01-1:11 And God
said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the
fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed
is in itself, upon the earth: and it
was so.
01-1:12 And the
earth brought forth grass, and herb
yielding seed after his kind, and the tree
yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
01-1:29 And God
said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed,
which is upon the face of all the
earth, and every tree, in the which is the
fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall
be for meat.
01-3:15 And I
will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it
shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
01-4:25 And Adam
knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew.
01-7:3 Of fowls
also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.
01-9:9 And I,
behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;
01-12:7 And the LORD
appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed
will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who
appeared unto him.
01-13:15 For all
the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.
01-13:16 And I will
make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that
if a man can number the dust of the earth, then
shall thy seed also be numbered.
01-15:3 And Abram
said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed:
and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.
01-15:5 And he
brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars,
if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.
01-15:13 And he
said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed
shall be a stranger in a land that is not
theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
01-15:18 In the
same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt
unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
01-16:10 And the
angel of the LORD said unto her, I will multiply thy seed
exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude.
01-17:7 And I
will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed
after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto
thee, and to thy seed after thee.
01-17:8 And I
will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee,
the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an
everlasting possession; and I will be their God.
01-17:9 And God said
unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.
01-17:10 This is my covenant, which ye shall keep,
between me and you and thy seed after thee;
Every man child among you shall be circumcised.
01-17:12 And he
that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your
generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any
stranger, which is not of thy seed.
01-17:19 And God
said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name
Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed
after him.
01-19:32 Come, let
us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.
01-19:34 And it came
to pass on the morrow, that the firstborn said unto the younger, Behold, I lay
yesternight with my father: let us make him drink wine this night also; and go
thou in, and lie with him, that we
may preserve seed of our father.
01-21:12 And God
said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and
because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto
her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be
called.
01-21:13 And also
of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.
01-22:17 That in
blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which
is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
01-22:18 And in thy
seed shall all the nations of the earth be
blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
01-24:7 The LORD
God of heaven, which took me from my father’s house, and from the land of my
kindred, and which spake unto me, and that sware unto me, saying, Unto thy seed will I give this land; he shall send his angel
before thee, and thou shalt take a wife unto my son from thence.
01-24:60 And they
blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou art
our sister, be thou the mother of
thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess
the gate of those which hate them.
01-26:3 Sojourn
in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and
unto thy seed, I will give all these countries,
and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father;
01-26:4 And I
will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of
heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these
countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations
of the earth be blessed;
01-26:24 And the
LORD appeared unto him the same night, and said, I am the God of Abraham thy father: fear not, for I am with thee, and will bless thee, and
multiply thy seed for my servant Abraham’s sake.
01-28:4 And give
thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed
with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which
God gave unto Abraham.
01-28:13 And,
behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the
land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;
01-28:14 And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt
spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south:
and in thee and in thy seed shall all the
families of the earth be blessed.
01-32:12 And thou
saidst, I will surely do thee good, and make thy seed
as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude.
01-35:12 And the
land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to thee I will give it, and to thy seed after thee will I give the land.
01-38:8 And Judah
said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother’s wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother.
01-38:9 And Onan
knew that the seed should not be his; and it
came to pass, when he went in unto his brother’s wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should
give seed to his brother.
01-46:6 And they
took their cattle, and their goods, which they had gotten in the land of
Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed
with him:
01-46:7 His sons,
and his sons’ sons with him, his daughters, and his sons’ daughters, and all
his seed brought he with him into Egypt.
01-47:19 Wherefore
shall we die before thine eyes, both we and our land? buy us and our land for
bread, and we and our land will be servants unto Pharaoh: and give us seed,
that we may live, and not die, that the land be not desolate.
01-47:23 Then
Joseph said unto the people, Behold, I have bought you this day and your land for
Pharaoh: lo, here is seed for you, and ye shall sow the land.
01-47:24 And it
shall come to pass in the increase, that ye shall give the fifth part unto Pharaoh, and four parts shall
be your own, for seed of the field, and for your
food, and for them of your households, and for food for your little ones.
01-48:4 And said
unto me, Behold, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make
of thee a multitude of people; and will give this land to thy seed after thee for
an everlasting possession.
