01-12:1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram,
Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house,
unto a land that I will shew thee:
01-20:13 And it came to pass, when God caused
me to wander from my father’s house, that I said unto her, This is thy kindness which thou shalt shew unto me; at every place whither we shall come,
say of me, He is my brother.
01-24:12 And he said, O LORD God of my master
Abraham, I pray thee, send me good speed this day, and shew
kindness unto my master Abraham.
01-40:14 But think on me when it shall be well
with thee, and shew kindness, I pray thee, unto
me, and make mention of me unto Pharaoh, and bring me out of this house:
01-46:31 And Joseph said unto his brethren,
and unto his father’s house, I will go up, and shew
Pharaoh, and say unto him, My brethren, and my father’s house, which were in the land of Canaan, are come
unto me;
02-7:9 When
Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a
miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent.
02-9:16 And
in very deed for this cause have I
raised thee up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all
the earth.
02-10:1 And
the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh: for I have hardened his heart,
and the heart of his servants, that I might shew
these my signs before him:
02-13:8 And
thou shalt shew thy son in that day, saying, This is done because of that which the LORD did unto me when I came
forth out of Egypt.
02-14:13 And
Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of
the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for
the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for
ever.
02-18:20 And
thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew
them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do.
02-25:9 According
to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the
instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.
02-33:13 Now
therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may
find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
02-33:18 And
he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory.
02-33:19 And
he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the
name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious,
and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.
04-16:5 And he spake unto Korah and unto all
his company, saying, Even to morrow the LORD will shew
who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him
to come near unto him: even him whom
he hath chosen will he cause to come near unto him.
05-1:33 Who went in the way before you, to
search you out a place to pitch your tents in,
in fire by night, to shew you by what way ye
should go, and in a cloud by day.
05-3:24 O Lord GOD, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand:
for what God is there in heaven or in
earth, that can do according to thy works, and according to thy might?
05-5:5 (I stood between the LORD and you
at that time, to shew you the word of the LORD:
for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;)
saying,
05-7:2 And when the LORD thy God shall
deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them,
nor shew mercy unto them:
05-13:17 And there shall cleave nought of the
cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his
anger, and shew thee mercy, and have compassion
upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers;
05-17:9 And thou shalt come unto the priests
the Levites, and unto the judge that shall be in those days, and enquire; and
they shall shew thee the sentence of judgment:
05-17:10 And thou shalt do according to the
sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall shew thee; and thou shalt observe to do according to
all that they inform thee:
05-17:11 According to the sentence of the law
which they shall teach thee, and according to the judgment which they shall
tell thee, thou shalt do: thou shalt not decline from the sentence which they
shall shew thee, to the right hand, nor to the
left.
05-28:50 A nation of fierce countenance, which
shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew
favour to the young:
05-32:7 Remember the days of old, consider
the years of many generations: ask thy father, and he will shew thee; thy elders, and they will tell thee.
06-2:12 Now therefore, I pray you, swear
unto me by the LORD, since I have shewed you kindness, that ye will also shew kindness unto my father’s house, and give me a
true token:
06-5:6 For the children of Israel walked
forty years in the wilderness, till all the people that were men of war, which came out of Egypt, were consumed,
because they obeyed not the voice of the LORD: unto whom the LORD sware that he
would not shew them the land, which the LORD
sware unto their fathers that he would give us, a land that floweth with milk
and honey.
07-1:24 And the spies saw a man come forth
out of the city, and they said unto him, Shew us,
we pray thee, the entrance into the city, and we will shew
thee mercy.
07-4:22 And, behold, as Barak pursued
Sisera, Jael came out to meet him, and said unto him, Come, and I will shew thee the man whom thou seekest. And when he came
into her tent, behold, Sisera lay
dead, and the nail was in his
temples.
07-6:17 And he said unto him, If now I have
found grace in thy sight, then shew me a sign
that thou talkest with me.
09-3:15 And Samuel lay until the morning,
and opened the doors of the house of the LORD. And Samuel feared to shew Eli the vision.
09-8:9 Now therefore hearken unto their
voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and shew
them the manner of the king that shall reign over them.
09-9:6 And he said unto him, Behold now, there is in this city a man of God, and he is an honourable man; all that he
saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that we should go.
09-9:27 And
as they were going down to the end of the city, Samuel said to Saul, Bid
the servant pass on before us, (and he passed on,) but stand thou still a
while, that I may shew thee the word of God.
09-10:8 And thou shalt go down before me to
Gilgal; and, behold, I will come down unto thee, to offer burnt offerings, and to sacrifice sacrifices of peace
offerings: seven days shalt thou tarry, till I come to thee, and shew thee what thou shalt do.
