04-21:30 We have shot at them; Heshbon is
perished even unto Dibon, and we have laid them waste even unto Nophah, which reacheth unto
Medeba.
06-19:22 And the coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Bethshemesh; and the
outgoings of their border were at Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.
06-19:26 And Alammelech, and Amad, and
Misheal; and reacheth to Carmel westward, and to
Shihorlibnath;
06-19:27 And turneth toward the sunrising to
Bethdagon, and reacheth to Zebulun, and to the
valley of Jiphthahel toward the north side of Bethemek, and Neiel, and goeth
out to Cabul on the left hand,
06-19:34 And then the coast turneth westward to Aznothtabor, and goeth out from thence
to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the south
side, and reacheth to Asher on the west side,
and to Judah upon Jordan toward the sunrising.
14-28:9 But a prophet of the LORD was there,
whose name was Oded: and he went out
before the host that came to Samaria, and said unto them, Behold, because the
LORD God of your fathers was wroth with Judah, he hath delivered them into your
hand, and ye have slain them in a rage that
reacheth up unto heaven.
19-36:5 Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.
19-108:4 For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.
20-31:20 She stretcheth out her hand to the
poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the
needy.
24-4:10 Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! surely thou
hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace;
whereas the sword reacheth unto the soul.
24-4:18 Thy way and thy doings have procured
these things unto thee; this is thy wickedness, because it is bitter,
because it reacheth unto thine heart.
24-51:9 We would have healed Babylon, but
she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country:
for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is
lifted up even to the skies.
27-4:22 It is thou, O king, that art grown and become strong: for thy
greatness is grown, and reacheth unto heaven, and
thy dominion to the end of the earth.

14-3:11 And the wings of the cherubims were twenty cubits long: one wing of the one cherub was five cubits,
reaching to the wall of the house: and the other wing was likewise five cubits, reaching
to the wing of the other cherub.
14-3:12 And one wing of the other cherub was
five cubits, reaching to the wall of the
house: and the other wing was five
cubits also, joining to the wing of
the other cherub.
50-3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have
apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are
behind, and reaching forth unto those things
which are before,

