02-16:13 And
it came to pass, that at even the quails came
up, and covered the camp: and in the morning the dew lay round about the host.
04-11:31 And there went forth a wind from the
LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a
day’s journey on this side, and as it were a day’s journey on the other side,
round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth.
04-11:32 And the people stood up all that day,
and all that night, and all the next
day, and they gathered the quails: he that
gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp.
19-105:40 The
people asked, and he brought quails, and
satisfied them with the bread of heaven.

29-2:10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun
and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
34-1:5 The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is
burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.
40-27:51 And, behold, the veil of the temple
was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
58-12:21 And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)

02-19:18 And
mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in
fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole

09-14:15 And there was trembling in the host,
in the field, and among all the people: the garrison, and the spoilers, they
also trembled, and the earth quaked: so it was a
very great trembling.

12-5:7 And it came to pass, when the king
of Israel had read the letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, Am I God, to kill and to make alive,
that this man doth send unto me to recover a man of his leprosy? wherefore
consider, I pray you, and see how he seeketh a quarrel

41-6:19 Therefore Herodias had a quarrel against him, and would have killed him; but

forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel

and passed beyond the quarries, and escaped unto
Seirath.

01-19:4 But before they lay down, the men of
the city, even the men of Sodom,
compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter:
04-34:3 Then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by
the coast of Edom, and your south border shall be the outmost coast of the salt
sea eastward:
06-15:5 And the east border was the salt sea, even unto the end of Jordan. And their border in the north quarter was from the bay of the sea at the
uttermost part of Jordan:
06-18:14 And the border was drawn thence, and compassed the corner of the
sea southward, from the hill that lieth before
Bethhoron southward; and the goings out thereof were at Kirjathbaal, which is Kirjathjearim, a city of the children
of Judah: this was the west quarter.
06-18:15 And the south quarter was from the end
of Kirjathjearim, and the border went out on the west, and went out to the well
of waters of Nephtoah:
23-47:15 Thus shall they be unto thee with
whom thou hast laboured, even thy merchants,
from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter;
none shall save thee.
23-56:11 Yea, they are greedy dogs which can
never have enough, and they are shepherds
that cannot understand: they all look
to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.
41-1:45 But he went out, and began to
publish it much, and to blaze abroad the
matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was
without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.

four quarters of thy vesture, wherewith thou
coverest thyself.
13-9:24 In four quarters
were the porters, toward the east, west, north, and south.
24-49:36 And upon Elam will I bring the four
winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will
scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the
outcasts of Elam shall not come.
26-38:6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house
of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his
bands: and many people with thee.
44-9:32 And it came to pass, as Peter passed
throughout all quarters,
he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.
44-16:3 Him would Paul have to go forth with
him; and took and circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters: for they knew all that his father was a