09-14:12 And the men of the garrison answered
Jonathan and his armourbearer, and said, Come up to us, and we will shew you a thing. And Jonathan said unto his
armourbearer, Come up after me: for the LORD hath delivered them into the hand
of Israel.
09-16:3 And call Jesse to the sacrifice, and
I will shew thee what thou shalt do: and thou
shalt anoint unto me him whom I name
unto thee.
09-20:2 And he said unto him, God forbid;
thou shalt not die: behold, my father will do nothing either great or small,
but that he will shew it me: and why should my
father hide this thing from me? it is not
so.
09-20:12 And Jonathan said unto David, O LORD
God of Israel, when I have sounded my father about to morrow any time, or the third day, and, behold, if there be
good toward David, and I then send not unto thee, and shew it thee;
09-20:13 The LORD do so and much more to
Jonathan: but if it please my father to
do thee evil, then I will shew it thee, and
send thee away, that thou mayest go in peace: and the LORD be with thee, as he
hath been with my father.
09-20:14 And thou shalt not only while yet I
live shew me the kindness of the LORD, that I
die not:
09-22:17 And the king said unto the footmen
that stood about him, Turn, and slay the priests of the LORD; because their
hand also is with David, and because
they knew when he fled, and did not shew it to
me. But the servants of the king would not put forth their hand to fall upon
the priests of the LORD.
09-25:8 Ask thy young men, and they will shew thee. Wherefore let the young men find favour in
thine eyes: for we come in a good day: give, I pray thee, whatsoever cometh to
thine hand unto thy servants, and to thy son David.
10-2:6 And now the LORD shew kindness and truth unto you: and I also will
requite you this kindness, because ye have done this thing.
10-3:8 Then was Abner very wroth for the
words of Ishbosheth, and said, Am I a
dog’s head, which against Judah do shew kindness
this day unto the house of Saul thy father, to his brethren, and to his
friends, and have not delivered thee into the hand of David, that thou chargest
me to day with a fault concerning this woman?
10-9:1 And David said, Is there yet any
that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew
him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?
10-9:3 And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of
Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto
him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.
10-9:7 And David said unto him, Fear not:
for I will surely shew thee kindness for
Jonathan thy father’s sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy
father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.
10-10:2 Then said David, I will shew kindness unto Hanun the son of Nahash, as his
father shewed kindness unto me. And David sent to comfort him by the hand of
his servants for his father. And David’s servants came into the land of the
children of Ammon.
10-15:25 And the king said unto Zadok, Carry
back the ark of God into the city: if I shall find favour in the eyes of the
LORD, he will bring me again, and shew me both it, and his habitation:
10-22:26 With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful, and with the upright man thou wilt shew
thyself upright.
10-22:27 With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself unsavoury.
11-1:52 And Solomon said, If he will shew himself a worthy man, there shall not an hair of
him fall to the earth: but if wickedness shall be found in him, he shall die.
11-2:2 I go the way of all the earth: be
thou strong therefore, and shew thyself a man;
11-2:7 But shew
kindness unto the sons of Barzillai the Gileadite, and let them be of those
that eat at thy table: for so they came to me when I fled because of Absalom
thy brother.
11-18:1 And it came to pass after many days, that the word of the
LORD came to Elijah in the third year, saying, Go, shew
thyself unto Ahab; and I will send rain upon the earth.
11-18:2 And Elijah went to shew himself unto Ahab. And there was a sore famine in Samaria.
11-18:15 And Elijah said, As the LORD of hosts liveth, before whom I stand, I will surely shew myself unto him to day.
12-6:11 Therefore the heart of the king of
Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said
unto them, Will ye not shew me which of us is for the king of Israel?
12-7:12 And the king arose in the night, and
said unto his servants, I will now shew you what
the Syrians have done to us. They know that we be hungry; therefore are they gone out of the camp to hide
themselves in the field, saying, When they come out of the city, we shall catch
them alive, and get into the city.
13-16:23 Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; shew forth from day to day his salvation.
13-19:2 And David said, I will shew kindness unto Hanun the son of Nahash, because
his father shewed kindness to me. And David sent messengers to comfort him
concerning his father. So the servants of David came into the land of the
children of Ammon to Hanun, to comfort him.
14-16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and
fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself
strong in the behalf of them whose
heart is perfect toward him. Herein
thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
15-2:59 And these were they which went up from Telmelah, Telharsa, Cherub, Addan, and Immer: but they could not shew their father’s house, and their seed, whether
they were of Israel:
16-7:61 And these were they which went up also from
Telmelah, Telharesha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer: but they could not shew their father’s house, nor their seed, whether
they were of Israel.