01-48:11 And Israel
said unto Joseph, I had not thought to see thy face: and, lo, God hath shewed
me also thy seed.
01-48:19 And his
father refused, and said, I know it, my
son, I know it: he also shall become
a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be
greater than he, and his seed shall become a
multitude of nations.
02-16:31 And the house of Israel called the
name thereof Manna: and it was like
coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.
02-28:43 And they shall be upon Aaron, and
upon his sons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or
when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die: it shall be a statute for ever unto him and his seed after him.
02-30:21 So they shall wash their hands and
their feet, that they die not: and it shall be a statute for ever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations.
02-32:13 Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel,
thy servants, to whom thou swarest by thine own self, and saidst unto them, I
will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven,
and all this land that I have spoken of will I give unto your seed, and they shall inherit it for ever.
02-33:1 And the LORD said unto Moses,
Depart, and go up hence, thou and the
people which thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which
I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it:
03-11:37 And if any part of their carcase fall upon any
sowing seed which is to be sown, it shall be clean.
03-11:38 But if any water be put upon the seed, and any
part of their carcase fall thereon, it shall
be unclean unto you.
03-12:2 Speak
unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean
seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she
be unclean.
03-15:16 And if any
man’s seed of copulation go out from him, then
he shall wash all his flesh in water, and be unclean until the even.
03-15:17 And every
garment, and every skin, whereon is the seed of
copulation, shall be washed with water, and be unclean until the even.
03-15:18 The woman
also with whom man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in
water, and be unclean until the even.
03-15:32 This is the law of him that hath an issue,
and of him whose seed goeth from him, and is defiled therewith;
03-18:21 And thou
shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou
profane the name of thy God: I am the
LORD.
03-19:19 Ye shall
keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind:
thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed:
neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee.
03-20:2 Again,
thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn
in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the
people of the land shall stone him with stones.
03-20:3 And I
will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people;
because he hath given of his seed unto Molech,
to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.
03-20:4 And if
the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth
of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:
03-21:15 Neither
shall he profane his seed among his people: for
I the LORD do sanctify him.
03-21:17 Speak unto
Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of thy
seed in their generations that hath any blemish, let him not approach to
offer the bread of his God.
03-21:21 No man
that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the
priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath
a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God.
03-22:3 Say unto
them, Whosoever he be of all your seed among your generations, that goeth unto the holy
things, which the children of Israel hallow unto the LORD, having his
uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the LORD.
03-22:4 What man
soever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or hath a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy
things, until he be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that is unclean by the
dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him;
03-26:16 I also
will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and
the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and
ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies
shall eat it.
03-27:16 And if a
man shall sanctify unto the LORD some
part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according
to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be
valued at fifty shekels of silver.
03-27:30 And all
the tithe of the land, whether of the
seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is
the LORD’S: it is holy unto the
LORD.
04-5:28 And if
the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall
conceive seed.
04-11:7 And the
manna was as coriander seed, and the colour thereof as the colour of
bdellium.
04-14:24 But my
servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me
fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.
04-16:40 To be a memorial unto the children of
Israel, that no stranger, which is not
of the seed of Aaron, come near to offer incense
before the LORD; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said
to him by the hand of Moses.
04-18:19 All the
heave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto the
LORD, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, by a statute
for ever: it is a covenant of salt
for ever before the LORD unto thee and to thy seed
with thee.
04-20:5 And
wherefore have ye made us to come up out of Egypt, to bring us in unto this
evil place? it is no place of seed, or of figs, or of vines, or of pomegranates;
neither is there any water to drink.
04-24:7 He shall pour
the water out of his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters, and his king
shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted.
04-25:13 And he
shall have it, and his seed after him, even the covenant of an everlasting
priesthood; because he was zealous for his God, and made an atonement for the
children of Israel.
05-1:8 Behold,
I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD sware
unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.
05-4:37 And because
he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed
after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of
Egypt;
05-10:15 Only the
LORD had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even
you above all people, as it is this
day.
