king Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by God:
but he stiffened his neck, and hardened his
heart from turning unto the LORD God of Israel.
16-9:29 And
testifiedst against them, that thou mightest bring them again unto thy law: yet
they dealt proudly, and hearkened not unto thy commandments, but sinned against
thy judgments, (which if a man do, he shall live in them;) and withdrew the
shoulder, and hardened their neck, and would not
hear.
18-15:26 He
runneth upon him, even on his neck,
upon the thick bosses of his bucklers:
18-16:12 I
was at ease, but he hath broken me asunder: he hath also taken me by my neck,
and shaken me to pieces, and set me up for his mark.
18-39:19 Hast
thou given the horse strength? hast thou clothed his neck
with thunder?
18-41:22 In
his neck remaineth strength, and sorrow is
turned into joy before him.
19-75:5 Lift
not up your horn on high: speak not with a
stiff neck.
20-1:9 For
they shall be an ornament of grace
unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.
20-3:3 Let
not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck;
write them upon the table of thine heart:
20-3:22 So
shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck.
20-6:21 Bind
them continually upon thine heart, and tie
them about thy neck.
20-29:1 He,
that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without
remedy.
22-1:10 Thy
cheeks are comely with rows of jewels, thy
neck with chains of gold.
22-4:4 Thy
neck is like
the tower of David builded for an armoury, whereon there hang a thousand
bucklers, all shields of mighty men.
22-4:9 Thou
hast ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse;
thou hast ravished my heart with one of thine eyes, with one chain of thy neck.
22-7:4 Thy
neck is as
a tower of ivory; thine eyes like the
fishpools in Heshbon, by the gate of Bathrabbim: thy nose is as the tower of Lebanon which looketh toward Damascus.
23-8:8 And
he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck;
and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O
Immanuel.
23-10:27 And
it shall come to pass in that day, that his
burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the
anointing.
23-30:28 And
his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity:
and there shall be a bridle in the
jaws of the people, causing them to
err.
23-48:4 Because
I knew that thou art obstinate, and
thy neck is
an iron sinew, and thy brow brass;
23-52:2 Shake
thyself from the dust; arise, and sit
down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck,
O captive daughter of Zion.
23-66:3 He
that killeth an ox is as if he slew a
man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he
cut off a dog’s neck; he that offereth an
oblation, as if he offered swine’s
blood; he that burneth incense, as if he
blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul
delighteth in their abominations.
24-7:26 Yet
they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers.
24-17:23 But
they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive
instruction.
24-27:2 Thus
saith the LORD to me; Make thee bonds and yokes, and put them upon thy neck,
24-27:8 And
it shall come to pass, that the
nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of
Babylon, and that will not put their neck under
the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the LORD,
with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have
consumed them by his hand.
24-27:11 But
the nations that bring their neck under the yoke
of the king of Babylon, and serve him, those will I let remain still in their
own land, saith the LORD; and they shall till it, and dwell therein.
24-28:10 Then
Hananiah the prophet took the yoke from off the prophet Jeremiah’s neck, and brake it.
24-28:11 And
Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the LORD;
Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full
years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way.
24-28:12 Then
the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the
prophet, after that Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from off the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying,
24-28:14 For
thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon
the neck of all these nations, that they may
serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have
given him the beasts of the field also.
24-30:8 For
it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no
more serve themselves of him:
25-1:14 The
yoke of my transgressions is bound by his hand: they are wreathed, and come up upon my neck: he hath made my strength to fall, the Lord hath
delivered me into their hands, from whom I am not able to rise up.
26-16:11 I
decked thee also with ornaments, and I put bracelets upon thy hands, and a
chain on thy neck.
27-5:7 The
king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the
soothsayers. And the king spake, and
said to the wise men of Babylon,
Whosoever shall read this writing, and shew me the interpretation thereof,
shall be clothed with scarlet, and have a
chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the
third ruler in the kingdom.
27-5:16 And
I have heard of thee, that thou canst make interpretations, and dissolve
doubts: now if thou canst read the writing, and make known to me the
interpretation thereof, thou shalt be clothed with scarlet, and have a chain of gold about thy neck, and shalt be the third ruler in the kingdom.
27-5:29 Then
commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he
should be the third ruler in the kingdom.
28-10:11 And
Ephraim is as an heifer that is taught, and loveth to tread out the
corn; but I passed over upon her fair neck:
I will make Ephraim to ride; Judah shall plow, and Jacob shall break his clods.
35-3:13 Thou
wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, even for salvation with thine anointed; thou woundedst the head out
of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck. Selah.
40-18:6 But
whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better
for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck,
and that he were drowned in the depth
of the sea.
41-9:42 And
whosoever shall offend one of these little
ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged
about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.
42-15:20 And
he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his
father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
42-17:2 It
were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should
offend one of these little ones.
44-15:10 Now
therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck
of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
44-20:37 And
they all wept sore, and fell on Paul’s neck, and
kissed him,

06-JOSHUA
06-10:24 And
it came to pass, when they brought out those kings unto Joshua, that Joshua
called for all the men of Israel, and said unto the captains of the men of war
which went with him, Come near, put your feet upon the necks
of these kings. And they came near, and put their feet upon the necks of them.
07-JUDGES
07-5:30 Have
they not sped? have they not divided
the prey; to every man a damsel or two;
to Sisera a prey of divers colours, a prey of divers colours of needlework, of
divers colours of needlework on both sides, meet
for the necks of them that take the spoil?
07-8:21 Then
Zebah and Zalmunna said, Rise thou, and fall upon us: for as the man is, so is his strength. And Gideon
arose, and slew Zebah and Zalmunna, and took away the ornaments that were on their camels’ necks.
07-8:26 And
the weight of the golden earrings that he requested was a thousand and seven
hundred shekels of gold; beside
ornaments, and collars, and purple raiment that was on the kings of Midian, and beside the chains that were about their camels’ necks.
10-22:41 Thou
hast also given me the necks of mine enemies,
that I might destroy them that hate me.
12-17:14 Notwithstanding
they would not hear, but hardened their necks,
like to the neck of their fathers, that did not believe in the LORD their God.
16-3:5 And
next unto them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their Lord.
16-9:16 But
they and our fathers dealt proudly, and hardened their necks,
and hearkened not to thy commandments,
16-9:17 And
refused to obey, neither were mindful of thy wonders that thou didst among
them; but hardened their necks, and in their
rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage: but thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and
merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsookest them not.
19-18:40 Thou
hast also given me the necks of mine enemies; that
I might destroy them that hate me.
23-3:16 Moreover
the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with
stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking
and mincing as they go, and making a
tinkling with their feet:
24-19:15 Thus
saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon this city
and upon all her towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it, because
they have hardened their necks, that they might
not hear my words.
24-27:12 I
spake also to Zedekiah king of Judah according to all these words, saying,
Bring your necks under the yoke of the king of
Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.
25-5:5 Our
necks are under
persecution: we labour, and have no rest.
26-21:29 Whiles
they see vanity unto thee, whiles they divine a lie unto thee, to bring thee
upon the necks of them that are slain, of the wicked, whose day is come, when their
iniquity shall have an end.
33-2:3 Therefore
thus saith the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from
which ye shall not remove your necks; neither
shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.
45-16:4 Who
have for my life laid down their own necks: unto
whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.