02-24:7 And he
took the book of the covenant, and read in the
audience of the people: and they said, All that the LORD hath said will we do,
and be obedient.
05-17:19 And it
shall be with him, and he shall read therein all
the days of his life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all
the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:
05-31:11 When all
Israel is come to appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall
choose, thou shalt read this law before all
Israel in their hearing.
06-8:34 And
afterward he read all the words of the law, the blessings
and cursings, according to all that is written in the book of the law.
06-8:35 There was
not a word of all that Moses commanded, which Joshua read
not before all the congregation of Israel, with the women, and the little ones,
and the strangers that were conversant among them.
12-5:7 And it
came to pass, when the king of Israel had read the
letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, Am
I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man doth send unto me to
recover a man of his leprosy? wherefore consider, I pray you, and see how he
seeketh a quarrel against me.
12-19:14 And
Hezekiah received the letter of the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up into the house of the
LORD, and spread it before the LORD.
12-22:8 And Hilkiah
the high priest said unto Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of the law
in the house of the LORD. And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan, and he read it.
12-22:10 And
Shaphan the scribe shewed the king, saying, Hilkiah the priest hath delivered
me a book. And Shaphan read it before the king.
12-22:16 Thus saith
the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon the inhabitants
thereof, even all the words of the
book which the king of Judah hath read:
12-23:2 And the
king went up into the house of the LORD, and all the men of Judah and all the
inhabitants of Jerusalem with him, and the priests, and the prophets, and all
the people, both small and great: and he read in
their ears all the words of the book of the covenant which was found in the
house of the LORD.
14-34:18 Then
Shaphan the scribe told the king, saying, Hilkiah the priest hath given me a
book. And Shaphan read it before the king.
14-34:24 Thus
saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon the
inhabitants thereof, even all the
curses that are written in the book which they have read
before the king of Judah:
14-34:30 And
the king went up into the house of the LORD, and all the men of Judah, and the
inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the priests, and the Levites, and all the people,
great and small: and he read in their ears all
the words of the book of the covenant that was found in the house of the LORD.
15-4:18 The
letter which ye sent unto us hath been plainly read
before me.
15-4:23 Now when the
copy of king Artaxerxes’ letter was read before Rehum, and Shimshai the scribe, and their
companions, they went up in haste to Jerusalem unto the Jews, and made them to
cease by force and power.
16-8:3 And he read therein before the street that was before the water gate from the
morning until midday, before the men and the women, and those that could
understand; and the ears of all the people were
attentive unto the book of the law.
16-8:8 So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and
gave the sense, and caused them to
understand the reading.
16-8:18 Also day
by day, from the first day unto the last day, he read
in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the
eighth day was a solemn assembly,
according unto the manner.
16-9:3 And they
stood up in their place, and read in the book of
the law of the LORD their God one fourth
part of the day; and another fourth
part they confessed, and worshipped the LORD their God.
16-13:1 On that
day they read in the book of Moses in the
audience of the people; and therein was found written, that the Ammonite and
the Moabite should not come into the congregation of God for ever;
17-6:1 On that
night could not the king sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records
of the chronicles; and they were read before the
king.
23-29:11 And the
vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned,
saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I
cannot; for it is sealed:
23-29:12 And the book
is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read
this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.
23-34:16 Seek ye
out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of
these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and
his spirit it hath gathered them.
23-37:14 And
Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up unto the house of the
LORD, and spread it before the LORD.
24-29:29 And
Zephaniah the priest read this letter in the
ears of Jeremiah the prophet.
24-36:6 Therefore
go thou, and read in the roll, which thou hast
written from my mouth, the words of the LORD in the ears of the people in the
LORD’S house upon the fasting day: and also thou shalt read
them in the ears of all Judah that come out of their cities.
24-36:10 Then read Baruch in the book the words of Jeremiah in the
house of the LORD, in the chamber of Gemariah the son of Shaphan the scribe, in
the higher court, at the entry of the new gate of the LORD’S house, in the ears
of all the people.
24-36:13 Then
Michaiah declared unto them all the words that he had heard, when Baruch read the book in the ears of the people.
24-36:14 Therefore
all the princes sent Jehudi the son of Nethaniah, the son of Shelemiah, the son
of Cushi, unto Baruch, saying, Take in thine hand the roll wherein thou hast read in the ears of the people, and come. So Baruch
the son of Neriah took the roll in his hand, and came unto them.
24-36:15 And they
said unto him, Sit down now, and read it in our
ears. So Baruch read it in their ears.
24-36:21 So the king
sent Jehudi to fetch the roll: and he took it out of Elishama the scribe’s
chamber. And Jehudi read it in the ears of the
king, and in the ears of all the princes which stood beside the king.
24-36:23 And it came
to pass, that when Jehudi had read three or four leaves, he cut it with the
penknife, and cast it into the fire
that was on the hearth, until all the
roll was consumed in the fire that was on
the hearth.
24-51:61 And
Jeremiah said to Seraiah, When thou comest to Babylon, and shalt see, and shalt
read all these words;
27-5:7 The king
cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. And the king spake, and said to the wise
men of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this writing, and shew me the interpretation
thereof, shall be clothed with scarlet, and have
a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the
kingdom.
27-5:8 Then
came in all the king’s wise men: but
they could not read the writing, nor make known
to the king the interpretation thereof.
27-5:15 And now
the wise men, the astrologers, have
been brought in before me, that they should read
this writing, and make known unto me the interpretation thereof: but they could
not shew the interpretation of the thing:
27-5:16 And I
have heard of thee, that thou canst make interpretations, and dissolve doubts:
now if thou canst read the writing, and make
known to me the interpretation thereof, thou shalt be clothed with scarlet, and
have a chain of gold about thy neck,
and shalt be the third ruler in the kingdom.
27-5:17 Then
Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give
thy rewards to another; yet I will read the
writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation.
40-12:3 But he
said unto them, Have ye not read what David did,
when he was an hungred, and they that were with him;
40-12:5 Or have
ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath
days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?
40-19:4 And he
answered and said unto them, Have ye not read,
that he which made them at the
beginning made them male and female,
40-21:16 And said
unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye
never read, Out of the mouth of babes and
sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
40-21:42 Jesus
saith unto them, Did ye never read in the
scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head
of the corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
40-22:31 But as
touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read
that which was spoken unto you by God, saying,
41-2:25 And he
said unto them, Have ye never read what David
did, when he had need, and was an hungred, he, and they that were with him?
41-12:10 And have
ye not read this scripture; The stone which the
builders rejected is become the head of the corner:
41-12:26 And as
touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read
in the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of
Isaac, and the God of Jacob?
42-4:16 And he
came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went
into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
42-6:3 And
Jesus answering them said, Have ye not read so
much as this, what David did, when himself was an hungered, and they which were
with him;
43-19:20 This title
then read many of the Jews: for the place where
Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.
44-8:28 Was
returning, and sitting in his chariot read
Esaias the prophet.
44-8:30 And
Philip ran thither to him, and heard
him read the prophet Esaias, and said,
Understandest thou what thou readest?
44-8:32 The place
of the scripture which he read was this, He was
led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened
he not his mouth:
44-13:27 For they
that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet
the voices of the prophets which are read every
sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in
condemning him.
44-15:21 For Moses
of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.
44-15:31 Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.
44-23:34 And when
the governor had read the letter, he asked of what province he was. And when he
understood that he was of Cilicia;
47-1:13 For
we write none other things unto you, than what ye read
or acknowledge; and I trust ye shall acknowledge even to the end;
47-3:2 Ye
are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read
of all men:
47-3:15 But
even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail
is upon their heart.
49-3:4 Whereby,
when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in
the mystery of Christ)
51-4:16 And when
this epistle is read among you, cause that it be
read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and
that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.
52-5:27 I
charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read
unto all the holy brethren.
66-5:4 And I
wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