05-11:9 And that
ye may prolong your days in the land,
which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give unto them and to their seed, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
05-11:10 For the
land, whither thou goest in to possess it, is
not as the land of Egypt, from whence ye came out, where thou sowedst thy seed, and wateredst it with thy foot, as a garden of herbs:
05-14:22 Thou shalt
truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that
the field bringeth forth year by year.
05-22:9 Thou shalt
not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy
vineyard, be defiled.
05-28:38 Thou shalt
carry much seed out into the field, and shalt
gather but little in; for the locust
shall consume it.
05-28:46 And they
shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever.
05-28:59 Then the LORD
will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues,
and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.
05-30:6 And the
LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart,
and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
05-30:19 I call
heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing:
therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed
may live:
05-31:21 And it
shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this
song shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out
of the mouths of their seed: for I know their
imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the
land which I sware.
05-34:4 And the
LORD said unto him, This is the land
which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it
unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not
go over thither.
06-24:3 And I
took your father Abraham from the other side of the flood, and led him
throughout all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his seed,
and gave him Isaac.
08-4:12 And
let thy house be like the house of Pharez, whom Tamar bare unto Judah, of the seed which the LORD shall give thee of this young
woman.
09-2:20 And
Eli blessed Elkanah and his wife, and said, The LORD give thee seed of this woman for the loan which is lent to the
LORD. And they went unto their own home.
09-8:15 And
he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your
vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants.
09-20:42 And
Jonathan said to David, Go in peace, forasmuch as we have sworn both of us in
the name of the LORD, saying, The LORD be between me and thee, and between my seed and thy seed for
ever. And he arose and departed: and Jonathan went into the city.
09-24:21 Swear
now therefore unto me by the LORD, that thou wilt not cut off my seed after me, and that thou wilt not destroy my name
out of my father’s house.
10-4:8 And
they brought the head of Ishbosheth unto David to Hebron, and said to the king,
Behold the head of Ishbosheth the son of Saul thine enemy, which sought thy
life; and the LORD hath avenged my lord the king this day of Saul, and of his seed.
10-7:12 And
when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set
up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out
of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.
10-22:51 He is the tower of salvation for his
king: and sheweth mercy to his anointed, unto David, and to his seed for evermore.
11-2:33 Their
blood shall therefore return upon the head of Joab, and upon the head of his seed for ever: but upon David, and upon his seed, and upon his house, and upon his throne, shall
there be peace for ever from the LORD.
11-11:14 And
the LORD stirred up an adversary unto Solomon, Hadad the Edomite: he was of the king’s seed in Edom.
11-11:39 And
I will for this afflict the seed of David, but
not for ever.
11-18:32 And
with the stones he built an altar in the name of the LORD: and he made a trench
about the altar, as great as would contain two measures of seed.
12-5:27 The
leprosy therefore of Naaman shall cleave unto thee, and unto thy seed for ever. And he went out from his presence a
leper as white as snow.
12-11:1 And
when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she arose and
destroyed all the seed royal.
12-17:20 And
the LORD rejected all the seed of Israel, and
afflicted them, and delivered them into the hand of spoilers, until he had cast
them out of his sight.
12-25:25 But
it came to pass in the seventh month, that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, the
son of Elishama, of the seed royal, came, and
ten men with him, and smote Gedaliah, that he died, and the Jews and the
Chaldees that were with him at Mizpah.
13-16:13 O
ye seed of Israel his servant, ye children of Jacob,
his chosen ones.
13-17:11 And
it shall come to pass, when thy days be expired that thou must go to be with thy fathers, that I will
raise up thy seed after thee, which shall be of thy
sons; and I will establish his kingdom.
14-20:7 Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this
land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed
of Abraham thy friend for ever?
14-22:10 But
when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she arose and
destroyed all the seed royal of the house of
Judah.
15-2:59 And
these were they which went up from
Telmelah, Telharsa, Cherub, Addan, and Immer:
but they could not shew their father’s house, and their seed, whether they were of
Israel:
15-9:2 For
they have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so that
the holy seed have mingled themselves with the
people of those lands: yea, the hand
of the princes and rulers hath been chief in this trespass.
16-7:61 And
these were they which went up also from Telmelah, Telharesha, Cherub,
Addon, and Immer: but they could not shew their father’s house, nor their seed, whether they were
of Israel.