16-9:19 Yet thou in thy manifold mercies
forsookest them not in the wilderness: the pillar of the cloud departed not
from them by day, to lead them in the way; neither the pillar of fire by night,
to shew them light, and the way wherein they
should go.
17-1:11 To bring Vashti the queen before the
king with the crown royal, to shew the people and
the princes her beauty: for she was fair
to look on.
17-2:10 Esther had not shewed her people nor
her kindred: for Mordecai had charged her that she should not shew it.
17-4:8 Also he gave him the copy of the
writing of the decree that was given at Shushan to destroy them, to shew it unto
Esther, and to declare it unto her,
and to charge her that she should go in unto the king, to make supplication
unto him, and to make request before him for her people.
18-10:2 I will say unto God, Do not condemn
me; shew me wherefore thou contendest with me.
18-11:6 And that he would shew thee the secrets of wisdom, that they are double to that which is! Know
therefore that God exacteth of thee less than
thine iniquity deserveth.
18-15:17 I will shew
thee, hear me; and that which I have
seen I will declare;
18-32:6 And Elihu the son of Barachel the
Buzite answered and said, I am young,
and ye are very old; wherefore I was
afraid, and durst not shew you mine opinion.
18-32:10 Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I
also will shew mine opinion.
18-32:17 I
said, I will answer also my part, I also will shew
mine opinion.
18-33:23 If there be a messenger with him, an
interpreter, one among a thousand, to shew unto
man his uprightness:
18-36:2 Suffer me a little, and I will shew thee that I
have yet to speak on God’s behalf.
19-4:6 There
be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light
of thy countenance upon us.
19-9:1 I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew
forth all thy marvellous works.
19-9:14 That I may shew
forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in
thy salvation.
19-16:11 Thou wilt shew
me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness
of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures
for evermore.
19-17:7 Shew
thy marvellous lovingkindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which
put their trust in thee from those
that rise up against them.
19-18:25 With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with an upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright;
19-18:26 With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself froward.
19-25:4 Shew
me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.
19-25:14 The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
19-39:6 Surely every man walketh in a vain shew: surely they are disquieted in vain: he heapeth
up riches, and knoweth not who shall
gather them.
19-50:23 Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me:
and to him that ordereth his conversation
aright will I shew the salvation of God.
19-51:15 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my
mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
19-71:15 My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.
19-79:13 So we thy people and sheep of thy
pasture will give thee thanks for ever: we will shew
forth thy praise to all generations.
19-85:7 Shew
us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation.
19-86:17 Shew
me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and
comforted me.
19-88:10 Wilt thou shew
wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise and
praise thee? Selah.
19-91:16 With long life will I satisfy him,
and shew him my salvation.
19-92:2 To shew
forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
19-92:15 To shew
that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
19-94:1 O LORD God, to whom vengeance
belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew
thyself.
19-96:2 Sing unto the LORD, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day.
19-106:2 Who can utter the mighty acts of the
LORD? who can shew forth all his praise?
19-109:16 Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man,
that he might even slay the broken in heart.
20-18:24 A man that hath friends must shew himself
friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh
closer than a brother.
23-3:9 The shew
of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as
Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto
their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.
23-27:11 When the boughs thereof are withered,
they shall be broken off: the women come, and
set them on fire: for it is a
people of no understanding: therefore he that made them will not have mercy on
them, and he that formed them will shew them no
favour.
23-30:30 And the LORD shall cause his glorious
voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting
down of his arm, with the indignation of his
anger, and with the flame of a
devouring fire, with scattering, and
tempest, and hailstones.
23-41:22 Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall
happen: let them shew the former things, what
they be, that we may consider them,
and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come.
23-41:23 Shew
the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that
we may be dismayed, and behold it together.
23-43:9 Let all the nations be gathered
together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and
shew us former things? let them bring forth
their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.
23-43:21 This people have I formed for myself;
they shall shew forth my praise.
23-44:7 And who, as I, shall call, and shall
declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people?
and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them.
23-46:8 Remember this, and shew yourselves men: bring it again to mind, O ye transgressors.
23-47:6 I was wroth with my people, I have
polluted mine inheritance, and given them into thine hand: thou didst shew them no mercy; upon the ancient hast thou very
heavily laid thy yoke.
23-49:9 That thou mayest say to the
prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in
darkness, Shew yourselves. They shall feed in
the ways, and their pastures shall be in
all high places.
23-58:1 Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy
voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their
transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.
23-60:6 The multitude of camels shall cover
thee, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all they from Sheba shall come: they
shall bring gold and incense; and they shall shew
forth the praises of the LORD.
24-16:10 And it shall come to pass, when thou
shalt shew this people all these words, and they
shall say unto thee, Wherefore hath the LORD pronounced all this great evil
against us? or what is our iniquity?
or what is our sin that we have
committed against the LORD our God?
24-16:13 Therefore will I cast you out of this
land into a land that ye know not, neither
ye nor your fathers; and there shall ye serve other gods day and night;
where I will not shew you favour.
24-18:17 I will scatter them as with an east
wind before the enemy; I will shew them the
back, and not the face, in the day of their calamity.
24-33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer
thee, and shew thee great and mighty things,
which thou knowest not.
24-42:3 That the LORD thy God may shew us the way wherein we may walk, and the thing
that we may do.
24-42:12 And I will shew
mercies unto you, that he may have mercy upon you, and cause you to return to
your own land.
24-50:42 They shall hold the bow and the lance:
they are cruel, and will not shew mercy: their voice shall roar like the sea, and
they shall ride upon horses, every one put
in array, like a man to the battle, against thee, O daughter of Babylon.
24-51:31 One post shall run to meet another,
and one messenger to meet another, to shew the
king of Babylon that his city is taken at one
end,
26-22:2 Now, thou son of man, wilt thou
judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? yea, thou shalt shew her all her abominations.
26-33:31 And they come unto thee as the people
cometh, and they sit before thee as my
people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their
mouth they shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.
26-37:18 And when the children of thy people
shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew
us what thou meanest by these?
26-40:4 And the man said unto me, Son of
man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon
all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent
that I might shew them unto thee art thou
brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.
26-43:10 Thou son of man, shew the house to the house of Israel, that they may
be ashamed of their iniquities: and let them measure the pattern.
26-43:11 And if they be ashamed of all that
they have done, shew them the form of the house,
and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in
thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the
forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and
all the ordinances thereof, and do them.
27-2:2 Then the king commanded to call the
magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams. So they came and stood
before the king.
27-2:4 Then spake the Chaldeans to the
king in Syriack, O king, live for ever: tell thy servants the dream, and we
will shew the interpretation.
27-2:6 But if ye shew
the dream, and the interpretation thereof, ye shall receive of me gifts and
rewards and great honour: therefore shew me the
dream, and the interpretation thereof.
27-2:7 They answered again and said, Let
the king tell his servants the dream, and we will shew
the interpretation of it.
27-2:9 But if ye will not make known unto
me the dream, there is but one decree
for you: for ye have prepared lying and corrupt words to speak before me, till
the time be changed: therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye can shew me the interpretation thereof.
27-2:10 The Chaldeans answered before the
king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth that can shew the king’s matter: therefore there is no king, lord, nor ruler, that asked such things at any magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean.
27-2:11 And it is a rare thing that the king requireth, and there is none other
that can shew it before the king, except the
gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.
27-2:16 Then Daniel went in, and desired of
the king that he would give him time, and that he would shew the king the interpretation.
27-2:24 Therefore Daniel went in unto
Arioch, whom the king had ordained to destroy the wise men of Babylon: he went and said thus unto him; Destroy not the
wise men of Babylon: bring me in
before the king, and I will shew unto the king
the interpretation.
27-2:27 Daniel answered in the presence of
the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the
soothsayers, shew unto the king;
27-4:2 I thought it good to shew the signs and wonders that the high God hath
wrought toward me.
27-5:7 The king cried aloud to bring in
the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. And the king spake, and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this writing, and shew me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed
with scarlet, and have a chain of
gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.
27-5:12 Forasmuch as an excellent spirit,
and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard
sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the
king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation.
27-5:15 And now the wise men, the astrologers, have been brought
in before me, that they should read this writing, and make known unto me the
interpretation thereof: but they could not shew
the interpretation of the thing:
27-9:23 At the beginning of thy
supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for
thou art greatly beloved: therefore
understand the matter, and consider the vision.
27-10:21 But I will shew
thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael
your prince.
27-11:2 And now will I shew thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up yet
three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than they all: and by his strength through
his riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia.
29-2:30 And I will shew
wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
33-7:15 According to the days of thy coming
out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him
marvellous things.
34-3:5 Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts; and I will discover thy
skirts upon thy face, and I will shew the
nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame.
35-1:3 Why dost thou shew me iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention.
38-1:9 Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked
with me said unto me, I will shew thee what
these be.
38-7:9 Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts,
saying, Execute true judgment, and shew mercy
and compassions every man to his brother:
40-8:4 And Jesus saith unto him, See thou
tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the
priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
40-11:4 Jesus answered and said unto them,
Go and shew John again those things which ye do
hear and see:
40-12:18 Behold my servant, whom I have
chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon
him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles.
40-14:2 And said unto his servants, This is
John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him.
40-16:1 The Pharisees also with the
Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew
them a sign from heaven.