35-2:2 And
the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth
it.
40-24:15 When ye
therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the
prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth,
let him understand:)
41-13:14 But when
ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet,
standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth
understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:
66-1:3 Blessed is he that readeth,
and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are
written therein: for the time is at
hand.

44-17:11 These were
more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily,
whether those things were so.
47-8:11 Now
therefore perform the doing of it; that
as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have.
47-10:6 And
having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience,
when your obedience is fulfilled.

24-51:63 And it
shall be, when thou hast made an end of reading
this book, that thou shalt bind a
stone to it, and cast it into the midst of Euphrates:
44-13:15 And after
the reading of the law and the prophets the
rulers of the synagogue sent unto them, saying, Ye men and brethren, if
ye have any word of exhortation for the people, say on.
47-3:14 But
their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken
away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
54-4:13 Till I
come, give attendance to reading, to
exhortation, to doctrine.

the LORD our God commanded us. And when ye had girded on every man his weapons
of war, ye were ready to go up into the hill.
05-26:5 And thou shalt speak and say before
the LORD thy God, A Syrian ready to perish was my father, and he went down into
Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great,

14-35:14 And afterward they made ready for themselves, and for the priests: because the

16-9:17 And refused to obey, neither were

if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?
26-7:14 They have blown the trumpet, even to
make all ready; but none goeth to the battle:
for my wrath is upon all the
multitude thereof.
27-3:15 Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute,
harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down
and worship the image which I have made; well:
but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning
fiery furnace; and who is that God
that shall deliver you out of my hands?

wait: their baker sleepeth all the night; in the morning it burneth as a
flaming fire.

saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen
and my fatlings are killed, and all things are
ready: come unto the marriage.

wedding is ready, but they which were bidden
were not worthy.

