02-EXODUS
02-17:14 And the
LORD said unto Moses, Write this for a
memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will
utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.
02-34:1 And the
LORD said unto Moses, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first: and I
will write upon these tables the words
that were in the first tables, which thou brakest.
02-34:27 And the
LORD said unto Moses, Write thou these words:
for after the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with thee and with
Israel.
04-5:23 And the
priest shall write these curses in a book, and
he shall blot them out with the bitter water:
04-17:2 Speak
unto the children of Israel, and take of every one of them a rod according to
the house of their fathers, of all their princes according to the house of
their fathers twelve rods: write thou every
man’s name upon his rod.
04-17:3 And thou
shalt write Aaron’s name upon the rod of Levi:
for one rod shall be for the head of the house of their fathers.
05-6:9 And thou
shalt write them upon the posts of thy house,
and on thy gates.
05-10:2 And I
will write on the tables the words that were in
the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark.
05-11:20 And thou
shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house,
and upon thy gates:
05-17:18 And it
shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that
which is before the priests the Levites:
05-24:1 When a
man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no
favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him
write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in
her hand, and send her out of his house.
05-24:3 And if
the latter husband hate her, and write her a
bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of
his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;
05-27:3 And thou
shalt write upon them all the words of this law,
when thou art passed over, that thou mayest go in unto the land which the LORD
thy God giveth thee, a land that floweth with milk and honey; as the LORD God
of thy fathers hath promised thee.
05-27:8 And thou
shalt write upon the stones all the words of
this law very plainly.
05-31:19 Now
therefore write ye this song for you, and teach
it the children of Israel: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a
witness for me against the children of Israel.
14-26:22 Now the
rest of the acts of Uzziah, first and last, did Isaiah the prophet, the son of
Amoz, write.
15-5:10 We asked
their names also, to certify thee, that we might write
the names of the men that were the chief of them.
16-9:38 And
because of all this we make a sure covenant, and write it; and our princes, Levites, and priests, seal
unto it.
17-8:8 Write ye also for the Jews, as it liketh you, in the
king’s name, and seal it with the king’s ring: for the writing which is
written in the king’s name, and sealed with the king’s ring, may no man
reverse.
20-3:3 Let not
mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
20-7:3 Bind
them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table
of thine heart.
23-8:1 Moreover
the LORD said unto me, Take thee a great roll, and write
in it with a man’s pen concerning Mahershalalhashbaz.
23-10:1 Woe unto
them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write
grievousness which they have prescribed;
23-10:19 And the
rest of the trees of his forest shall be few, that a child may write them.
23-30:8 Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a
book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever:
24-22:30 Thus saith
the LORD, Write ye this man childless, a man that
shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper,
sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah.
24-30:2 Thus
speaketh the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write
thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
24-31:33 But this shall
be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those
days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and
they shall be my people.
24-36:2 Take thee
a roll of a book, and write therein all the
words that I have spoken unto thee against Israel, and against Judah, and
against all the nations, from the day I spake unto thee, from the days of
Josiah, even unto this day.
24-36:17 And they
asked Baruch, saying, Tell us now, How didst thou write
all these words at his mouth?
24-36:28 Take thee
again another roll, and write in it all the
former words that were in the first roll, which Jehoiakim the king of Judah
hath burned.
26-24:2 Son of
man, write thee the name of the day, even of
this same day: the king of Babylon set himself against Jerusalem this same day.
26-37:16 Moreover,
thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write
upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take
another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph,
the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions:
26-43:11 And if
they be ashamed of all that they have done, shew them the form of the house,
and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in
thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the
forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write
it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all
the ordinances thereof, and do them.
35-2:2 And the
LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision,
and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
41-10:4 And they
said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement,
and to put her away.
42-1:3 It
seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the
very first, to write unto thee in order, most
excellent Theophilus,
42-16:6 And he
said, An hundred measures of oil. And he said unto him, Take thy bill, and sit
down quickly, and write fifty.
42-16:7 Then said
he to another, And how much owest thou? And he said, An hundred measures of
wheat. And he said unto him, Take thy bill, and write
fourscore.
43-1:45 Philip findeth
Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and
the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the
son of Joseph.
43-19:21 Then said
the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write
not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews.
44-15:20 But that
we write unto them, that they abstain from
pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things
strangled, and from blood.
44-25:26 Of whom I
have no certain thing to write unto my lord.
Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before thee, O
king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I might have somewhat to write.
46-4:14 I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved
sons I warn you.
46-14:37 If any man
think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the
things that I write unto you are the
commandments of the Lord.
47-1:13 For we write none other things unto you, than what ye read or
acknowledge; and I trust ye shall acknowledge even to the end;
47-2:9 For to
this end also did I write, that I might know the
proof of you, whether ye be obedient in all things.
47-9:1 For as
touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you:
47-13:2 I told
you before, and foretell you, as if I were present, the second time; and being
absent now I write to them which heretofore have
sinned, and to all other, that, if I come again, I will not spare:
47-13:10 Therefore
I write these things being absent, lest being
present I should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord hath
given me to edification, and not to destruction.
48-1:20 Now the
things which I write unto you, behold, before God,
I lie not.
50-3:1 Finally,
my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the
same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.
52-4:9 But as
touching brotherly love ye need not that I write
unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.
52-5:1 But of
the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
53-3:17 The
salutation of Paul with mine own hand, which is the token in every epistle: so
I write.
54-3:14 These
things write I unto thee, hoping to come unto
thee shortly:
58-8:10 For this is
the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days,
saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they
shall be to me a people:
58-10:16 This is
the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I
will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
61-3:1 This
second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you;
in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
62-1:4 And
these things write we unto you, that your joy
may be full.
62-2:1 My
little children, these things write I unto you,
that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus
Christ the righteous:
62-2:7 Brethren,
I write no new commandment unto you, but an old
commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word
which ye have heard from the beginning.
62-2:8 Again, a
new commandment I write unto you, which thing is
true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now
shineth.
62-2:12 I write unto you, little children, because your sins are
forgiven you for his name’s sake.
62-2:13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that
is from the beginning. I write unto you,
young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write
unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
63-1:12 Having
many things to write unto you, I would not write with paper and ink: but I trust to come unto
you, and speak face to face, that our joy may be full.
64-1:13 I had
many things to write, but I will not with ink
and pen write unto thee:
65-1:3 Beloved,
when I gave all diligence to write unto you of
the common salvation, it was needful for me to write
unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith
which was once delivered unto the saints.
66-1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and
Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write
in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto
Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto
Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.
66-1:19 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things
which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;
66-2:1 Unto the angel of the church of
Ephesus write; These things saith he that
holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the
seven golden candlesticks;
66-2:8 And unto the angel of the church in
Smyrna write; These things saith the first and
the last, which was dead, and is alive;
66-2:12 And to the angel of
the church in Pergamos write; These things saith
he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;
66-2:18 And unto the angel of
the church in Thyatira write; These things saith
the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are
like fine brass;
66-3:1 And unto the angel of the church in
Sardis write; These things saith he that hath
the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast
a name that thou livest, and art dead.
66-3:7 And to the angel of the church in
Philadelphia write; These things saith he that
is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and
no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
66-3:12 Him that overcometh
will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and
I will write upon him the name of my God, and
the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh
down out of heaven from my God: and I will write
upon him my new name.
66-3:14 And unto the angel of
the church of the Laodiceans write; These things
saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of
God;
66-10:4 And when the seven
thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write:
and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the
seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
66-14:13 And I
heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write,
Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith
the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow
them.
66-19:9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto
the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true
sayings of God.
66-21:5 And he that sat upon
the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