16-9:2 And
the seed of Israel separated themselves from all
strangers, and stood and confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their
fathers.
16-9:8 And
foundest his heart faithful before thee, and madest a covenant with him to give
the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and
the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give it,
I say, to his seed, and hast performed thy
words; for thou art righteous:
17-6:13 And
Haman told Zeresh his wife and all his friends every thing that had befallen him. Then said his wise men and Zeresh his
wife unto him, If Mordecai be of the seed of the Jews, before whom thou hast begun to fall,
thou shalt not prevail against him, but shalt surely fall before him.
17-9:27 The
Jews ordained, and took upon them, and upon their seed,
and upon all such as joined themselves unto them, so as it should not fail,
that they would keep these two days according to their writing, and according
to their appointed time every year;
17-9:28 And
that these days should be remembered and kept throughout every generation, every
family, every province, and every city; and that
these days of Purim should not fail from among the Jews, nor the memorial
of them perish from their seed.
17-9:31 To
confirm these days of Purim in their times appointed,
according as Mordecai the Jew and Esther the queen had enjoined them, and
as they had decreed for themselves and for their seed,
the matters of the fastings and their cry.
17-10:3 For
Mordecai the Jew was next unto king
Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his
brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.
18-5:25 Thou
shalt know also that thy seed shall be great, and thine offspring as
the grass of the earth.
18-21:8 Their
seed is established in their sight with them,
and their offspring before their eyes.
18-39:12 Wilt
thou believe him, that he will bring home thy seed,
and gather it into thy barn?
19-18:50 Great
deliverance giveth he to his king; and sheweth mercy to his anointed, to David,
and to his seed for evermore.
19-21:10 Their
fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed
from among the children of men.
19-22:23 Ye
that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed
of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed
of Israel.
19-22:30 A
seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to
the Lord for a generation.
19-25:13 His
soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall
inherit the earth.
19-37:25 I
have been young, and now am old; yet
have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed
begging bread.
19-37:26 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and
his seed is
blessed.
19-37:28 For
the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for
ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut
off.
19-69:36 The
seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and
they that love his name shall dwell therein.
19-89:4 Thy
seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy
throne to all generations. Selah.
19-89:29 His
seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.
19-89:36 His
seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as
the sun before me.
19-102:28 The
children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed
shall be established before thee.
19-105:6 O
ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of
Jacob his chosen.
19-106:27 To
overthrow their seed also among the nations, and
to scatter them in the lands.
19-112:2 His
seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation
of the upright shall be blessed.
19-126:6 He
that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed,
shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
20-11:21 Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.
21-11:6 In
the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening
withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either
this or that, or whether they both shall
be alike good.
23-1:4 Ah
sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed
of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they
have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
23-5:10 Yea,
ten acres of vineyard shall yield one bath, and the seed
of an homer shall yield an ephah.
23-6:13 But
yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as
a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is
in them, when they cast their leaves:
so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.
23-14:20 Thou
shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.
23-17:11 In
the day shalt thou make thy plant to grow, and in the morning shalt thou make
thy seed to flourish: but the harvest shall be a
heap in the day of grief and of desperate sorrow.
23-23:3 And
by great waters the seed of Sihor, the harvest
of the river, is her revenue; and she
is a mart of nations.
23-30:23 Then
shall he give the rain of thy seed, that thou
shalt sow the ground withal; and bread of the increase of the earth, and it
shall be fat and plenteous: in that day shall thy cattle feed in large
pastures.
23-41:8 But
thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob
whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my
friend.
23-43:5 Fear
not: for I am with thee: I will bring
thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the
west;
23-44:3 For
I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I
will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my
blessing upon thine offspring:
23-45:19 I
have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak
righteousness, I declare things that are right.
23-45:25 In
the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be
justified, and shall glory.
23-48:19 Thy
seed also had been as the sand, and the
offspring of thy bowels like the gravel thereof; his name should not have been
cut off nor destroyed from before me.
23-53:10 Yet
it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he
shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days,
and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
23-54:3 For
thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate
cities to be inhabited.
23-55:10 For
as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither,
but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
23-57:3 But
draw near hither, ye sons of the sorceress, the seed
of the adulterer and the whore.