man cometh.

room furnished and prepared: there
make ready for us.
41-14:16 And his disciples went forth, and
came into the city, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.
41-14:38 Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into
temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.
42-1:17 And he shall go before him in the
spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,
and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready
a people prepared for the Lord.
42-7:2 And a certain centurion’s servant,
who was dear unto him, was sick, and ready to
die.
42-9:52 And sent messengers before his face:
and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him.
42-12:40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when
ye think not.
42-14:17 And sent his servant at supper time
to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.
42-17:8 And will not rather say unto him,
Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird
thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt
eat and drink?
42-22:12 And he shall shew you a large upper
room furnished: there make ready.
42-22:13 And they went, and found as he had
said unto them: and they made ready the
passover.
42-22:33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.
43-7:6 Then Jesus said unto them, My time
is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.
44-10:10 And he became very hungry, and would
have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell
into a trance,
44-20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came
together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready
to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.
44-21:13 Then Paul answered, What mean ye to
weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not
to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.
44-23:15 Now therefore ye with the council
signify to the chief captain that he bring him down unto you to morrow, as
though ye would enquire something more perfectly concerning him: and we, or
ever he come near, are ready to kill him.
44-23:21 But do not thou yield unto them: for
there lie in wait for him of them more than forty men, which have bound
themselves with an oath, that they will neither eat nor drink till they have
killed him: and now are they ready, looking for
a promise from thee.
44-23:23 And he called unto him two centurions, saying, Make ready two hundred soldiers to go to Caesarea, and horsemen
threescore and ten, and spearmen two hundred, at the third hour of the night;
45-1:15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome
also.
47-8:19 And not that only, but who was also chosen of the churches to travel with
us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord,
and declaration of your ready mind:
47-9:2 For I know the forwardness of your
mind, for which I boast of you to them of Macedonia, that Achaia was ready a year ago; and your zeal hath provoked very
many.
47-9:3 Yet have I sent the brethren, lest
our boasting of you should be in vain in this behalf; that, as I said, ye may
be ready:
47-9:5 Therefore I thought it necessary to
exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up before
hand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a
matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness.
47-10:16 To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man’s line of things made ready to our hand.
47-12:14 Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you:
for I seek not yours, but you: for the children ought not to lay up for the
parents, but the parents for the children.
54-6:18 That they do good, that they be rich
in good works, ready to distribute, willing to
communicate;
55-4:6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is
at hand.
56-3:1 Put them in mind to be subject to
principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready
to every good work,
58-8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old.
Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is
ready to vanish away.
60-1:5 Who are kept by the power of God
through faith unto salvation ready to be
revealed in the last time.
60-3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your
hearts: and be ready always to give
an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you
with meekness and fear:
60-4:5 Who shall give account to him that
is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
60-5:2 Feed the flock of God which is
among you, taking the oversight thereof, not
by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
66-3:2 Be
watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect
before God.
66-12:4 And his
tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the
earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready
to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
66-19:7 Let us be
glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come,
and his wife hath made herself ready.

14-20:30 So the realm
of Jehoshaphat was quiet: for his God gave him rest round about.
15-7:13 I make a decree, that all they of
the people of Israel, and of his
priests and Levites, in my realm, which are
minded of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with thee.
15-7:23 Whatsoever is commanded by the God
of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the God of heaven: for
why should there be wrath against the realm of
the king and his sons?
27-1:20 And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king
enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm.
27-6:3 Then this Daniel was preferred
above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set
him over the whole realm.
27-9:1 In the first year of Darius the son
of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, which was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans;
27-11:2 And now will I shew thee the truth.
Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be
far richer than they all: and by his
strength through his riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia.