tables were the work of God, and the writing
was the writing of God, graven upon the
tables.

made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote upon it a writing, like to the engravings of a signet,
HOLINESS TO THE LORD.
05-10:4 And he
wrote on the tables, according to the first writing,
the ten commandments, which the LORD spake unto you in the mount out of the
midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me.
05-31:24 And it
came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing
the words of this law in a book, until they were finished,
13-28:19 All this,
said David, the LORD made me understand in writing
by his hand upon me, even all the works of this pattern.

saying, Thus saith the LORD God of David thy father, Because thou hast not
walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat thy father, nor in the ways of Asa king of
Judah,
14-35:4 And
prepare yourselves by the houses of your fathers, after your courses,
according to the writing of David king of
Israel, and according to the writing of Solomon
his son.
14-36:22 Now in the
first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by
the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of
Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom,
and put it also in writing, saying,
15-1:1 Now in
the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth
of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of
Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also
in writing, saying,
15-4:7 And in
the days of Artaxerxes wrote Bishlam, Mithredath, Tabeel, and the rest of their
companions, unto Artaxerxes king of Persia; and the writing
of the letter was written in the Syrian tongue, and interpreted in the
Syrian tongue.
17-1:22 For he
sent letters into all the king’s provinces, into every province according to
the writing thereof, and to every people after
their language, that every man should bear rule in his own house, and that it
should be published according to the language of every people.
17-3:12 Then were
the king’s scribes called on the thirteenth day of the first month, and there
was written according to all that Haman had commanded unto the king’s
lieutenants, and to the governors that were over every province, and to
the rulers of every people of every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people after
their language; in the name of king Ahasuerus was it written, and sealed with
the king’s ring.
17-3:14 The copy
of the writing for a commandment to be given in
every province was published unto all people, that they should be ready against
that day.
17-4:8 Also he
gave him the copy of the writing of the decree
that was given at Shushan to destroy them, to shew it unto Esther, and
to declare it unto her, and to charge her that she should go in unto the
king, to make supplication unto him, and to make request before him for her
people.
17-8:8 Write ye
also for the Jews, as it liketh you, in the king’s name, and seal it with
the king’s ring: for the writing which is
written in the king’s name, and sealed with the king’s ring, may no man
reverse.
17-8:9 Then
were the king’s scribes called at that time in the third month, that is, the
month Sivan, on the three and twentieth day thereof; and it was written

hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they
shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the
writing of the house of Israel, neither shall
they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord
GOD.
27-5:7 The king
cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. And
the king spake, and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whosoever shall
read this writing, and shew me the
interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with scarlet, and have a chain
of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.
27-5:8 Then
came in all the king’s wise men: but they could not read the writing, nor make known to the king the interpretation
thereof.
27-5:15 And now
the wise men, the astrologers, have been brought in before me, that they
should read this writing, and make known unto me
the interpretation thereof: but they could not shew the interpretation of the
thing:
27-5:16 And I
have heard of thee, that thou canst make interpretations, and dissolve doubts:
now if thou canst read the writing, and make
known to me the interpretation thereof, thou shalt be clothed with scarlet, and
have a chain of gold about thy neck, and shalt be the third ruler in the
kingdom.
27-5:17 Then
Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give

unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation.

the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing
was written.

altereth not.
27-6:9 Wherefore
king Darius signed the writing and the decree.
27-6:10 Now when

his God, as he did aforetime.
40-5:31 It hath

unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing
of divorcement, and to put her away?

asked for a writing table, and wrote, saying,
His name is John. And they marvelled all.

wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing
was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.