23-57:4 Against
whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, and draw out the tongue? are ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood,
23-59:21 As
for me, this is my covenant with
them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon
thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy
mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out
of the mouth of thy seed’s seed, saith the LORD,
from henceforth and for ever.
23-61:9 And
their seed shall be known among the Gentiles,
and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them,
that they are the seed which the
LORD hath blessed.
23-65:9 And
I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out
of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my
servants shall dwell there.
23-65:23 They
shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed
of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.
23-66:22 For
as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before
me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your
name remain.
24-2:21 Yet
I had planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed:
how then art thou turned into the degenerate plant of a strange vine unto me?
24-7:15 And
I will cast you out of my sight, as I have cast out all your brethren, even the whole seed
of Ephraim.
24-22:28 Is this man Coniah a despised broken
idol? is he a vessel wherein is no pleasure? wherefore are they cast
out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land
which they know not?
24-22:30 Thus
saith the LORD, Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David,
and ruling any more in Judah.
24-23:8 But,
The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed
of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither
I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.
24-29:32 Therefore
thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will punish Shemaiah the Nehelamite, and his seed: he shall not have a man to dwell among this
people; neither shall he behold the good that I will do for my people, saith
the LORD; because he hath taught rebellion against the LORD.
24-30:10 Therefore
fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O
Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed
from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest,
and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.
24-31:27 Behold,
the days come, saith the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house
of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.
24-31:36 If
those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall
cease from being a nation before me for ever.
24-31:37 Thus
saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the
earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the
LORD.
24-33:22 As
the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured: so
will I multiply the seed of David my servant,
and the Levites that minister unto me.
24-33:26 Then
will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my
servant, so that I will not take any of his seed
to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause
their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.
24-35:7 Neither
shall ye build house, nor sow seed, nor plant
vineyard, nor have any: but all your
days ye shall dwell in tents; that ye may live many days in the land where ye be strangers.
24-35:9 Nor
to build houses for us to dwell in: neither have we vineyard, nor field, nor seed:
24-36:31 And
I will punish him and his seed and his servants
for their iniquity; and I will bring upon them, and upon the inhabitants of
Jerusalem, and upon the men of Judah, all the evil that I have pronounced
against them; but they hearkened not.
24-41:1 Now
it came to pass in the seventh month, that
Ishmael the son of Nethaniah the son of Elishama, of the seed royal, and the princes of the king, even ten men
with him, came unto Gedaliah the son of Ahikam to Mizpah; and there they did
eat bread together in Mizpah.
24-46:27 But
fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold,
I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed
from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at
ease, and none shall make him afraid.
24-49:10 But
I have made Esau bare, I have uncovered his secret places, and he shall not be
able to hide himself: his seed is spoiled, and
his brethren, and his neighbours, and he is
not.
26-17:5 He
took also of the seed of the land, and planted
it in a fruitful field; he placed it by
great waters, and set it as a willow tree.
26-17:13 And
hath taken of the king’s seed, and made a
covenant with him, and hath taken an oath of him: he hath also taken the mighty
of the land:
26-20:5 And
say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when I chose Israel, and lifted
up mine hand unto the seed of the house of
Jacob, and made myself known unto them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up
mine hand unto them, saying, I am the
LORD your God;
26-43:19 And
thou shalt give to the priests the Levites that be of the seed of Zadok, which approach unto me, to minister
unto me, saith the Lord GOD, a young bullock for a sin offering.
26-44:22 Neither
shall they take for their wives a widow, nor her that is put away: but they
shall take maidens of the seed of the house of
Israel, or a widow that had a priest before.
27-1:3 And
the king spake unto Ashpenaz the master of his eunuchs, that he should bring certain of the children of Israel, and
of the king’s seed, and of the princes;
27-2:43 And
whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves
with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave
one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
27-9:1 In
the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed
of the Medes, which was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans;
29-1:17 The
seed is rotten under their clods, the garners
are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered.
30-9:13 Behold,
the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and
the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and
the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.
37-2:19 Is
the seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine,
and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath not brought
forth: from this day will I bless you.