03-19:9 And when ye reap
the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap
the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy
harvest.
03-23:10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and
say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf
of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:
03-23:22 And when ye reap
the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of
thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy
harvest: thou shalt leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the LORD your God.
03-25:5 That which groweth of its own accord
of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither
gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for
it is a year of rest unto the land.
03-25:11 A jubile shall that fiftieth year be
unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that
which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the
grapes in it of thy vine undressed.
08-2:9 Let
thine eyes be on the field that
they do reap, and go thou after them: have I not
charged the young men that they shall not touch thee? and when thou art
athirst, go unto the vessels, and drink of that
which the young men have drawn.
09-8:12 And he will appoint him captains
over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap
his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his
chariots.
12-19:29 And this shall be a sign unto thee, Ye shall eat this year such things as
grow of themselves, and in the second year that which springeth of the same;
and in the third year sow ye, and reap, and
plant vineyards, and eat the fruits thereof.
18-4:8 Even as I have seen, they that plow
iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.
18-24:6 They reap
every one his corn in the field: and
they gather the vintage of the wicked.
19-126:5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
20-22:8 He that soweth iniquity shall reap vanity: and the rod of his anger shall fail.
21-11:4 He that observeth the wind shall not
sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.
23-37:30 And this shall be a sign unto thee, Ye shall eat this year such as groweth of itself; and the second year that which
springeth of the same: and in the third year sow ye, and reap, and plant vineyards, and eat the fruit thereof.
24-12:13 They have sown wheat, but shall reap thorns: they have put themselves to pain, but shall not profit: and they shall be ashamed
of your revenues because of the fierce anger of the LORD.
28-8:7 For they have sown the wind, and
they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk:
the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it
up.
28-10:12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he
come and rain righteousness upon you.
33-6:15 Thou shalt sow, but thou shalt not reap; thou shalt tread the olives, but thou shalt not
anoint thee with oil; and sweet wine, but shalt not drink wine.
40-6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for
they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into
barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
40-25:26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou
knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather
where I have not strawed:
42-12:24 Consider the ravens: for they neither
sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn;
and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
43-4:38 I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured,
and ye are entered into their labours.
46-9:11 If we have sown unto you spiritual
things, is it a great thing if we
shall reap your carnal things?
47-9:6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap
also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap
also bountifully.
48-6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked:
for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
48-6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh
shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that
soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap
life everlasting.
48-6:9 And let us not be weary in well
doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we
faint not.
66-14:15 And
another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat
on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap:
for the time is come for thee to reap; for the
harvest of the earth is ripe.

thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.

sabaoth.

sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.

LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper,
and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop
sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.

08-2:3 And she went, and came, and gleaned
in the field after the reapers: and her hap was
to light on a part of the field belonging
unto Boaz, who was of the kindred
of Elimelech.
08-2:4 And, behold, Boaz came from
Bethlehem, and said unto the reapers, The LORD be with you. And they answered him, The
LORD bless thee.
08-2:5 Then said Boaz unto his servant
that was set over the reapers, Whose damsel is this?
08-2:6 And the servant that was set over
the reapers answered and said, It is the Moabitish damsel that came back with
Naomi out of the country of Moab:
08-2:7 And she said, I pray you, let me
glean and gather after the reapers among the
sheaves: so she came, and hath continued even from the morning until now, that
she tarried a little in the house.
08-2:14 And Boaz said unto her, At mealtime
come thou hither, and eat of the bread, and dip thy morsel in the vinegar. And
she sat beside the reapers: and he reached her
parched corn, and she did eat, and
was sufficed, and left.

gather the wheat into my barn.

devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers
are the angels.

42-19:21 For I feared thee, because thou art
an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow.

23-17:5 And it shall be as when the
harvestman gathereth the corn, and reapeth the ears
with his arm; and it shall be as he that gathereth ears in the valley of

43-4:36 And he that reapeth
receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that
soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.
43-4:37 And herein is that saying true, One
soweth, and another reapeth.

came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where
thou hast not strawed:
42-19:22 And he saith unto him, Out of thine
own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked
servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not
down, and reaping that I did not sow:
