01-GENESIS
01-2:11 The
name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of
Havilah, where there is gold;

the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where
art thou?
01-4:9 And

not: Am I my brother’s keeper?
01-13:3 And
he went on his journeys from the south even to Bethel, unto the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between
Bethel and Hai;
01-13:10 And
Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the
land of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar.
01-13:14 And
the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now
thine eyes, and look from the place where thou
art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:
01-18:9 And
they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.

Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where
he stood before the LORD:

thee: dwell where it pleaseth thee.
01-21:17 And

heard the voice of the lad where he is.
01-22:7 And
Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the
fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?

Isaac trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who? where
is he that hath taken venison, and
brought it me, and I have eaten of
all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall be blessed.
01-31:13 I
am the God of Bethel, where thou anointedst the pillar, and where thou vowedst a vow unto
me: now arise, get thee out from this land, and return unto the land of thy
kindred.
01-33:19 And
he bought a parcel of a field, where he had
spread his tent, at the hand of the children of Hamor, Shechem’s father, for an
hundred pieces of money.
01-35:13 And
God went up from him in the place where he
talked with him.
01-35:14 And
Jacob set up a pillar in the place where he
talked with him, even a pillar of
stone: and he poured a drink offering thereon, and he poured oil thereon.
01-35:15 And
Jacob called the name of the place where God
spake with him, Bethel.
01-35:27 And
Jacob came unto Isaac his father unto Mamre, unto the city of Arbah, which is Hebron, where

this place.

he put them in ward in the house of the captain of the guard, into the prison,
the place where Joseph was bound.
01-43:30 And
Joseph made haste; for his bowels did yearn upon his brother: and he sought where to
weep; and he entered into his chamber,
and wept there.
02-2:20 And
he said unto his daughters, And where is he? why is it that ye have left
the man? call him, that he may eat bread.
02-5:11 Go
ye, get you straw where ye can find it: yet not
ought of your work shall be diminished.
02-9:26 Only
in the land of Goshen, where the children of
Israel were, was there no hail.
02-12:13 And
the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where
ye are: and when I see the blood, I
will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.
02-12:30 And
Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians;
and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there
was not a house where there was not one dead.
02-15:27 And
they came to Elim, where were twelve wells of water, and threescore and ten palm trees: and
they encamped there by the waters.
02-18:5 And
Jethro, Moses’ father in law, came with his sons and his wife unto Moses into
the wilderness, where he encamped at the mount
of God:
02-20:21 And
the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was.
02-20:24 An
altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt
offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I
will bless thee.
02-27:18 The
length of the court shall be an
hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where,
and the height five cubits of fine
twined linen, and their sockets of brass.
02-29:42 This shall be a continual burnt offering
throughout your generations at the
door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee.
02-30:6 And
thou shalt put it before the vail that is
by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.
02-30:36 And
thou shalt beat some of it very
small, and put of it before the testimony in the tabernacle of the
congregation, where I will meet with thee: it shall
be unto you most holy.
03-4:12 Even
the whole bullock shall he carry forth without the camp unto a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and burn him on the
wood with fire: where the ashes are poured out
shall he be burnt.
03-4:24 And
he shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before the LORD: it
is a sin offering.
03-4:33 And
he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay it for a sin
offering in the place where they kill the burnt
offering.
03-6:25 Speak
unto Aaron and to his sons, saying, This is
the law of the sin offering: In the place where
the burnt offering is killed shall the sin offering be killed before the LORD:
it is most holy.
03-7:2 In
the place where they kill the burnt offering
shall they kill the trespass offering: and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle
round about upon the altar.
03-14:13 And
he shall slay the lamb in the place where he
shall kill the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the holy place: for as
the sin offering is the priest’s, so is the trespass offering: it is most holy:
04-9:17 And
when the cloud was taken up from the tabernacle, then after that the children of
Israel journeyed: and in the place where the
cloud abode, there the children of Israel pitched their tents.
04-13:22 And
they ascended by the south, and came unto Hebron; where
Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak, were. (Now Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.)
04-17:4 And
thou shalt lay them up in the tabernacle of the congregation before the
testimony, where I will meet with you.
04-22:26 And
the angel of the LORD went further, and stood in a narrow place, where was no
way to turn either to the right hand or to the left.

they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, where
was no water for the people to drink.
04-33:54 And
ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more ye shall give the more
inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man’s inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your
fathers ye shall inherit.
05-1:31 And
in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that
the LORD thy God bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye
went, until ye came into this place.