38-8:12 For
the seed shall
be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her
increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of
this people to possess all these things.
39-2:3 Behold,
I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon
your faces, even the dung of your
solemn feasts; and one shall take you
away with it.
39-2:15 And
did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one?
That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take
heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his
youth.
40-13:19 When any one
heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one,
and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which
received seed by the way side.
40-13:20 But he
that received the seed into stony places, the
same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
40-13:22 He also
that received seed among the thorns is he that
heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches,
choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
40-13:23 But he
that received seed into the good ground is he
that heareth the word, and understandeth it;
which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some
sixty, some thirty.
40-13:24 Another
parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a
man which sowed good seed in his field:
40-13:27 So the
servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow
good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it
tares?
40-13:31 Another
parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a
grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and
sowed in his field:
40-13:37 He
answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed
is the Son of man;
40-13:38 The field
is the world; the good seed are the children of
the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
40-17:20 And Jesus
said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have
faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say
unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and
nothing shall be impossible unto you.
40-22:24 Saying,
Master, Moses said, If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry
his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
41-4:26 And he said,
So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed
into the ground;
41-4:27 And
should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed
should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.
41-4:31 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less
than all the seeds that be in the earth:
41-12:19 Master, Moses
wrote unto us, If a man’s brother die, and leave his wife behind him, and
leave no children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
41-12:20 Now there
were seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and dying left no seed.
41-12:21 And the
second took her, and died, neither left he any seed:
and the third likewise.
41-12:22 And the
seven had her, and left no seed: last of all the
woman died also.
42-1:55 As he
spake to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed
for ever.
42-8:5 A sower
went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some
fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air
devoured it.
42-8:11 Now the
parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
42-13:19 It is like
a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and
cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the
air lodged in the branches of it.
42-17:6 And the
Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed,
ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be
thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
42-20:28 Saying,
Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man’s brother die, having a wife, and he
die without children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
43-7:42 Hath not
the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed
of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?
43-8:33 They
answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were
never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
43-8:37 I know
that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill
me, because my word hath no place in you.
44-3:25 Ye are
the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our
fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed
shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
44-7:5 And he gave
him none inheritance in it, no, not so
much as to set his foot on: yet he promised that he would give it to him
for a possession, and to his seed after him,
when as yet he had no child.
44-7:6 And God
spake on this wise, That his seed should sojourn
in a strange land; and that they should bring them into bondage, and entreat them evil four hundred years.
44-13:23 Of this
man’s seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a
Saviour, Jesus:
45-1:3 Concerning
his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed
of David according to the flesh;
45-4:13 For the
promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed,
through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
45-4:16 Therefore
it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the
promise might be sure to all the seed; not to
that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of
Abraham; who is the father of us all,
45-4:18 Who
against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations,
according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed
be.
45-9:7 Neither,
because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac
shall thy seed be called.
45-9:8 That is,
They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are
counted for the seed.
45-9:29 And as
Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto
Gomorrha.
45-11:1 I say
then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of
the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
46-15:38 But
God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
47-9:10 Now
he that ministereth seed to the sower both
minister bread for your food, and
multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits
of your righteousness;)
47-11:22 Are
they Hebrews? so am I. Are they
Israelites? so am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? so am I.
48-3:16 Now to
Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He
saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as
of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
48-3:19 Wherefore
then serveth the law? It was added
because of transgressions, till the seed should come
to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained
by angels in the hand of a mediator.
48-3:29 And if ye
be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
55-2:8 Remember
that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was
raised from the dead according to my gospel:
58-2:16 For
verily he took not on him the nature of angels;
but he took on him the seed of Abraham.
58-11:11 Through
faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed,
and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him
faithful who had promised.
58-11:18 Of whom it
was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be
called:
60-1:23 Being
born again, not of corruptible seed, but of
incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
62-3:9 Whosoever
is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed
remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
66-12:17 And the
dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the
testimony of Jesus Christ.

05-22:9 Thou
shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest
the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be
defiled.
40-13:4 And when
he sowed, some seeds
fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:
40-13:32 Which
indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is
grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of
the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
41-4:31 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less

48-3:16 Now to

He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as
of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
