02-EXODUS
02-4:23 And
I say unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me: and if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy firstborn.
02-8:2 And
if thou refuse to let them go, behold, I will smite all thy borders with frogs:
02-9:2 For
if thou refuse to let them go, and wilt hold them still,
02-10:3 And
Moses and Aaron came in unto Pharaoh, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD
God of the Hebrews, How long wilt thou refuse to
humble thyself before me? let my people go, that they may serve me.
02-10:4 Else,
if thou refuse to let my people go, behold, to
morrow will I bring the locusts into thy coast:
02-16:28 And
the LORD said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to
keep my commandments and my laws?
02-22:17 If
her father utterly refuse to give her unto him,
he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.
09-15:9 But
Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen,
and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that
was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.
18-34:33 Should it be according to thy mind? he
will recompense it, whether thou refuse, or
whether thou choose; and not I: therefore speak what thou knowest.
20-8:33 Hear
instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not.
20-21:7 The
robbery of the wicked shall destroy them; because they refuse
to do judgment.
20-21:25 The
desire of the slothful killeth him; for his hands refuse
to labour.
23-1:20 But
if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured
with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
23-7:15 Butter
and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse
the evil, and choose the good.
23-7:16 For
before the child shall know to refuse the evil,
and choose the good, the land that thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of both her
kings.
24-8:5 Why
then is this people of Jerusalem
slidden back by a perpetual backsliding? they hold fast deceit, they refuse to return.
24-9:6 Thine
habitation is in the midst of deceit;
through deceit they refuse to know me, saith the
LORD.
24-13:10 This
evil people, which refuse to hear my words,
which walk in the imagination of their heart, and walk after other gods, to
serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good
for nothing.
24-25:28 And
it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at
thine hand to drink, then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of
hosts; Ye shall certainly drink.
24-38:21 But
if thou refuse to go forth, this is the word that the LORD hath shewed
me:
25-3:45 Thou
hast made us as the offscouring and refuse in the midst of the people.
30-8:6 That
we may buy the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes; yea, and sell the refuse of the wheat?
44-25:11 For
if I be an offender, or have committed any thing worthy of death, I refuse not to die: but if there be none of these
things whereof these accuse me, no man may deliver me unto them. I appeal unto
Caesar.
54-4:7 But
refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and
exercise thyself rather unto
godliness.
54-5:11 But
the younger widows refuse: for when they have
begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry;
58-12:25 See
that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they
escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if
we turn away from him that speaketh from
heaven:

01-GENESIS
01-37:35 And
all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go
down into the grave unto my son mourning. Thus his father wept for him.
01-39:8 But
he refused, and said unto his master’s wife,
Behold, my master wotteth not what is with
me in the house, and he hath committed all that he hath to my hand;
01-48:19 And
his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but
truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a
multitude of nations.
04-20:21 Thus
Edom refused to give Israel passage through his
border: wherefore Israel turned away from him.
09-8:19 Nevertheless
the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel;
and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;
09-16:7 But
the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his
stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man
looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
09-28:23 But
he refused, and said, I will not eat. But his
servants, together with the woman, compelled him; and he hearkened unto their voice.
So he arose from the earth, and sat upon the bed.
10-2:23 Howbeit
he refused to turn aside: wherefore Abner with
the hinder end of the spear smote him under the fifth rib, that the spear came out behind him; and he fell down there,
and died in the same place: and it came to pass, that as many as came to the place where Asahel fell down and died
stood still.
10-13:9 And
she took a pan, and poured them out
before him; but he refused to eat. And Amnon
said, Have out all men from me. And they went out every man from him.
11-20:35 And
a certain man of the sons of the prophets said unto his neighbour in the word
of the LORD, Smite me, I pray thee. And the man refused
to smite him.
11-21:15 And
it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was stoned, and was dead, that
Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the
Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee for
money: for Naboth is not alive, but dead.
12-5:16 But
he said, As the LORD liveth, before
whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to take it; but he refused.
16-9:17 And
refused to obey, neither were mindful of thy
wonders that thou didst among them; but hardened their necks, and in their
rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage: but thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and
merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsookest them not.
17-1:12 But
the queen Vashti refused to come at the king’s
commandment by his chamberlains:
therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger burned in him.
18-6:7 The
things that my soul refused to touch are
as my sorrowful meat.
19-77:2 In
the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased
not: my soul refused to be comforted.
19-78:10 They
kept not the covenant of God, and refused to
walk in his law;
19-78:67 Moreover
he refused the tabernacle of Joseph, and chose
not the tribe of Ephraim:
19-118:22 The
stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.
20-1:24 Because
I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched
out my hand, and no man regarded;
23-54:6 For
the LORD hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife
of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.
24-5:3 O
LORD, are not thine eyes upon the
truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed
them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their
faces harder than a rock; they have refused to
return.
24-11:10 They
are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other
gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my
covenant which I made with their fathers.
24-31:15 Thus
saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they
were not.
24-50:33 Thus
saith the LORD of hosts; The children of Israel and the children of Judah were oppressed together: and all that
took them captives held them fast; they refused
to let them go.
26-5:6 And
she hath changed my judgments into wickedness more than the nations, and my
statutes more than the countries that are
round about her: for they have refused my
judgments and my statutes, they have not walked in them.
28-11:5 He
shall not return into the land of Egypt, but the Assyrian shall be his king,
because they refused to return.
38-7:11 But
they refused to hearken, and pulled away the
shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.
44-7:35 This
Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made thee a
ruler and a judge? the same did God send to
be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him
in the bush.
54-4:4 For
every creature of God is good, and
nothing to be refused, if it be received with
thanksgiving:
58-11:24 By
faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused
to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter;
58-12:25 See
that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:

the LORD said unto Moses, Pharaoh’s heart is

the princes of Moab rose up, and they went unto Balak, and said, Balaam refuseth to come with us.
05-25:7 And
if the man like not to take his brother’s wife, then let his brother’s wife go
up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband’s brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in
Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband’s brother.
20-10:17 He
is in the way of life that keepeth
instruction: but he that refuseth reproof
erreth.
20-13:18 Poverty
and shame shall be to him that refuseth instruction: but he that regardeth reproof
shall be honoured.
20-15:32 He
that refuseth instruction despiseth his own
soul: but he that heareth reproof getteth understanding.
23-8:6 Forasmuch
as this people refuseth the waters of Shiloah
that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah’s son;
24-15:18 Why
is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? wilt
thou be altogether unto me as a liar, and
as waters that fail?

01-GENESIS
01-45:20 Also
regard not your stuff; for the good of all the
land of Egypt is yours.
02-EXODUS
02-5:9 Let
there more work be laid upon the men, that they may labour therein; and let
them not regard vain words.
03-LEVITICUS
03-19:31 Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither
seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.
05-28:50 A
nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard
the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young:
09-4:20 And
about the time of her death the women that stood by her said unto her, Fear
not; for thou hast borne a son. But she answered not, neither did she regard it.
09-25:25 Let
not my lord, I pray thee, regard this man of
Belial, even Nabal: for as his name is, so is he; Nabal is his name,
and folly is with him: but I thine
handmaid saw not the young men of my lord, whom thou didst send.
10-13:20 And
Absalom her brother said unto her, Hath Amnon thy brother been with thee? but
hold now thy peace, my sister: he is thy

remained desolate in her brother Absalom’s house.
12-3:14 And
Elisha said, As the LORD of hosts
liveth, before whom I stand, surely, were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, I would not
look toward thee, nor see thee.
18-3:4 Let
that day be darkness; let not God regard it from
above, neither let the light shine upon it.
18-35:13 Surely
God will not hear vanity, neither will the Almighty regard
it.
18-36:21 Take
heed, regard not iniquity: for this hast thou
chosen rather than affliction.
19-28:5 Because
they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the
operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.
19-31:6 I
have hated them that regard lying vanities: but
I trust in the LORD.
19-66:18 If
I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not
hear me:
19-94:7 Yet
they say, The LORD shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it.
19-102:17 He
will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not
despise their prayer.
20-5:2 That
thou mayest regard discretion, and that thy lips may keep knowledge.

will not regard any ransom; neither will he rest
content, though thou givest many gifts.
21-8:2 I
counsel thee to keep the king’s
commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God.
23-5:12 And
the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts:
but they regard not the work of the LORD,
neither consider the operation of his hands.
23-13:17 Behold,
I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard
silver; and as for gold, they shall
not delight in it.
25-4:16 The
anger of the LORD hath divided them; he will no more regard
them: they respected not the persons of the priests, they favoured not the elders.
27-11:37 Neither
shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the

shall magnify himself above all.

ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.
35-1:5 Behold
ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder
marvellously: for I will work a work
in your days, which ye will not
believe, though it be told you.
39-1:9 And
now, I pray you, beseech God that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been
by your means: will he regard your persons?
saith the LORD of hosts.
42-18:4 And
he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear
not God, nor regard man;
44-8:11 And
to him they had regard, because that of long
time he had bewitched them with sorceries.
45-14:6 He
that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto
the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He
that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth
not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.

13-17:17 And
yet this was a small thing in thine
eyes, O God; for thou hast also spoken
of thy servant’s house for a great while to come, and hast regarded me according to the estate of a man of high
degree, O LORD God.
19-106:44 Nevertheless
he regarded their affliction, when he heard
their cry:
20-1:24 Because
I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;
27-3:12 There
are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of
Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship
the golden image which thou hast set up.
42-1:48 For
he hath regarded the low estate of his

42-18:2 Saying,

58-8:9 Not

smote also Hadadezer, the son of Rehob, king of Zobah, as he went to
recover his border at the river Euphrates.
10-8:12 Of
Syria, and of Moab, and of the children of Ammon, and of the Philistines, and
of Amalek, and of the spoil of Hadadezer, son of Rehob, king
of Zobah.
10-10:8 And
the children of Ammon came out, and put the battle in array at the entering in
of the gate: and the Syrians of Zoba, and of Rehob, and
Ishtob, and Maacah, were by
themselves in the field.

