02-26:30 And
thou shalt rear up the tabernacle according to
the fashion thereof which was shewed thee in the mount.

years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear

sockets, and set up the boards thereof, and put in the bars thereof, and reared up his pillars.

up the pillars before the temple, one on the right hand, and the other on the left;

01-41:31 And the plenty shall not be known in
the land by reason of
that famine following; for it shall be very
grievous.
01-47:13 And there was no bread in all the land; for the famine was very sore, so that the land of Egypt
and all the land of Canaan fainted by
reason of the famine.
02-2:23 And
it came to pass in process of time, that the king of Egypt died: and the
children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry
came up unto God by reason of
the bondage.
02-3:7 And
the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry
by reason of their taskmasters; for I
know their sorrows;
02-8:24 And
the LORD did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants’ houses, and into all the land of Egypt: the land
was corrupted by reason of
the swarm of flies.

saying, If any man of you or of your posterity shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be in a journey afar off, yet he shall keep the passover unto the
LORD.
04-18:8 And the LORD spake unto Aaron,
Behold, I also have given thee the charge of mine heave offerings of all the
hallowed things of the children of Israel; unto thee have I given them by reason of the anointing, and to thy sons, by an
ordinance for ever.
04-18:32 And ye shall bear no sin by reason of it, when ye have heaved
from it the best of it: neither shall ye pollute the holy things of the
children of Israel, lest ye die.
05-5:5 (I stood between the LORD and you
at that time, to shew you the word of the LORD: for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up
into the mount;) saying,
05-23:10 If there be among you any man, that
is not clean by reason of
uncleanness that chanceth him by night, then shall he go abroad out of the

judges, then the LORD was with the judge, and delivered them out of the hand of
their enemies all the days of the judge: for it repented the LORD because of
their groanings by reason of
them that oppressed them and vexed them.
09-12:7 Now therefore stand still, that I
may reason with
you before the LORD of all the righteous acts of the LORD, which he did to you
and to your fathers.
11-9:15 And this is the reason of
the levy which king Solomon raised; for to build the house of the LORD, and his
own house, and Millo, and the wall of Jerusalem, and Hazor, and Megiddo, and
Gezer.
11-14:4 And Jeroboam’s wife did so, and arose,
and went to Shiloh, and came to the house of Ahijah. But Ahijah could not see;

his age.

to minister by reason of
the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God.
14-20:15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah,
and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD
unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.
14-21:15 And thou shalt have great sickness by disease of thy bowels, until thy
bowels fall out by reason of
the sickness day by day.
14-21:19 And it came to pass, that in process
of time, after the end of two years, his bowels fell out by reason of his sickness: so he died
of sore diseases. And his people made no burning for him, like the burning of
his fathers.
18-6:16 Which are blackish by reason of the ice, and wherein the snow is hid:

Almighty, and I desire to reason with
God.

me, and by reason of
his highness I could not endure.
18-35:9 By reason of the multitude of oppressions they make the oppressed to cry: they cry out by reason of the arm of the mighty.
18-37:19 Teach us what we shall say unto him; for we cannot order our speech by reason of
darkness.

mighty are afraid: by reason of
breakings they purify themselves.
19-38:8 I am feeble and sore broken: I have
roared by reason of
the disquietness of my heart.
19-44:16 For the voice of him that reproacheth
and blasphemeth; by reason of
the enemy and avenger.
19-78:65 Then the Lord awaked as one out of
sleep, and like a mighty man that
shouteth by reason of
wine.
19-88:9 Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD, I have
called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee.
19-90:10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is
their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
19-102:5 By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to
my skin.

21-7:25 I applied mine heart to know, and to
search, and to seek out wisdom, and the reason of things,
and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness and madness:
23-1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:
though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be
red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
23-49:19 For thy waste and thy desolate
places, and the land of thy destruction, shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and they
that swallowed thee up shall be far away.
26-19:10 Thy mother is like a vine in thy blood, planted by the waters: she was
fruitful and full of branches by reason of
many waters.
26-21:12 Cry and howl, son of man: for it
shall be upon my people, it shall be upon
all the princes of Israel: terrors by reason of the sword shall be upon my people: smite
therefore upon thy thigh.
26-26:10 By reason of the abundance of his horses their dust shall cover
thee: thy walls shall shake at the noise of the horsemen, and of the wheels,
and of the chariots, when he shall enter into thy gates, as men enter into a
city wherein is made a breach.
26-27:12 Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded in
thy fairs.
26-27:16 Syria was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of the wares of thy making:
they occupied in thy fairs with emeralds, purple, and broidered work, and fine
linen, and coral, and agate.
26-28:17 Thine heart was lifted up because of
thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the
ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
27-4:36 At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for
the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my

and excellent majesty was added unto me.

of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised,
and prospered.
32-2:2 And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the
LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice.
33-2:12 I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all
of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together
as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall
make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.

when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because
ye have brought no bread?

it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O ye Jews, reason would

45-8:20 For the creature was made subject to
vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
47-3:10 For even that which was made
glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.
58-5:3 And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for
himself, to offer for sins.
58-5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them
that are of full age, even those who
by reason of use have their senses
exercised to discern both good and evil.
58-7:23 And they truly were many priests, because
they were not suffered to continue by reason
of death:
60-3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your
hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh
you a reason of
the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
61-2:2 And many shall follow their
pernicious ways; by reason of
whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
66-8:13 And I
beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a
loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the
trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas,
that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in
one hour is she made desolate.

earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and
they have rebelled against me.

and be delivered?
26-20:8 But they rebelled
against me, and would not hearken unto me: they did not every man cast away the

the midst of the land of Egypt.

in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they
greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness,
to consume them.
26-20:21 Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes,
neither kept my judgments to do them, which if
a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I
said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them
in the wilderness.

kindness, and forsookest them not.

against the LORD.

of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among
scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though
they be a rebellious
house.
26-2:7 And thou shalt speak my words unto
them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.
