02-EXODUS
02-21:28 If
an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned,
and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner
of the ox shall be quit.
02-21:29 But
if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been
testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him
in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.
02-21:34 The
owner of the pit shall make it good, and give money
unto the owner of them; and the dead beast shall be his.
02-21:36 Or
if it be known that the ox hath used to push in time past, and his owner hath not kept him in; he shall surely pay ox for
ox; and the dead shall be his own.
02-22:11 Then shall an oath of the LORD be
between them both, that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods;
and the owner of it shall accept thereof, and he shall not make it good.
02-22:12 And
if it be stolen from him, he shall make restitution unto the owner thereof.
02-22:14 And
if a man borrow ought of his
neighbour, and it be hurt, or die, the owner
thereof being not with it, he shall
surely make it good.
02-22:15 But if the owner
thereof be with it, he shall not make
it good: if it be an hired thing, it
came for his hire.
11-16:24 And
he bought the hill Samaria of Shemer for two talents of silver, and built on
the hill, and called the name of the city which he built, after the name of
Shemer, owner of the hill, Samaria.
23-1:3 The
ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master’s
crib: but Israel doth not know, my
people doth not consider.
44-27:11 Nevertheless
the centurion believed the master and the owner
of the ship, more than those things which were spoken by Paul.

18-JOB
18-31:39 If
I have eaten the fruits thereof without money, or have caused the owners thereof to lose their life:
20-PROVERBS
20-1:19 So
are the ways of every one that is
greedy of gain; which taketh away the
life of the owners thereof.
21-ECCLESIASTES
21-5:11 When
goods increase, they are increased that eat them: and what good is there to the owners
thereof, saving the beholding of them with
their eyes?
21-5:13 There
is a sore evil which I have seen
under the sun, namely, riches kept
for the owners thereof to their hurt.
42-LUKE
42-19:33 And
as they were loosing the colt, the owners
thereof said unto them, Why loose ye the colt?

03-14:35 And
he that owneth the house shall come and tell the
priest, saying, It seemeth to me there is
as it were a plague in the house:
44-ACTS
44-21:11 And
when he was come unto us, he took Paul’s girdle, and bound his own hands and
feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind
the man that owneth this girdle, and shall
deliver him into the hands of the
Gentiles.

02-EXODUS
02-20:17 Thou
shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s
wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox,
nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy
neighbour’s.
02-21:28 If
an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then
the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh
shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit.
02-21:29 But
if the ox were wont to push with his horn in
time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him
in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox
shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.
02-21:32 If
the ox shall push a manservant or a maidservant;
he shall give unto their master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.
02-21:33 And
if a man shall open a pit, or if a man shall dig a pit, and not cover it, and
an ox or an ass fall therein;
02-21:35 And
if one man’s ox hurt another’s, that he die;
then they shall sell the live ox, and divide the
money of it; and the dead ox also they shall divide.
02-21:36 Or
if it be known that the ox hath used to push in
time past, and his owner hath not kept him in; he shall surely pay ox for ox; and the dead
shall be his own.
02-22:1 If
a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill
it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox,
and four sheep for a sheep.
02-22:4 If
the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep; he shall restore double.
02-22:9 For
all manner of trespass, whether it be for
ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, or for any manner of lost thing, which another challengeth to be his, the cause
of both parties shall come before the judges; and whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his
neighbour.
02-22:10 If
a man deliver unto his neighbour an ass, or an ox,
or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no
man seeing it:
02-23:4 If
thou meet thine enemy’s ox or his ass going
astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.
02-23:12 Six
days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thine
ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy
handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed.
02-34:19 All
that openeth the matrix is mine; and
every firstling among thy cattle, whether
ox or sheep, that is male.
03-7:23 Speak
unto the children of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no manner of fat, of ox, or of sheep, or of goat.
03-17:3 What
man soever there be of the house of
Israel, that killeth an ox, or lamb, or goat, in
the camp, or that killeth it out of
the camp,
03-27:26 Only
the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD’S firstling, no man shall
sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is
the LORD’S.
04-7:3 And
they brought their offering before the LORD, six covered wagons, and twelve
oxen; a wagon for two of the princes, and for each one an ox: and they brought them before the tabernacle.
04-22:4 And
Moab said unto the elders of Midian, Now shall this company lick up all that are round about us, as the ox licketh up the grass of the field. And Balak the
son of Zippor was king of the
Moabites at that time.
05-5:14 But
the seventh day is the sabbath of the
LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do
any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy
maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor
any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is
within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well
as thou.
05-5:21 Neither
shalt thou desire thy neighbour’s wife, neither shalt thou covet thy
neighbour’s house, his field, or his manservant, or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy neighbour’s.
05-14:4 These
are the beasts which ye shall eat:
the ox, the sheep, and the goat,
05-14:5 The
hart, and the roebuck, and the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg,
and the wild ox, and the chamois.
05-18:3 And
this shall be the priest’s due from the people, from them that offer a
sacrifice, whether it be ox or sheep; and they shall give unto the priest the
shoulder, and the two cheeks, and the maw.
05-22:1 Thou
shalt not see thy brother’s ox or his sheep go
astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again
unto thy brother.
05-22:4 Thou
shalt not see thy brother’s ass or his ox fall
down by the way, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift
them up again.
05-22:10 Thou
shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.
05-25:4 Thou
shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn.
05-28:31 Thine
ox shall
be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from
before thy face, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies, and
thou shalt have none to rescue them.
06-6:21 And
they utterly destroyed all that was in
the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox,
and sheep, and ass, with the edge of the sword.
07-3:31 And
after him was Shamgar the son of Anath, which slew of the Philistines six
hundred men with an ox goad: and he also
delivered Israel.
07-6:4 And
they encamped against them, and destroyed the increase of the earth, till thou
come unto Gaza, and left no sustenance for Israel, neither sheep, nor ox, nor ass.
09-12:3 Behold,
here I am: witness against me before
the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have
I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I
oppressed? or of whose hand have I received any
bribe to blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.
09-14:34 And
Saul said, Disperse yourselves among the people, and say unto them, Bring me
hither every man his ox, and every man his
sheep, and slay them here, and eat;
and sin not against the LORD in eating with the blood. And all the people
brought every man his ox with him that night,
and slew them there.
09-15:3 Now
go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them
not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox
and sheep, camel and ass.
16-5:18 Now
that which was prepared for me daily was one ox and six choice sheep; also fowls were prepared for me, and once in
ten days store of all sorts of wine: yet for all this required not I the bread
of the governor, because the bondage was heavy upon this people.
18-6:5 Doth
the wild ass bray when he hath grass? or loweth the ox
over his fodder?
18-24:3 They
drive away the ass of the fatherless, they take the widow’s ox for a pledge.
18-40:15 Behold
now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox.
19-69:31 This also shall please the LORD better
than an ox or
bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
19-106:20 Thus
they changed their glory into the similitude of an ox
that eateth grass.
20-7:22 He
goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to
the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks;
20-14:4 Where
no oxen are, the crib is clean: but much increase is by the strength of the ox.
20-15:17 Better
is a dinner of herbs where love is,
than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.
23-1:3 The
ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master’s
crib: but Israel doth not know, my
people doth not consider.
23-11:7 And
the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and
the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
23-32:20 Blessed
are ye that sow beside all waters,
that send forth thither the feet of
the ox and the ass.
23-66:3 He
that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog’s neck; he that
offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine’s
blood; he that burneth incense, as if he
blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul
delighteth in their abominations.
24-11:19 But
I was like a lamb or an ox that is brought to the slaughter; and I knew
not that they had devised devices against me, saying, Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us
cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no more
remembered.
26-1:10 As
for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face
of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an
eagle.
42-13:15 The
Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite,
doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox
or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?
42-14:5 And
answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull
him out on the sabbath day?
46-9:9 For
it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for
oxen?
54-5:18 For
the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox
that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.

or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD
thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,
06-7:24 And
Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver,
and the garment, and the wedge of gold, and his sons, and his daughters, and
his oxen, and his asses, and his sheep, and his
tent, and all that he had: and they brought them unto the valley of Achor.
09-11:7 And
he took a yoke of oxen, and hewed them in
pieces, and sent them throughout all
the coasts of Israel by the hands of messengers, saying, Whosoever cometh not
forth after Saul and after Samuel, so shall it be done unto his oxen. And the fear of the LORD fell on the people, and
they came out with one consent.
09-14:14 And
that first slaughter, which Jonathan and his armourbearer made, was about
twenty men, within as it were an half acre of land, which a yoke of oxen might plow.
09-14:32 And
the people flew upon the spoil, and took sheep, and oxen,
and calves, and slew them on the
ground: and the people did eat them with
the blood.
09-15:9 But
Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly
destroy them: but every thing that was vile
and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.
09-15:14 And
Samuel said, What meaneth then this
bleating of the sheep in mine ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear?
09-15:15 And
Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites: for the people spared
the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to
sacrifice unto the LORD thy God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed.
09-15:21 But
the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen,
the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice
unto the LORD thy God in Gilgal.
09-22:19 And
Nob, the city of the priests, smote he with the edge of the sword, both men and
women, children and sucklings, and oxen, and
asses, and sheep, with the edge of the sword.
09-27:9 And
David smote the land, and left neither man nor woman alive, and took away the
sheep, and the oxen, and the asses, and the
camels, and the apparel, and returned, and came to Achish.
10-6:6 And
when they came to Nachon’s threshingfloor, Uzzah put forth his hand to the ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen shook it.
10-6:13 And
it was so, that when they that bare
the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, he sacrificed oxen
and fatlings.
10-24:22 And
Araunah said unto David, Let my lord the king take and offer up what seemeth good unto him: behold, here be oxen
for burnt sacrifice, and threshing instruments and other instruments of the oxen for
wood.
10-24:24 And
the king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it of thee at a price: neither will I offer burnt offerings unto
the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing. So David bought the
threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of
silver.