44-28:7 In the same quarters

11-10:1 And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of
the LORD, she came to prove him with hard questions.
11-10:4 And when the queen of Sheba had seen all Solomon’s wisdom, and the house that he
had built,
11-10:10 And she gave the king an hundred and
twenty talents of gold, and of spices very great store, and precious stones:
there came no more such abundance of spices as these which the queen of Sheba gave to king Solomon.
11-10:13 And king Solomon gave unto the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatsoever she asked,
beside that which Solomon gave her of
his royal bounty. So she turned and went to her own country, she and her
servants.
11-11:19 And Hadad found great favour in the
sight of Pharaoh, so that he gave him to wife the sister of his own wife, the
sister of Tahpenes the queen.
11-15:13 And also Maachah his mother, even her
he removed from being queen, because she had made an idol in a grove; and
Asa destroyed her idol, and burnt it by
the brook Kidron.
12-10:13 Jehu met with the brethren of Ahaziah
king of Judah, and said, Who are ye?
And they answered, We are the
brethren of Ahaziah; and we go down to salute the children of the king and the
children of the queen.
14-9:1 And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came
to prove Solomon with hard questions at Jerusalem, with a very great company,
and camels that bare spices, and gold in abundance, and precious stones: and
when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him of all that was in her
heart.
14-9:3 And when the queen of Sheba had seen the wisdom of Solomon, and the
house that he had built,
14-9:9 And she gave the king an hundred
and twenty talents of gold, and of spices great abundance, and precious stones:
neither was there any such spice as the queen of
Sheba gave king Solomon.
14-9:12 And king Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatsoever she asked,
beside that which she had brought
unto the king. So she turned, and went away to her own land, she and her
servants.
14-15:16 And also concerning Maachah the mother of Asa the king, he removed her from being queen,
because she had made an idol in a grove: and Asa cut down her idol, and stamped
it, and burnt it at the brook Kidron.
16-2:6 And the king said unto me, (the queen also sitting by him,) For how long shall thy
journey be? and when wilt thou return? So it pleased the king to send me; and I
set him a time.
17-1:9 Also Vashti the queen made a feast for the women in the royal house which belonged
to king Ahasuerus.
17-1:11 To bring Vashti the queen before the king with the crown royal, to shew
the people and the princes her beauty: for she was fair to look on.
17-1:12 But the queen
Vashti refused to come at the king’s commandment by his chamberlains: therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger
burned in him.
17-1:15 What shall we do unto the queen Vashti according to law, because she hath not
performed the commandment of the king Ahasuerus by the chamberlains?
17-1:16 And Memucan answered before the king
and the princes, Vashti the queen hath not done
wrong to the king only, but also to all the princes, and to all the people that
are in all the provinces of the king
Ahasuerus.
17-1:17 For this deed of the queen shall come
abroad unto all women, so that they shall despise their husbands in their eyes,
when it shall be reported, The king Ahasuerus commanded Vashti the queen to be brought in before him, but she came not.
17-1:18 Likewise
shall the ladies of Persia and Media say this day unto all the king’s
princes, which have heard of the deed of the queen.
Thus shall there arise too much
contempt and wrath.
17-2:4 And let the maiden which pleaseth
the king be queen instead of Vashti. And the
thing pleased the king; and he did so.
17-2:17 And the king loved Esther above all
the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the
virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.
17-2:22 And the thing was known to Mordecai,
who told it unto Esther the queen; and Esther certified the king thereof in Mordecai’s name.
17-4:4 So Esther’s maids and her
chamberlains came and told it her.
Then was the queen exceedingly grieved; and she sent
raiment to clothe Mordecai, and to take away his sackcloth from him: but he
received it not.
17-5:2 And it was so, when the king saw
Esther the queen standing in the court, that she obtained favour in his sight:
and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that was in his hand. So Esther drew near, and touched the top of the
sceptre.
17-5:3 Then said the king unto her, What
wilt thou, queen Esther? and what is thy request? it shall be even given
thee to the half of the kingdom.
17-5:12 Haman said moreover, Yea, Esther the
queen did let no man come in with the king unto
the banquet that she had prepared but myself; and to morrow am I invited unto
her also with the king.
17-7:1 So the king and Haman came to
banquet with Esther the queen.
17-7:2 And the king said again unto Esther
on the second day at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition, queen Esther? and
it shall be granted thee: and what is thy
request? and it shall be performed, even to
the half of the kingdom.
17-7:3 Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favour in thy
sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my
petition, and my people at my request:
17-7:5 Then the king Ahasuerus answered
and said unto Esther the queen, Who is he, and
where is he, that durst presume in his heart to do so?
17-7:6 And Esther said, The adversary and
enemy is this wicked Haman. Then
Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.
17-7:7 And the king arising from the
banquet of wine in his wrath went into
the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther
the queen; for he saw that there was evil
determined against him by the king.
17-7:8 Then the king returned out of the
palace garden into the place of the banquet of wine; and Haman was fallen upon
the bed whereon Esther was. Then said
the king, Will he force the queen also before me
in the house? As the word went out of the king’s mouth, they covered Haman’s
face.
17-8:1 On that day did the king Ahasuerus
give the house of Haman the Jews’ enemy unto Esther the queen. And Mordecai came before the king; for Esther had told what
he was unto her.
17-8:7 Then the king Ahasuerus said unto
Esther the queen and to Mordecai the Jew,
Behold, I have given Esther the house of Haman, and him they have hanged upon
the gallows, because he laid his hand upon the Jews.
17-9:12 And the king said unto Esther the queen, The Jews have slain and destroyed five hundred
men in Shushan the palace, and the ten sons of Haman; what have they done in
the rest of the king’s provinces? now what is
thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: or what is thy request further? and it shall be done.
17-9:29 Then Esther the queen, the daughter of Abihail, and Mordecai the Jew,
wrote with all authority, to confirm this second letter of Purim.
17-9:31 To confirm these days of Purim in
their times appointed, according as
Mordecai the Jew and Esther the queen had
enjoined them, and as they had decreed for themselves and for their seed, the
matters of the fastings and their cry.
19-45:9 Kings’ daughters were among thy honourable women: upon
thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of
Ophir.
24-7:18 The children gather wood, and the
fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen
of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may
provoke me to anger.
24-13:18 Say unto the king and to the queen, Humble yourselves, sit down: for your
principalities shall come down, even the
crown of your glory.
24-29:2 (After that Jeconiah the king, and
the queen, and the eunuchs, the princes of Judah
and Jerusalem, and the carpenters, and the smiths, were departed from
Jerusalem;)
24-44:17 But we will certainly do whatsoever thing
goeth forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto
her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the
cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil.
24-44:18 But since we left off to burn incense
to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink
offerings unto her, we have wanted all things,
and have been consumed by the sword and by the famine.
24-44:19 And when we burned incense to the queen of heaven, and poured out drink offerings unto
her, did we make her cakes to worship her, and pour out drink offerings unto
her, without our men?
24-44:25 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God
of Israel, saying; Ye and your wives have both spoken with your mouths, and
fulfilled with your hand, saying, We will surely perform our vows that we have
vowed, to burn incense to the queen of heaven,
and to pour out drink offerings unto her: ye will surely accomplish your vows,
and surely perform your vows.
27-5:10 Now
the queen by reason of the words of the king
and his lords came into the banquet house: and
the queen spake and said, O king, live for
ever: let not thy thoughts trouble thee, nor let thy countenance be changed:
40-12:42 The queen
of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall
condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the
wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
42-11:31 The queen
of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and
condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the
wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
44-8:27 And he arose and went: and, behold,
a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her
treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship,
66-18:7 How much she hath glorified herself,
and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in
her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and
shall see no sorrow.

are threescore queens, and fourscore concubines,
and virgins without number.
22-6:9 My dove,
my undefiled is but one; she is the only one of her mother, she is
the choice one of her that bare
her. The daughters saw her, and blessed her; yea, the queens and the concubines,
and they praised her.
23-49:23 And kings shall be thy nursing
fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers:
they shall bow down to thee with their face
toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be
ashamed that wait for me.

10-14:7 And, behold, the whole family is
risen against thine handmaid, and they said, Deliver him that smote his

will destroy the heir also: and so they shall quench
my coal which is left, and shall not leave to my husband neither name nor remainder upon the earth.
10-21:17 But Abishai the son of Zeruiah succoured
him, and smote the Philistine, and killed him. Then the men of David sware unto
him, saying, Thou shalt go no more out with us to battle, that thou quench not the light of Israel.
19-104:11 They give drink to every beast of the

22-8:7 Many

23-1:31 And the strong shall be as tow, and

23-42:3 A bruised reed shall he not break,
and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall

24-4:4 Circumcise yourselves to the LORD,
and take away the foreskins of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem:
lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because
of the evil of your doings.
24-21:12 O house of David, thus saith the
LORD; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury
go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.
30-5:6 Seek the LORD, and ye shall live;
lest he break out like fire in the house of Joseph, and devour it, and there be none to quench it in Bethel.
40-12:20 A bruised reed shall he not break,
and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he
send forth judgment unto victory.
49-6:16 Above all, taking the shield of
faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all
the fiery darts of the wicked.
52-5:19 Quench
not the Spirit.

all the works of their hands; therefore my wrath shall be kindled against this

14-34:25 Because they have forsaken me, and

19-118:12 They compassed me about like bees;
they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in

23-34:10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up

23-66:24 And they shall go forth, and look
upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm

and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.
24-7:20 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD;
Behold, mine anger and my fury shall be poured out upon this place, upon man,
and upon beast, and upon the trees of the field, and upon the fruit of the
ground; and it shall burn, and shall not be quenched.
24-17:27 But if ye will not hearken unto me to
hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates
of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates
thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.
26-20:47 And say to the forest of the south, Hear
the word of the LORD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will kindle a fire in
thee, and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and every dry tree: the
flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all faces
from the south to the north shall be burned therein.
26-20:48 And all flesh shall see that I the
LORD have kindled it: it shall not be quenched.
41-9:43 And if thy hand offend thee, cut it
off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to
go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:
41-9:44 Where their worm dieth not, and the
fire is not quenched.
41-9:45 And if thy foot offend thee, cut it
off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be
cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:
41-9:46 Where their worm dieth not, and the

41-9:48 Where their worm dieth not, and the

43-3:25 Then there arose a question between some