05-8:15 Who
led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no
water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;
05-11:10 For
the land, whither thou goest in to possess it, is not as the land of Egypt, from whence ye came out, where thou sowedst thy seed, and wateredst it with thy foot, as a garden of herbs:
05-11:30 Are they not on the other side Jordan,
by the way where the sun goeth down, in the land
of the Canaanites, which dwell in the champaign over against Gilgal, beside the
plains of Moreh?
05-18:6 And
if a Levite come from any of thy gates out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of
his mind unto the place which the LORD shall choose;
05-23:16 He
shall dwell with thee, even among you,
in that place which he shall choose in one of thy gates, where it liketh him best: thou shalt not oppress him.
05-32:37 And
he shall say, Where are their gods, their rock
in whom they trusted,
06-4:3 And
command ye them, saying, Take you hence out of the midst of Jordan, out of the
place where the priests’ feet stood firm, twelve
stones, and ye shall carry them over with you, and leave them in the lodging
place, where ye shall lodge this night.
06-4:8 And
the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones
out of the midst of Jordan, as the LORD spake unto Joshua, according to the
number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them
unto the place where they lodged, and laid them
down there.
06-4:9 And
Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests which bare the ark of
the covenant stood: and they are there unto this day.
07-5:27 At
her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay down: at her feet he bowed, he fell: where he bowed, there he fell down dead.
07-6:13 And
Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this
befallen us? and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not
the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but now the LORD hath forsaken us, and
delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.
07-9:38 Then
said Zebul unto him, Where is now thy mouth, wherewith thou saidst, Who is Abimelech, that we should serve him? is not this the people that thou hast despised? go out, I pray now,
and fight with them.
07-17:8 And
the man departed out of the city from Bethlehemjudah to sojourn where he could find a place: and he came to mount Ephraim to the house of Micah, as he
journeyed.
07-17:9 And
Micah said unto him, Whence comest thou? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Bethlehemjudah, and I go
to sojourn where I may find a place.
07-18:10 When
ye go, ye shall come unto a people secure, and to a large land: for God hath
given it into your hands; a place where there is no want of any thing that is in the earth.
07-19:26 Then
came the woman in the dawning of the day, and fell down at the door of the
man’s house where her lord was, till it was light.
07-20:22 And
the people the men of Israel encouraged themselves, and set their battle again
in array in the place where they put themselves
in array the first day.
08-1:7 Wherefore
she went forth out of the place where she was,
and her two daughters in law with her; and they went on the way to return unto
the land of Judah.
08-1:16 And
Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or
to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and
where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:
08-1:17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be
buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me.
08-2:19 And
her mother in law said unto her, Where hast thou
gleaned to day? and where wroughtest thou?
blessed be he that did take knowledge of thee. And she shewed her mother in law
with whom she had wrought, and said, The man’s name with whom I wrought to day is Boaz.
08-3:4 And
it shall be, when he lieth down, that thou shalt mark the place where he shall lie, and thou shalt go in, and uncover
his feet, and lay thee down; and he will tell thee what thou shalt do.
09-3:3 And
ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God was, and
Samuel was laid down to sleep;
09-6:14 And
the cart came into the field of Joshua, a Bethshemite, and stood there, where there was a
great stone: and they clave the wood of the cart, and offered the kine a burnt
offering unto the LORD.
09-9:10 Then
said Saul to his servant, Well said; come, let us go. So they went unto the
city where the man of God was.
09-9:18 Then
Saul drew near to Samuel in the gate, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, where the seer’s house is.
09-10:5 After
that thou shalt come to the hill of God, where is the garrison of the Philistines: and
it shall come to pass, when thou art come thither to the city, that thou shalt
meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with a psaltery, and
a tabret, and a pipe, and a harp, before them; and they shall prophesy:
09-10:14 And
Saul’s uncle said unto him and to his servant, Whither went ye? And he said, To
seek the asses: and when we saw that they
were no where, we came to Samuel.
09-14:11 And
both of them discovered themselves unto the garrison of the Philistines: and
the Philistines said, Behold, the Hebrews come forth out of the holes where they had hid themselves.
09-19:3 And
I will go out and stand beside my father in the field where
thou art, and I will commune with my
father of thee; and what I see, that I will tell thee.
09-19:22 Then
went he also to Ramah, and came to a great well that is in Sechu: and he asked and said, Where
are Samuel and David? And one said, Behold, they be at Naioth in Ramah.
09-20:19 And
when thou hast stayed three days, then thou shalt go down quickly, and
come to the place where thou didst hide thyself
when the business was in hand, and
shalt remain by the stone Ezel.
09-23:22 Go,
I pray you, prepare yet, and know and see his place where
his haunt is, and who hath seen him
there: for it is told me that he
dealeth very subtilly.
09-23:23 See
therefore, and take knowledge of all the lurking places where he hideth himself, and come ye again to me with the
certainty, and I will go with you: and it shall come to pass, if he be in the
land, that I will search him out throughout all the thousands of Judah.