11-11:43 And
Solomon slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David his father:
and Rehoboam his son reigned in his stead.
11-12:1 And
Rehoboam went to Shechem: for all Israel were come to
Shechem to make him king.
11-12:3 That
they sent and called him. And Jeroboam and all the congregation of Israel came,
and spake unto Rehoboam, saying,
11-12:6 And
king Rehoboam consulted with the old men, that stood before
Solomon his father while he yet lived, and said, How do ye advise that I may
answer this people?
11-12:12 So
Jeroboam and all the people came to Rehoboam the third day, as the king had
appointed, saying, Come to me again the third day.
11-12:17 But
as for the children of Israel which
dwelt in the cities of Judah, Rehoboam reigned over them.
11-12:18 Then
king Rehoboam sent Adoram, who was over the tribute; and all Israel stoned him with stones, that
he died. Therefore king Rehoboam made speed to get him up to his
chariot, to flee to Jerusalem.
11-12:21 And
when Rehoboam was come to Jerusalem, he assembled all the
house of Judah, with the tribe of Benjamin, an hundred and fourscore thousand chosen
men, which were warriors, to fight against the house of Israel, to bring the
kingdom again to Rehoboam the son of Solomon.
11-12:23 Speak
unto Rehoboam, the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and unto
all the house of Judah and Benjamin, and to the remnant of the people, saying,
11-12:27 If
this people go up to do sacrifice in the house of the LORD at Jerusalem, then
shall the heart of this people turn again unto their lord, even unto Rehoboam king of Judah, and they shall
kill me, and go again to Rehoboam king of Judah.
11-14:21 And
Rehoboam the son of Solomon reigned in Judah. Rehoboam was forty
and one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in
Jerusalem, the city which the LORD did choose out of all the tribes of Israel,
to put his name there. And his mother’s name was Naamah an Ammonitess.
11-14:25 And
it came to pass in the fifth year of king Rehoboam, that Shishak king of Egypt came up
against Jerusalem:
11-14:27 And
king Rehoboam made in their stead brasen shields, and
committed them unto the hands of the
chief of the guard, which kept the door of the king’s house.
11-14:29 Now
the rest of the acts of Rehoboam, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the
chronicles of the kings of Judah?
11-14:30 And
there was war between Rehoboam and Jeroboam all their days.
11-14:31 And
Rehoboam slept with his fathers, and was buried with
his fathers in the city of David. And his mother’s name was Naamah an Ammonitess. And Abijam his son reigned in his stead.
11-15:6 And
there was war between Rehoboam and Jeroboam all the days of
his life.
13-3:10 And
Solomon’s son was Rehoboam, Abia his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his
son,
14-9:31 And
Solomon slept with his fathers, and he was buried in the city of David his
father: and Rehoboam his son reigned in his stead.
14-10:1 And
Rehoboam went to Shechem: for to Shechem were all
Israel come to make him king.
14-10:3 And
they sent and called him. So Jeroboam and all Israel came and spake to Rehoboam, saying,
14-10:6 And
king Rehoboam took counsel with the old men that had stood
before Solomon his father while he yet lived, saying, What counsel give ye me to return answer to this people?
14-10:12 So
Jeroboam and all the people came to Rehoboam on the third day, as the king
bade, saying, Come again to me on the third day.
14-10:13 And
the king answered them roughly; and king Rehoboam
forsook the counsel of the old men,
14-10:17 But
as for the children of Israel that
dwelt in the cities of Judah, Rehoboam reigned over them.
14-10:18 Then
king Rehoboam sent Hadoram that was over the tribute; and the children of Israel stoned him with stones,
that he died. But king Rehoboam made speed to get him up to his chariot, to flee to Jerusalem.
14-11:1 And
when Rehoboam was come to Jerusalem, he gathered of the
house of Judah and Benjamin an hundred and fourscore thousand chosen men, which were warriors, to fight
against Israel, that he might bring the kingdom again to Rehoboam.
14-11:3 Speak
unto Rehoboam the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and to all
Israel in Judah and Benjamin, saying,
14-11:5 And
Rehoboam dwelt in Jerusalem, and built cities for
defence in Judah.
14-11:17 So
they strengthened the kingdom of Judah, and made Rehoboam the
son of Solomon strong, three years: for three years they walked in the way of
David and Solomon.
14-11:18 And
Rehoboam took him Mahalath the daughter of Jerimoth the
son of David to wife, and Abihail the
daughter of Eliab the son of Jesse;
14-11:21 And
Rehoboam loved Maachah the daughter of Absalom above all
his wives and his concubines: (for he took eighteen wives, and threescore
concubines; and begat twenty and eight sons, and threescore daughters.)
14-11:22 And
Rehoboam made Abijah the son of Maachah the chief, to be ruler among his brethren: for he thought to make him king.
14-12:1 And
it came to pass, when Rehoboam had established the kingdom,
and had strengthened himself, he forsook the law of the LORD, and all Israel
with him.
14-12:2 And
it came to pass, that in the fifth
year of king Rehoboam Shishak king of Egypt came up against
Jerusalem, because they had transgressed against the LORD,
14-12:5 Then
came Shemaiah the prophet to Rehoboam, and to the princes of Judah, that were gathered together to Jerusalem
because of Shishak, and said unto them, Thus saith the LORD, Ye have forsaken
me, and therefore have I also left you in the hand of Shishak.
14-12:10 Instead
of which king Rehoboam made shields of brass, and committed them to the hands of the chief of the
guard, that kept the entrance of the king’s house.
14-12:13 So
king Rehoboam strengthened himself in Jerusalem, and
reigned: for Rehoboam was one
and forty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in
Jerusalem, the city which the LORD had chosen out of all the tribes of Israel,
to put his name there. And his mother’s name was Naamah an Ammonitess.
14-12:15 Now
the acts of Rehoboam, first and last, are they not written in the book of Shemaiah the prophet, and of
Iddo the seer concerning genealogies? And there
were wars between Rehoboam and Jeroboam continually.
14-12:16 And
Rehoboam slept with his fathers, and was buried in the
city of David: and Abijah his son reigned in his stead.
14-13:7 And
there are gathered unto him vain men, the children of Belial, and have
strengthened themselves against Rehoboam the son of Solomon, when Rehoboam was young and tenderhearted, and could not
withstand them.