11-1:9 And
Adonijah slew sheep and oxen and fat cattle by
the stone of Zoheleth, which is by
Enrogel, and called all his brethren the king’s sons, and all the men of Judah
the king’s servants:
11-1:19 And
he hath slain oxen and fat cattle and sheep in
abundance, and hath called all the sons of the king, and Abiathar the priest,
and Joab the captain of the host: but Solomon thy servant hath he not called.
11-1:25 For
he is gone down this day, and hath slain oxen
and fat cattle and sheep in abundance, and hath called all the king’s sons, and
the captains of the host, and Abiathar the priest; and, behold, they eat and
drink before him, and say, God save king Adonijah.
11-4:23 Ten
fat oxen, and twenty oxen
out of the pastures, and an hundred sheep, beside harts, and roebucks, and
fallowdeer, and fatted fowl.
11-7:25 It
stood upon twelve oxen, three looking toward the
north, and three looking toward the west, and three looking toward the south,
and three looking toward the east: and the sea was set above upon them, and all their hinder parts were inward.
11-7:29 And
on the borders that were between the
ledges were lions, oxen, and cherubims: and upon the ledges there was a base above: and beneath the
lions and oxen were certain additions made of thin work.
11-7:44 And
one sea, and twelve oxen under the sea;
11-8:5 And
king Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel, that were assembled unto him,
were with him before the ark,
sacrificing sheep and oxen, that could not be
told nor numbered for multitude.
11-8:63 And
Solomon offered a sacrifice of peace offerings, which he offered unto the LORD,
two and twenty thousand oxen, and an hundred and
twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the
house of the LORD.
11-19:19 So
he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth: and
Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him.
11-19:20 And
he left the oxen, and ran after Elijah, and
said, Let me, I pray thee, kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow thee. And he said
unto him, Go back again: for what have I done to thee?
11-19:21 And
he returned back from him, and took a yoke of oxen,
and slew them, and boiled their flesh with the instruments of the oxen, and gave unto the people, and they did eat. Then
he arose, and went after Elijah, and ministered unto him.
12-5:26 And
he said unto him, Went not mine heart with
thee, when the man turned again from his chariot to meet thee? Is it a time to receive money, and to
receive garments, and oliveyards, and vineyards, and sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and maidservants?
12-16:17 And
king Ahaz cut off the borders of the bases, and removed the laver from off
them; and took down the sea from off the brasen oxen
that were under it, and put it upon a
pavement of stones.
13-12:40 Moreover
they that were nigh them, even unto
Issachar and Zebulun and Naphtali, brought bread on asses, and on camels, and
on mules, and on oxen, and meat, meal, cakes of figs, and bunches of raisins, and wine,
and oil, and oxen, and sheep abundantly: for there was joy in Israel.
13-13:9 And
when they came unto the threshingfloor of Chidon, Uzza put forth his hand to
hold the ark; for the oxen stumbled.
13-21:23 And
Ornan said unto David, Take it to
thee, and let my lord the king do that
which is good in his eyes: lo, I give thee
the oxen also
for burnt offerings, and the threshing instruments for wood, and the wheat
for the meat offering; I give it all.
14-4:3 And
under it was the similitude of oxen, which did compass it round about: ten in a
cubit, compassing the sea round about. Two rows of oxen
were cast, when it was cast.
14-4:4 It
stood upon twelve oxen, three looking toward the
north, and three looking toward the west, and three looking toward the south,
and three looking toward the east: and the sea was set above upon them, and all their hinder parts were inward.
14-4:15 One
sea, and twelve oxen under it.
14-5:6 Also
king Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel that were assembled unto him
before the ark, sacrificed sheep and oxen, which
could not be told nor numbered for multitude.
14-7:5 And
king Solomon offered a sacrifice of twenty and two thousand oxen, and an hundred and twenty thousand sheep: so the
king and all the people dedicated the house of God.
14-15:11 And
they offered unto the LORD the same time, of the spoil which they had brought, seven hundred oxen
and seven thousand sheep.
14-18:2 And
after certain years he went down to
Ahab to Samaria. And Ahab killed sheep and oxen
for him in abundance, and for the people that he had with him, and persuaded him to go up with him to Ramothgilead.
14-29:33 And
the consecrated things were six
hundred oxen and three thousand sheep.
14-31:6 And
concerning the children of Israel and
Judah, that dwelt in the cities of Judah, they also brought in the tithe of oxen and sheep, and the tithe of holy things which
were consecrated unto the LORD their God, and laid them by heaps.
14-35:8 And
his princes gave willingly unto the people, to the priests, and to the Levites:
Hilkiah and Zechariah and Jehiel, rulers of the house of God, gave unto the
priests for the passover offerings two thousand and six hundred small cattle, and three hundred oxen.
14-35:9 Conaniah
also, and Shemaiah and Nethaneel, his brethren, and Hashabiah and Jeiel and
Jozabad, chief of the Levites, gave unto the Levites for passover offerings
five thousand small cattle, and five
hundred oxen.
14-35:12 And
they removed the burnt offerings, that they might give according to the
divisions of the families of the people, to offer unto the LORD, as it is written in the book of Moses. And
so did they with the oxen.
18-1:3 His