09-24:3 And
he came to the sheepcotes by the way, where was a cave; and Saul went in to cover
his feet: and David and his men remained in the sides of the cave.
09-26:5 And
David arose, and came to the place where Saul
had pitched: and David beheld the place where
Saul lay, and Abner the son of Ner, the captain of his host: and Saul lay in
the trench, and the people pitched round about him.
09-26:16 This
thing is not good that thou hast
done. As the LORD liveth, ye are worthy to die, because ye have not
kept your master, the LORD’S anointed. And now see where
the king’s spear is, and the cruse of
water that was at his bolster.
09-30:9 So
David went, he and the six hundred men that were
with him, and came to the brook Besor, where
those that were left behind stayed.
09-30:31 And
to them which were in Hebron, and to all the places where
David himself and his men were wont to haunt.
10-2:23 Howbeit
he refused to turn aside: wherefore Abner with the hinder end of the spear
smote him under the fifth rib, that
the spear came out behind him; and he fell down there, and died in the same
place: and it came to pass, that as
many as came to the place where Asahel fell down
and died stood still.
10-9:4 And
the king said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the king,
Behold, he is in the house of Machir,
the son of Ammiel, in Lodebar.
10-11:16 And
it came to pass, when Joab observed the city, that he assigned Uriah unto a
place where he knew that valiant men were.
10-15:32 And
it came to pass, that when David was
come to the top of the mount, where he worshipped God, behold, Hushai the Archite
came to meet him with his coat rent, and earth upon his head:
10-16:3 And
the king said, And where is thy master’s son? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he
abideth at Jerusalem: for he said, To day shall the house of Israel restore me
the kingdom of my father.
10-17:12 So
shall we come upon him in some place where he
shall be found, and we will light upon him as the dew falleth on the ground:
and of him and of all the men that are with
him there shall not be left so much as one.
10-17:20 And
when Absalom’s servants came to the woman to the house, they said, Where is Ahimaaz
and Jonathan? And the woman said unto them, They be gone over the brook of
water. And when they had sought and could not find them, they returned to Jerusalem.
10-18:7 Where the people of Israel were slain before the
servants of David, and there was there a great slaughter that day of twenty
thousand men.
10-21:12 And
David went and took the bones of Saul and the bones of Jonathan his son from
the men of Jabeshgilead, which had stolen them from the street of Bethshan, where the Philistines had hanged them, when the
Philistines had slain Saul in Gilboa:
10-21:19 And
there was again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where
Elhanan the son of Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, slew the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver’s beam.
10-21:20 And
there was yet a battle in Gath, where was a man
of great stature, that had on every
hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he
also was born to the giant.
10-23:11 And
after him was Shammah the son of Agee
the Hararite. And the Philistines were gathered together into a troop, where was a piece of ground full of lentiles: and the
people fled from the Philistines.
11-4:28 Barley
also and straw for the horses and dromedaries brought they unto the place where the
officers were, every man according to his charge.
11-7:7 Then
he made a porch for the throne where he might
judge, even the porch of judgment:
and it was covered with cedar from
one side of the floor to the other.
11-7:8 And
his house where he dwelt had another court within the porch, which was of the like work. Solomon made also an house for
Pharaoh’s daughter, whom he had taken to
wife, like unto this porch.
11-13:25 And,
behold, men passed by, and saw the carcase cast in the way, and the lion
standing by the carcase: and they came and told it in the city where the old prophet
dwelt.
11-17:19 And
he said unto her, Give me thy son. And he took him out of her bosom, and
carried him up into a loft, where he abode, and
laid him upon his own bed.
11-21:19 And
thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Hast thou killed, and
also taken possession? And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the
LORD, In the place where dogs licked the blood
of Naboth shall dogs lick thy blood, even thine.
12-2:14 And
he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and
said, Where is
the LORD God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they
parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over.
12-4:8 And
it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where
was a great woman; and she
constrained him to eat bread. And so it
was, that as oft as he passed by, he
turned in thither to eat bread.
12-6:1 And
the sons of the prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the place where we dwell with thee is too strait for us.
12-6:2 Let
us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us
make us a place there, where we may dwell. And
he answered, Go ye.
12-6:6 And
the man of God said, Where fell it? And he shewed
him the place. And he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim.
12-6:13 And
he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And
it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in
Dothan.
12-18:34 Where are the
gods of Hamath, and of Arpad? where are the gods of Sepharvaim, Hena, and
Ivah? have they delivered Samaria out of mine hand?
12-19:13 Where is the
king of Hamath, and the king of Arpad, and the king of the city of Sepharvaim,
of Hena, and Ivah?
12-23:7 And
he brake down the houses of the sodomites, that were by the house of the LORD, where
the women wove hangings for the grove.
12-23:8 And
he brought all the priests out of the cities of Judah, and defiled the high
places where the priests had burned incense, from
Geba to Beersheba, and brake down the high places of the gates that were in the entering in of the gate of
Joshua the governor of the city, which were
on a man’s left hand at the gate of the city.
13-11:4 And
David and all Israel went to Jerusalem, which is Jebus; where the Jebusites were, the inhabitants of the land.
13-11:13 He
was with David at Pasdammim, and there the Philistines were gathered together
to battle, where was a parcel of ground full of
barley; and the people fled from before the Philistines.
13-13:2 And
David said unto all the congregation of Israel, If it seem good unto you, and that
it be of the LORD our God, let us send abroad unto our brethren every where, that are left
in all the land of Israel, and with them also
to the priests and Levites which are in
their cities and suburbs, that they
may gather themselves unto us:
13-20:6 And
yet again there was war at Gath, where was a man
of great stature, whose fingers and
toes were four and twenty, six on each hand, and six on each foot: and he also was the son of
the giant.
14-3:1 Then
Solomon began to build the house of the LORD at Jerusalem in mount Moriah, where the Lord appeared
unto David his father, in the place that David had prepared in the threshingfloor
of Ornan the Jebusite.
14-25:4 But
he slew not their children, but did as
it is written in the law in the book
of Moses, where the LORD commanded, saying, The
fathers shall not die for the children, neither shall the children die for the fathers,
but every man shall die for his own sin.
14-36:20 And
them that had escaped from the sword carried he away to Babylon; where they were servants to him and his sons until the
reign of the kingdom of Persia:
15-1:4 And
whosoever remaineth in any place where he
sojourneth, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and
with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God
that is in Jerusalem.
15-6:1 Then
Darius the king made a decree, and search was made in the house of the rolls, where the treasures were laid up in Babylon.
15-6:3 In
the first year of Cyrus the king the same
Cyrus the king made a decree concerning
the house of God at Jerusalem, Let the house be builded, the place where they offered sacrifices, and let the foundations
thereof be strongly laid; the height thereof threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof threescore
cubits;
16-10:39 For
the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the offering of the
corn, of the new wine, and the oil, unto the chambers, where
are the vessels of the sanctuary, and
the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and we will not
forsake the house of our God.
16-13:5 And
he had prepared for him a great chamber, where
aforetime they laid the meat offerings, the frankincense, and the vessels, and
the tithes of the corn, the new wine, and the oil, which was commanded to be given to the Levites, and the
singers, and the porters; and the offerings of the priests.
17-1:6 Where were white,
green, and blue, hangings, fastened
with cords of fine linen and purple to silver rings and pillars of marble: the
beds were of gold and silver, upon a
pavement of red, and blue, and white, and black, marble.
17-7:5 Then
the king Ahasuerus answered and said unto Esther the queen, Who is he, and where is he, that durst presume in his heart to do so?
18-4:7 Remember,
I pray thee, who ever perished, being
innocent? or where were the righteous cut off?
18-9:24 The
earth is given into the hand of the wicked: he covereth the faces of the judges
thereof; if not, where, and who is he?
18-10:22 A
land of darkness, as darkness itself; and
of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness.
18-12:24 He
taketh away the heart of the chief of the people of the earth, and causeth them
to wander in a wilderness where there is no way.
18-14:10 But
man dieth, and wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he?
18-15:23 He
wandereth abroad for bread, saying, Where is it? he
knoweth that the day of darkness is ready at his hand.
18-17:15 And
where is now
my hope? as for my hope, who shall see it?
18-20:7 Yet he shall perish for ever like his
own dung: they which have seen him shall say, Where
is he?
18-21:28 For
ye say, Where is the house of the prince? and where
are the dwelling places of the
wicked?
18-23:3 Oh
that I knew where I might find him! that I might come even to his seat!
18-23:9 On
the left hand, where he doth work, but I cannot
behold him: he hideth himself on the
right hand, that I cannot see him:
18-28:1 Surely
there is a vein for the silver, and a place for gold where they fine it.
18-28:12 But
where shall wisdom be found? and where is the
place of understanding?
18-28:20 Whence
then cometh wisdom? and where is the place of understanding?
18-34:22 There is no darkness, nor shadow of
death, where the workers of iniquity may hide
themselves.
18-35:10 But
none saith, Where is God my maker, who giveth songs in the night;
18-36:16 Even
so would he have removed thee out of the strait into a broad place, where there is no straitness; and that which
should be set on thy table should be full
of fatness.
18-38:4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the
earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.
18-38:19 Where is the
way where light
dwelleth? and as for darkness, where is the
place thereof,
18-38:26 To
cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is;
on the wilderness, wherein there is no
man;
18-39:30 Her
young ones also suck up blood: and where the
slain are, there is she.
18-40:20 Surely
the mountains bring him forth food, where all
the beasts of the field play.
19-19:3 There is no speech nor language, where their
voice is not heard.
19-26:8 LORD,
I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth.
19-42:3 My
tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy
God?
19-42:10 As with a sword in my bones, mine
enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where
is thy God?
19-53:5 There
were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the
bones of him that encampeth against thee:
thou hast put them to shame, because
God hath despised them.
19-63:1 O
God, thou art my God; early will I
seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and
thirsty land, where no water is;
19-69:2 I
sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
19-79:10 Wherefore
should the heathen say, Where is their God? let him be known among the
heathen in our sight by the revenging
of the blood of thy servants which is shed.
19-81:5 This
he ordained in Joseph for a
testimony, when he went out through the land of Egypt: where I heard a language that I understood not.
19-84:3 Yea,
the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.
19-89:49 Lord,
where are thy
former lovingkindnesses, which thou
swarest unto David in thy truth?
19-104:17 Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are
her house.
19-107:40 He
poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the wilderness, where there
is no way.
19-115:2 Wherefore
should the heathen say, Where is now their God?
20-11:14 Where no counsel is,
the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.
20-14:4 Where no oxen are,
the crib is clean: but much
increase is by the strength of the
ox.
20-15:17 Better
is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.
20-26:20 Where no wood is, there
the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife
ceaseth.
20-29:18 Where there is no
vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
21-1:5 The
sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose.
21-8:4 Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?
21-8:10 And
so I saw the wicked buried, who had come and gone from the place of the holy,
and they were forgotten in the city where they had
so done: this is also vanity.
21-11:3 If
the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves
upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north,
in the place where the tree falleth, there it
shall be.
22-1:7 Tell
me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou
feedest, where thou makest thy flock to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth
aside by the flocks of thy companions?
23-7:23 And
it shall come to pass in that day, that every
place shall be, where there were a thousand
vines at a thousand silverlings, it shall even
be for briers and thorns.
23-10:3 And
what will ye do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation which shall come from far? to whom will
ye flee for help? and where will ye leave your
glory?
23-19:12 Where are they?
where are thy
wise men? and let them tell thee now,
and let them know what the LORD of hosts hath purposed upon Egypt.
23-29:1 Woe
to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt! add ye year to year; let them
kill sacrifices.
23-30:32 And
in every place where the grounded staff shall pass, which the LORD
shall lay upon him, it shall be with
tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking will he fight with it.
23-33:18 Thine
heart shall meditate terror. Where is the scribe? where
is the receiver? where is he
that counted the towers?
23-35:7 And
the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water:
in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
23-36:19 Where are the
gods of Hamath and Arphad? where are the gods of Sepharvaim? and have
they delivered Samaria out of my hand?
23-37:13 Where is the
king of Hamath, and the king of Arphad, and the king of the city of Sepharvaim,
Hena, and Ivah?
23-49:21 Then
shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost
my children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath
brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where
had they been?
23-50:1 Thus
saith the LORD, Where is the bill of your mother’s divorcement, whom I have put away? or
which of my creditors is it to whom I
have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your
transgressions is your mother put away.
23-51:13 And
forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid
the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of
the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the
fury of the oppressor?
23-57:8 Behind
the doors also and the posts hast thou set up thy remembrance: for thou hast
discovered thyself to another than
me, and art gone up; thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made thee a covenant with them; thou lovedst their
bed where thou sawest it.
23-63:11 Then
he remembered the days of old, Moses, and
his people, saying, Where is he
that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of his flock? where is he
that put his holy Spirit within him?
23-63:15 Look
down from heaven, and behold from the habitation of thy holiness and of thy
glory: where is
thy zeal and thy strength, the sounding of thy bowels and of thy mercies
toward me? are they restrained?
23-64:11 Our
holy and our beautiful house, where our fathers
praised thee, is burned up with fire: and all our pleasant things are laid
waste.
23-66:1 Thus
saith the LORD, The heaven is my
throne, and the earth is my
footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where
is the place of my rest?
24-2:6 Neither
said they, Where is the LORD that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led
us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a
land of drought, and of the shadow of death, through a land that no man passed
through, and where no man dwelt?
24-2:8 The
priests said not, Where is the LORD? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors
also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked
after things that do not profit.
24-2:28 But
where are thy
gods that thou hast made thee? let them arise, if they can save thee in the
time of thy trouble: for according to the
number of thy cities are thy gods, O Judah.
24-3:2 Lift
up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where
thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the
Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms
and with thy wickedness.
24-6:16 Thus
saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the
good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they
said, We will not walk therein.
24-7:12 But
go ye now unto my place which was in
Shiloh, where I set my name at the first, and
see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel.
24-13:7 Then
I went to Euphrates, and digged, and took the girdle from the place where I had hid it: and, behold, the girdle was marred,
it was profitable for nothing.
24-13:20 Lift
up your eyes, and behold them that come from the north: where is the flock that was given thee, thy beautiful
flock?
24-16:13 Therefore
will I cast you out of this land into a land that ye know not, neither ye nor your fathers; and there
shall ye serve other gods day and night; where I
will not shew you favour.
24-17:15 Behold,
they say unto me, Where is the word of the LORD? let it come now.
24-22:26 And
I will cast thee out, and thy mother that bare thee, into another country, where ye were not born; and there shall ye die.
24-35:7 Neither
shall ye build house, nor sow seed, nor plant vineyard, nor have any: but all your days ye shall dwell in
tents; that ye may live many days in the land where
ye be strangers.
24-36:19 Then
said the princes unto Baruch, Go, hide thee, thou and Jeremiah; and let no man
know where ye be.
24-37:19 Where are now
your prophets which prophesied unto you, saying, The king of Babylon shall not
come against you, nor against this land?
24-38:9 My
lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to Jeremiah
the prophet, whom they have cast into the dungeon; and he is like to die for
hunger in the place where he is: for there is no more bread in the city.
24-39:5 But
the Chaldeans’ army pursued after them, and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of
Jericho: and when they had taken him, they brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar
king of Babylon to Riblah in the land of Hamath, where
he gave judgment upon him.
24-42:14 Saying,
No; but we will go into the land of Egypt, where
we shall see no war, nor hear the sound of the trumpet, nor have hunger of
bread; and there will we dwell:
24-52:9 Then
they took the king, and carried him up unto the king of Babylon to Riblah in
the land of Hamath; where he gave judgment upon
him.
25-2:12 They
say to their mothers, Where is corn and wine? when they swooned as the wounded in the streets
of the city, when their soul was poured out into their mothers’ bosom.
26-3:15 Then
I came to them of the captivity at Telabib, that dwelt by the river of Chebar,
and I sat where they sat, and remained there
astonished among them seven days.
26-6:13 Then
shall ye know that I am the LORD,
when their slain men shall be among
their idols round about their altars, upon every high hill, in all the tops of
the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the place
where they did offer sweet savour to all their
idols.
26-8:3 And
he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the
spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the
visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward
the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy.
26-11:16 Therefore
say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Although I have cast them far off among the
heathen, and although I have scattered them among the countries, yet will I be
to them as a little sanctuary in the countries where
they shall come.
26-11:17 Therefore
say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even gather you from the people, and
assemble you out of the countries where ye have
been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.
26-13:12 Lo,
when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the daubing
wherewith ye have daubed it?
26-17:10 Yea,
behold, being planted, shall it
prosper? shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind toucheth it? it shall
wither in the furrows where it grew.
26-17:16 As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely in
the place where
the king dwelleth that made him
king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he brake, even with him in the midst of Babylon he shall die.
26-20:38 And
I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against
me: I will bring them forth out of the country where
they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall
know that I am the LORD.
26-21:30 Shall
I cause it to return into his sheath?
I will judge thee in the place where thou wast
created, in the land of thy nativity.
26-34:12 As
a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out
my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where
they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
26-40:38 And
the chambers and the entries thereof were
by the posts of the gates, where they washed
the burnt offering.
26-42:13 Then
said he unto me, The north chambers and the
south chambers, which are before the
separate place, they be holy
chambers, where the priests that approach unto
the LORD shall eat the most holy things: there shall they lay the most holy
things, and the meat offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering;
for the place is holy.
26-43:7 And
he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles
of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of
the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no
more defile, neither they, nor their
kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high
places.
26-46:20 Then
said he unto me, This is the place where the priests shall boil the trespass offering and
the sin offering, where they shall bake the meat
offering; that they bear them not out
into the utter court, to sanctify the people.
26-46:24 Then
said he unto me, These are the places
of them that boil, where the ministers of the
house shall boil the sacrifice of the people.
27-8:17 So
he came near where I stood: and when he came, I
was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of
man: for at the time of the end shall be the
vision.
28-1:10 Yet
the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which
cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it
shall be said unto them, Ye are the
sons of the living God.
28-13:10 I
will be thy king: where is any other that may save thee in all thy cities? and thy judges
of whom thou saidst, Give me a king and princes?
29-2:17 Let
the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar,
and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to
reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say
among the people, Where is their God?
30-3:5 Can
a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no
gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and
have taken nothing at all?
33-7:10 Then
she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said
unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes
shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.
34-2:11 Where is the
dwelling of the lions, and the feedingplace of the young lions, where the lion, even
the old lion, walked, and the lion’s
whelp, and none made them afraid?
34-3:17 Thy
crowned are as the locusts, and thy
captains as the great grasshoppers, which camp in the hedges in the cold day, but when the sun ariseth they flee away,
and their place is not known where they are.
36-3:19 Behold,
at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that
halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and
fame in every land where they have been put to
shame.
38-ZECHARIAH
38-1:5 Your
fathers, where are they? and the prophets, do they live for ever?
39-1:6 A
son honoureth his father, and a
servant his master: if then I be a
father, where is mine honour? and if I be a
master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that
despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?
39-2:17 Ye
have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth
evil is good in the sight of the LORD,
and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?
40-2:2 Saying,
Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for
we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
40-2:4 And
when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together,
he demanded of them where Christ should be born.
40-2:9 When
they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in
the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.
40-6:19 Lay
not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where
moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves
break through and steal:
40-6:20 But
lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where
neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where
thieves do not break through nor steal:
40-6:21 For
where your treasure is, there will your heart be
also.
40-8:20 And
Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his
head.
40-13:5 Some
fell upon stony places, where they had not much
earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:
40-18:20 For
where two or three are gathered together in my
name, there am I in the midst of them.
40-25:24 Then
he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou
art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not
sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
40-25:26 His
lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked
and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where
I sowed not, and gather where I have not
strawed:
40-26:17 Now
the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples
came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou
that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?
40-26:57 And
they that had laid hold on Jesus led him away
to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes
and the elders were assembled.
40-28:6 He
is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
40-28:16 Then
the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.
41-2:4 And
when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the
sick of the palsy lay.
41-4:5 And
some fell on stony ground, where it had not much
earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth:
41-4:15 And
these are they by the way side, where the word
is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away
the word that was sown in their hearts.
41-5:40 And
they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the
father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth
in where the damsel was lying.
41-6:55 And
ran through that whole region round about, and began to carry about in beds
those that were sick, where they heard he was.
41-9:44 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not
quenched.
41-9:46 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not
quenched.
41-9:48 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not
quenched.
41-11:4 And
they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.
41-13:14 But
when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the
prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him
that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the
mountains:
41-14:12 And
the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples
said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and
prepare that thou mayest eat the passover?
41-14:14 And
wheresoever he shall go in, say ye to the goodman of the house, The Master
saith, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?
41-15:47 And
Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of
Joses beheld where he was laid.
41-16:6 And
he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was
crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.
41-16:20 And
they went forth, and preached every where, the
Lord working with them, and
confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
42-4:16 And
he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up:
and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and
stood up for to read.
42-4:17 And
there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had
opened the book, he found the place where it was
written,
42-8:25 And
he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they
being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for
he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.
42-9:6 And
they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing
every where.
42-9:58 And
Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his
head.
42-10:33 But
a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where
he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
42-12:17 And
he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?
42-12:33 Sell
that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a
treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where
no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
42-12:34 For
where your treasure is, there will your heart be
also.
42-17:17 And
Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where
are the nine?
42-17:37 And
they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord?
And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is,
thither will the eagles be gathered together.
42-22:9 And
they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we
prepare?
42-22:10 And
he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man
meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in.
42-22:11 And
ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where
I shall eat the passover with my disciples?
43-1:28 These
things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where
John was baptizing.
43-1:38 Then
Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, What seek ye? They
said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest thou?
43-1:39 He
saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where
he dwelt, and abode with him that day: for it was about the tenth hour.
43-3:8 The
wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest
the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth:
so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
43-4:20 Our
fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place
where men ought to worship.
43-4:46 So
Jesus came again into Cana of Galilee, where he
made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at
Capernaum.
43-6:23 (Howbeit
there came other boats from Tiberias nigh unto the place where they did eat bread, after that the Lord had
given thanks:)
43-6:62 What and if ye shall see the Son of man
ascend up where he was before?
43-7:11 Then
the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where
is he?
43-7:34 Ye
shall seek me, and shall not find me: and
where I am, thither
ye cannot come.
43-7:36 What
manner of saying is this that he
said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me:
and where I am, thither ye cannot come?
43-7:42 Hath
not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the
town of Bethlehem, where David was?
43-8:10 When
Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her,
Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no
man condemned thee?
43-8:19 Then
said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus
answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have
known my Father also.
43-9:12 Then
said they unto him, Where is he? He said, I know
not.
43-10:40 And
went away again beyond Jordan into the place where
John at first baptized; and there he abode.
43-11:6 When
he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same
place where he was.
43-11:30 Now
Jesus was not yet come into the town, but was in that place where Martha met him.
43-11:32 Then
when Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw him,
she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my
brother had not died.
43-11:34 And
said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto
him, Lord, come and see.
43-11:41 Then
they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee
that thou hast heard me.
43-11:57 Now
both the chief priests and the Pharisees had given a commandment, that, if any
man knew where he were, he should shew it, that they might take him.
43-12:1 Then
Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where
Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.
43-12:26 If
any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I
am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
43-14:3 And
if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto
myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
43-17:24 Father,
I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou
hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
43-18:1 When
Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook
Cedron, where was a garden, into the which he
entered, and his disciples.
43-19:18 Where they crucified him, and two others with him, on
either side one, and Jesus in the midst.
43-19:20 This
title then read many of the Jews: for the place where
Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.
43-19:41 Now
in the place where he was crucified there was a
garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid.
43-20:2 Then
she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus
loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre,
and we know not where they have laid him.
43-20:12 And
seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the
feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
43-20:13 And
they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they
have taken away my Lord, and I know not where
they have laid him.
43-20:15 Jesus
saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him
to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.
43-20:19 Then
the same day at evening, being the first day
of the week, when the doors were shut where
the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the
midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto
you.
44-1:13 And
when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and
Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes,
and Judas the brother of James.
44-2:2 And
suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it
filled all the house where they were sitting.
44-4:31 And
when they had prayed, the place was shaken where
they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and
they spake the word of God with boldness.
44-7:29 Then
fled Moses at this saying, and was a stranger in the land of Madian, where he begat two sons.
44-7:33 Then
said the Lord to him, Put off thy shoes from thy feet: for the place where thou standest is holy ground.
44-8:4 Therefore
they that were scattered abroad went every where
preaching the word.
44-11:11 And,
behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Caesarea unto me.
44-12:12 And
when he had considered the thing, he
came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.
44-15:36 And
some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren
in every city where we have preached the word of
the Lord, and see how they do.
44-16:13 And
on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto
the women which resorted thither.
44-17:1 Now
when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to
Thessalonica, where was a synagogue of the Jews:
44-17:30 And
the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
44-20:6 And
we sailed away from Philippi after the days of unleavened bread, and came unto
them to Troas in five days; where we abode seven
days.
44-20:8 And
there were many lights in the upper chamber, where
they were gathered together.
44-21:28 Crying
out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man, that teacheth all men every where
against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks
also into the temple, and hath polluted this holy place.
44-25:10 Then
said Paul, I stand at Caesar’s judgment seat, where
I ought to be judged: to the Jews have I done no wrong, as thou very well
knowest.
44-27:41 And
falling into a place where two seas met, they
ran the ship aground; and the forepart stuck fast, and remained unmoveable, but
the hinder part was broken with the violence of the waves.
44-28:14 Where we found brethren, and were desired to tarry
with them seven days: and so we went toward Rome.
44-28:22 But
we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest: for as concerning this sect, we
know that every where it is spoken against.
45-3:27 Where is boasting
then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
45-4:15 Because
the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.
45-5:20 Moreover
the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where
sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
45-9:26 And
it shall come to pass, that in the
place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be
called the children of the living God.
45-15:20 Yea,
so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where
Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man’s foundation:
46-1:20 Where is the
wise? where is
the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom
of this world?
46-4:17 For
this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful
in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in
Christ, as I teach every where in every church.
46-12:17 If
the whole body were an eye, where were the
hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the
smelling?
46-12:19 And
if they were all one member, where were the body?
46-15:55 O
death, where is
thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
47-3:17 Now
the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of
the Lord is, there is liberty.
48-4:15 Where is then the blessedness ye spake of? for I bear
you record, that, if it had been possible,
ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me.
50-4:12 I
know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be
full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
51-3:1 If
ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
51-3:11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor
uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor
free: but Christ is all, and in
all.
54-2:8 I
will therefore that men pray every where,
lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
58-9:16 For
where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.
58-10:18 Now
where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
59-3:16 For
where envying and strife is, there is confusion
and every evil work.
60-1 PETER
60-4:18 And
if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall
the ungodly and the sinner appear?
61-3:4 And
saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for
since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
66-2:13 I know thy works and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and
hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain
among you, where Satan dwelleth.
66-11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great
city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where
also our Lord was crucified.
66-12:6 And the woman fled into the
wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of
God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
66-12:14 And to the woman were given two wings
of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half
a time, from the face of the serpent.
66-17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters
which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are
peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
66-20:10 And the devil that deceived them was
cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where
the beast and the false prophet are, and
shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
